THE GREAT CONNECTIONS

    Madras High Court requested the Nokia Company whether it could deposit - in an escrow account - a part of the Re. 2400 crore tax demand. The newspapers reported this on 29 March 2014.

    The tax demand pertains to the fiscal years 2009- 2010, 2010-2011 and 2011- 2012.

   The government should have asked the Nokia Company to pay the tax as and when it accrued - in the respective years. The court did not seek any explanation for the delay.

     In order to avert such demands the present writer gave a suggestion. The government should have implemented it.

       Does the government say that there are no companies with similar problems? This is the unanswered question.

      A Supreme Court of India Bench headed by Justice R.M. Lodha sought the help of the Chief Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) to determine whether the coal case could be closed or not. The Newspapers superficially reported it on 29 March 2014.

     The court should not have sought the opinion of the CVC not simply because it is lower in rank but because it is an evil institution that concealed hundreds of letters of great public importance from the eye of the people.

   The Government is accountable to laws that are publicly promulgated.

    This is the reason why the present man repeatedly requested the court to disclose the laws or guidelines followed by the government to apportion the minerals.

    The government did not follow any law or guidelines. It could be discerned from the fact that it unequivocally declared that the allocations were illegal.

      It knew that the learned judges with all their “great connections” – everyone would understand what sort of things- would save it.

  What is the remedy now?

      It is present in this work. But the great connections “have a corrupting and distracting effect”.

     Congress President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, on 30 March 2014, said that she loved her enemies.

      She is a nature-led leader.

    She has been getting non-public information from a citizen of India for the last 12 years. She has been using it. But the children are not aware of it. This impairs the reason.

  She pretends that she utterly detests the act of impairing the reason.

  Perhaps, her inaction is the cause of evil.

   The chief of the Indian Army must note that the Supreme Court of India should not have pushed a citizen of India to seek a reply from him.

        Tamil Nadu Chief Electoral Officer Mr. Praveen Kumar, on 25 March 2014, said that cash and goods worth Re.12.58 crore – allegedly meant for the voters - were seized from the Tamil Nadu State.

   The Election Commission of India (ECI), in this way, conveys the impression that the act of giving money to the voters is a corrupt practice.  

    Actually, the symbols in the Indian ballot are the different shadows of the same object. Therefore, any amount of money would not make any difference to the outcome of the election at all.

  Then, what is the reason for the seizures?

    The system knows that it is conducting the election after impairing the reason of the people.

    The people should not suspect this.

      They must think that the system has no chance to deceive them.

    Above all, it ought to seem as a free and fair election.    

   So the election must be clothed in a suitable way.

    The seizures are the gold coverings to deceive the people.

      A Bench of the Supreme Court of India under Justice H.L. Dattu, on 26 March 2014, dismissed an application filed by the Union Government to recall a July 4, 2011 order that appointed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to bring back the black money.

    The present man mentioned one or two methods used for generating black money. Yet, everything goes on smoothly.

   The SIT has not done anything conspicuous in the last three years.

    Therefore, it is only a covering to siphon off public resources to foreign countries.

   The above Bench, further, said that the black money was destroying the Indian economy.

      The present man repeatedly said that the government destroyed the Indian economy, in private interest, that too after destroying the Constitution of India. But the court refused to interfere terming it as economic policy. Now the court talks like this!

       BJP leader Mr. Arun Jaitley, on 26 March 2014, said that he would make no efforts to displace Mr. Narendra Modi as the prime ministerial candidate.

   This is his reply to the last letter.

  Perhaps, he would remain as the king maker in his party. But, the future alone would prove or disprove this.

    A Tamil TV channel, on 26 March 2014, said that the reporters were not free to report the facts to the people. It added that they were being threatened with dismissal.

   In this connection, it must be stated that the suggestion given in this work - to preempt raids on licensed entities - would ensure job security to them.

   Further, undoubtedly, they are going to get pension consistent with the formula given in this work as and when it gets the light of the day.

      Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, on 26 March 2014, released the election manifesto of Congress party.

      It is very true that they have the greatest reputation because of their ability to impair the reason.

   Apart from the reputation, they have great power and with this they can benefit their friends and “strange” their enemies.

   The media and the courts are simply the gold coverings to protect them.

  Clearly, the manifesto was silent about freedom of expression.

   The chief of the Indian Army must note that a reply might serve the purpose of removing the coverings from the system.

THE POWER TO IMPAIR THE REASON

       A two judge Bench of the Supreme Court of India comprising Justices BS.Chauhan and J. Chelameswar, in an interim order, on 24 March 2014, directed the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) not to share any information with any government agency.

     The Bombay High Court had rejected the contention of the UIDAI that sharing information with other agencies would violate the privacy of individuals. The UIDAI had submitted that the data sharing policy and guidelines provided for this.

       Though it is an interim order, it looks like a permanent order.

     The order gives the impression that even the High Courts are forbidden from looking at the information in the hand of an agency like the UIDAI.

  Therefore, the Supreme Court must direct the UIDAI to disclose the relevant guidelines and laws.

     Congress General Secretary Mr. Digvijaya Singh, on 24 March 2014, said that Mrs. Sushma Swaraj, a leader of the BJP, was more acceptable as the Prime Minister of India than Mr. Narendra Modi..

    This shows that Mr. Narendra Modi is fighting for freedom of expression within his party and is losing the battle.

   Therefore, he is going to be substituted by another person committed to the principle of impairing the reason, if he dithers.

   In fact, the leaders - deeply committed to the act of impairing reason - get greater coverage in the media.

   Evidently, the political leaders are looking at the crooked ways of deceit to ascend.

   

    The New India Express, on 24 March 2014, said that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)- the newly indicated party-, in its election manifesto, would promise zero tolerance for corruption.

    The paper was silent about the act of impairing the reason.

    This shows that the media views the act of impairing the reason as something good for the nation rather than the worst act of corruption.

   What is the reason for it?

  A man would commit any crime if he has the power.

  If he possesses the required power, he would commit it without bothering about detection.

     The paper, further, said that the AAP would demand the speedy investigation of coal case.

   In this connection, the present man repeatedly wanted the Supreme Court of India to disclose the laws or guidelines followed by the competent authority to apportion the natural resources like coal.

     Even if the companies belong to the judges, they should have obeyed it. They should have at least given the reason. But they defied it. It shows that they have no faith in the rule of law.

    Now, some companies are charge-sheeted. None knows which law they violated.

   Are the people not entitled to know this?

  No political party demands this.

     The paper, furthermore, said that the manifesto includes the question of curbing black money.

    In this work, the method followed to generate black money had been given. No one is ready to follow it. Now they want to curb it!

    If the chief of the Indian Army gives a reply to this work, the system might not count on the support of the Army for impairing reason.

       Union Minister Mr. P. Chithambaram, on 23 March 2014, disclosed his decision not to contest in the forthcoming election. He said that he could not undertake frequent travels and that he wanted to lead a quiet life in his village. He added that he obeyed his inner mind in this matter.
      This is his reply to the letter No.249 dated 22-3-2014.

    Everyone has an inner mind. This inner mind constantly tells him to impair the reason of others.

      Whether an act of impairing reason makes a man good or evil?

   A man considers this as the gravest of all crimes.

 Then, why does the inner mind exhort him to do this?

   Because it is for his profit and interest.

  Therefore, he – even if he is a saint- would not hesitate to do this if it would go undetected.

    In fact, anyone doing this is glorified, and honoured with garlands everywhere.

    Mr. P. Chithambaram received 218 letters after becoming a minister under Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

     Does his inner mind tell him that the act of impairing reason is going to be detected?

     Mr. Narendra Modi, the prime ministerial candidate of the BJP and Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, the leader of the Congress Party did not talk anything on 23 March 2014.

    They must tell whether they want to impair reason or not.

