Your Excellency

According to some reports on 26 October 2026, the First Minister of Scottland Mr. John Swinney - during his visit to India on 21 October 2026- welcomed Indian talents for education and job into his country. It is a heartening development.

Mr. Annamalai, a new political leader in Tamil Nadu, on 26 October 2026, advocated three-language policy to the children of Tamil Nadu.

More than 50% of the children lack language skill. They cannot study any language. However, children being human beings, they need a language. Therefore, one language is enough. In many countries children learn only one language. India can also follow suit. There can be an optional language. They will study more languages as and when necessary.

The Government of Tamil Nadu, on 26 October 2026, arrested Mr. Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi, a former minister, for a corruption of about Re.100 crore to Re.400 crore from private educational institutions.

It is illegal.

The Government of Tamil Nadu should have shown these letters to the people before prosecuting anyone. Any prosecution, however grave it may be, must be in an atmosphere of freedom and liberty. Then, the people might have demanded the prosecution of thousands of illegal judges. Now, the Government abets crime at the top by concealing these letters.

Former Speaker of Tamil Nadu Assembly Mr. Appavu challenged the Government of Tamil Nadu to register an FIR against Mr. Adani for causing a loss of over Re.600 crore by supplying low quality coal. Only one TV channel showed it. Next day, the print media also concealed it although it is present in the internet.

This shows that many imports are through Mr. Adani and the courts keep him above the law. The Government breaks the backbone of coconut farmers by imports. At the same time, it is good for the importers and the general public. Whatever happens, Adani should not exploit the Prime Minister of India in this matter and he should cease do everything for Indians. Each corporate house must be contented with one or two businesses. Others also must survive.

Judge Rekha Sharma, a retired judge of the Delhi High Court, on 29 October 2026, said, “The collegium system of appointing judges has all but failed.”

She had been a righteous judge but not a legal judge.

NTK leader Mr. Seeman, on 29 October 2026, said that he would contest Ambasamudram by poll and accept support from any party willing to back him.

He lost his characteristics when he accepted the indirect support of some parties at Erode by poll. He might have got some seats if he had promised pension to all or free bus-ride for men and women. An assurance to root out corruption also might have gone down well with the people. Now the backroom players want to make Mr. Joseph Vijay a super hero because he conceals these letters.

All political parties in Tamil Nadu vie with one another to deny liberty to the people. They keep the people as slaves.

Therefore, they must take a pledge not to thieve public mind to seize power. Like Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. Joseph Vijay is an illegitimate ruler because he did not seize power in an atmosphere of freedom and liberty. However, he can make his rule a legitimate one by bringing these letters into the public domain.

The USA, on 30 October 2026, asked the consulates around the world to resume Immigrant Visa and Lottery Visa processing. Indians might be benefitted.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 30 October 2026, said, “There are those who wish to see the country in distress. They actually derive pleasure when the nation faces hardship. Whenever a crisis befalls the country, they find joy in it. I will continue to serve the people until my last breath.”

He is a righteous man. He has to be grateful to his promoters because they made him the Prime Minister of India by denying liberty to the people. Intense desire for power might have encouraged him to the foulest deed.

Therefore, he appoints thousands of righteous men as judges. The judges also are human beings. They must be grateful to him because he gives life to them. Naturally they remain as a sheath to him. Thus, they are not ready to report to the people even the English grammar defined by the present citizen of India.

All media houses all over the world keep these letters away from the eye of the people. Therefore, they remain as the second shield of protection.

In deference to the wishes of his promoters, no political party utters even a single word about the denial of freedom and liberty in India. If one or two leaders defy this condition and utter a few words, the media would strange them, and, consequently, they would lose the status of political leaders. Thus, the political leaders form the third layer of protection.

The world leaders do not interfere in the internal affairs of other countries. Even if they do something, the media would not report it. Many countries are not aware of these letters.

Thus, he uses all these comforts to appoint more and more righteous men as judges and Presidents of India. They, in turn, allow him to change the Constitution of India in the pretext of its amendments, deny liberty and plunder as much public assets as possible. All Chief Ministers are his toys. Though they can give food and water to the people, they have no freedom to act in good faith. Compared to China, he took India backwards by at least 25 years. None utters anything about it.

Ordinary people cannot digest the assets being plundered. The value of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) such as the BALCO, HZL, IPCL, airports is unimaginable. The remaining PSUs are also priceless treasures of the people. A robber like Mr. Modi would never overlook them. Therefore, he sells the IDBI bank to a foreigner as if it is a policy decision taken in good faith. When these letters weaken, he will usurp the remaining PSUs one by one.

