270: Prime Minister Mr. NARENDRA MODI - A PATRIOT?

270

PRIME MINISTER Mr. NARENDRA MODI: A PATRIOT?

The Economic Times, on 28 July 2014, said that Mr. Narendra Modi government had done commendable work in two months.
So long as the public resources go into a few hands, the media would support him. The moment he touches them for public welfare, he would be forced to relinquish office.
This is letter No.270.
In his speech at Island Grounds in Chennai Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the then Home Minister of India, on 23 February 1949, said,
“Let us all put our heads as well as our hands together, tighten up our belts and be prepared to share the sufferings for a while, because I assure you that the economy of the country is sound, the heart of the country is sound; there is immense wealth in the country. The country is full of mineral resources and wealth. We have simply to use our brains and resources to take them out and use them. But it will take time; it is not an easy thing. We shall require experts, machinery and capital goods. If we tide over this short period, India will be flowing with milk and honey”.
Evidently, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel said that he inherited a “sound economy”. India was a creditor at that time.
The people have been experiencing great suffering since his days.
There are a lot of minerals. Yet India is not flowing with milk and honey.
India is a debtor nation now. A number of poor nations are now richer than India.
Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi can keep the compulsory savings of the people and the natural resources in the hand of a few private parties. A man like Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel would do this.
On the other hand, he can use the public savings for the large scale exploitation of the minerals. For this, he must be a patriot.
Is he?

269: Mr. NARENDRA MODI- A LOVER OF THE PEOPLE?

269

Mr. NAREDRA MODI - A LOVER OF THE PEOPLE?

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi requested the people to give their opinion in his new website- Mygov. He said that they could –in this way- participate in governance.
The love of the Prime Minister of India should not be confined to some part of the people.

This is letter No. 269.

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the then Home Minister of India, delivered a speech at Island Grounds in Madras on 23 February 1949. He said,

“The businessmen are frightened of the talk of nationalization. They say: ‘Unless you give us conditions in which industry can thrive we cannot invest money or we cannot get money’. The Communists and the Socialists say: ‘Let us first divide whatever is left and be all poor’. But if you do not produce anything then neither you nor any other section of the people will have anything”.

The government nationalized all private insurance companies and formed the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) under public sector. It was followed by the nationalization of private banks. The people thought that it was for the benefit of the people. Actually, the money in the nationalized institutions was handed over to less than ten men. Then the money in the Unit Trust of India (UTI) was give to them.  Provident Fund (PF) followed it. These are over and above the money extracted through the stock market.
The people work hard and earn foreign exchange. Now even their compulsory savings like Pension Fund go into their hand. They depict this as private money and demand all other resources of the people.
This is the condition created by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
This condition does not permit the Prime Minister of India to detail two police personnel each to protect the people opposed to the policy of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
Freedom would dismantle this condition. The government will get not less than Re.10 lakh crore for immediate investments.
For this, Prime Minister Mr. Modi must be a lover of all people.
Is he?

268: Mr. NARENDRA MODI - LOOKING TOWARDS THE TRUTH?

268

Mr. NARENDRA MODI –  LOOKING TOWARDS THE TRUTH?

The last mail was submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Prime Minister of India, Chief Justice of India, Indian Army, Indian Air Force and Chief Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) on 22 July 2014.  Later, it was posted in the blog www. howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com

On 23 July 2014, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) attached the assets of Nava Bharath Power Projects Private Limited –a mining company- in connection with the coal case. The ED used the Money Laundering Act for this.
All miners have disproportionate assets. Why does Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi select one or two companies for punishment?

14 school going children were killed and many critically injured when a train rammed into a bus at an unmanned level crossing near Hyderabad on 24 July 2014.
Mr. Narendra Modi is not responsible for it.
But, if the system had used a fraction of the Provident Fund for public cause, the incident would not have occurred.
Therefore, the Prime Minister of India is responsible for it.
He should have, at least, issued a standing instruction to his officers to send a condolence message to the bereaved families immediately after such accidents.

