361: INDIA: THE ECONOMIC REASONS

361

INDIA: THE ECONOMIC REASONS

Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, on 29 March 2015, said that he would undertake a tri-nation tour of France, Germany and Canada for the economic development of India.
After loading his promoters with as much public resources as possible, he pretends to be very much attached to the people!
He projects the yield in 30 or more years as one year income. 1000 million people believe this!
Notwithstanding the above, he must declare freedom to Indians before the tour, and pay a visit to England.

THE HINDU, on 29 March 2015, in a book review, said that the concentration of economic power in the hand of a few big business houses is in the interest of the society.           It said that the media blow out of proportion any alleged misdeed by a company.
It decried the attempt of the media to depict the big business as the bad boy.
It attributed the greater employment opportunities, the higher life expectancy, lower infant mortality, the improved standard of living and the stronger global co-operation to the big business.
It concluded that the big business must survive and thrive for the benefit of the society.
In this connection, it must be stated that the media and the big business are one entity.
The business and the politics in India boil down to the question of removing the public resources.
The greater a company removes the public resources the bigger the business house.
A person must lay his hand on the public resources or assist the removal of the same to become a big political leader.
It may be the natural resources like spectrum and ores, public money like the Provident Fund or commission during imports, contract works and auctions.
The beneficiaries spread their unlimited income in different ways.
Their peers in other businesses simply perish due this money. There is no level playing field.
They do not hesitate to usurp even moderately big companies.
In order to conserve this system, they select the unjust as judges and the slaves as political leaders.
They conduct elections only to make fool of the people.
They tell the judges that India would crash if the people look at this work.
In this way they plunge the entire country into darkness.
Now, even if the Supreme Court of India takes a decision to enforce freedom of expression, the people will not know it.
Evidently, they keep this work away from the people mainly due to economic reasons.
If they had shown this work to the people, India would have seen a hundred fold increases in business men and the poverty might have been banished from the country.

360: PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI: AN UNJUST GAIN

360

Image: V. Sabarimuthu

PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI:
AN UNJUST GAIN

The President of India, Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, on 27 March 2015, conferred Bharat Ratna, the highest civilian award of the nation, on former Prime Minister of India Mr. A.B. Vajpayee at a simple function in his residence in New Delhi.
The Union Government under Mr. A.B. Vajpayee had- in very bad faith- transmitted the public assets into the hand of the ruling class - mentioned in Chapter 337.
It had deprived the public servants of their salaries and the pension benefits.
Though he abdicated power, he has not explained his role in the lawlessness.
Yet the President of India went to his house to confer this award.
Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi should have thought of showing this work to the people before conferring this award on him.
But he cannot even think of doing this because it was the ruling class that chose him as the prime minister.
It is an unjust gain for him.
Out of the gains he honours men and the gods in a far better style than the just.
'The gods and men are said to unite in making the life of the unjust better than the life of the just’.
This is letter No.360.

359. PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:Mr. NARENDRA MODI: PERFECT INJUSTICE MORE GAINFUL THAN PERFECT JUSTICE?

359

PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI:
‘PERFECT INJUSTICE MORE GAINFUL THAN PERFECT JUSTICE?’

The Union Government, on 26 March 2015, submitted before the Supreme Court of India that the spectrum auction had yielded Re. 1.09 lakh crore.
The court must reveal whether the sum of Re.1.09 lakh crore is for one year or for 30 or 50 years.
The court should not fail in this matter.
The people should not think that there is no qualitative difference between the prime minister and the court.

The Supreme Court of India, on the same day, granted permission to the government to finalize the auction of the spectrum.
The executive makes the laws official.
The court must rule whether something finalized by the executive is constitutional or unconstitutional.
It is not the competent authority to grant permission to the executive to finalize anything.
When the court does this, the people cannot send a letter to it to prevent the government from abusing its power.
Evidently, the three separate Branches of Government – the executive, the legislature and the judicial- shall not coalesce into an unconstitutional entity.
It is pertinent to recall that the Supreme Court - with a view to its several interests- had granted permission to the government to take away the salary and the pension benefits of the public servants.
Now, the story repeats because the people are not at Liberty to look at this work.
All that the prime minister wants is a seal by the Supreme Court of India.
The court has given it.
          It is perfect injustice.
The prime minister wants the seal because  ‘perfect injustice is more gainful than perfect justice’.
          This is letter No.359.

