CHAPTER 126

126
UNTOUCHABLES
The President of Sri Lanka on 24 January, 2010 said that the so called Tamil animals – tanimals - did not want freedom. He added that the army would not vacate from their area.
In this connection, it must be stated that India made the Tamils to suffer their deepest pain. Whatever happened, India must now openly demand Sri Lanka to resettle the refugees in their home land.
The militant people killed four people on 25 January, 2010.
The Prime Minister of India, as a reply to the last mail submitted to Her Excellency the President of India, said that a solution would be found to attract the best people to politics. He added that he was unable to do anything due to want consensus. This shows that the Prime Minister of India pretends as the winner of power. The hidden proprietors run the nation. However, the Prime Minister wins the mind of the people by talking like this.
In contrast, the predecessors of the Prime Minister used to do something dramatic to win the mind of the people. Thus, one day, a former Prime Minister abolished the pension –privy purses - given to the kings in India. As a result, the Government saved about Re. 100 crore per year. The people described her as a great socialist. They depicted the antagonists of this decision as capitalists. They started adulating her. On the next day, she gave the precious oil and gas reserves to four or five individuals through the so-called auction. The Government lost about Re. 75,000 crore per year from one area alone. As a result, all Indians became untouchables.
The Government could give say, Re. 100 crore per year, to a few individuals through any natural resource or otherwise. The people might digest it. Therefore, as a respectable person, she should not have either withdrawn the pension granted to the kings or awarded the precious natural resources to a few individuals.
Until recently, the people of different castes in many areas of India were not allowed to draw water from the same well. This is because some people were treated as untouchables. Now, a boy says that all Indians, including his own brother, are untouchables. He refuses to part with even one per cent of his profit. 1000 million people cannot even peep into his well. The reason is that the people have been converted into untouchables through the force of law. Thus the rule of law is that no man shall go near his well.
The act of giving public assets to private parties existed even during the period of the Father of the Nation. He, in fact, knew this. But he did not mention this in any of his books or speeches. If he had mentioned this, the people would not have doubted his integrity now. Instead, he had simply converted Indians into untouchables by glorifying them.
Now, the Prime Minister could restore pension granted to the kings and nationalize all natural resources, including the spectrum, as a one time action. If he could not do this, he could –as an honest person- open this work for public discussion.
Evidently, the decision to “strange” the views of others to usurp public assets is the enemy of India. The Constitution of India and the Supreme Court that allow this are also the enemies of India.
Many people, including the father of the Chief Justice of India, had been treated as untouchables by the Indian society. The Chief Justice of India shall not now convert 1000 million people into untouchables through the force of law.
The Chief Justice of India does not hold any shares of any Companies. He is not attached to the Companies. An unattached Chief Justice must be a fighter. This is the life time opportunity for the people. The case is now in his hands. The enemies cannot escape. He “must get up and vanquish his enemies to enjoy a flourishing nation”.
The President of Sri Lanka, immediately after winning the election, said that the people of Sri Lanka could unite. Sri Lanka - as two friendly nations - would be far more prosperous and beautiful than a united Sri Lanka.
Her Excellency the President of India said something on the eve of the Republic Day. The print media on the next day blacked out her speech. The President, for the first time, posted the Hindi version of her speech on 27 January, 2010 in her website. Thus the Government transformed the Republic Day into Bondage Day. The President must overcome the hurdles and post the English version.
The Vice President of India on 28 January, 2010 said that the deception of the media was destabilizing the polity and economy of the Nation. The decisions of the Government would be constitutional only when the Government allows the people to receive information.
The facts from 24 January, 2010 to 28 January 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 29 January, 2010 through email.

CHAPTER 125

125
FALSE PROPRIETORS
The Union Government on 7 January 2009 said that India could neglect China only at its own peril. The Government added that China was not a threat to India. Evidently, the Government said this at the behest of the proprietors of the Nation. The Government would have to disown this statement tomorrow.
A newspaper now said that the Father of the Nation wanted to give equal opportunity to the weakest and the strongest. This is the answer of the paper to the Chapter 123. It must be noted that the Father of the Nation did not say that he was a representative of the strongest. He, in fact, preached non violence so that the public assets would go into the hands of the manipulators without encountering any violent resistance.