The Union Cabinet, on 24 July 2014, approved 49 per cent Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the insurance sector. Therefore, the management control must remain with Indian promoter.
In this connection, it must be stated that everyone owning companies in foreign countries says that he is a citizen of the world and not a citizen of India. He actually parks his income in other countries.
Therefore, the government must disclose the criterion used to classify a man as an Indian promoter.

In a centre page article, on 25 July 2014, The New Indian Express said that the Union Government might terminate the Rafale deal with France.
No nation would import obsolete technology. The present man pointed out the stealth era in one line in Chapter 266. The media now wants to take credit for it. In fact, if the present writer had not opposed it, the article would not have appeared.

The Supreme Court of India, on 25 July 2014, appointed a special court to try coal case.
The above court has no moral or constitutional right to initiate any criminal proceedings against anyone before enforcing freedom of expression.

Union Finance Minister Mr. Arun Jaitely, on 25 July 2014, said that the lower taxes were aimed at savings for investments.
Like Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Mr. Arun Jaitely wants to use the public savings for private investments.
In this connection, it must be stated that Prime Minister Mr. Modi is not allowed to touch the Provident Fund.
The Pension Fund also has over Re.6 lakhs. What happened to this treasure? Does the new prime minister know this? Will the system allow him to look at it?

The media, on 26 July 2014, said that the Cabinet Committee for Economic Affairs (CCEA) had approved the sale of the residual shares of the Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL) and the Bharat Aluminium Company Limited (BALCO). They also reported that the government had decided to sell 10 percent shares each of the public sector Steel Authority of India (SAIL) and the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).
The government privatized the HZL and the BALCO in violation of its guidelines mentioned in Chapter 1. The Supreme Court of India has not taken any action because Indians are slaves. Sardar Vallabai Patel like image of former Prime Minister of India Mr.A.B. Vajpayee, at that time, allowed him to act in bad faith.
Now, Prime Minister of India Mr. Modi would approve it if he believes that he has the Freedom to take away the properties of his “downtrodden”.

This is letter No.268.
It may be recalled that in a speech delivered at New Delhi, on 31 October 1949, the then Home Minister of India, Sardar Vallabai Patel, said,
“People, both from within and outside the Congress are criticizing us. Some go to the extent of saying that the British rule was better. This is unfortunate because when we think like this, we show a preference for slavery”.
Evidently, some leaders even within Congress felt that British rule was better than the rule by the founders of the Nation.
Sardar Vallabai Patel described them as “people”.
Who were those people? Why did they tell that the British rule had been better? Did they not talk in national interest?
Are the people not entitled to know their names? Why did the founders treat their rivals in this manner?
This happened because they suppressed the views of their rivals with greater intensity than the British.
Is it not denial of freedom of expression?
Did they not enslave Indians?
Alas! Their statues can be seen all over India!
India needs another breed of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patels to achieve Freedom.
Mr. Modi had been talking daily before the election. Even after the election he had been talking for a few days. Since the letter No.265, he has been maintaining a studied silence. This disappoints the people all over India.
Will he, at least, look towards the truth?

The  facts from 22 July 2014 to 26 July 2014  are being submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Prime Minister of India Chief Justice of India, chiefs of the Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, some High Courts and Chief Vigilance Commissioner (CVC)  on 27 July 2014.

267: SARDAR VALLABHBHAI PATEL AND THE INDIAN ECONOMY

267

SARDAR VALLABHBHAI PATEL AND THE INDIAN ECONOMY

The last mail was submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Prime Minister of India, Chief Justice of India, Indian Army, Indian Air Force and Chief Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) on 19 July 2014.  Later, it was posted in the blog www. howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com

The plane of the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, on 17 July 2014, was on the same flight path as that of ill-fated Malaysian plane MH 17 and that he escaped by the skin of his teeth. The missile could have very well hit his plane.
The Prime Minister must have avoided Ukraine.
The circumstances that forced him to overfly a conflict zone must be probed.

