CHAPTER 122

122
THE FIELD
The last email was submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 10 December, 2009. A Cabinet meeting ensued on 11 December, 2009.
During a discussion on China in the Parliament on 10 December 2009, a Union Minister disclosed that China was improving its border infrastructure and India was taking adequate counter measures. He said that the issues over the Chinese incursions were consciously diffused because India did not want to enlarge the differences. He admitted that China received high priority in the strategic thinking of India. The latent meaning of the statement of the Government is that China toyed with an idea of attacking India as a retaliatory action for partially stopping a few imports.
The custom authorities on 11 December, 2009 confiscated a large quantity of Chinese toys in another port. The toys contained traces of harmful compounds. In Chapter 119, the present writer said that some people had been importing Chinese products through all ports and airports. The present revelation is consistent with that conclusion. Thus, China is violating the territorial integrity of India through some subtle maneuvers. If the Union Government had wanted, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) would have caught the culprits within 24 hours. However, the National Security Adviser might put the blame on the Prime Minister of India. It is not clear whether the Prime Minister asked him to turn a blind eye to such imports with the intention of showing a trade surplus with China or not.
The Union Government on 14 December, 2009 said that women would be recruited for combat duty after studying its pros and cons in the light of the experience gained by other countries. In this connection, it must be stated that women –more than men – would be disheartened by the manipulations going on in India.
A Tribunal for fishermen found that Sri Lanka killed Indian fishermen more brutally than the Tamil animals called tanimals. The Union Government revealed this to Indians through one or two newspapers on 16 December, 2009. If the Government had reported it as and when it happened, such extra judicial killings would have aroused the extreme indignation of the people. Then, the tanimals and the Indian fishermen would not have been killed in such a large scale. In fact, not more than two Indian fishermen would have suffered enforced disappearance. The moment Sri Lanka touched the third fisherman; it would have learned a lesson from India- not through a war but through a simple warning.
The present writer very lightly mentioned one or two words regarding the Indian fishermen in Chapter 93.The Government did not do anything in this matter as concluded in Chapter 94. Instead, India wanted the Sri Lankans to turn the tanimals into beasts of prey. Driven by the desire to enjoy royal happiness, one or two leaders in India permitted Sri Lanka to kill its own kinsmen. India even gave gun- boats and ships for this. Encouraged by this, Sri Lankans hoisted their flags in Indian ships and caught the Indian fishermen. They were then blindfolded and stripped naked. They abused them like dogs after covering their bodies with the Indian National Flag!
Now, India openly pity at the condition of Indian fishermen. Nietzsche firmly says that nothing in the world has caused more suffering than the folly of the pitying. He says that men must have a height that is above their pity. The present Government in India would not do its duty in this matter even now is a different matter.
The Union Government on 16 December, 2009 said in Parliament that the militant people in India were getting arms from a neighboring country.
In this connection, it must be stated that India disrupted the sleep of tanimals and gave them military training. Some leaders associated with this act still sit in the front row of Parliament. At times, they sit beside world leaders. There is no use in blaming the neighboring countries because the Prime Minister of India is now shaking hands with the leaders of those countries in another part of the Globe.
The Union Government now informed its decision to spend Re. 15,000 crore to revive 34 sick Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
The Government had been disposing of the sick PSUs and others under one pretext or other. Some had been sold for their real estate value. In contrast, the present decision must be based on the firm belief that the industrialization of India would not be affected by the revival of the PSUs. Therefore, the Government might take a decision to use public assets for public welfare and that the invaded PSUs would be restored. Surely, it must be a turning point. However, it is said that a man should not consider himself the cause of the results of his activities. Everything just happens!
The above decision shows that Her Excellency the President of India is engaged in the welfare of all. However, the learned judges of the Supreme Court attached to the private Companies would say that the decision would affect the industrialization of India. Thus, when this writer wanted the Government to enact the needed laws as in Chapter 54, the learned judges latently asked the Government to ignore all laws. When the successive Presidents visited the Supreme Court, a body of learned judges stubbornly stood by their judgment in Chapter 3.
Now, Her Excellency the President of India could see the battle field.
As all the learned judges have not vomited the deadly poison, they are now accused bodies. In fact, no judge in India has declared his assets since the last mail.
A political leader was getting great publicity. Now he does not want to win an unrivaled kingdom.
One or two leaders accepted the proprietorship of the nation. They considered the concealment of this work as nectar. Now, they find that this is working as a poison in their body. The people have not seen it. Yet, they are conspicuous by their absence in the front row of Parliament.
One or two leaders sitting in the front row of Parliament were seen listening to the words of a representative of the manipulators. They must have allowed the law to take its own course. They did not do so. This work must have affected them also.
No Union Minister would keep the shares of any Company in his pocket and ask the financial institutions to buy shares because his body language would be against it.
The Managing Director of a bank cannot buy shares on behalf of his bank after buying shares using his hard earned money. The Chief of the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), Director of the CBI and all other public servants are similarly related.
All these great warriors have been standing in the strategic points of entrance. They have already been destroyed.
Now, there shall be no confusion in the body of the President.
“The body is called the field”. This is what the sages say.
Some say that the words of the sages are not for the materialistic world. But the words of a sage are based on a systematic analysis of body and mind. This is a branch of political science that is knowledge systematized and formulated. One would say that this knowledge is superior to the knowledge enunciated by Plato and Aristotle. Nothing has been mentioned anything based on any belief. Therefore, any two seekers of knowledge will get the same result again and again.
The facts from 10 December, 2009 to 15 December 2009 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 16 December, 2009.