Now, Mr. Mittal unilaterally decided to exit from an off shore block of the ONGC-Mittal Energy Limited in Trinidad and Tobago. Despite this, the public sector ONGC –in bad faith - is buying new oil fields in collaboration with him. The unconstitutional collaboration of India with Mr. Mittal was pointed out in Chapter 54. 10 points were given in that Chapter. Her Excellency the President of India must obtain the opinion of the Supreme Court in this matter.
Two militant people and a soldier died in an exchange of fire in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) State on 7 January 2010.
The Kerala High Court on 8 January, 2010 directed the Government of Kerala not to hike the bus charge of private buses without its prior permission. If the learned judges were the shareholders of private transport companies, they would have stood by the December 10, 2001 Judgment as mentioned in Chapter 3.
In this connection, it must be noted that the Kerala Sate is incurring heavy losses through its Transport Corporation. The unintended beneficiaries are tourists from other States. This leads to the economic deprivation of the State. The court could suggest a remedy for it.
The Prime Minister of India on 8 January, 2010 requested the overseas Indians to take an active part in Indian politics and public life. He added that they would get a chance to determine the ruler of India.
Anyone hearing the speech of the Prime Minister would consider the Union Government as the duly elected Government of the people. But the Prime Minister knew that the Government is the well trained agent of the manipulators. For the same reason, he knew that the Government is not free to use public assets for public welfare.
The first Prime Minister of India, one day, nationalized air services. The people started adulating him. On the next day, he gave the precious ores to private parties. The people simply failed to doubt his integrity . In this way, he paved the way for the perennial inheritance of the nation. As a respectable person, he could have allowed the private parties to run air services and utilized the ores for public welfare.
Similarly, the FREEDOM of speech is not the right of the people to talk anything in a tea shop. But it is the right of the people of a nation as a body to receive information. The Prime Minister of India knew this. The Father of the Nation also knew this. But he pretended as the proprietor only. Therefore, the so-called Independence Day is actually Slavery Day.
A Union Minister on 9 January, 2010 told the students that they should not be contented with average ambition.
The Union Government now decided to deposit Re. 14,000 crore – obtained by selling the shares of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) - in six private banks.
This money would again go into the hands of the manipulators. They would buy more shares of the PSUs using this money. This cycle will go on like this. Obviously, the history of India is a history of plunder.
Three Chinese Engineers were arrested on 11 January, 2010 for an accident that occurred in a construction site of the BALCO – a privatized PSU – one year ago. There is no dearth of engineers in India. Further, such arrests would irritate China and catalyze greater enmity and even war. As such, such works should not have been given to the Chinese Companies. However, the real proprietors of the Nation allowed China not only to advance into Indian Ocean but also to penetrate deep into the body of India.
The Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh on 12 January, 2010 said that he wanted to retire from politics after the present term. He added that another war with China would affect the economies of both.
The above Chief Minister did not disclose the reason for his decision. Perhaps, he does not want to pretend as a proprietor of the Nation without giving FREEDOM to the people.
A Bench of the Delhi High Court on 12 January, 2010 declared that the Chief Justice of India came under the Right to Information (RTI) Act.
Nepal on 15 January, 2010 assured the visiting External Affairs Minister of India that it would not allow its soil to be used for any anti- India activity. The Union Government is taking some serious steps to undo the harm done to the country after Chapter 113.
Six people, including four policemen, died in a grenade attack in the J&K State on 15 January, 2010.
A sitting judge of the Supreme Court retired from service on 15 January, 2010. This gives the impression that the present Chief Justice of India had superseded him in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court must clarify this.
The President of the USA, Mr. Barack Obama, proposed a tax on banks to recover the cost of bailing them out. This is consistent with the Point No.1 of Chapter 4.
The Chairman of the Upper House appointed a three member committee headed by a Supreme Court judge to investigate the grounds for impeachment of a Chief Justice of an Indian High Court.
The above judge of the Supreme Court is holding the shares of many Companies. Besides he received a huge amount as bonus shares and Rights issues. As such, his finding would not inspire public confidence. None shall detail any work to any judge holding the shares of the Companies till the share prices become a function of the ability of the people to buy shares. The Chief Justice, as a fighter of justice, should have brought this to the notice of the Chairman.
Her Excellency the President of India requested the Government to give loans to women self-help groups at 4 per cent interest. She wanted the Reserve Bank of India to start more branches in the rural areas. The demands show that the President is a fighter of justice. This is consistent with Point No. 8 of Chapter 3 and Point No.6 of Chapter 4. In 2001, the NDA Government obliged and all loans were rescheduled. Now, instead of canceling the principal amount, the lending rates could be decreased to 4 to 6 per cent for all kinds of loan. At the same time, the value of the Indian currency against the US dollar must fall by 4 per cent.