Union Finance Minister Mr. Arun Jaitely, on 19 July 2014, said that a decision to sell the residual shares of public sector banks over and above 51 percent would be taken very soon.
The government wants to sell the shares of the public sector banks to the holders of public savings.
It is reluctant to use the Re. 3 lakh crore in the Provident Fund (PF).
It should have exposed the illegalities associated with the PF and fixed responsibility.
But it did not do so.
This confirms the worst fears of the people that the previous UPA government had given the money to private parties in collusion with the then opposition parties.
The government must surrender the money now. It is its duty. Then it must use it for public cause.
It will be free to disobey the command of this man only after showing this work to the people.
Now it is blind to the letters and the Constitution of India.
The people think that the Union Ministers are patriotic men. How do they manage to pretend as the lovers of their country after concealing Re. 3 lakh crore?

Press Council of India chairman and former Supreme Court judge Justice Markandey Katju, on 21 July 2014, said that there was corruption in the judiciary. He alleged that 3 ex-Chief Justices of India made improper compromises. He added that there exists a nexus between the political leaders and the judges.
He has concealed hundreds of letters of public importance. It is the biggest act of corruption. Now he talks like this!

The Hindu, in a big centre page article on 21 July 2014, said that the BIRICS nations did not accept the view that the world is for America alone.
In this connection, it must be noted that China has a trade surplus of $31 billion every month. In contrast, India has a trade deficit of $11 billion every month.
Therefore, there cannot be any equality between China and India.
The facts show that China, and not the USA, has enslaved India.
During Indo-China war, the USA sided with India. A large number of educated youth work in the USA and send money. Why should India talk against the USA while talking about China or the BRICS nations? Is it in national interest?
India shall not substitute the USA with China. It is dangerous.
The government must read between the lines and understand the motive behind such articles.

Union Finance Minister, Mr. Arun Jaitely, on 21 July 2014, asked the Department of Income Tax to unearth the black money at home.
He must go through this work and prevent the generation of black money.

          This is letter No. 267.
Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel delivered a speech, on 11 August 1947, in a public meeting at New Delhi. The meeting was held in connection with the Independence Week celebrations. The following passage is quoted from that speech.
“In contrast to their counterparts in Great Britain the Indian socialists are pursuing the opposite course. If there is no water in the well, none can draw any to drink. By all means let them take away the wealth of a few rich in the country, but to what extent would this effort any relief to the poor- the teaming millions?”
He talked like this just like the layman. At the same time he –in bad faith- diverted the savings of the teaming millions into a few hands through private banks and private insurance companies. This process still continues. Can anyone deny this?
The downtrodden do not want to take away the lawfully earned assets of the rich. But they do say –through this work- that their savings should be used for public cause. They also say that the rich shall not take away their other assets.
Prime Minister Mr. Modi has been following the path shown by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Alternatively, he is being forced to use his popularity into the service of the evil.
He should not give a worse life to the people when there is chance for a better one.
The  facts from 19 July 2014 to 21 July 2014  are being submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Prime Minister of India Chief Justice of India, chiefs of the Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, some High Courts and Chief Vigilance Commissioner (CVC)  on 22 July 2014.

266: SARDAR VALLABABHI PATEL

SARDAR VALLABABHAI PATEL: WAS HE NOT GUILTY OF TREACHERY?

The last mail was submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Prime Minister of India, Chief Justice of India, Indian Army, Indian Air Force and Chief Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) on 16 July 2014.  Later, it was posted in the blog www. howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com

The Oil Ministry sought Cabinet nod to allow Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) to retain three gas discoveries worth $1.45 billion in the eastern offshore KG-D6 block even after expiry of timelines. The media reported this on 16 July 2014.
If the public assets are given to private parties, the Supreme Court of India would consider it as justice. If they are taken over, the court would consider it as injustice.

The Union Government appointed former judge of the Supreme Court of India G.S. Singhvi as its arbitrator in the Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) arbitration case.
Former President of India Mr.K.R. Narayanan went to the Supreme Court of India with the early letters to plead for justice. President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam followed suit. President Pratibha Devisingh Patil sent hundreds of letters to it. The present President of India, Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, is also doing the same. Yet Justice Singhvi or other judges did not relent to give a reply. What will the people think of them as and when they come to know this? Yet the government rewards them one after another. Is it not breach of trust?

