345: THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA: ACKNOWLEDGING THE ORDERS OF THE RULING CLASS?

345

THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
ACKNOWLEDGING THE ORDERS OF THE RULING CLASS?

Addressing the joint session of both Houses of Parliament, on 23 February 2015, President of India Mr. Pranab Mukherjee said that his government would decentralize the powers.
The United Front (UF) Government under Mr. H.D. Deve Gowda had handed over the mining sector to the states. This went down as the greatest decentralization effort since independence.
Now all mines are being handed over to the dominant among ruling class - mentioned in Chapter 337.
Intense thirst for power encouraged the present prime minister to this foulest deed.

Former Prime Minister Mr. H.D. Deve Gowda, on 24 February 2015, said that he would not contest in future elections. He is now 82 years old. Apparently, he keeps sound health.
Within a span of 11 months in office, he achieved more than what all other prime ministers put together achieved.
By the by, did he see the previous letter before this announcement?

The Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, on 24 February 2015, said that the accusations against him were a myth.
It is a myth because the people have not seen this work. If there is freedom of expression, it would become a truth.

The second phase of coal block auction was scheduled to start from 25 February 2015. But it was postponed to March 2, 2015.
It is the effect of the previous letter.
However, what the present man knows is his letter and the postponement. What happened in between is not known to him.
If the prime minister wants to conserve the mines to the ruling class, he can remain in office as long as he wants.

Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, on 27 February 2015, said that ‘India First” is the religion of this government.
Actually, ‘Modi First” is his religion.
Otherwise, why does he deny Freedom to 1000 million people?

The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) attached property worth Re.232 crore of Mr.Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy. The media reported this on 27 February 2015. This was the bribe given by India Cements MD Mr. Srinivasan.
Mr. Jaganmohan is the son of a former chief minister. The friends and relatives of many chief ministers received money from him or other miners. The ED is blind to this.

Hearing a bunch of petitions challenging certain conditions in the 2G auction, the Supreme Court of India, on 26 February 2015, refused to stay the auction.
In this connection, it may be recalled that the ruling class directed the then Prime Minister, Mr. A.B. Vajpayee, to hand over the spectrum to them based on “first come first serve” principle.
          He agreed.
The Supreme Court did not see anything illegal in it because the ruling class got it.
When the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh followed the same principle, a number of others got the spectrum.
The infuriated ruling class induced the Supreme Court of India to send the Union Minister for Telecom, Mr. A. Raja, to jail.
Accordingly, he was sent to jail.
The Supreme Court cannot prosecute a union minister without explicitly pointing out the illegality in his actions.
But it did.
At the behest of the ruling class, it then cancelled the spectrum allotted during his time.
It, further, directed the government to auction the cancelled spectrum.
In the auction, the dominant among the ruling class cornered the spectrum.
This story has been repeated in the coal block allocation issue.
This shows that the court acknowledges no higher principles than the orders of the ruling class.

344: PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI: CORRUPT OR UN-CORRUPT?

344

PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODi:
CORRUPT OR UN- CORRUPT?

The media, on 21 February 2015, said that the Budget papers pertaining to the Ministry of Petroleum were stolen. The representatives of five top business houses were arrested.
This conveys the impression that Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi does not administer any corruption.
It may be recalled that a private company had been charge-sheeted for  a similar offence.
Later, the then Prime Minister, Mr. A.B. Vajpayee, handed over the public sector IPCL to it although the guidelines devised by him forbade the charge-sheeted companies from buying it.

In the meantime, Mr. Deepak Parekh, a leader of the private industry, said that doing business is still difficult in India.
Thus the ruling class instill in the mind of the Supreme Court of India that the present man destroys India by talking about Freedom.