The Union Government on 15 January, 2010 decided to sell 5 per cent equal to 412,273,220 shares of the public sector National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) on 5 February, 2010. This happens because the Supreme Court is replete with judges owning shares. However, Her Excellency the President of India –as a fighter - must go through Point 6 of Chapter 41 before allowing the Government to sell the shares.
The Government of Orissa State on 16 January, 2010 decided to seek public opinion in the next two months for the POSCO steel plant. The Government must open this work for public discussion before ascertaining their views. Nothing shall be done after keeping the people in total darkness.
The National Security Adviser (NSA) was demoted as the Governor of West Bengal State on 17 January, 2010. The NSA might have wanted tough action against China. He might have resisted commissions in buying. Therefore, the real proprietors might have wanted the Prime Minister to dismiss him. However, no honorable old man would have accepted the new assignment.
The banks pulled out over Re. 100,000 crore from mutual funds (MF) in December, 2010. This must be interpreted in the light of this work. This decision must have been due to the pressure exerted by Her Excellency the President of India. Or the Chief Justice of India might have done his duty. This gives the impression that there is, at least, one fighter within the system. Now, all banks and the LIC must pull out the rest of the money.
Now, one or two newspapers reported that the public sector telephone Companies would lose about Re. 5000 crore in one bulk buying alone. It must be noted that the first point in Chapter 1 was the demand to abolish the policy of bulk buying.
The NSA on 18 January, 2010 revealed that Chinese hackers tried to penetrate the computers in the Office of the Prime Minster of India on 15 December, 2009. China dismissed this. However, this shows that China is considering India as its enemy.
The public sector IDBI bank on 19 January 2010 disclosed its intention to take over the Federal Bank –the biggest private bank in Kerala State. If allowed, the money from this bank would go into the hands of the manipulators through the IDBI bank. The IDBI bank also might be privatized later. The leader of the opposition party had partially saved a private bank in the Tamil Nadu State during the rule of the NDA Government. The Kerala Sate must be alert enough to save the bank.
The Union Government now disclosed that the trade deficit of India with China increased from $4 billion in 2008 to $14 billion in 2009. The trade volume in 2009 was $43 billion. The illegal imports from China were not counted. This is consistent with the prediction of the present writer, that the Government –at the instance of some proprietors - converted India into a vassal of China.
The Commerce Minister of China came to India on 18 January, 2010 and met his Indian counterpart. The object was to strengthen bilateral trade. China might have reached an understanding with the proprietors that keep the Indian system in place. The meeting with the Commerce Minister of India is a formality only. But India must know that there are daggers in the smile of China.
The Department of Income Tax raided the premises of some cine actors and directors of Tamil Nadu State. Curiously, one or two actors were the supporters of the Union Government. There was a time when India prescribed different punishments for the people of different castes. This is happening with greater intensity now. When someone possesses disproportionate assets worth Re. four or five lakh crore, it is considered as a national asset. But when someone possesses Re. four hundred or five hundred crore, he is projected as a criminal in the eye of the people. Any Constitution that allows this must be broken.
The leader of the principal opposition party met the Prime Minister of India on 20 January, 2010 and requested him to control the prices of food articles. He did not request the Prime Minister to give FREEDOM to the people. Therefore, unless otherwise denied, he too, is a false proprietor because his party had demanded higher cane prices to control the suicide of farmers.
About 40 junior Union Ministers requested the Prime Minister to allot more work to them. It is true that the Prime Minister pretends as a “winner of power”. The portfolios are determined by the hidden proprietors. However, they must remember that the people have given them power to change the system.
Now some leaders in Sri Lanka said that no further blood shed should take place in their land. Emperor Asoka had taken a similar pledge. However, as the people want to be “friendly with all living entities” including the Tamil animals –so called tanimals – the people all over the world want Sri Lanka to remain as two friendly countries.
The Prime Minister of Malaysia Mr. Abdul Razak came to India. He was given a red carpet welcome. The manipulators persuaded him to meet some leaders of the Congress Party. Therefore, he called on them at New Delhi on 21 January 2010. The media showed this to the people. The media, further, vowed to make one among them the Prime Minister of India in 2014. It is customary for the hidden proprietors to drag the people into politics for their manipulation purposes. Therefore, they –like the rope makers- would drag out their threads using them and always walk backwards.
