331. THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA: TAKING THE NAME OF THIEVES?

331

THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
TAKING THE NAME OF THIEVES?
The Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, on 25 December 2014, said that the Indian Railways would not be privatized.
The manipulators want to alienate the natural resources like coal. The people should not notice it. Therefore, the media talked about the privatization of the Indian Railways.
The prime minister quickly described the Railways as the backbone of Indian economy.
The people now give full credit to him as he reflects their feelings. Seldom do they realize that he works for the deprivation of their fortune.
Thus, while he talked for the public good, he was taking hectic steps to auction the coal blocks.
He is doing everything after taking away the Freedom of the people.
Thus he is fast taking the name of thieves.
He must note that that the act of auctioning the natural resources is unconstitutional.          It is worse than the privatization of the Railways.
This is letter No. 331.
This letter is being submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Prime Minister of India, Supreme Court of India, Chief Vigilance Commissioner, Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, and posted in the blog: www.howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com on 27 December 2014.

330. THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA: AN ABETTOR OF CRIME?

330

THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
AN ABETTOR OF CRIME?

India conferred Bharat Retna, the highest civilian award, on former Prime Minister of India Mr. A.B. Vajpayee and freedom fighter Mr. Madam Mohan Malaviya, on 25 December 2014.
Further, India decided to celebrate December 25, the birthday of Mr. Vajpayee, as Good Governance Day.
As an MP, Mr. Vajpayee spoke English more fluently than Hindi.
After being called upon to function as the Prime Minister of India, he exhibited his amiable parts of character in his early days.
Thus he introduced service tax after the receipt of the first letter dated 1-6-2001.
Then he pretended to function as a good man and devised certain rules for privatization as mentioned in the Chapter 1.
One day, he even touched the feet of a poor woman from Tamil Nadu State, Mrs. Chinnapillai. Watching all these, some people regarded him as an incarnation.
However, he did not use the money in the Provident Fund and Pension Fund for public welfare. He did not even touch the surplus money in the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
He lavishly gave money to the Unit Trust of India (UTI) in the pretext of bailout package and silently abolished the Banking Service Recruitment Commission.
He possessed a strong will. He used this to convert the public sector VSNL into a private entity as mentioned in Chapter 8. An ordinary man would not have dared to touch it.
The Indian Petro Chemical Corporation Limited (IPCL), Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL) and a few other PSUs were converted into private assets with an iron will. The present writer pointed out this in different chapters.
He had a good knowledge of the Indian media, Supreme Court of India and the armed forces. With this knowledge, he showed to his successors how public assets could be converted into private assets after taking away the Freedom of the people.
In fact, but for this work, he might have turned India upside down.
Finally, due to the realization that he cheated the people wholesale, he abdicated power. After that he secluded himself.
He has a distinguished appearance. The present system attributes the highest rectitude in his character.
But he knows that there had been no honesty in any of his dealings as prime minister. There is no misstatement in this.
The present prime minister must have taken necessary steps to expose this.  He should have at least taken a decision to put right the public wrongs committed by him.
Instead, he has not only chosen his birth day as Good Governance Day but also conferred the highest civilian award on him.
Thus he has become an abettor of crime.

329. THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA: A GOOD MAN OR A BAD MAN?

329

THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
A GOOD MAN OR A BAD MAN?

The Union Government, on 15 December 2014, reiterated that the people would get subsidy for the Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPC) from January 1, 2015.
The below poverty-line (BPL) people do not use gas. The subsidy must go to them.
Now the learned judges of the Supreme Court of India would get subsidy if they want. But the BPL families would not get it. Are the judges not ashamed of it?

The Chairman of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) on black money, M. B. Shah, on 15 December 2014, wanted to make tax evasion a criminal offence.
No new law is necessary. The black money is nothing but crime money.
Even the political power in the hand of the prime minister is the reward for his acts of corruption.
The approach of the SIT gives the impression that it is a corrupt body chosen to suppress the truth. Do any judges possess black money?

The Directorate of Enforcement (ED), on 15 December 2014, attached the properties of YSR Congress President Y.S. Jagamohan Reddy worth Re.47 crore. The properties stood in the name of some companies. They had received money for sanctioning mining leases and alienation of properties of the government.
The ED has been attaching his assets one after another since the death of his chief minister father. In fact, assets worth Re. thousands of crore have been confiscated.
No wonder, many other political leaders possess proportionate amounts not in India but in other countries. The ED and the Supreme Court of India do not proceed against them presumably because they control the media.

Though it is a digression, it must be stated that in a gruesome incident, militant people killed 160 children at the Army Public School in Peshawar in Pakistan on16 January 2014.
It is the indication of a sick state.