CHAPTER 121

121

FOOTSTEPS

The last mail was submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 2 December, 2009. A Union Cabinet meeting followed on 3 December, 2009. A TV channel sparingly reported this after a few minutes. It said that the meeting was to hike the salaries of the Union Ministers. Thus, it concocted a story within no time. However, other TV channels and the newspapers, as usual, blacked out the Cabinet meeting.

India on 3 December, 2009 openly appealed to Sri Lanka to undertake a review of the ban on 4 Indian Pharmaceutical Companies.
India secretly gave to Sri Lanka warships, gunboats, tanks and other weapons worth more than Re.10,000 crore. Sri Lanka has not surrendered them. Further, India openly donated relief materials besides Re. 1000 crore in cash. Now, if India were ready to give Re. 1000 crore more in cash, it would buy things worth Re.100 crore without any murmur.
Further, the open appeal shows that Sri Lanka is determined to teach one or two lessons to India.

The Chief of the Indian Navy on 3 December, 2009 said that the Navy was fully prepared to avert any threat from the sea. He did not mention anything about the naval bases of China around India.

During a discussion over the Sri Lankan problem in the Upper House of the Indian Parliament on 4 December, 2009 a prominent leader of the opposition party openly acknowledged that whenever they remembered the Sri Lankan issue, they were not getting proper sleep. Many Members of Parliament (MPs) expressed their anguish over the plight of the Tamil animals called tanimals. In reply, the Union Government said that India was keen to find a solution within the framework of a united Sri Lanka.
It must be noted that at least one leader in India openly imposed shame on himself before the suffering tanimals in Sri Lanka. Philosophers say that only a noble man does this. A noble man, instead of putting the blame on himself, does pity at times. In such circumstances, he does not want it known. He preferably does this from a distance.
In contrast, some leaders appear merciful. However, they feel blessed in their pity. They put the shame on others.
In this connection, it must be noted that unity of India is important for world peace. It is not so for Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka could have opted to remain as two countries, not like South Korea and North Korea but like any two friendly countries of Europe.

Now, there were reports that the leader of the opposition in Parliament wanted to relinquish his post.
The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu State also on 5 December, 2009 said that he would leave politics after June 2010.
The Chief Minister could restore the 3.5 per cent reservation extended to a community after showing the seats secured by them in the Government Medical and Engineering Colleges. He could allot a small percentage to various caste and religious groups for still greater social justice. He could extend old age pension to more people above 60, 65 or 70 years. He could give the Central Pay to his employees without delay. However, these are all atoms.
The Chief Minister knows that some private individuals keep separate foreign exchange accounts and not the State Governments. Now, he need not demand it. He could simply give this to the States. Needless to say that there is a mountain of duty before him.
It must be noted that the manipulators in Chapter 1 wanted the former Prime Minister to step down and the latter finally obliged. If all political leaders decided to leave like this, wicked magicians, following the footsteps of the founding fathers of India, would consciously skip the voice of 1000 million people, and continue to sit in the front row of Parliament.
One would say that the former Prime Minister of India also went around the tombs of the founding fathers of India. If he had gone ahead with his decision to use public money for public investments, his actions would have led to FREEDOM. This would have put the founding fathers of India to shame. When the manipulators attacked him as in Chapter 1, he, instead of insisting on being right, joined them to declare himself wrong. Nietzsche says that a man, at times, solves his problems like this –especially when he is right. In this way he also proved that the founding fathers did some good to the nation; carried out the formalities of going around their tombs and reluctantly apportioned public assets among some private parties.
Now, as the Union Government follows the footsteps of the founding fathers, the Chief Minister must do his duty to the nation consistent with the power the people granted to him.