When some leaders disappeared from the national scene in December 2009, some people thought that they were preparing to give FREEDOM to the people “to win glory”. The present development shows that they –just like the Father of Nation - would not only conceal the work of others but also continue to give public assets to the hidden proprietors. Surely, it is false proprietorship. It is said that “respectable people” alone would not digest dishonor.
In these circumstances Her Excellency the President of India should not be a “disturbed” person.
The facts from 7 January, 2010 to 23 January 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 24 January, 2010.

CHAPTER 124

124
POWER OF UNDERSTANDING
The facts from 16 December, 2009 to 31 December, 2009 were submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 1 January, 2009. Whatever happened, the Prime Minister of India on 3 January, 2010 cancelled his several scheduled programmes in the Kerala State and returned to New Delhi, presumably, to attend a Cabinet meeting.
Her Excellency the President of India celebrated the New Year with school children.
The children in India are not growing in an atmosphere of FREEDOM. They do not get the needed knowledge. They are unable to read men and matters. This is affecting their power of understanding. Therefore, for the sake of educating the children, the President must perform her work.
Recently, a woman said that she had been kept in a farm house by a man since her childhood. She had not seen any human beings other than him for over 50 years. This affected her power of understanding.
Two girls, two boys and an old man from Sri Lanka crossed over to India as refugees. A news paper reported it on 1 January, 2010. They have no power to understand the reason for their suffering.
India should have disbanded the Sri Lankan army immediately after the war. India did not do so. The ships, gun-boats and other weapons supplied to Sri Lanka must be recovered forthwith. There shall be no procrastination in this matter. This would force Sri Lanka to keep the so-called Tamil animals – tanimals- in its land.
The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu (TN) State on 1 January, 2009 wanted the people to point out the mistakes of his Government.
It must be noted that the copies of the first two letters were sent to the leaders in 2001. Immediately, the present Chief Minister of the TN State and another leader in the Utter Pradesh (UP) State reacted positively. This was mentioned in Chapter 2.
Now, the Chief Minister could send back the refugees to their homeland. He could split the public sector banks and the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) and give them to States. He could give a definite quota of “seats” to different States. In fine, he must perform the work the nature has so lavishly prescribed to him.
The Government of India on 1 January, 2010 granted final clearance to the POSCO –a Korean Company- for acquiring forest land in the Orissa State for iron ore mining.
The unconstitutional way followed by the POSCO to enter India was mentioned in Chapter 54. The President of India must obtain the opinion of the Supreme Court - in the light of this work - before allowing POSCO to do the mining work.
The President of Sri Lanka said that he was resisting the pressure from abroad. Another Presidential candidate said that he would not allow partition of Sri Lanka. Their statements show that the world countries want Sri Lanka to remain as two friendly countries.
It must be pointed out that China occupies one part of Sri Lanka. India occupies another part. Due to strategic reasons, India cannot allow China to occupy entire Sri Lanka. Therefore, Indian Army could not quit Sri Lanka. Obviously, Sri Lanka has been notionally remaining as two countries after the war.
The Chief Justice of Madras High Court on 3 January, 2010 said that he would ensure the glory and honour of the legal profession.
The above Chief Justice is in possession of several shares of private Companies. He says that his father bought the shares. In fact, no one has seen any judges in the Stock Exchanges. Many might have got the shares as gift. Alternatively, they might have received the gift in the form of dividends. The judges enjoy such gifts by virtue of their constitutional position. Such judges are certainly thieves. Realizing this, two judges found themselves not suitable for their job. In fact, they cannot restrain the Government from investing money in shares. They cannot ensure the honour of the legal profession. They are guilty of great injustice, embezzlements and concealment. The people entertain the most serious apprehensions. Therefore, all judges in possession of shares must tender their resignations without further delay.
The Union Government on 3 January 2010 said that the Chinese interest in the Pak occupied Kashmir (PoK) was giving great worry to India.
India must, first, protect its ports and airports and apprehend the illegal bulk importers. Then China would realize that its strategic moves around India worked to its own disadvantage.
The police killed three militant people in the West Bengal State on 3 January, 2009.
An accused as per Point No. 10 of Chapter 15 on 5 January, 2010 said that 107 million newspaper copies were being sold everyday in India.