Privatization of PSUs is a policy decision taken in bad faith. The profits from the PSUs are necessary for the physical and mental well-being of the people. Further, their privatization is a mental and corporal punishment of the employees. However, the Prime Minister of India derives pleasure in it. He considers it a great service to the country. Like Mr. A.B. Vajpayee, he might get Bharat Retna for privatizing the PSUs.

Now, it is very difficult for him to conceal the English grammar of the present citizen. This must be the reason for talking about “distress”, “hardship” and “crisis”.

The leader of the opposition in Parliament, Mr. Ragul Gandhi, on 31 October 2026, in an open letter to IDBI Bank employees expressed solidarity with their opposition to the proposed sale. In that letter, he said, “Public Sector Banks are not assets to be sold but tools to build the nation. The bank turned profitable through the effects of its employees earning over Re.900/- crore last year after incurring losses for seven years. The Government had assured the Parliament in 2003 that it would retain at least 50% ownership of the IDBI.”

He could have demanded legal judges. Then, all privatized assets might have returned to the Government.

Polish Security Forces, on 31 October 2026, seized the constitutional court. President of Poland said, “The constitutional order was violated”. However, a minister said, “The rule of law has been restored.”

The USA avoided backing any side.

Prime Minister of United Kingdom Mr. Andy Burnham, on 31 October 2026, said, “My Government is open to the idea of formally   apologizing for Britain’s historical role in the slave trade without financial reparations.”

India reels under slavery because the Prime Minister of England does not create conditions for the media to bring these letters into the public domain. It may not be his duty but it is his fiduciary responsibility to the world.

The present citizen of India defined English grammar scientifically and submitted it to the former Prime Minister of England Mr. Keir Starmer. The peer reports show that what the present citizen of India did to English grammar is more valuable than what Mr. Elon Musk did to the US economy. Yet, the people in England have no liberty to know this good fortune.

Consequently, the University of Oxford refuses to initiate a rational debate over English grammar and forces the teachers to teach wrong grammar.

The learned judges of the Supreme Court of United Kingdom do not enlarge the freedom and liberty of the people. If they had done something to bring these letters into the public domain, the Ukraine war might have ended long ago. However, they too remain as the stony pillars of democracy.

The slave trade resulted in the corporal punishment of the people but the modern-day slavery is mental and intellectual.

Therefore, Prime Minister of England must work for the emancipation of today’s people before thinking of apologizing for Britain’s historical role in the slave trade.

A sitting judge of the Supreme Court of India Justice Ujjal Bhuyan on 31 October 2026, said, “Society that treats tradition as beyond questions, becomes vulnerable to misinformation and fails to reform unjust practices. All you need is capacity to think rationally. What you say or think must be based on reason. It is an attitude of inquiry and openness to examination. The Article 51A demands the youth and students to think rationally as members of a civil and political society.”

He is a righteous man. However, he received the appointment order as a judge of the Supreme Court of India knowing well that he will have to deny freedom and liberty to Indians. This is worse than receiving Re. 500/- crore to murder an innocent man.  The murderers accept cash; the so-called righteous men accept position.

Otherwise, he might have brought into the public domain the English grammar defined by the present citizen of India before talking like this.

The USA, on 1 November 2026, sent a letter to Iran expressing its readiness to open the negotiation. Iran described it as a positive step. However, it said, “No plans to meet the US unless the conditions are met.”  However, President Mr. Donald Trump said, “We still have to take care of, I would say one or two sites, but we can do that in 10 minutes.”.

Then, Iran said, “A potential future war could last longer than previous conflict, and the American President would not be in a position to dictate the timing or the condition of its conclusion”

Iran’s new Supreme Leader Mr. Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei said, “In a conflict with America, there are no geographical limitations; a vast theatre has been defined for inflicting damage upon the enemy.”

Apparently, the USA bombed an Iranian island. Iran chose not to react.

Leader of the Opposition Mr. Rahul Gandhi spoke at a huge rally in New Delhi on 1 November 2026. It was organized by the “Indian National Developmental”. He said, “Chief Election Commissioner Mr. Gyanesh Kumar committed treason by stealing the voice of citizens.”

If the people get liberty such problems would cease to exist. For this, the people must cross a hurdle.

The hurdle is the learned judges of the Supreme Court of India. They do not want a man in the street to grow beyond Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi. Therefore, they are not ready to publish even the English grammar of the present citizen of India. This means that they do not allow 1400 million people to survive intellectually.

Her Excellency the President of India, Mrs. Droupadi Murmu, might not have compromised her independence to function as the President of India. If she demands, and if such demands appear in the media, the learned judges or the Prime Minister of India will have to bring into the public domain the English grammar of the present citizen of India.