Coming back, the prime minister, on 16 December 2014, said that bad governance and nepotism were responsible for the problems of the people.
Did he rescue the people from nepotism after assuming power? Does not nepotism continue in India with greater intensity?
The prime minister, on the same day, said that a tea seller could become the prime minister because the power lies in the hand of the people.
The manipulators - and not the people - wanted a person cut out for impairing the reason. Mr. Narendra Modi dramatically fitted well with their requirements.

The prime minister, again on the same day, described dynastic politics as a “termite” that eats away the foundation of democracy.    The former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh received position from the manipulators.
The present prime minister received not only position but also money.
Thus he belongs to the dynasty. Just as the wealth is transmitted, so as the political power is transmitted
The prime minister, in turn, lives for the manipulators. Thus, Freedom remains as elusive as before.
Therefore, it is not a question of dynastic politics at all.
The crucial question is whether the nation is in the hand of a good man or a bad man.
Is there any position in between?
There is no position in between.

328. THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA: REFLECTING THE IDEA OF THE GOOD?

328.

THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
REFLECTING THE IDEA OF THE GOOD?

The Indian Parliament, on 12 December 2014, passed the Coal Block Allocation Bill.
The Bill is biased in favour of the stronger class. Therefore, it is out and out unconstitutional.
While the Parliament passed the Bill, Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi was diverting the attention of the people to other matters at Kashmir.
It could be compared to the privatization of the public sector VSNL by former Prime Minister Mr. A.B. Vajpayee. He had been on a foreign tour when the crucial decision to hand over the VSNL to a private party was taken.
According to some reports, the recipient later got not only the VSNL but also a large area of land free of cost.
Everything happens because the people have no Freedom to look at this work.

The Union Government said that the Indians held Re.4479 crore as per the HSBC List. It added that the Income Tax Department had initiated action against 79 account holders.
The money of the political leaders in the Swiss banks is not unaccounted money but corrupt money. Therefore, the anti-corruption agencies - and not the Income Tax Department - must initiate action.
The Supreme Court of India must be alert in this matter.

Notwithstanding this work, the Union Government said that the new Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPC) subsidy Policy would take effect from January 1, 2015.
The subsidy shall not go from top to bottom. But it must go in the reverse direction.
Even if the Supreme Court of India considers the people as animals, it must do justice in this matter.

Addressing an election meeting at Kashmir, Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 13 December 2014, requested the voters to punish the offenders.
The Prime Minister of India must represent the idea of the good.
How could a prime minister represent the idea of the good?
For this, he must give Freedom to the people to know this work and the similar works, if any, of others.
Then, the people would think that their leader promotes knowledge that is badly required for their welfare.

327: THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA: THE IDEA OF THE EVIL.

327

THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
THE IDEA OF THE EVIL.

Union Minister Susma Swaraj, on 7 December 2014, said that Gita must be made the national scripture. Chief Minister Miss. Mamata Banerjee retorted that the Constitution of India must be the Holy Book of the nation.
The latent corruption in the Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPC) subsidy policy exposed by this man might have prompted her to talk like this.
However, neither does Mrs. Susma Swaraj seem to follow Gita nor does Miss. Banerjee respect the Constitution of India.

The SC/ST/OBC and FC in Group A service in 10 ministries and 16 departments in 2014 are 9.75, 3.09, 9.49 and 77.67 per cent respectively. 20 ministries and 25 departments did not share the data indicating greater percentage for the FC. There are 24,685 Group A employees.
The media reported this on 8 December 2014.
There is no representation for the SC/STs in the Supreme Court of India.
The above data must be interpreted in the light of the decision of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi  to appeal against a judgement of the Madras High Court that included the caste criterion in the impending census.
In the light of the above data, the Supreme Court must annul the judgement in the census case.

The media, on 8 December 2014, reported that the gas agencies would function on Sundays for registration to get subsidy under the new Direct Benefit of Transfer for LPC Scheme. The consumers are standing in long queues for registration.
The public money can be disbursed as subsidy only for the weaker sections.
The non consumers must get subsidy until they switch over to the LPC.
It is an act of corruption that the stronger class get subsidy at the expense of the weaker class.
The Supreme Court of India must intervene. It shall not procrastinate to do justice in this matter.