All news papers are aware of this work and its consequences. In fact, all letters roll in their hands. They pick up some words for their use. Yet, the newspapers are not ready to use their FREEDOM to give a small space to drive a pin of FREEDOM to others. They are still committed to the pledge present in the Point No. 6 of Chapter 20.
A Union Minister on 5 January, 2010 said that political leaders must rule the Nation.
The statement of the Minister shows that the ground under him is slipping. However, it must be noted that power did not remain in the hands of any true political leader in India during the last 75 years.
In fact, the above Minister had been directly recruited from the bar for the purpose of transferring public money to about ten individuals. At that time, he had not contributed even one tenth of the present political work of this writer. The people are nothing to him. Therefore, he has not given any reply to the four questions in the Point No.10 of Chapter 32.
The people are proud of the nationalization of 14 private banks in one go. All people believe that the act of nationalization was for the welfare of all. All consider this as an exemplary act.
In this connection, it must be pointed out that there must be islands of prosperity all over India. The public money in the 14 private banks had been rolling in the hands about 1000 people all over India. After nationalization, the entire money of the banks went in the hands of less than ten people through the Stock Market. Subsequent nationalization of some other private banks aggravated this condition. Then the same leader, carefully, inserted the word “socialistic” in the Preamble of the Constitution of India. Without understanding the meaning, the common men adulate that leader.
Now it is clear that the banks were nationalized not to spread the money throughout the length breadth of India but to hand over it to about ten people. As a reward, the beneficiaries assured perennial inheritance of the Nation to that leader. A probe would conclusively prove this. The present Prime Minister of India knew this. But he has no teeth to tell the truth.
The power of understanding of this writer is so poor that it took more than forty years to unravel this fact. All people going through this work would understand it now. They would add the word “shame” wherever, the names of such leaders occur.
A positive side effect of the nationalization was that many people got employment. But that too stands partially defeated due to the abolition of the Banking Service Recruitment Commission.
Now there is a lull in the national political scene. No national leader is talking anything. They might have wanted to give FREEDOM to Indians. They system might have turned down their demand. They, perhaps, consider it as a dishonor to pretend as leaders without giving FREEDOM to Indians. However, the people with great power of understanding alone would describe the real picture.
The facts from 1 January, 2010 to 6 January, 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 7 January 2010.

CHAPTER 123

123
A PHYSICIAN NOT AN INCARNATION
The last mail was submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 16 December, 2009. A Cabinet meeting ensued on 17 December, 2009.
The Parliament suddenly closed its business on 18 December, 2009.
In this connection, it must be stated that different chapters from this work had been sent to 186 present Members of Parliament (MPs). 20 letters came back to the source. Some MPs might have gone through the website: www.howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com A few among them might have entered the Parliament with the intention of doing something for the welfare of 1000 million people. These MPs might have expressed their desire to contribute their share for the improvement of the condition of the people. The Government, for the first time, might have seen the signs of being overthrown in these beneficent intentions. Therefore, the Government adjourned the Parliament before finishing its work. This is the opinion of this writer.
The New Indian Express in its headline news on 19 December, 2009 described a criminal of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack as an incarnation.
This is the repercussion of the last mail submitted to Her Excellency the President of India. Apparently, the paper is construing this work as an experimental verification of the words of the sages.
It must be noted that in the year 2001, the Union Government wanted to hand over everything from Provident Fund to Bank Fund, minerals to spectrum, roads to railways and ports to airports to about 10 individuals. In fact, the Government did not want to give sufficient space for 1000 million people even to stand. Though one should not consider himself as the cause for causes, anyone could discern the result of this work. This gives a great pleasure from within.
However, there is no transcendental happiness because this work failed to secure to Indians sufficient space even to drive a pin of FREEDOM.
In this connection, it must be noted that the media also had been destroyed along with other warriors. However, as the Indian Penal Code (IPC) remains defunct with respect to Chapter 15, they write like this. Now, they would do anything.
The media must consider this as a work for FREEDOM. None shall view this through any personal angle.
Appearing in a civil case between two private Companies, the Solicitor General of India beseeched the Supreme Court not to give any worry to the Government through its judgement.
As the learned judges of the Supreme Court allow the Government to apportion public assets among some private individuals, the beneficiaries would supply all necessities to them. Even otherwise, when the net asset value of the shares in the pocket of the judges increases due to their action or inaction, they enjoy gifts from them. Such judges work with a profit motive. Therefore, the judges possessing the shares of Companies should not write any judgement. This is the demand of the Constitution of India.