The BRICS nations- during their Summit meeting at Fortaleza in Brazil, on 15 July 2014, expressed their commitment to refrain from taking any protectionist measures.
China blocks access to its market in different ways. It slowly but steadily devalues its currency.  Its people are averse to buying finished items from abroad.

According to the latest UN Millennium Developments Goals report, one third of the world’s extreme poor lived in India as of 2010. It is the largest share for a country. India had the highest child mortality rate in 2012 with 1.4 million children dying before the age of five.
India is the only slave nation in the world.

According to a report, on 17 July 2014, India is zeroing in on French Rafale fighter aircraft. The USA has better aircraft with stealth technology.

Pro- Russia rebels, on 17 July 2014, shot down a Malaysian plane carrying 295 people. Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi had a narrow escape as his plane had been re-routed. An inquiry must confirm the re-routing.

The Union Government decided to sell the shares of public sector Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC), Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), Coal India Limited (CIL), Hindustan Aeronautical Limited (HAL), Power Finance Corporation (PFC), National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) and Rastria Ispat Nigam Limited. The government had invited bid for the appointment of merchant bankers for the sale. The media reported this on 18 July 2014.
The Union Budget allotted a small amount only for development purposes. It was attributed to the poor income from the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). The reason is that part of the dividend went to the private share holders.
Now the government wants to disinvest more!
All the savings of the people in the Provident Fund (PF) and banks go into the hand of private parties to buy the PSUs and other assets all over the world. Their savings in the Life Insurance Corporation India (LIC) and Unit Trust of India (UTI) go for buying the shares of private companies! Thus all the public savings are in the hand a few private parties.

Union Finance Minister Mr. Arun Jaitely, on 18 July 2014, said that there was nothing wrong in a pro-poor, pro business Budget. He added that he enjoyed the support of Prime Minister Mr. Modi.
Mr. Arun Jaitely talks one thing and does another thing. Many things not mentioned by him in the Budget are coming out. Whether he listens to this man or not, he must say that he had no occasion as a union minister to deceive others through his Budget or otherwise.
He must note that the economic activity is falling.  It is coming to a grinding halt. No public investments. No jobs for the educated. Prime Minister Mr. Modi is losing support. India must be saved. The remedy is present in this work.

This is letter No. 266.

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the then Home Minister of India, delivered a speech at New Delhi on 31 October 1949 on the occasion of his seventy-fifth birth day. His mind explains the present plight of the people. The relevant passage is quoted below.
“Do not give to the Government if you cannot afford it. Deposit what you can as a loan. Not only our future be ensured but industry also will get a boost. Today we do not have financial resources for expanding industry and producing wealth. But if each individual makes his contribution in the form of savings, the savings of crores of people will go a long way towards achieving economic independence”.
Will not any man –if he is a patriot- say that he was guilty of treachery?
Prime Minister Mr. Modi must give a reply.

The  facts from 16 July 2014 to 18 July 2014  are being submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Prime Minister of India Chief Justice of India, chiefs of the Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, some High Courts and Chief Vigilance Commissioner (CVC)  on 19 July 2014.

265: INDIA: A NEW KNOWLEDGE

265

A NEW KNOWLEDGE

The last mail was submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Prime Minister of India, Chief Justice of India, Indian Army, Indian Air Force and Chief Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) on 11 July 2014.  Later, it was posted in the blog www. howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com