358: PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA: Mr. NARENDRA MODI: OUGHT TO SEEM JUST?

358

PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI:
OUGHT TO SEEM JUST?

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi said that the Land Acquisition Bill is for the welfare of the farmers, their children and the villages. He added that the Opposition was spreading rumours to mislead the people.
This work contains a formula for land acquisition. The prime minister is not ready to show it to the people. Yet he talks of rumours!

On behalf of the NGO Common Cause, Advocate Prasant Bhusan submitted a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the Supreme Court of India alleging “political- bureaucratic- corporate -nexus”. He disclosed that the corporate houses gave employment to three out of ten persons recommended by the political leaders and the bureaucrats. He sought a court monitored probe into the so-called Essar email leak to prove it.
A three judge bench comprising Justices T.S. Thakur, Kurian Joseph and Bhanumathi wanted to know the element of reciprocation and sought the response of the parties within six weeks in a ‘sealed cover’.
A tea maker turned politician - with virtually no contribution to nation building - had been getting all India publicity. At the same time, this man did not get any publicity for this work.
The tea maker becomes prime minister and transmits the ‘gold mines’ to his promoters.
But the judges fail to understand the nature of reciprocation!
The PIL threatens the court with dire consequences because many judges also receive favours from the corporate houses.
If the court tends to enforce freedom of expression, the PIL would talk of a “politician- bureaucratic- corporate –judicial” nexus.
Therefore, the court might order a probe only to give five years for the CBI to submit a report in a ‘sealed cover’.
Thus the judges and the advocates together would score a same side goal. The case would be buried in the backyard of the court.
In this way the court would ‘seem’ just.
This happened in the so-called Niira Radia case.
However, if there is revulsion in the Supreme Court, the people might come to know the truth.

Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, on 23 March 2015, paid homage to freedom fighters- Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru. He said that they still inspire the youth to live and die for the nation.
A child grows into the present work. A prime minister does not allow any children to know it. Yet he honours Bhagat Singh!

The prime minister, on 23 March 2015, said that only 18 coal blocks had been auctioned. He added that the bids had yielded more than Re. 2 lakh crore.
He must reveal whether Re. 2 lakh crore is for the current year or for 30 years. The people trust that it is for one year.
On the same day, he said that the then prime minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, committed a sin by transmitting the coal blocks to private parties.
Now the prime minister thinks that he ought to ‘seem’ just to continue in office.

357. PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI: PHYSICAL PROWESS OR INTELLECTUAL GREATNESS?

357

PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI:
PHYSICAL PROWESS OR INTELLECTUAL GREATNESS?

Former Director of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) alleged that a hidden hand was controlling the mind of lawyer Prasant Bhusan appearing for the NGO Common Cause. He submitted this before the Supreme Court of India on 16 March 2015.
What he meant by ‘hidden hand’ is the ruling class- mentioned in Chapter 337.
The same hand exploits the pliant nature of the Supreme Court of India to subdue its own will to enforce freedom of expression. Otherwise, the people might have got the message of this work long ago.
Curiously, the court did not want to know the nature of the hidden hand.

The Supreme Court of India, on 17 March 2015, quashed the decision of the Union Government to include the Jats in the quota for the Other Backward Classes (OBC) category.
          It is a ticklish problem.
Therefore, the court could have considered the suggestions given by this man earlier in this work.
Further, there are reports about malpractices during examinations. Therefore, all selected Class I officers must be screened through another examination.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi failed to live up to the expectations of the people.
His brother, Mr. Prahlad Modi, said this on 17 March 2015.
Mr. Prahlad Modi is an M.P. He belongs to the BJP.
The prime minister believes that the people must hear the words of his brother. Therefore, his words became all India news.
In fact, the people hear the words of the relatives of the present political leaders. It is the only qualification of many political leaders.
This work shows that this writer is a very important person in India. Yet the prime minister does not allow the people to hear his words.
Thus, he stands in the way of the happiness of the children.