The leader of the opposition, after relinquishing his post in favour of another leader, said that he was not thinking of retiring from politics. If he wanted to give FREEDOM today, the people would get it tomorrow. If he could not give it based on the strength of his party in Parliament, all MPs of his party should abandon Parliament. This might put shame on the Father of the Nation. But, it would go down as his gift to the Nation.
The militant people killed two innocent people in the Jharkhand State on 18 December, 2009. None in India condemned it.
Her Excellency the President of India turned 75 on 19 December, 2009. Apparently, the political leaders did not turn up to greet her. It is not compulsory for anyone to club personal feelings along with his official duties. However, it must be noted that they never fail to pay tribute to the Father of the Nation.
A forty year women grocery seller and mother of three female children died in a car accident at Vellicode, Tamil Nadu State, on 18 December, 2009 at 5.30 A.M. The vehicle involved in the accident disappeared in the darkness. Poor road conditions and poor street lights are the main reasons for such accidents.
It is a small accident that happened in the village of this writer. However, thousands of people die everyday all over India. Had the vehicles been identified, the dependents of the victims would have got compensation from the Insurance Companies. Therefore, if the Government wanted, it could direct them to pay the normal compensation to the dependents. Alternatively, Government could constitute an authority to give the amount without delay. This is the voice of the silent.
The Prime Minister of India on 21 December, 2009 requested the media to project the voice of the silent, instead of only the loud sections of the society.
Anyone hearing the words of the Prime Minister would consider him as the leader of the silent majority. The posterity might consider him as the greatest democrat of the country. But he knew that he does not give any FREEDOM to Indians. He also knew that if he wanted to give FREEDOM, he could not continue as the Prime Minister of India.
The Father of the Nation also knew this predicament. If he had given FREEDOM, he would not have become the Father of the Nation. Thus he did not ask the media to project the voice of the silent majority in any of his books or speeches. In fact, the decision “to strange” the voice of the silent majority worked with greater intensity during his period. Thus, the Prime Minister of India is indirectly putting shame on the Father of the Nation.
A Governor of a State resigned for moral turpitude.
Nobel laureate Venkatraman Ramakrishnan - a Tamil Nadu State born scientist of the UK – wanted the students to honor people for their work, not their awards.
The custom authorities confiscated Re. 3.5 crore worth Chinese made pesticides from a port. A Tamil newspaper alone reported it on 25 December, 2009.
This shows that the Union Government willfully allowed some people to illegally import every finished product from China to the detriment of Indian industry.
The President of Sri Lanka now assured a new life to the Tamil animals – the so called tanimals. The tanimals were the beasts of prey of Sri Lanka. Now it wants to convert them into its domestic animals or pet animals.
The Congress Party on 28 December, 2009 celebrated its 125th anniversary of its formation. Some national leaders appeared in the mass media as resurrected bodies. On this occasion, the Prime Minister of India declared that the welfare of the poor was the objective of the Nation.
It must be noted that a proprietor of the Nation was not seen on the above occasion. He might have wanted to show this work to the people before entering their houses. As he did not succeed in this, he might have expressed his desire to lead a secluded life. However, it is not easy for a man to give up all sense of proprietorship over his most precious possession.
The custom authorities confiscated a banned drug worth Re. 44 crore from a port. Three exporters were arrested immediately.
The Government could affect the arrest of illegal exporters within 24 hours and not the importers. The message is obvious.
The Prime Minister of Japan, Mr. Yukio Hatoyama, came to Delhi on 29 December, 2009 after visiting Mumbai. He was, apparently, not given a red- carpet welcome although the King of Bhutan got it on 22 December, 2009. The reason was not given. It might have been due to the rule of reciprocal protocol.
The Prime Minister of Japan paid a floral tribute to the Father of the Nation on 29 December, 2009 at New Delhi. So long as the foreign dignitaries pay floral tribute to the Father of the Nation, Indians would never get FREEDOM.
One would say that the present writer is trying to become a physician for an incurable disease. If the people were granted FREEDOM to know this work, they would agree with this. They would agree that anyone giving FREEDOM would be the real Father of the Nation.

The facts from 16 December, 2009 to 31 December, 2009 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 1 January 2010.
V.SABARIMUTHU
