CHAPTER 112

112

HEAVEN

Different chapters from this work were sent to 72 Members of Parliament (MPs) on 4 July, 2009.

The Union Budget for 2009-2010 was presented on 6 July, 2009. The Budget provided for an expenditure of Re. Ten lakh crore - about 33 percent higher than the Budget for 2008-2009.

However, the Budget was silent about the money in the Provident Fund and Pension Fund. Now this money would disappear and then reappear as Joint Ventures (JVs), Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), car loans or housing loans. If the Government had not suppressed free speech, this money would have appeared in the Budget.

The media mafia criticized the Government for resorting to borrow Re. four lakh crore to fulfill the demands of the Budget. Thus the people could not smell a rat in it.

A proposal in the Budget allowed 100 per cent tax exemption to electoral trusts. Hereafter, the corporate donation to political parties would be a legal one. Recently, a political party returned the money received from a Company.

The Budget wanted to garner about Re. 1120 crore by selling the shares of the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). But within two days, the NTPC- a PSU disclosed its intention to sell 167 crore shares for a huge amount. Some other PSUs also announced like this. It may be recalled that the NDA Government had – in good faith- taken a decision to use public money for public investments. Within two days that Government had to retract due to the muscle power of the manipulators. The present condition is reminiscent of that episode. The MPs could prevent its recurrence only by defending FREEDOM.

Above all, the Budget allotted Re. 500 crore to Sri Lanka. The Government thus wanted to give the money with the approval of the MPs so that they would support the Government in the Sri Lankan issue.

In this connection, it must be noted that the USA wanted Sri Lanka to stop the war only on seeing the Tamils standing by their leaders. But Sri Lanka connived at it. Then the European countries wanted Sri Lanka to stop the killings. Sri Lanka again ignored it. Finally, a Chief Minister in India undertook a fast to save the Tamils. But Sri Lanka finished the killings with renewed vigor.

Now, if Sri Lanka wanted steel or barbed wire either as loan or as gratis from India, the President of Sri Lanka must undertake a fast before the above Chief Minister. In fact, India shall not give even a rupee to Sri Lanka until it voluntarily comes forward to join the Indian Union.

It must be admitted that the G-8 and the G-5 countries shook hands with the Prime Minister of India on 9 July, 2009. Perhaps, they had no other go.

China now said that it wanted its blue water navy to conduct operations in distant waters. The statement of China shows that it entered Sri Lanka only to checkmate India.

Some newspapers on 13 July, 2007 said that China would attack India in 2012. It said that the Indian military was not equipped to face the two front wars by China and Pakistan. They said that India must shift out from its defeatist disposition of pacifism to deter China.

Obviously, China expects India to give money to Sri Lanka under one pretext or other so that Sri Lanka would transmit it to China. The moment India refuses to do this; China would retaliate by entering Arunachal Pradesh. It is the well tested medicine that China gives to India.

Militant people killed 44 army personnel in the Chhattisgarh State on 12 July, 2009. On the same day, the militant people killed two army personnel in the Assam State. The number of army personnel killed in internal wars has far exceeded the total number of soldiers killed in Indo-China and Indo-Pakistan wars put together. Yet the Government is not disclosing the demands of the militant people. If the Government were ready to give FREEDOM for independent politics, this situation could be averted.

The Prime Minister of India on 11 July, 2009 said that there was enormous reserve of knowledge, wisdom and experience in India and he wanted to harness them. The Prime Minister said this while suppressing all challenges to private power.

The Union Government on 12 July, 2009 decided to sell its 30 per cent holding in a private telephone company. The Union Government wants to alienate the assets of Kashmir State bit by bit. It is morally and constitutionally entitled to greater share of the wealth. However, this happens because of the thought control of the Government.

The Union Government on 12 July, 2009 decided to leave the question of auctioning the 3G spectrum to a Group of Ministers headed by the Union Finance Minister. As most of the members are hard core representatives of the manipulators, they would usurp it by circumventing the Union Cabinet. FREEDOM alone would save it.

The President of Sri Lanka on 14 July, 2009 said that it was wrong on the part of the world countries to punish all his people through sanctions and embargoes for alleged war crimes. He said that Sri Lanka was siding with the countries that helped it. He disclosed that Sri Lanka had wanted China to build a port. He added that if India had wanted to build a port or airport, Sri Lanka would have permitted it.