An advocate of a private Company submitted before a three judge Bench of the Supreme Court that another private Company would get a profit of Re. 75,000 crore from a natural resource present in one place alone!

A Union Minister on 8 December, 2009 informed in Parliament that even the first Prime Minister of India sold the shares of some PSUs. He added that the Government was following his ways only. He said that the money so obtained would be spent for social works.
In this connection, it must be reiterated that the Union Government is forbidden from alienating the shares of the Manipur State in any PSUs. Simply because the first Prime Minister of India and the successive Governments served Indians like this, the present Government should not follow their footsteps.
V. Sabarimuthu

The people possessing the shares of the Companies would not agree with this contention because their wealth would undergo erosion. Therefore, all Union Ministers, possessing the shares of Companies must resign from the Union Cabinet forthwith. A new set of Members of Parliament must run the Government. Alternatively, they could surrender the wealth amassed in this way. Until then all PSUs must be precluded from buying or selling the shares. The President of India could seek the opinion of the Supreme Court in this matter.

A leader of the Congress Party on 8 December, 2009 promised that that he, following the footsteps of the Father of the Nation, would not seek any power. He said that a person from a particular community could become the Prime Minister based on his merits. He added that his sole aim was to make the boys and girls, sitting before him, the future rulers like him. For this,he exhorted them to follow him.
The TV news channel and all the regional news channels of the Government, telecast his speech concertedly. All private TV channels also followed suit. It is customary for the newspapers to publish his visits. He talks the same thing. Yet, he gets this publicity for all his visits. No Union Cabinet Minister gets this for anything. The leaders of the coalition parties, the leader of the opposition party in the Parliament, former Prime Ministers, present Chief Ministers and the President of India also do not get this. The premium he pays to a boy for this is Re. 75,000 crore per year through a wrong production sharing contract alone!
It is pertinent to recall that in Chapter 120, a representative of the manipulators talked about terror on 29 November, 2009. It must be reiterated that he had threatened to eliminate this writer for this work. The above leader was seen listening to his talk with rapt attention. Obviously, he might have told this leader to conceal this work. Therefore, wherever he goes, he carefully conceals this work under his coat. After all, the Father of the Nation also did this! Naturally, the youth of today never gets a chance to form an opinion about any leader in India.
The media does not inform the existence of this work to them because this writer is not following the footsteps of the Father of the Nation.

