PRIME
MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI:
THE
HIGHEST REACH OF INJUSTICE
The Parliament, on 12 March 2015,
passed the Insurance Bill that increased the Foreign Direct Investments (FDI)
in the Indian Insurance Companies from 26 per cent to 49 percent.
In this connection, it must be noted
that tax exemption granted to investments in private entities is
unconstitutional.
Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi arrived in Mauritius
from Seychelles on 12 March 2015. At Port Luis he said, “My government has been taking timely actions.
After
assessing the fuel needs of the power units, my government started to auction
the coal blocks. It is to achieve new targets. It is for the growth of the
nation.
Out
of 204 coal blocks only 20 had been auctioned. The government got an income of Re.
2 lakh crore from these alone.
The
Congress Government arbitrarily granted the coal blocks. That is why the
Supreme Court of India cancelled them.
If
the government is run according to our policies, corruption will be banished
from India.
With
this great burden we march forward to root out corruption”.
Thus, he means to be great in his
injustice for ‘the highest reach of injustice is, to be deemed just when you
are not’.
However, things are not
irreversible.
This is letter No.355.
This letter is
being submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Supreme Court of
India, Chief Vigilance Commissioner, Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, and