The above policy of Sri Lanka might have prompted India to give military training to the Tamils. This is the reason why India must either disclose the real reason for giving military training to the Tamils or bring to justice those responsible for it.

Sri Lanka on 15 July, 2009 cancelled the import of ammunition valued at $ 200 million from China and Pakistan. Anyone going through this work would tell that this is the repercussion of this work. This confirms the conclusion of the present writer that Sri Lanka had been buying weapons using Indian money. Now, Sri Lanka must dismantle its war machinery. It must abandon its plan to recruit 100,000 men for its army. It must surrender the tanks and other weapons received from India, lest it would think of using them against India. It shall maintain a police force for maintaining law and order.

Sri Lanka on 16 July, 2009 demanded India to detail Indian ex-army men for de-mining work. Indian army men have been doing this work. Now they want to substitute them with ex- army men. Indian armed forces had been under the command of Sri Lanka until the total subjugation of the Tamils. Now, the Indian army need not return to India so long as China enters Sri Lankan waters without the consent of India. Instead, Sri Lankan army must vacate the Tamil areas to avoid confrontation.

Mrs. Hillary Clinton, the US Secretary of State, on 16 July, 2009 declared that India had a tremendous opportunity and growing responsibility in Sri Lanka. She added that India had a global role rather than a regional one.

Obviously, even the USA is disturbed over the posture of China in Sri Lanka. The USA wants security to India from China. But India invited China to Sri Lanka! If India had given FREEDOM to the people to know the designs of China, the latter would not have landed in Sri Lanka at all. The Tamils also would not have died like this.

A Sri Lankan Army Commander on 16 July, 2009 said that Sri Lanka belonged to the majority Sinhalese Buddhists although the Tamils had the right to work and live. This is the condition everywhere. The big fish would swallow the small fish!

The Union Government on 18 July, 2009 submitted in the Bombay High Court that two Indian companies were “surreptitiously” appropriating national resources. The present writer has been saying this. Now the Government says this using a stronger word. Yet, it refuses to take this to its logical end. This is a blow to FREEDOM.

Pakistan on 19 July, 2009 admitted that its nationals were involved in the 26/11 attack. Pakistan might do justice in this matter. If India had not moved its warships to Sri Lankan waters, the incident would not have occurred.

The Postal Department on 20 July, 2009 returned 12 letters addressed to the MPs on 4 August, 2009. Therefore, 60 letters might have reached the MPs. Yet the Google Analytics does not show any visit to the website: www.howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com from New Delhi. So the Government is either controlling the Google Analytics or the MPs do not browse internet. Had the people been aware of the name of this website, many calamities would not have taken place. Obviously, the people would get FREEDOM only if the Government relinquished its control over the press. The MPs must be given a lap top each is another matter.

The New Indian Express on 20 July, 2009 reported that India and China colluded to secure a $2.5 billion loan from the IMF to Sri Lanka.

It is disturbing to note that even now India is inviting China to Sri Lanka. The leaders rarely express their views to the press or to the public. The press also avoids them tactfully. They come to the Parliament without anything to talk. They sit in the front row endlessly - day after day, Parliament after Parliament. This silence is very dangerous. No democracy has seen this. This has unforeseen consequences to the nation and to individuals.

Now the FREEDOM of 1000 million people remains in the fingertip of the leaders sitting in the front row. Yet they refuse to relent. If they were not ready to give up the control over the press, they must sit in the back rows so that a new set of MPs would give FREEDOM to the people.

FREEDOM is HEAVEN. This is what the sages said.

The facts from 4 July, 2009 to 20 July, 2009 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India through email on 20 July, 2009 at 11 P.M.

CHAPTER 111

111

A STABLE MIND

Now, the media reported that China wanted to use Sri Lankan ports. A Union Minister lamented that China was fishing in troubled waters.

India allowed Sri Lanka to befriend China to secure the support of a veto power. By doing so, India compromised its own ‘National Security’. That phase is over. Now China must reckon the sensibilities of India in this matter.

The public sector Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) decided to invest Re.40, 000 crore in the stock market. The LIC is relapsing into its deviant ways due to the lack of a stable policy. The LIC is doing this to suppress free speech. The decision must be annulled as it is an unconstitutional one.

The LIC could buy shares. But it must invest the money extracted from the Kashmir State in the Companies located in that State only. If the LIC had followed this policy, the SPIC- a private sector Company in the Tamil Nadu State – and the FACT – a public sector Company in the Kerala State - would not have perished. There are two former Chief Ministers of Kashmir in the Union Cabinet. There are some other new members also. This is indeed an opportunity. When they fight for the rights of the people of their States, all others also would get their share of money.