CHAPTER 120

120
TERMINATING SELF INTERESTS
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on 24 November, 2009 found a large number of illegally imported boxes in the Chennai airport. Most of the boxes contained several items from China. Seven employees were suspended from service because they were in possession of a huge amount of unaccounted money. The CBI did not identify the importers. This shows that the system had been allowing some people to import like this through all ports and airports in India. The importers had been giving some money to the employees just to avoid a flutter. The employees were made the scapegoats for the imports. This is one of the ways of China to convert India into its vassal is another matter.
While in the USA, the Prime Minister of India on 24 November, 2009 said that he did not understand the reasons for the recent assertiveness of China.
In this connection, it must be noted that Sri Lanka had invited the Army Commanders of China and India purportedly for devising a strategy to eliminate the so-called tanimals. The Commander of China was the Chief Guest. The Indian Commander had to play a subsidiary role. The Government of India could have done nothing more treacherous than this. Now, China wants to play this dominant role. It would hesitate to part with its interests. This is one reason for the recent assertiveness of China.
Her Excellency the President of India on 25 November, 2009 flew in an Indian Air Force jet plane for 30 minute. Before entering the plane, the President might have thought that she had done her duty to the nation. But, the President must enable the people to discover FREEDOM for fulfilment.
The Chief Justice of India, in a telecast to the nation on 27 November, 2009, said that the Indians reposed their faith in the judiciary. He sandwiched this statement between two other statements. On one side he recalled the Preamble of the Constitution that promises equality – social, economic and political. On the other side he requested the people to point out the unintended mistakes of the judiciary.
It is great that the Chief Justice of India, instead of intimidating the people, wanted them to point out the mistakes of the judiciary.
The Chief Justice knows that the basis of slavery is economic. When the Government comes across a gold mine, it shall not be handed over to an individual through a sale or auction. But the previous Government handed over the BALCO- a Public Sector Aluminium Company- to an individual. When the unconstitutional nature of the sale was pointed out to the Supreme Court, two learned judges said that the political parties would suffer de-registration if they did not follow the principles of socialism. This was mentioned in Chapter 10. Everyone considered these learned judges as saints of knowledge. Alas, they said this only to fleece 1000 million people as the then Government privatized two or three more Public Sector Undertakings ( PSUs) immediately.
In Chapter 59, this writer said that the Supreme Court made the Preamble to roll in the dust. This writer added that the murderous knife of the Supreme Court passed through the body of the Constitution. But Supreme Court signaled to the then Prime Minister of India to do away with the Constitution of India.
Had the then Prime Minister continued to hand over the public assets to some private individuals, the media - that portrayed him as a whale in Chapter 1 - might have described him as vessel of wisdom. They would have projected him as the cultivator of the future. The USA would have given him a red-carpet welcome. Like a jester, he could have skipped 1000 million people and sat in the front row of the Parliament. But he abhorred the path followed by the founding fathers of India to find a place in the mind of the people. Therefore, he chose to terminate his self interests and abdicated power.
However, one or two leaders in the Congress Party believed that they could do the job without allowing the people to know their mind. They believed that even if the Supreme Court, National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Investigation agencies and the Union Ministers disowned them, the media would protect them.
Thus, they sold the shares of the PSUs in the way they liked. They gave the spectrum and other natural resources to their people. They decided to give Re. three lakh crore from the Provident Fund to two boys. Pension Fund and the public money in the financial institutions were given to some people in the name of buying shares.
The learned judges of the Supreme Court allow the Government to flay the people like this because the value of their shares increases. It is not easy for them to sacrifice their wealth. They have the power to give FREEDOM. But, they use it to protect their own interest. They would not agree to resign because it is a question of their job. In these circumstances all judges, owning shares, must come forward to terminate their self interest and refrain from hearing any case. This would go down as their richest gift to the nation. As it is an extraordinary situation, they could draw salary till their retirement.
Then a new set of judges would occupy the Supreme Court and the High Courts. They would not write judgements to suit their own needs. They would order the Government to use public assets for public welfare. They would give FREEDOM. There will be a great social and economic change.
A candidate for the Sri Lankan Presidential election now said that he would strengthen friendship with India. He said that he went to India four times for military training. He added that Sri Lanka bought weapons from China and Pakistan only to kill the tanimals.
Sri Lanka must try to become a country like Singapore. It has no enemies now. It shall not buy weapons from China or Pakistan using Indian money. It must take back the refugees without any delay.
A Union Minister on 25 November, 2009 expressed the concern of India over the growing nexus between Pakistan and China. Pakistan must tell the reason for giving a naval base to China. The Government must take a firm stand in this matter till the objective is achieved.
The militant people killed 3 people in the Jharkhand State on 29 November, 2009. There were no Union Ministers to condemn this. The public sector TV channels are projecting four or five Union Ministers only.
A representative of the manipulators talked about terror on 29 November, 2009. Many political leaders, including some prominent Union Ministers, were paying great attention to his talk. He selectively interviews the political leaders and others for a TV channel. He, had, apparently, threatened to eliminate this writer for this work. This was reported to the then President through point No.10 of Chapter 15. No competent authority rejected the allegation. As such no Union Minister should have sat with him to talk against terror.
A former Chief Minister was arrested for amassing Re.4000 crore.
Now there were reports that Indian Exports fell by 6.5 per cent in October 2009. The value of Indian currency has been falling down everyday inside India. Some exporters have been incurring losses. Therefore, Indian currency should have been devalued against dollar.
A Member of Parliament on 1 December, 2009 pointed out that the PSUs were in possession of Re. 4.85 lakh crore in cash. He, in vain, tried to open the eye of the Members of Parliament (MPs) and the people of India. The Government did not tell the reason for the non utilization of the money. He must go ahead like this. He would have to make some sacrifices.
The President of India on 1 December, 2009 asked the media whether they were doing justice to their profession by contributing to the cause of good governance. The media ignored her speech. However, it is present in her website. Her recent speeches show that she is terminating her self interests for the FREEDOM of 1000 million. Her website is developing into a good work is another matter.
The facts from 24 November, 2009 to 1 December, 2009 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 2 December, 2009 through email. A copy is sent through post. The website: www. howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com is also updated.
