CHAPTER 129

129
TOTAL DESTRUCTION
The facts from 7 February, 2010 to 14 February, 2010 were submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 15 February, 2010 through email.
Militant people killed 27 soldiers and a civilian in the West Bengal State on 15 February, 2010. A Union Minister described the killings as a heartless action. He added that the support of the intellectuals was standing in the way of solving this problem.
In this connection, it must be stated that the Government wants to transmit the natural resources to a few individuals. The Government uses force for this. At the same time, the militant people want to use them for public welfare. They use force to achieve their objective. Knowledge might solve the problem. But the Government and the Supreme Court are blocking the flow of knowledge to the people.
Describing India as a cacophonous democracy, THE NEW INDIAN EXPRESS on 17 February, 2010 predicted difficult days for the privatization programme. The paper said that slow tentative steps would be the order of the day as the path ahead was a very difficult one. It revealed that the reformers were winning due to the pressure exerted by a boy leader of the Congress Party. This leader did not rebut the inference of the paper.
12 women field workers found 27 gold coins weighing about four gram each with Arabic inscriptions in the Tamil Nadu State. The police immediately recovered the coins. The coins –as per law - belong to the Government. But the liquid gold found in some places belongs to four or five private individuals!
India, on18 February, 2010 allowed two public sector oil companies to take 12.5 per cent stake in a China pipeline project in Myanmar. The circumstances that led to this are known to the Government only. The decision is injurious to the security of India.
Militant people killed 12 villagers in the Bihar State on 18 February, 2010.
The new president of the principal opposition party said that one should not hope to climb the political ladder by hitting out at others. He added that one should not try to gain something for oneself at the expense of others. A national daily reported this on 18 February, 2009 as its front page headline news.
In this connection, it must be stated that the leaders of the ruling and opposition parties depend upon four or five individuals for money and name. It gives them great pleasure to see that their faces alone are being shown in the media. Their inaction over the question of FREEDOM is their action to deny FREEDOM to Indians. Therefore, “all warriors on either side had been slain”. They had suffered total destruction. The fact that no leader has demanded the Government to use public assets for public welfare conclusively proves this conclusion.
A leader uttered the word “FREEDOM” on one or two occasions. But the people never understood its meaning.
The public sector Rural Electrification Corporation (REC) sold 53.52 crore shares on 19 February, 2010. The public sector United Bank of India also sold 5 crore shares without following any law. The public sector banks, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), Unit Trust of India (UTI) and some private parties bought the shares. Locke says that where there is no law, there is no FREEDOM.
The Chief Minister of Jharkhand State touched the feet of a young priest. The print media published this photograph throughout India on 20 February, 2010.
It is pertinent to recall that, one day, a rational Prime Minister of India visited Ellora Caves. Standing before one of the caves, he lifted his grandchildren and asked whether his wish would be fulfilled. The priest had interpreted the meaning of the echo as “yes”.
The militant people killed three soldiers on 23 February, 2010 in the Jammu & Kashmir State.
The Railway budget for the year 2010 – 2011 proposed 700 Km for the doubling of rail line. At this rate, India would take another 50 years to complete the doubling work.
A police officer and a militant leader died in an exchange of fire in West Bengal State on 26 January, 2010.
The health authorities on 26 January, 2010 found a tea clouring centre in the Kanyakumari District of Tamil Nadu State. The name of the colouring material and its source are not known. The report gives the impression that the adulterators had been giving slow poison to the people. Most of the people, including the present writer, had been using the adulterated tea. Whether the colouring material had been produced for Kanyakumari District alone or for entire India is known to the Government only.
The Union budget for 2010-2011 was for Re. eleven lakh crore. It wanted to garner Re. twenty five thousands crore by selling the shares of the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). In a congenial atmosphere, the Government would sell shares for any amount.
The Budget hiked the prices of petrol and diesel. Protesting over this, the opposition parties staged a walk out during the budget speech.
The Budget did not abolish the tax exemption granted to investments in Insurance Companies and Mutual Funds. Thus the Government ignored the last mail submitted to Her Excellency the President of India.
In this connection, it must be stated that when the LIC buys shares for Re. one lakh crore the beneficiaries would not hesitate to give 10 per cent of this amount to political leaders, the learned judges of the Supreme Court, officers of the LIC and others. The Constitution of India does not allow this.
