THE
JUST AND THE UNJUST
Union Government had approached the
Supreme Court of India to stop the private firms from challenging the 2014 Coal
Ordinance in the High Courts. A three judge bench comprising Chief Justice H.L. Dattu, Justice Sikri and Justice Arun Mishra,
on 3 February 2015, dismissed the plea.
Despite the connection of the
judges with the corporate houses, it appears as a just judgement.
The reason for the inference is that the
court in the past - in bad faith- did not allow the High Courts to hear the
privatization case.
Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, on 3 February 2015, accused the AAP party of dishonesty. He added that
he had taken the test of fire to reach the present position.
He should have brought the previous
letter to the people to pass the test of fire. In this way, he could have “used
his power right to turn the soul of the people to the pure light of truth”.
Then the people would have liked him.
In fact, he could have demolished the conclusion regarding the ruling class.
But he hopes to maintain the present
position by denying Freedom.
He fears that the people, the Supreme Court
and the armed forces would not accept him, if the people come to know about
this work.
Thus he has lost his moral and
constitutional right to continue in office.
The Union Government decided to
continue with the collegium system for the selection of judges. The media
reported this on 7 February 2015.
Recently, the Parliament unanimously
enacted an Act for appointing judges. The present man alone opposed it. The
government now retracts. This does not mean that the existing system provides
for the selection of the just as
judges.
The previous letter defines the ruling
class.
If the collegium had selected the just, the people would get Freedom immediately.
If it had selected the unjust, they would not get it in the
near future.