Addressing an election meeting at Kashmir, Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 8 December 2014, said that the ballot was more powerful than bullet.
India is a slave nation. The ballot is useless in India. Yet he talks like Dr. Manmohan Singh.
A free and fair election would not have allowed him to become the prime minister. He can take this as a challenge.
In fact, the Prime Minister of India is an idea. It is the idea of the evil.
As an individual Mr. Narendra Modi may be a good person.
But he cannot impart any good qualities to the idea.
There is no great difference between Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi.
Thus Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi –just like his predecessors- denies Freedom and helps convert public assets into private assets.
Even in the matters like the LPC subsidy, he is not free to apply his Reason.

326: THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA; FORCED INTO THE SERVICE OF EVIL?

326

THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
FORCED INTO THE SERVICE OF EVIL?

Union Minister for Finance Mr. Arun Jaitely, on 6 December 2014, said that the government would come out with more steps to rationalize subsidies.
He explained that he had a series of meetings with the Expenditure Management Commission  (EMC) and it would give its interim recommendation for rationalization within months. He added that the democratic process has its own dynamics.
This is the reply of the government to the Letter No.322 dated 3-12-2014. The letter has activated the government without giving any credit to this work.
The present writer had opposed the Subsidy Policy in the early stages of this work and left the matter there.
In fact, the present writer reserved his opinion regarding the present subsidy scheme until the Letter No.322. In the meantime, the government had been spending a huge amount of money for the preparation of software and other related matters.
Now the people are not allowed to know the reason for invoking the help of the EMC.
Hereafter, the media would report the views of the political leaders in the subsidy matter so that the people would not know their ignominious discomfiture.
In this connection, it must be firmly stated the act of giving the subsidy to the private companies is a corrupt practice. The money already given must be recovered.
The government can obtain the opinion of the Supreme Court of India in this matter.

The public issue of the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) was oversubscribed two times. The media reported this on 6 December 2014.
Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, had been a chief minister. He had not contributed anything to the nation before becoming the prime minister.
Some people would not knowingly do any harm to the people irrespective of the path chosen to seize power.
But despite many letters, a series of unconstitutional actions that affect the posterity has been taken by his government.
Therefore, anyone going through this work would say that his abilities, if any, have been forced into the service of evil.
This is letter No. 326.

325: THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA: REDUCING THE PEOPLE TO BEGGARY?

THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
REDUCING THE PEOPLE TO BEGGARY?

The militant people killed 11 soldiers in the Jammu and Kashmir State on 5 December 2014.
Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi saluted the slain soldiers.
The armed forces must ensure Freedom to Indians. They must note that the media does not reveal the truth. It hides many things. Therefore, the people do not know the reason for many happenings.

The Union Government, on 5 December 2014, sold 5 per cent shares of the Public Sector Steel Authority of India (SAIL) Ltd.
On the same day, the government reported that 18 more coal blocks would be allocated for auction.
As the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, received money from the miners and others to seize power, he is alienating public assets.
When the businessmen invest money on a political leader, they actually insert their sting into his mind. They will not be contented with the principal amount and its interest. They demand in multiples of this.
The extravagance of such political leaders reduces all good men of the nation to beggary.

324: THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA: TREATING HIS SUBJECTS BADLY?

324

THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
TREATING HIS SUBJECTS BADLY?

The media, on 4 December 2014, said that the Union Government would sell 5 per cent shares of the public sector Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) on 5 December 2014 (Today).
Ultimately, the shares would land in the hand of the people engaged in cornering public assets.
The businessmen ruined former Prime Minister Mr. A. B. Vajpayee. They did not allow him to give Freedom.
They, then, exploited the ambition of Dr. Manmohan Singh. They made him the prime minister and asked him not to talk much. He obliged and due to his innate nature, he did not grant Freedom. This contributed to the growth of this work.
However, they kept him in power for ten years. He might consider it as a gain. Anyone going through this work would tell that he too ruined his own career.
After that, they inserted their money into the pocket of Mr. Narendra Modi and made him the prime minister. The purpose was to recover the principal amount with interest.
This led to the exuberant growth of this work.
The only demand of the prime minister now is, 'Give us judges. We will do anything'.
          He has started the manipulations!
If he shows this work to the people, he cannot sell public assets in violation of Chapter 41. The sale is, therefore, unconstitutional.
By dispossessing the right of the people to see this work, the prime minister treats his subjects badly.

323:THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA: GAINING BY RUIN?

323

THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
GAINING BY RUIN?

The Ministry of Defence, for the first time, acknowledged three letters sent in July 2014. The present writer received it on 3 December 2014.
It is not clear whether it is the reply to the e-mails sent to the chief of the Indian Air Force (IAF) or to the President of India.
The acknowledgement is, apparently, related to the decision to buy the obsolete French Rafale fighter jets instead of the modern stealth jets.
The reply must be welcomed because the system has been almost inert for some time.