The Union Budget - as usual - was silent about the Re. three lakh crore in the Provident Fund account, another Re. three lakh crore in the Pension Fund besides the surplus money in Post Offices and in the PSUs including banks. This amount apparently goes in the hands of less than ten individuals.
Moreover, they get not less than Re. six lakh crore per year as profit from the natural resources.
Thus, the present Union Budget could have been for not less than Re. twenty two lakh crore.
Now, one half of the national income goes in the hands of less than ten individuals. The other half goes to 1000 million people.
The beneficiaries do not know what to do with this unlimited money. One part of the money goes to usurp public property in the name of Public Private Partnership (PPP) and another part goes to buy assets abroad. The rest goes in their numbered accounts and in the numbered accounts of others.
Obviously, the beneficiaries have the strength of the armed forces, investigation agencies, Supreme Court and the Government put together. This is the reason why this work failed to secure to Indians even a small space to drive a pin of FREEDOM.
Rejecting this work, the Government has started the 3G spectrum auction process. It would be auctioned on 9 April, 2010. The manipulators achieved this through the aid of a boy leader of the Congress Party. This conclusion is based on the 17 January, 2010 statement of the print media.
Spectrum and the natural resources cannot be given to all. It could be distributed among a maximum of 50 people. A man might come forward to give double the present amount tomorrow. Even then, it could not be given. It cannot be given to the King of Travancore or his subjects also.
Evidently, the Constitution of India forbids the Government from auctioning the natural resources in bad faith. Yet, this happens mainly because the judges attached to various companies dominate the Supreme Court. Another reason is that the present Chief Justice of India is not doing his prescribed duty of fighting. The inaction of the Supreme Court for the 128 letters before it is the action of the Supreme Court to transfer public assets to private parties. This gives the impression that the Supreme Court also has suffered total destruction. It is procrastinating to write even judgments in important cases of public interest.
The facts from 15 February, 2010 to 26 February 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 27 February, 2010 through email.

CHAPTER 128

128
INACTION IN ACTION, AND ACTION IN INACTION.
A Union Minister on 8 February, 2010 compared the president of the Congress Party to Bahadur Shah Zafar, the last Mugal Emperor. He added that the first Mugal Emperor was committed to Afghanistan but the last one was committed to India.
Two Chapters - 125 and126- had been emailed to Amnesty International. The present writer received the following reply on 9 February, 2010.
Dear Sabarimuthu Vyakappan,
Thank you very much for sharing the important document with Amnesty International.
Your email has been forwarded to the appropriate team and in all cases information is recorded and monitored to assist our campaigning and human rights research work.
Our researchers use a variety of different sources to verify all information received and may be in touch to ask further questions as soon as possible, otherwise thank you for the information. Your contribution makes a difference.
Thank you
Sincerely,
Online Communities Team
The public sector National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) decided to erect about 1500 billboards with pictures of the Prime Minister of India and a leader of the Congress Party on all National Highways at regular intervals. But the Office of the Prime Minister turned down this. All newspapers all over India reported this on 13 February, 2010.
Over bridges are necessary for highways over railway lines. But the NHAI is constructing big bridges for highways over small cross roads. Instead, there could be small over bridges or under bridges for cross roads. Thus the ways of the NHAI are not known. However, everyone knows that the local contractors are not benefited by the NHAI.
The above report about the Prime Minister served the purpose of boosting his image. The people, in general, felt that the Prime Minister was not running after any publicity.
In contrast, when a Prime Minister of India visited Trivandrum, he lifted his grandchildren and showed them to the people in a big public meeting. Some people were disappointed because this happened immediately after they lost the chance to see the legal heir to the throne of Travancore Kingdom as their future King. No leader is now going to this extent is a different matter.
It is clear that some beneficiaries of the present system planted the above story in all newspapers. The action of the Prime Minister frustrated the decision of the NHAI. But he did not identify the people behind the above story. This is the inaction associated with his action.
Further, the Prime Minister is not directing the media to bring this work to the notice of the people. This inaction of the Prime Minister is his action to block the flow of knowledge to the people.
Obviously, one could discern an element of action in his inaction and inaction in his action. This makes him a tainted leader.
Therefore, it is imperative that the portraits of all past and present tainted leaders must be removed from public offices.
Though it is a digression, it must be stated that France and Germany promised to save Greece from the present fiscal crisis. In Chapter 52, the present writer predicted the present fiscal crisis of Greece. Some other countries of the European Union will be also affected.
