CHAPTER 147. FOOLISHNESS

147

FOOLISHNESS

The Union Government on 15 June 2010 decided to sell 10 per cent shares of the public sector Coal India Limited (CIL) and Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL). The Union Government, further, disclosed its intention to sell the shares of many other Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) including Neyveli Lignite Corporation (NLC).
In this connection, it must be stated that a leader had decided to part with the policy of selling shares based on this work –particularly Chapter 41. As the present decision is almost like robbing the dead, she would not approve it.
It must be noted that the right to own property is a legal right of a citizen of India. However, alienating his property just to sell it to another individual is against his fundamental rights. The PSUs are the property of the people and the Government shall not sell them.
Under extreme conditions, the Government, in good faith, could sell them consistent with Chapter 41 of this work. For this, it is imperative that the Government must be a democratically elected one. As the Government did not give FREEDOM to the people before conducting the election, the present Government is not a democratically elected one.
The people of Manipur State have a fundamental right to own a definite number of shares of every PSU. Otherwise, there is no obligation on their part to remain with Indian Union. In order to ensure their fundamental rights, the Supreme Court should exercise its powers at the apt moment. This principle of check and balance alone would ensure decentralization of powers. It is very important because it is closely linked to the UNITY present in the Constitution of India.
However, the Chief Justice of India is not opening his eyes. Nietzsche says that where sleep is the goal, life lacks meaning.
Her Excellency the President of India –with all her legal background – would understand it better.
The paramilitary forces killed 16 militant people, including three women, on 16 June 2010 while they were in their hideout.
It is not customary for the Government to publish the war scenes. However, this time the Government released two pictures through a newspaper on 17 June 2010.
In one picture, it showed a young boy. Excepting for the accident of birth in a tribal community, he would not have committed any crime. His hands were tied to his back. His stomach was empty. Curly hair was unkempt and filthy. He had no shirt. There was no trace of fear or anxiety. However, his gaunt frame seemed to shudder with repressed wrath and looked like a mini David of Michelangelo.
In another picture, the paper showed the dead body of a young girl. Her attire comprised a loose shirt no better than ribbons and poor pants. Her hands were tied with a twine. The legs were also tied together. A wooden pole passed through the chinks of legs and hands. Two soldiers were carrying with difficulty the pole on their shoulders. Her body was hanging upside down; her pathetic face was facing the sky. Her unkempt hair remained tangled giving her an appearance of a hunted hare. As her legs and hands connected the pole, ironically, it looked like a garland - smeared with dirt and grime - made for the above leader.
The above pictures could be printed in the currency notes just to show that the Government is fulfilling the objectives of the so-called Father of the Nation.
Several individuals and organizations are working to prevent the atrocities against women. Many political parties are wedded to the welfare of women. There is a Supreme Court to render justice. Besides, there are State and Central Human Rights Commissions. But, there is no reaction to the dark deed of blood committed by the soldiers. There is not even a demand for a post mortem.
Hereafter, the Government would not release such pictures. However, did the girl kill any one? Did she fight? Was she a helper of the militant people? Did she play any role in the recent train tragedy? Why did she remain in a hideout? Did she demand anything unconstitutional? For whom did she sacrifice her life? Did she threaten the liberty of the above leader? Nothing is known to anyone.
The above pictures show that many forest areas are filled with corpses of soldiers, innocent people and militant people. The air is now reeking with the sickening stench of clotted human blood. The air is also filled with the plaintive cries of some innocent victims including passengers.
In this connection, it must be stated that the Government could kill anyone only after giving FREEDOM to the people. Therefore, all the orders of the Government to kill the people are out and out unconstitutional.
The paramilitary forces do not know that a leader got the mandate to rule India without giving FREEDOM.
Even the fish have the FREEDOM to escape from the net of a fisherman. The above leader is not giving even this FREEDOM.
The above leader knew that her contribution to nation building is not even a fraction of the contribution of this writer. If the Government had given due recognition to this work, this writer would have become dearer to the people than the above leader long ago. But due to her ignorance, she is not giving FREEDOM. Instead she is dousing the whole society into decline. Now, even the women are being murdered in cold blood just for money. The present writer must tell this because no one is coming forward to extricate the people from the present anarchy.
The Prime Minister of India, Minister for Home Affairs, Minister for Finance, Minister for Defense, Minister for Commerce and a few others are foolishly advising the above leader to deny FREEDOM. Her Excellency the President of India must give good advice to her and see that no girl is killed in a similar fashion before giving FREEDOM.
It is said that the action performed in the mode of ignorance results in foolishness.
The facts from 15 June 2010 to 17 June 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 18 June 2010.