The newspapers, on 11 July 2014, reported that the Union Budget for 2014 – 2015 did contain the words privatization and disinvestment. They said that the fine structure of the Budget revealed it although Finance Minister Mr. Arun Jaitely did not utter them during his Budget speech.
In order to see an object, eye alone is not sufficient. The light must fall on it to shine it. When seen, one must be able to reason about it and draw conclusions.
After listening to his Budget speech, the present man came to the conclusion that the tone was not privatization or disinvestment in the conventional style but development and constitutionalism.
However, the present man was fully aware that the system had not allowed Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi to have a finger in the pie as the Provident Fund (PF) and other public resources were kept away from him.
Mahatma Gandhi alone did not handed over slavery to Indians. He did it along with Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and many other elite leaders.
Some business houses published their words and converted them into powerful leaders for economic reasons.
A few leaders pointed out this fact to them. The media decided to “strange” their views. The founders of the nation simply enjoyed it. Some did not like it. But they were helpless.
Even now the people live like animals and are not allowed to draw rational conclusions. They simply do not allow the light to fall on the top leaders and their opponents. Naturally, this work remains away from the eye of the people.
Prime Minister Mr. Modi could have given Freedom. But he prefers to remain at his underground abode in New Delhi. In this matter, there is no difference between him and the founders.
This condition would continue so long as the system honours Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru,  Sardhar Vallabhbhai Patel and the other elite founders of the nation.

Finance Minister Mr. Arun Jaitely, on 14 July 2014, said that his Budget was only a beginning and that he did everything under his command.
The Budget was not as barren as those of his predecessors.
However, just like his predecessors, he was silent about the most important middle portion. It cannot be beyond the reach of Mr. Arun Jaitely .
What happened to the Provident Fund (PF)?.
The helpless people ask this. The Prime Minister of India must give a reply.

The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), spent Re. 1100 crore to buy the shares of the Infosys Company, in the April - June quarter. The newspapers reported this on 14 July 2014. The LIC now holds 3.84 percent of its shares.
Thus the Prime Minister of India gave Re. 1100 crore to the Infosys.  Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi may not be aware of this.
The Infosys, in turn, would utilize the money to save the company or to buy assets in India and abroad.
One might say, but for this money, the Infosys would have suffered.
It is the duty of the government to save it because Infosys generates employment for the youth and contributes to the prosperity. It is a method followed for development.
Even if it is a foreign company like Nokia,  India cannot but save it.
Though it is a digression, it must be noted that the LIC extracts money from Assam and apportion it to various companies.
Therefore, the suggestion given to save Assam also must be studied.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), on 15 July 2014, barred erstwhile Satyam Company chairman Ramalinga Raju from the securities market for 14 years for unfair activities, manipulations, insider trading and wrongful gains. It said that he gained 543.93 crore.
Thus the government saves some and ditches the rest. This is one of the reasons why Satyam Company must be returned to its original owner, Mr. Ramalinga Raju.
If the LIC had given money to him, he would have been a great entrepreneur.
The present action gives the impression that other companies do not indulge in manipulations.
Actually, they manipulate the Supreme Court of India and the entire system. This shows manipulations, if any,  must be perfect.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Modi and President of China Mr.Xi Jinping, on 14 July 2014, discussed various issues at Fortaleza in Brazil during the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) Summit.
According to the reports, the Prime Minister of India pointed out the need for finding a solution to the border question and the adverse trade imbalance against India.
They, apparently, talked about the industrial parks.
India allowed China to destroy several industries. Many small industrialists suffer in silence. The industrial parks of China, if any, should not destroy the remaining Indian entities.
It must be noted that the trade imbalance is a problem created by the previous government. The then Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh, was so helpless that he had to ignore hundreds of letters. Now it has become a perennial problem that must be resolved by the present government.
China may not help India in this matter because it wants Indian market.

The leaders of the BRICS nations, on 15 July 2014, resolved to establish a new development bank with an initial authorized capital of $100 billion. The initial capital will be equally shared.
The headquarter will be at Shanghai in China. The first President of the bank will be India. The first chair of the Board of Governors will be Russia. There will a regional centre at South Africa.
The BRICS nations would advance money to all nations through this bank to sell their items. China will be benefited most..

This is letter No.265.
Perhaps this work seeks to implant a new knowledge which was not there before in the soul of the new Prime Minister of India.
If he believes that Freedom is useless to                   Indians, the people are not going to get this knowledge.

The  facts from 11 July 2014 to 15 July 2014  are being submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Prime Minister of India Chief Justice of India, chiefs of the Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, some High Courts and Chief Vigilance Commissioner (CVC)  on 16 July 2014.