Coming back, the former President of India on 11 February, 2010 said that three women - Her Excellency the President of India, the Speaker of Parliament and a leader of the Congress Party- were leading the Nation to prosperity.
The media has been blacking out the speeches of the former President of India for the last few months. Now, as he clubbed the Congress leader with the President and the Speaker, the media reported this.
The present Chief Justice of Delhi High Court, during his farewell interaction on 12 February, 2010, mourned that a judge junior to him had been picked as the Judge of the Supreme Court. This shows that the present selection process is biased against some judges. However, he must have approached the court for remedy.
The Life Insurance Companies wanted tax relief in the impending Budget. Some newspapers reported this on 12 February, 2010.
In this connection, it must be stated that the Government shall grant any tax relief to any one. But it must be reiterated that no tax exemption shall be granted for investments in Insurance Companies and Mutual Funds. Now, the Government is forcing the people to pay tribute to some private parties through this. It is out and out unconstitutional. Her Excellency the President of India could seek the opinion of the unattached judges of the Supreme Court.
The inaction of the Prime Minister of India in the above matter is his action to transfer public money to some private parties. The beneficiaries, in turn, concertedly work for boosting his image. The Prime Minister shall not talk about consensus in this matter. If he could not do anything, he must initiate a debate in this matter.
A senior Union Minister said that he liked the Prime Minister because he did not impose his will on others and all his actions were through consensus.
One year ago the Prime Minister declared that he would not seek consensus to take any decision of national importance and went ahead with the nuclear deal. Now he attributes his inactions to lack of consensus.
Obviously, the Union Minister is attributing a good quality to the Prime Minister. It is said that a man does this mainly to ridicule another man. There exists a conspiracy to enhance the image of some leaders is a different matter.
A bomb blast killed12 people in Pune on 13, February, 2010.
“An intelligent man sees inaction in action, and action in inaction.” Some people might reject this as an abstract one. Now, it is clear that these words are a fact in real life situations.
The facts from 7 February, 2010 to 14 February, 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 15 February, 2010.

CHAPTER 127

127
SHOW AND SATISFACTION
The Government on 29 January, 2010 postponed the auction of the 3G spectrum to September, 2010. This must be the repercussion of the last mail submitted to Her Excellency the President of India. This is the value of this work. This must go down like the postal privatization of Japan mentioned in Chapter 56. Alternatively, various pressure groups might have wanted the 3G spectrum for themselves. Whatever happened, an industrialist described the postponement as a “shameful” action.
Her Excellency the President of India, Prime Minister of India, a leader of the Congress Party and the leader of the opposition in Parliament paid tribute to the Father of the Nation on 30 January, 2010. The TV channels telecast it. Whether they got any satisfaction or not is known to them only. However, it went down as a routine “show”.
“A man does each and everything for show or satisfaction”.
It must be noted that everyone cannot give information. But everyone could receive information. This is the reason why FREEDOM of speech is the right of the people of a nation as BODY to receive information. The Amnesty International also defines FREEDOM of speech as the right to receive information. The top leaders of the Nation are aware of the meaning now. They do know that there exists a latent decision to “strange” the views of others. But they enjoy this without the slightest compunction. Therefore, they are tainted leaders.
This condition existed during the period of the Father of the Nation. The then leaders did nothing to change this. Therefore, they were also tainted leaders.
The present leaders knew that a lawyer had been consciously converted into the Father of the Nation just as a boy is now being converted into modern day Father of the Nation.
The present leaders could give FREEDOM to the people even today and win glory. But the past leaders lost that chance. Therefore, the Nation shall not pay tribute to them.
Though it is a digression, it must be noted that the USA decided to sell arms worth $ 6.4 million to Taiwan. China immediately suspended military exchanges with the USA. China had threatened to invade Taiwan if it formalized its de-facto independence.
Coming back, militant people killed a man on 30 January, 2010.
The Union Government on 30 January, 2010 said that it was trying to find a political solution to the problem of Tamils in Sri Lankan. One day, India talks of a political solution to the Tamils. On the next day, India gives them agony and death. They have not overcome their deepest pain. If India did not want to bring greater calamity to them, Sri Lanka must be asked to withdraw its army from the Tamil areas.