The Union Government, on 21 March 2015, cancelled the winning bids of the Jindal and the BALCO alleging cartelisation. These companies had won four coal blocks.
The present man alone predicted cartelisation. No other political leader uttered any word in this context.
Behind every auction, there exists a cartel.
Even if a bank auctions jewels or confiscated properties, there forms a cartel.
A similar cartel exists in the auction of the spectrum also.
No wonder, all coal blocks are being usurped through a cartel.
In the present auction, the people from in and around Gujarat cornered important blocks. This is deeper than simple cartelisation.
The government did not publish the terms and conditions of auction because they were set to favour the ruling class.
It did not allow the people to see this work either.
Everything shows that the prime minister is wary of generating an intellectual climate in the country.
In fact, physical prowess rather than intellectual greatness reigns supreme.
          This is unconstitutional.

356. PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI: MAKING UNJUST ATTEMPTS IN THE RIGHT WAY?

356

PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI:
MAKING UNJUST ATTEMPTS IN THE RIGHT WAY?

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi arrived at Sri Lanka on 13 March 2015. At Colombo, he requested Sri Lanka to treat all its citizens with dignity.
At Jaffna, he sought respect for all citizens.
He blocks the flow of knowledge to 1000 million Indians. Yet, he wants Sri Lanka to treat all its citizens with respect!
It must be noted that in the past, the media used to inform his postings in the blogs to the people. Now they are not reporting his speeches present in his website.
Thus he conveys the impression that he is not the ruler of India.

The Union Government, on 15 March 2015, decided to issue ownership rights to 15 coal blocks from March 23, 2015.
The Union Government under Mr. A. B. Vajpayee had forbidden the charge-sheeted companies from buying public assets. That decision still runs. Yet, some charge-sheeted companies have cornered some coal blocks.
A company has been summoned by a Special Court. Even that company would get some of them.
Thus there is no meaning to the resolution passed by the Union Cabinet under the then Prime Minister, Mr. A. B. Vajpayee. It is immoral and unconstitutional.
The prime minister overlooks those guidelines because he had given an assurance to the ruling class – mentioned in Chapter 337- to alienate the public resources.
For the same reason, he will not show the Letter No. 347 to the people.
Allegations of corruption, report of the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG), a judgement of the Supreme Court of India, a new prime minister, auction and ownership rights. These are sufficient to make everything irreversible.
Obviously, the prime minister being ‘unjust makes his unjust attempts in the right way’.
This is letter No.356.

355. PRIME MINISTER Mr. NARENDRA MODI: THE HIGHEST REACH OF INJUSTICE

355

PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI:
THE HIGHEST REACH OF INJUSTICE

The Parliament, on 12 March 2015, passed the Insurance Bill that increased the Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) in the Indian Insurance Companies from 26 per cent to 49 percent.
In this connection, it must be noted that tax exemption granted to investments in private entities is unconstitutional.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi arrived in Mauritius from Seychelles on 12 March 2015. At Port Luis he said, “My government has been taking timely actions.
After assessing the fuel needs of the power units, my government started to auction the coal blocks. It is to achieve new targets. It is for the growth of the nation.
Out of 204 coal blocks only 20 had been auctioned. The government got an income of Re. 2 lakh crore from these alone.
The Congress Government arbitrarily granted the coal blocks. That is why the Supreme Court of India cancelled them.
If the government is run according to our policies, corruption will be banished from India.
With this great burden we march forward to root out corruption”.
Thus, he means to be great in his injustice for ‘the highest reach of injustice is, to be deemed just when you are not’.
However, things are not irreversible.

354. PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI: A RULER OR A BUTCHER OF FREEDOM?

354

PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI:
A RULER OF INDIA OR A BUTCHER OF FREEDOM?

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) submitted before the Supreme Court of India that the Reliance Power had illegally diverted coal worth Re.29,000 crore. The media reported this on 11 March 2015.
The above company belongs to the ruling class – mentioned in Chapter 337.
Therefore, the submission is not going to reach its logical conclusion so long as there is no Freedom.