On 18 June, 2009 militant people killed three people in the West Bengal State. They said that they had taken control over 50 villages. Immediately a war started between the army and the militant people. A number of people might have died due to this cannibalism. Yet, the Government did not disclose the grievance of the militant people.

Again on 18 June, 2009 the militant people killed 9 army personnel in the Orissa State.

Sri Lanka gave a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) to a Company of China. India first gave mines to the Tamils. Now India is helping Sri Lanka for its de-mining work. Sri Lanka intends to hand over the de-mined areas to China!

The Supreme Court on 29 June, 2009 directed the UP State Government to give the reason for the policy of spending public money –about Re. 2000 crore- for opening memorials and statues of the past and present leaders. The order came immediately after a Union Minister described the decision of the UP Government as “shame”.

In this connection, it must be noted that the Union Government had taken a decision to give Re. two lakh and fifty thousand crore to two boys. The decision was taken to control the press. This enables the leaders to reserve the front row seats in Parliament generation after generation. This helps the leaders to name the new buildings and schemes after the names of their ancestors. Similarly, the Government hands over the natural resources to private parties to control free speech.

The Union Government on 1 July, 2009 raised the price of petrol. Apparently, this is to send out two or three coalition partners from the Union Cabinet. Therefore, the decision is a political one. It must be noted that the new Union Cabinet did not give freedom to the people to buy and sell kerosene before taking the above decision.

A political leader on 1 July, 2009 said that a separate Tamil nation was not possible in Sri Lanka. He exhorted the people not to fuel the anger of Sri Lanka, lest the Tamils only would be affected. He pointed out that a leader in India had abandoned the demand for a separate nation when he had to choose between the existence of the party and realizing a separate nation. He expressed the hope that one of the Tamils would, one day, become the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka. This is, perhaps, the reply of India to this work.

It is true that India must know its weakness. But India should not fail to realize its strength also. If India wanted FREEDOM to the Tamils, they would get it. Many countries would support India. Even China would not use its veto. In the event of China defying India, the latter would be constrained to cut its relationship with the former. Therefore, Chinese naval vessels could visit the ports in Sri Lanka only with the consent of India.

China had developed friendship with Pakistan when India had no relationship with China. Now China should not think of converting Sri Lanka into another Pakistan.

India depends on China not only for machines but also for toys. Therefore, China would choose either India or Sri Lanka.

Further, FREEDOM - and not the Prime Minister ship - is the end of the State. There is no use in a slave becoming the Prime Minister of a country. India has seen Prime Ministers from North, West and South. But everyone kept the people as mere slaves.

One would say that there are many political leaders. But all are complementary to one another. There are alternatives but no rivals. The political leaders keep their rivals away from the eye of the people by controlling the press. Therefore, the people cannot even think of the rivals. Obviously, the Tamils would get FREEDOM only when the leaders in India get FREEDOM from the manipulators.

Above all, India should not procrastinate to justify the circumstances that forced it to give military training to the Tamils. One would presume that India had sufficient reasons for the same. If India could not tell the real reasons now, it should not hesitate to bring to justice the leaders responsible for the training. India should prove to the world that it did not play the game of children in Sri Lanka.

Sri Lanka on 2 July, 2009 described India and China as two tracks on a railway-line running independently. Sri Lanka must run on one line only. It must opt for either India or China. Sri Lanka could kill the Tamils because India wanted it. Now, it must realize that the FREEDOM of Sri Lanka would not be at the cost the sovereignty of India.

The media mafia on 3 July, 2009 disclosed that the Budget to be presented on 6 July, 2009 envisaged the sale of the shares of even unlisted Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

In this connection, it must be noted that the Government could not sell the shares of the PSUs mainly because of this work. No Government would repeat it without showing this work to the people. In this matter also, the Union Government has taken this decision to control the press. The Union Government must have a stable policy in this matter.

A member of the manipulation mafia visited the Tamils in Sri Lanka on 3 July, 2009. He described the killings as a rescue effort. When the Indian army started rescuing the Tamils, one of his his papers had described the decision of India as “loss of institutional memory”!

Notwithstanding everything, a man must possess a stable mind. Then only he would do his duty. This is what the sages say.

The facts from 18 June, 2009 to 3 July, 2009 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 4 July, 2009 through email.