The Union Government on 1 February, 2010 wanted to ban certain blogs. The Chief Justice of India immediately said that blogs with pornographic content and hate speeches could be banned. He, however, added that blanket ban on all blogs would not be right.
The learned judges of the Supreme Court withdrew the details of their personal bank accounts. The reason cited was that the Chief Justice of India got a letter from someone stating that all their money would be taken by some others using computer technology.
In Chapter 40 under Point No.6 the present writer pointed that that the electronic accounting system would fail. In order to avoid this, a suggestion was given to split the financial institutions into State level units. But the learned judges of the Supreme Court ignored it. Now they are alert to protect their money. At least now, they must realize the importance of this work. They must protect public assets just like they protect their own assets. Now, there must be separate foreign exchange accounts for every State, lest the entire foreign exchange would disappear. The people suspect that a huge amount of foreign exchange has already disappeared.
The National Rural Employment Guarantee (NREG) Scheme was on 2 February, 2010 renamed after the Father of the Nation. The scheme was started four years ago.
In this connection, it may be recalled that the present writer gave a suggestion to impose service tax on 1 June, 2001 in Chapter 1. Within one month, the Union Government implemented it. This tax is generating a huge amount of money. This money was used for the loan waiver scheme. This money is being used for educational loan scheme and for implementing the Pay Commission benefits. Many poverty alleviation schemes, including the NREG, are being implemented using this money.
In the letter No.4 dated 21-12- 2001, this writer pointed out that the coolies in the rural areas did not get job for even two days per week. The present writer, at that time, exhorted everyone to work with single minded devotion to change the scenario.
Again in the letter No. 5 dated 3-1-2002, the present writer, among other things, said that there was no work for coolies. Everyone was requested to avert a major humiliating crisis.
The present writer, in Chapter 41 Point No.9, said that jobs could be given to workers.
If no other person had pointed out this to the Government, this work alone motivated the Government to come out with the above scheme. As such, it should not have been renamed after the Father of the Nation. All schemes named after the tainted leaders must be renamed suitably.
The danger is that some leaders get the credit for such schemes. The people are simply adulating them. One could see virtually stampedes to shake hands with such leaders.
Rejecting Chapter 41 of this work, the Government sold 5 per cent shares of the public sector National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) on 3 February, 2010. The public sector UTI also bought the shares. It must be noted that the Government has not recovered the money given to the UTI as loan.
This happens because the judges holding shares dominate the Supreme Court. They contaminate the entire system through their association. They want to give public assets to their Companies. They are a liability to the Nation. It must be noted that the Point No.4 in Chapter 26 prevented the then Chief Justice of India from hearing a case.
There are nine unattached judges. They are “free from contaminating association”. They want to use the natural resources for public welfare. They are an asset to the Nation.
Therefore, tell the name of a judge, the people will tell the nature of their judgement.
The Chief Justice of India must go through this work before constituting the Benches. If it were not feasible of compliance, the Chief Justice could go through Point No.8 in Chapter 16 and Point No.5 in Chapter 18. Further, all judges attached to various Companies must be forbidden from hearing cases of public importance. The Supreme Court should deliver the judgements of the cases before it without further delay.
The army killed four militant people on 4 February, 2010. On the next day, the militant people killed two army personnel.
A State Government on 5 February 2010 decided to give 4500 acre to a private Company for exploring iron ore. Had the people been allowed to know this work, they would have demanded the Government to use the Provident Fund or Pension Fund for this. This is the reason why the Constitution of India and the Supreme Court must be broken.
A leader of the Congress Party travelled in a local train on 6 February 2010. It went down as a very bad “show” because it was an ironic reflection of the freedom struggle. But he derives satisfaction in such shows.
Now, the above leader said that he wanted to change the present system. This shows that he utilized his FREEDOM to go through the Chapter 126 of this work. Apparently, this Chapter impressed him. But the proprietors are not allowing him to grant the same FREEDOM to others.
During his journey, he mingled with the commuters. The surprised commuters gave great respect to him. He might have noticed that they were oblivious of this work. This might have given him great satisfaction.
It must be noted that the political leaders are not simply concealing this work under their coat. They are carefully concealing the treasure given to them. They “show” to the world that nothing is going on behind them. In this matter, they are following the ways of thieves. But it gives great satisfaction to them.
The facts from 29 January, 2010 to 6 February, 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 7 February, 2010.