THE DICTATOR OF THE NATION

       The Tamil Nadu State Government slapped a Re. 2400 crore tax notice on the Nokia Company at Chennai saying that the devices meant for exports were sold domestically. The company contested it in the Madras High Court. The newspapers reported this on 22 March 2014.

      Earlier, the Department of Income Tax had sent a notice for Re. 21,000 crore for tax evasion.

   The raids and notices have a sickening effect on the companies and the nation.

    The competent authorities had been undertaking many raids almost on a daily basis. The present man pointed out the flaws of raids in the earlier chapters and a solution had been given. After that, the raids in many places came to an end although some raids are happening intermittently.

    The Union Government must communicate the remedy given by the present man to the State Governments and pre-empt such notices.  

       

     Mrs. Michelle Obama, wife of President of the USA Mr. Obama, extolled Freedom of Speech in her China visit on 22 March 2014. She stressed that the Freedom of speech – particularly in the internet and news media- provided the foundation for a vibrant society.

    Incidentally, the present man had emailed the letter No.248 to the White House.

    The NDTV, on 22 March 2014, said that the press freedom was under threat.

   The press has impaired the reason of all human beings.

   In order to impair reason, it has established “secret political clubs”.

   It suppresses truth. At times, it makes truth as much like falsehood as it can.

       As the political leaders and the courts do not dedicate themselves wholly to the promotion of freedom, they play a complementary role to the press to impair reason.

    By impairing reason, the above secret political club has made this man the Dictator of the Nation.

THE SOVEREIGN OF THE NATION

    Mr. Narendra Modi, the prime ministerial candidate of the BJP, on 20 March 2014, said that he would create conditions where no farmer would commit suicide.

     It is customary for the leaders to talk like this. In fact, everyone promises all things to all men.

   However, his desire is a good one.

   He could fulfill his desire only if he is a freeman.

    He is not a freeman because he is part and parcel of a system that impairs reason. He must disclose whether he likes it or not.

    If he really detests it, he must desist from contesting in any election that denies freedom.

  The Union Government, on 21 March 2014, sold 9 per cent shares of the Axis Bank for about Re.5700 crore.

   The Government is free to sell or buy anything only after opening this work for public discussion.

     The Government has not even disclosed the reason for selling the shares. Now it impairs reason and sells. This is the gravest of all crimes.

   The BJP, on 21 March 2014, said that Union Minister Mr. P. Chithambaram was running away from the people out of fear.

  He is not a natural leader. He had been called upon to function in the Union Government under Mr. Rajiv Gandhi.

    Prime Minister Manmohan Singh also had been asked to accommodate him.

   After becoming a Cabinet Minister in the present government, he received 216 letters. The moment he realized the existence of a conspiracy to conceal this work, he should have quit the Union Cabinet.

   But he did not do so.

      Now, he must disclose the actual reason for his decision if it has any significance.

         The leader of the Communist Party of India (M), Mr. Prakash Karat, on 20 March 2014, said that there was no difference between the ruling parties and the principal opposition party, the BJP.

             He plays a complementary role to the ruling parties. This he does to impair reason.

       In order to conceal this work, he has established "secret brotherhoods" with the leaders of the Trinamool Congress Party and all other parties.

    The above secret brotherhoods have made the present man – a man in the street- the Sovereign of the Nation.

     The New Indian Express, on 21 March 2014, reported that the Toyota car factory at Bangalore had decided to end a lock out from Monday, March 24, 2014 and that the company wanted to charge-sheet 17 employees.

        Mr. N.R. Narayana Murthy of the Infosys had threatened to dismiss some of his senior officers. Then, the present man gave a one sentence reply as given in the latter part of this work. He, apparently, retracted. In fact, that one sentence gave security of service to all employees in all companies all over India.

    The Government must use that sentence - in an appropriate way - so that the situation does not deteriorate further.

      The nation must remain under the person representing the General Will.

    Therefore, the chief of the Indian Army must not hesitate to give a reply.