The Supreme Court of India, on 3 December 2014, asked the Union Government to complete the probe on black money before March 31, 2014. Chief Justice H.L.Dattu and Justices M.B. Lokur and A.K.Sikri were in the Bench.
At one time, the court asks the government to complete the probe and at another time it asks the Special Investigation Team (SIT) to do it.
Apparently, the government is not bound by time limit. The court should have directed the competent authorities to submit all important developments, if any, on a weekly basis.
Further, the disclosed names should have been revealed to the public.
In this connection, it must be stated that the black money kept in open accounts is different from that kept in secret accounts.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi said that the birth day of former Prime Minister Mr. Atal Behari Vajpayee, on December 25, would be observed as national ‘Good Governance Day’. He added that the officials would be directed to make the day symbolic of good governance. The media reported this on 3 December 2014.
Mr. A.B. Vajpayee read between the lines of the first letter dated 1-6-2001 and introduced the service tax within a few days.
In order to prevent the system from doing anything unjust, he devised guidelines for selling the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
The guidelines forbade the charge-sheeted companies from buying the PSUs.
          It was a pretention only.
Actually, he wanted to increase the wealth and importance of his promoters.
Thus, he asked Mr. L.K. Advani to chair a meeting of the Union Cabinet during his foreign tour. The latter obliged and the decision to sell the public sector VSNL was taken. At that time, the public sector Bank of India (BoI) gave a loan to a private company as mentioned in Chapter 8.
Later, the company bought the VSNL. The buyer might have used his profit from the ores if not this money to buy it.
Evidently, the public asset was sold against public money.
Some PSUs like the HZL were sold to charge-sheeted companies.
Many other manipulations were similarly related.
Thus, he gained by his ruin.
Then, he realized that love of wealth and the love of the country cannot go together; and abdicated power.
The present prime minister can celebrate his birth day after giving Freedom to the people.
Instead of taking weapons, he must pick up courage to show this work to them.
Then the militant people would not kill any Indians.

322: INDIA : THE GREAT CONNECTIONS

322

INDIA:
THE GREAT CONNECTIONS

According to the media, a section of the people would get fuel gas subsidy from January 2015 through their bank accounts.
The salient features of the subsidy are not known.
Some people do not want it.
The government need not give it to the Income Tax payers.
Some people do not buy gas because they cannot afford it. This part needs subsidy.
Apparently, they are deprived of it. In fact, they are being asked to subsidize the consumers.
Evidently, there exists an element of unconstitutionality in this.
The government must clarify this matter before going ahead with the scheme.
None shall doubt its motive.

According to a report, on 3 December 2014, the government disclosed the names of five more black money account holders after charge - sheeting them.
But the people do not know them.
The Supreme Court of India knows them.
Therefore, it must disclose the disclosed names.

The militant people killed 14 soldiers of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) at the Sukma district in Chhattisgarh State. The Newspapers reported this on 2 December 2014.
The militant people will have the idea of peace in their heart. They would not like to go on fighting for ever. Yet, a secret war is going on.
No lover of his country would tear in pieces his own country.
Then why do Indians kill Indians?
If the militant people get Freedom, they might adopt some peaceful means.
But the government takes gun instead of giving it.
321 letters have been sent to the President of India since June 2001. He transmitted them to the prime minister. But no prime minister ever acknowledged any letter.
In contrast, one letter was sufficient for the Queen of England to respond.
The reason is simple. The power of the Indian political leaders rests upon their wealth or their connections with the wealthy people.
Even the Supreme Court of India is afraid of their great connections.

This is letter No. 322.

This letter is being submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Prime Minister of India, Supreme Court of India, Chief Vigilance Commissioner, Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, and posted in the blog: www.howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com on 3 December 2014.

321:THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA: DESPOILING THE PEOPLE?

321

PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
DESPOILING THE PEOPLE?

Holding Naga weapons at an election meeting in the North-East, Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, on 1 December 2014, said that the growth of India was his objective.
He is silent about the question of restoring the illegally privatized Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
He refuses to touch the Provident Fund, Pension Fund and the surplus money in the PSUs for public investments.
He ignores several other suggestions given for growth.
But he takes away not only the resources of the people but also their right to become judges.
Freedom would have changed the situation resulting in unprecedented growth.
But, with the help of the holders of black money, now he conquers the mind of the people all over India.
A conqueror can take anything but the armour of his enemies.
Before facing the people in an electoral battle, he had taken away the armour – Freedom- of his enemies.
Thus he despoiled his people before facing the real electoral battle.
If he cannot rebuke this, how can he continue in office?