Special CBI judge Bharat Parashar, on 11 March 2015, summoned former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, industrialist Mr.Kumaramangalam Birla and three others in the coal allocation case. The court said that Mr.Birla had sent two letters to the prime minister urging him to expedite the allocation. They were charged under Sections 120 (Conspiracy) and 409 (criminal breach of trust by public servants).
Many suspected holders of black money decided to stand by Dr. Manmohan Singh. The Prime Minister of India duly published their reaction.
It must be noted that Dr.Manmohan Singh had been a slave of the ruling class. As such he could not liberate the people.
If he had defied their orders, they would not have allowed him to rule for 10 years.
It is customary for the ruling class to issue oral orders to the union ministers. Here, they gave their orders in black and white.
In this connection the government must publish the guidelines and the competent authority for allocation.
There had been reports that the UF Government under Mr. H. D. Deve Gowda had delegated the power to grant mining licences to the state governments. A copy of the order, if any, must be published.
Did Dr. Manmohan Singh, as the prime minister, compete with the chief ministers to allocate coal blocks?
Had he been the competent authority, how could the chief ministers allocate the same?
Did everything happen without the knowledge of the Supreme Court of India?
If such things happen with the knowledge of the Supreme Court, will it act on it in future?

The public sector Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), on 11 March 2015, committed Re.1.5 lakh crore for the development of the Indian Railways.
          It is a good decision.
Having alienated the natural resources in very bad faith, Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi has taken a decision in public interest.
He cannot give the entire public money to private parties. Therefore, he uses part of this  money for public purposes.
Obviously, he is just not because he is just, but because he cannot be unjust.
Now, he must restore all natural resources and use the Provident Fund and Pension Fund for their exploitation.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi arrived at Victoria in Seychelles   on 11 March 2015. Four agreements were signed.
The people greeted Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi at Victoria with great enthusiasm.
Any Prime Minister of India might get a grand welcome like this.
However, the people, as a rule, think that he is a tea maker turned ruler.
Will not the children consider him as a tea maker turned butcher of Freedom as and when they come to know about this work?

253: INDIA: THE ACTUAL BLACKMAILER

353

INDIA: THE ACTUAL BLACKMAILER

The media, on 10 March 2015, said that the Political Affairs Committee of the AAP party would meet to discuss the ouster of Mr. Prasant Bhushan and Mr. Yogendra Yadav.
The Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, is not ready to report the views of his important antagonists to the people. In fact, he has been bent upon the extinction of Freedom of Indians.
Naturally, he continuously reports the developments in a small party to the people all over India. He does not give publicity to its peers like this.  Evidently, a sinister motive is behind such reports.

The Union Government, on 10 March 2015, said that the 32 coal blocks had yielded over Re.2 lakh crore. The Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) had put the total loss at 1.86 lakh crore for 204 coal blocks.
Evidently, the CAG had under- estimated the loss.
The government did not clarify whether the sum of Re. 2 lakh crore is for one year or 30 years.
If it for 30 years, the government should have taken into account the value of the Indian currency.
Apparently, it did not do so.
Further, an impartial probe would show that the government would get more than Re. 6 lakh crore from the 32 coal blocks provided it is ready to exploit them directly.
Mr. Piyush Goyal, Union Coal Minister, yesterday described the process as the “honest and transparent e-auction”.
Actually, the dominant among the ruling class- mentioned in Chapter 337- cornered the important blocks and the spectrum after forming a cartel. They had been giving great publicity to Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi at the expense of his peers and the other more important people.
Incidentally, some are his friends.
These are the reasons why he did not reveal this work to the people.

Evidently, the e-auction is a dark and dishonest blackmail.
Who is the actual blackmailer?
As mentioned in this work, the CAG had dishonestly concealed the principal principle in auditing.
The present writer duly elucidated this. The Supreme Court of India is now aware of this.
Therefore, the children might fix the responsibility on the Supreme Court rather than the Prime Minister of India, if it chooses to remain as a silent spectator.