248: North Korea and India: A comparision

IMPAIRING  REASON

     The editorial of The New Indian Express, on 17 March 2014, said that recent elections conducted by Dictator Kim Jong Un in Democratic People’s Republic of North Korea sacrificed individual freedom in the face of absolute authority. Describing it as a sham election, the paper said that democracy devoid of freedom was meaningless. It predicted that the cult of personality would continue to terrorize North Koreans into object subservience.

    Finally, the editorial wanted the Indian electorate to deliberate on the precious freedom to choose and use one’s discretion.

    It is true that there was only one option on the ballot supplied to the electorate of North Korea.

  It is also true that the mandatory voting emphasized the sheer dictatorial hold of the state regime on the people.

    Everything is known to the people of North Korea. They have the freedom to know the nature of their system.

    The Indian system indicates the leaders A, B and C to the people. But it conceals the more important leaders X, Y and Z from their eye.

    A, B and C work in private interest day and night. They do not take any rest and leave nothing to X, Y and Z.   

       The people have no freedom to know the existence of X, Y and Z or their contribution to nation building. They have no freedom to know the nature of their system. This impairs the reason of 1000 million people. They are always constrained to vote for A, B or C.

    Naturally, the evil are permitted to have authority and the good are put out of the way.

         Certainly, the North Korean system of democracy is far better than the Indian system.

    Through another editorial, on 18 March 2014, the above paper said that the act of tarring the entire media was irresponsible.

   The entire media –national and international- is aware of this work. Many periodicals received letters from this writer directly. Besides, the entire work has been posted in a blog. 

   Above all, this work is not one in a million opinions but the voice of the 1000 million people.

   Yet not one news paper or TV channel has reported the existence of this work to the people.

  Will not the people tar the entire media with one brush?

    This is letter No. 248.

  The chief of the Indian Army must note that he  now takes orders from a Government that impairs the reason of the people.

    A reply to this letter might expose this to the people.

            Speaking at a function organized by the Malayala Manorama newspaper, on 13 March 2014, Prime Minister Manmoha Singh, in his characteristic style, said that the media had served the country well in disseminating information, educating the public and keeping a critical eye on the working of the government.

  Evidently, he has no regard for truth.

  To his own injury, he has been denying freedom for the last ten years.

   Now he is not seeking one more term. Yet, he is not ready to place the seed of correct knowledge in the mind of the people.  

     Theoretically, a ruler acts not for his own interest but for the interest of his subjects. He could now open this work - in his own words- for disseminating information, educating the public and keeping a critical eye on the working of the government.

   This is in the best interest of his subjects. This is the General Will of the nation

    If he refuses to do this, anyone going through this work would say that he achieved the consummation of treachery after ten years of rule.

       According to a report, 5235 people - over 1000 security personnel and 900 militant people included - were killed in the last 6 years in India.  This turns out to be around two killings every day.

    The Government has been waging an unending war with its own people. The seriousness of the war could be gauged from the fact that the USA had lost less than 5000 soldiers in the Iraq war.

     The Government uses force to take away the property of the people. As it refuses to show this work to them, it uses fraud also to take away their property.

    Now it takes away their lives by force and fraud.

   The Union Home Minister, Mr. Sushilkumar Shinde, on 12 March 2014, vowed to avenge the killing of 12 security personnel by the militant people.

    A popular government is free to take revenge on any section of the people.

   A government that does not give freedom cannot claim any popularity.

    Therefore, will not force is the remedy.

    If it cannot give freedom, it must have the ability to will the General Will.

    The BJP leader, Mr. Narebdra Modi, on 15 March 2014, said that he would create a prosperous India. This is his reply to the last letter.

   This is hardly a principle because he does not disclose what higher path he would follow to make India a prosperous nation.

      Does he want to deny freedom - as a faithful instrument of the manipulators – to make a prosperous nation?

     Every leader must answer this question.

  This is letter No.247.

       The chief of the Indian Army has many duties. He cannot divert his attention to a letter from a citizen of India.

     However, the present writer has sent hundreds of letters comprising thousands of pages.

