345: THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA: ACKNOWLEDGING THE ORDERS OF THE RULING CLASS?

345

THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
ACKNOWLEDGING THE ORDERS OF THE RULING CLASS?

Addressing the joint session of both Houses of Parliament, on 23 February 2015, President of India Mr. Pranab Mukherjee said that his government would decentralize the powers.
The United Front (UF) Government under Mr. H.D. Deve Gowda had handed over the mining sector to the states. This went down as the greatest decentralization effort since independence.
Now all mines are being handed over to the dominant among ruling class - mentioned in Chapter 337.
Intense thirst for power encouraged the present prime minister to this foulest deed.

Former Prime Minister Mr. H.D. Deve Gowda, on 24 February 2015, said that he would not contest in future elections. He is now 82 years old. Apparently, he keeps sound health.
Within a span of 11 months in office, he achieved more than what all other prime ministers put together achieved.
By the by, did he see the previous letter before this announcement?

The Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, on 24 February 2015, said that the accusations against him were a myth.
It is a myth because the people have not seen this work. If there is freedom of expression, it would become a truth.

The second phase of coal block auction was scheduled to start from 25 February 2015. But it was postponed to March 2, 2015.
It is the effect of the previous letter.
However, what the present man knows is his letter and the postponement. What happened in between is not known to him.
If the prime minister wants to conserve the mines to the ruling class, he can remain in office as long as he wants.

Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, on 27 February 2015, said that ‘India First” is the religion of this government.
Actually, ‘Modi First” is his religion.
Otherwise, why does he deny Freedom to 1000 million people?

The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) attached property worth Re.232 crore of Mr.Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy. The media reported this on 27 February 2015. This was the bribe given by India Cements MD Mr. Srinivasan.
Mr. Jaganmohan is the son of a former chief minister. The friends and relatives of many chief ministers received money from him or other miners. The ED is blind to this.

Hearing a bunch of petitions challenging certain conditions in the 2G auction, the Supreme Court of India, on 26 February 2015, refused to stay the auction.
In this connection, it may be recalled that the ruling class directed the then Prime Minister, Mr. A.B. Vajpayee, to hand over the spectrum to them based on “first come first serve” principle.
          He agreed.
The Supreme Court did not see anything illegal in it because the ruling class got it.
When the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh followed the same principle, a number of others got the spectrum.
The infuriated ruling class induced the Supreme Court of India to send the Union Minister for Telecom, Mr. A. Raja, to jail.
Accordingly, he was sent to jail.
The Supreme Court cannot prosecute a union minister without explicitly pointing out the illegality in his actions.
But it did.
At the behest of the ruling class, it then cancelled the spectrum allotted during his time.
It, further, directed the government to auction the cancelled spectrum.
In the auction, the dominant among the ruling class cornered the spectrum.
This story has been repeated in the coal block allocation issue.
This shows that the court acknowledges no higher principles than the orders of the ruling class.

This is letter No.345.
This letter is being submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Supreme Court of India, Chief Vigilance Commissioner, Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, and posted in the blog: www.howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com  on 28 February 2015.