Union Minister Mrs. Nirmala Sitharaman, on 22 February 2015, said that coal auction vindicated the stand taken by the CAG. The ruling class might have approached her for this statement.
The media immediately complemented her saying that the state governments would get about Re.one lakh crore as royalty.
They said that the loss of Re.1.86 crore calculated by the CAG is indeed correct.
It may be recalled that the United Front (UF) Government under Mr. H. D. Deve Gowda had delegated the power of granting mining licences to the state governments.
The infuriated ruling class sent him home before the completion of one year.
However, the state governments started granting licences to their friends and relatives.
Noticing this, the UPA government under Dr. Manmohan Singh usurped the power of the states and secretly apportioned as many mines as possible among its friends and relatives.
These actions led to the exuberant growth of miners all over India.
The neo-miners and their masters gradually became virtual rulers in the respective states. They even supplanted the big miners. They spread their proceeds all over the world as revealed by the Wikileaks.
It became increasingly difficult for the dominant members of the ruling class to approach the deep rooted State level leaders.
Therefore, they sought the help of the CAG to report the loss of Re. 1.86 lakh crore  in the coal sector  and gave wide publicity to it.
After making sufficient ground works, they prevailed upon the Supreme Court of India for a suitable verdict.
Accordingly, the Supreme Court directed the Union Government to either take over the coal blocks or auction them. It pretended to prosecute some miners.
The dominant among the ruling class then directed the prime minister to auction the coal blocks based on the verdict. The latter obliged and asked them to spare a few blocks for the public sector Coal India Limited (CIL).
This demand was to convey the impression that all coal blocks could not be run by the CIL.
They agreed. In return, they asked him to sell certain percentage of the shares of the CIL.
Accordingly, after selling the shares of the CIL, the government started the auction process.
Now all coal blocks are being cornered by about ten dominant members of the ruling class.
Hereafter, they need not pay tribute to the political leaders from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. In this way, they can save a lot of money.
They need not pay any bribe to prime minister either. In this way also they can save money.
However, they would take care of the judges and some top political leaders. Further, they would constantly try to create Mr. Modi like leaders.
These developments  vindicate the consistent stand taken by this man that the verdict is biased in favour of the stronger class.
If the prime minister is oblivious of the above facts, he will openly admit the mistake and take over all mines. He will not fail to reveal the meaning of this work to the people.
However, if he is already a knower of the above facts, he will conserve the mines to them. He will keep the work away from the eye of the people.
Now tell whether Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi is corrupt or un-corrupt.

343: INDIA: THE ANTAGONIST

343

THE ANTAGONIST

A Mr. Ramesh Virani had gifted a suit to Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi. It was auctioned yesterday.
When the bid was at 1.21 crore, Chief Minister of Delhi Mr. Kejiriwal said that the auction was the marketing strategy of the prime minister. This retort becomes all India news.
In this connection, it must be stated that the people do not expect the prime minister to give Freedom to them simply because they do not know that they have no Freedom.
They do not want him to dismantle the ruling class either because they are oblivious of it.
However, they do want him to protect the natural resources with the help of just judges.
But, he plunders them without making the slightest noise.
Above all, he allows Mr. Kejiriwal to position himself as his antagonist.
There are certain desirable essentials in an antagonist of the prime minister. If he lacks these, it will be a “veritable hell” for the people to accept him as his antagonist.
The most important essential is that he should not have purchased favours from the ruling class - mentioned in Chapter 337- at the cost of his self-respect.
This is letter No.343.

342. INDIA: A CRIME OF SERIOUS NATURE

342.

A CRIME OF SERIOUS NATURE

The following are some of the news items published all over India about the Chief Minister of Delhi, Mr. Kejiriwal, on 16 February 2015.
1.     Mr. Kejriwal embraced his wife.  It was as important as Modi - Obama hug.
2.     Mr. Kejiriwal wanted a 4BHK house with a lawn.
3.     Mr.Kejiriwal extended his greetings to the nation on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri.
4.     The diplomatic community was cautious about the economic policy of Mr. Kejiriwal.
5.     Delhi police told to extend full support to the Government of Mr.Kejiriwal.
6.      Mr. Kejiriwal had invited Anna Hazare for his swearing- in ceremony
7.     Mr. Kejiriwal had skipped a parade at Delhi.
8.     Mr. Kejiriwal set to revive fortunes in the UP.
Evidently, the exposure is reminiscent of that given to Mr. Modi..
Therefore, the ruling class might substitute him with Mr. Kejiriwal, Anna Hazare or anyone similar to them, if the situation warrants.
The people – after voting for Mr. Kejiriwal- would heave a sigh of relief for displacing the existing leaders because they are oblivious of the ruling class.
Thus the ruling class – mentioned in Chapter 337- rule India.
It is a crime of serious nature.
This is letter No.342.

341; INDIA: A NEW LAW FOR FREEDOM

341

A NEW LAW FOR FREEDOM

The Union Government, on 14 February 2015, commenced the coal auction. Reliance Cement got the first block. Thus the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, started the large scale alienation of natural resources in the pretext of a judgement.
The major portion of the proceeds would go into the hand of the private parties.
The private parties include some top political leaders also. These leaders undertake mining work through third parties. The third parties hand over the profit to them. This explains their political clout and the crime money against their names.
There is virtually no difference between licence and auction.
Thus many political leaders are part and parcel of the ruling class mentioned in Chapter 337.
Everyone must know that the auction takes place because of the denial of Freedom. Even the Supreme Court of India cannot deny it.
Therefore, the auction is patently unconstitutional.

Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, on 14 February 2015, said that the global investors trust Indian Judiciary. He added that about 1700 obsolete laws would be repealed.
He must make a strong law to enforce freedom of expression.
Now, the Chief Minister of Delhi, Mr. Kejriwall, gets more all India exposure than the prime minister, union ministers and the chief ministers put together.
If the publicity is based on the official power, the prime minister must top the list. He must be followed by the union ministers, President of India, judges of the Supreme Court, chiefs of armed forces, Chairman, Human Rights Commission, Chief Vigilance Commissioner and the chief ministers of big states. The chief ministers of small states would join the above at the bottom.
If the newsworthiness is the basis, the present man might top the list.
If the contribution to nation building is the basis, the present man would again top the list.
If the power of a citizen is the basis, then also the present man must top the list.
But the people have no Freedom to see their own men.
Therefore, while repealing 1700 laws, he must make a new law for Freedom.

340: LET THERE BE NO DECEPTION

340

LET THERE BE NO DECEPTION

A temple had been erected for Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi at Rajkot in the Gujarat State by his supporters. It was to be officially inaugurated on February 15, 2015. However, Mr. Modi, on 12 February 2015, asked the organizers not to go ahead with the plan.
He might have heard about the temple long ago. Does his action indicate any change in his thinking?
The ruling class – mentioned in Chapter 337- made Mr. Modi a popular man. If he posts something in a blog, the media report it all over the world. The views of his enemies - present in similar blogs- are not reported. Thus he always gains at the expense of his antagonists.
Out of the gains, he can benefit his friends, harm his enemies, dedicate gifts and honour any man he wants.
Thus he alienates public assets to benefit his friends.
Helps select the unjust as judges to protect the ruling class.
Erects a tall statue for Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and honours any man he wants.
Dedicates gifts and sits beside the President of the USA.
The armed forces stand in attention before him.
The judges say that he is a good man.
Naturally, the deification happens.
However, his demand to demolish the temple is an indication of a change.
If there is any change in his thinking, he must proclaim it to the people openly. Let there be no deception.

339; DISMANTLING THE RULING CLASS

339

DISMANTLING THE RULING CLASS

On 10 February 2015, the AAP party founded by Mr. Aravind Kejriwall got 67 out of 70 seats in the Delhi Assembly elections. Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi congratulated him.
The people consider this as a triumph of democracy.
Actually, the ruling class - mentioned in Chapter 337 - chose Mr. Kejriwal as an alternative to the existing leaders. This means that he is a Modi like man.
Apart from talking about corruption in a vague way, he had not contributed much to the nation. After seizing power at the Union Territory of Delhi, he decided to give over Re.1000 crore to a private company in the pretext of clearing the electricity dues of the people. It was an act of corruption.
Evidently, his contribution to nation building before the present election was a negative one.
After finishing his canvassing work, he spent a day with his family. It was all India news!
If a man wants to inform one of his routine activities to the people all over India, he will have to pay over Re. 10 crore to the newspapers and the TV channels.
But Mr. Kejriwall does not spend anything for publicity.
Evidently, the ruling class - mentioned in Chapter 337- gives publicity equivalent to Re.10 crore to him every day.
If there is no guideline to disseminate the news and views, the ruling class would expend as much as Re 100,000 crore to create a Modi like man.
Therefore, it is imperative that the ruling class - mentioned in Chapter 337 - must be dismantled to establish democracy in India.
Is Prime Minister Mr. Modi ready to act as a servant of India for this?
          This is letter No.339.

338; THE JUST AND THE UNJUST

338
THE JUST AND THE UNJUST
Union Government had approached the Supreme Court of India to stop the private firms from challenging the 2014 Coal Ordinance in the High Courts. A three judge bench  comprising Chief Justice H.L. Dattu, Justice Sikri and Justice Arun Mishra, on 3 February 2015, dismissed the plea.
Despite the connection of the judges with the corporate houses, it appears as a just judgement.
The reason for the inference is that the court in the past - in bad faith- did not allow the High Courts to hear the privatization case.

Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, on 3 February 2015, accused the AAP party of dishonesty. He added that he had taken the test of fire to reach the present position.
He should have brought the previous letter to the people to pass the test of fire. In this way, he could have “used his power right to turn the soul of the people to the pure light of truth”.
Then the people would have liked him. In fact, he could have demolished the conclusion regarding the ruling class.
But he hopes to maintain the present position by denying Freedom.
He fears that the people, the Supreme Court and the armed forces would not accept him, if the people come to know about this work.
Thus he has lost his moral and constitutional right to continue in office.

The Union Government decided to continue with the collegium system for the selection of judges. The media reported this on 7 February 2015.
Recently, the Parliament unanimously enacted an Act for appointing judges. The present man alone opposed it. The government now retracts. This does not mean that the existing system provides for the selection of the just as judges.
The previous letter defines the ruling class.
If the collegium had selected the just, the people would get Freedom immediately.
If it had selected the unjust, they would not get it in the near future.
This is letter No.338.