     The first letter had been debated by the Government at various levels for over four months. But it did not allow the people to know its contents.  It follows this principle till date. Therefore, this work represents the General Will of the nation.

VICTORY, A DEFEAT FOR THE NATION

    AIADMK leader Miss. Jayalalitha, on 6 March 2014, asked the people of Tamil Nadu to save India.

   The people do not understand what prompted her to talk like this.

    If she really wants to save India, she must openly ask the Supreme Court of India to enforce freedom of expression.

  

     The Chief Minister of Bihar, Mr. Nitish Kumar, on 6 March 2014, said that he had better credentials for the post of the Prime Minister of India than those roaming around because he had experience both at the Centre and the State.

    The act of occupying a position of trust and responsibility is not very important.  What is important is what one does after occupying a position.

      Did he do anything –while in office- to shape a new India?

    He must come out with a self assessment report.

    AAP leader Aravind Kejriwal, on 7 March 2014, said that a media group – India Today Group- had arranged a chartered plane to take him from Jaipur to Delhi. He challenged the BJP prime ministerial candidate, Mr. Narendra Modi, and the Congress leader, Mr. Rahul Gandhi, to disclose the business groups behind them.

   It is clear that the manipulators employ direct fraud against the armed forces and the people.

  The system is consciously paving the way for the army rule because such leaders cannot command the army.

  On 7 March 2014, an Indian naval officer died in a warship undergoing trial at Mumbai.

      ADMK leader and Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Miss. Jayalalitha, on 9 March 2014, compared the condition prevailing in India to pre-independence day situation.

   The policy of her government to supply free or subsidized items to the people has affected the livelihood of the traders. Therefore, the people might vote for the opposition.

    The tragedy is that the results would be hailed as a triumph of democracy.

    Actually, this happens because the system does not show their real representatives to them. They have no choice. They have no way to identify their leaders.

     However, if she really wants a free India, she must give freedom.

   As the first step, she must direct her TV channels to report the facts.

   Now, she colludes with the leaders of the opposition parties to deny freedom.

   

     Mr. Narendra Modi, on 10 March 2014, said that there were many aspirants for the post of the prime minister in the Third Front.

     An aspirant for the post of the prime minister must identify himself with a principle. Mr. Modi must disclose his principle, if any.

    The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), on 10 March 2014, charge-sheeted a Hyderabad company – Navbharat Power Private Ltd – and its two directors for cheating and conspiracy. This company later sold its licence to another company – Essar Power Ltd.

      The Supreme Court of India had been asked to disclose the guidelines or the laws followed to grant licences.

  It did not oblige.

     It is now looking into the effects and not the cause.

      According to some reports that came out on 10 March 2014, Defence Minister Mr. A.K. Antony would not contest the forthcoming elections to Parliament.

  He is a member of the Upper House. However, he must disclose the reason for his decision. Is it because of his inability to give freedom?

      In this connection, it must be stated that the manipulators had ditched the UPA because he is the natural choice for the post of the prime minister in his party.

    On the next day, the Union Minister for Shipping, Mr. G.K. Vasan, said that the leaders lacked sincerity.

   Mr. Vasan also is a member of the Upper House.

  He has used a hard word against the leaders.    His statement indicates that the victory for any leader in the forthcoming election would be a defeat for the nation.

  The militant people killed 16 soldiers in the Chhattisgarh State on 11 March 2014.

    The New Indian Express wanted the government to crush the Naxalite menace with an iron hand.

  The government must allow the people to hear the voice of the people. For this, it must give freedom to the people. If it cannot do this, it cannot command the Army.

   The Chief of the Indian Army has received hundreds of letters that seek freedom to Indians.

    He knows the voice of the people because he goes through these letters. The people also must have a way to know this. The media reports trivial things just to suppress this work.

   Therefore, he could have asked the Chief Justice of India – through proper channel- to enforce freedom of expression

    He could have, at least, given a reply.

Now, he should not renounce his duty as a human being.