CHAPTER 146. ILLUMINATION

146

ILLUMINATION

The last Chapter was submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 9 June 2010. A meeting of the Union Cabinet was held on 10 June 2010.

An Indian Telephone Company bought the African operations of the Zain Telecom for $10.7 billion. The media reported this on 9 June 2010.
With this acquisition, the above Indian company has 180 million subscribers in 18 Asian and African nations.
Everyone would tell that even a State Government in India, with all its resources, cannot make such an acquisition. This is not to inveigh against his wealth at all.
It must be noted that the revenue of the public sector BSNL during 2009-2010 was about $ 33 billion. It had a market share of about 20 per cent.
Therefore, the revenue of the private sector telephone companies during 2009-2010 was about $132 billion. It would increase to $176 billion during 2010-2011. The Service Tax during 2010-2011 must come to about $ 17.6 billion. But the Union Budget for 2010-2011 does not reflect this. They collect the tax but, apparently, do not remit the entire amount to the Government. Other taxes are also similarly related. The Government knowingly allows this.
The BSNL is spending a huge amount on salaries. But the Telephone Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) did not prescribe the work load or the service condition of the employees of the private telephone companies. It failed even to regulate the salaries. Therefore, they are spending only a very small amount on salaries. Their profit during 2010 -2011 would be about $88 billion.
A rough calculation would show that the profit from all the natural resources is more than $ 220 billion per year. Any democratically elected Government would pluck this wealth to promote the entrepreneurship of 1000 million people.
Now only about ten individuals take this. Naturally, they are going on buying the entire world.
So long as they get this profit, they would corrupt the entire system.
The President of Sri Lanka came to India on 9 June 2010. As usual, he was given a red-carpet welcome. Seven agreements were signed.
One agreement was related to security.
India would give $1 billion for Sri Lankan ports, airports and railways. Besides, $250 million would be gifted to build 50,000 houses.
Further, India would supply 1000 MW of electricity to Sri Lanka. For this, Indian and Sri Lankan electricity grids would be interconnected. A 500-MW power plant would be built in Sri Lanka. This might pre-empt Sri Lanka from seeking nuclear reactors from China. The Chapter – 140 motivated the Government to take this step.
Within two days of signing the above agreements, Sri Lanka allowed China to strengthen its naval base in its land. Five other agreements were also signed with China.
The naval base of China would always remain as a target for Indian forces. China got a berth in Sri Lanka because India did not give FREEDOM to the people to know the moves of China.
As the strengthening of the naval base defeats the agreement signed with India, India shall not give any gifts to Sri Lanka.
Similarly, India should not have compromised its security to strengthen trade relationship with China. But India is not confiscating even the illegally imported items. Besides, India is granting marketing rights to some individuals to make quick money.
The leader possessing the mandate to rule India attended a meeting of the newly constituted 17 member National Advisory Council (NAC) along with the Prime Minister of India.
The duty of the NAC is to illuminate the Government on various issues.
However, the Prime Minister cautioned the NAC that its advice should not affect the economic growth. Therefore, the NAC cannot advise the Government to use public assets for public welfare. The NAC cannot illuminate the Government.
Obviously, the NAC is a ceremonial committee. This shows that the Congress president wants to give more and more to the people. Nietzsche says that a man forces power, wealth and even all things to and into himself that they may flow back out of his well as the gifts of his love. Therefore, the Congress president must think of giving gifts to the people without remaining as a robber of FREEDOM.
The Congress president averted the 12 June 2010 strike of the employees of the Air India. Thus the letter No. 143 titled SUCCESS submitted on 31 May 2010 ended in success. This work averted an impending disaster.
The media did not report anything about the strike after 31 May 2010. This shows that the Government is controlling the media.
However, in this matter, the Congress president allowed herself to be illuminated by knowledge. Her passion for justice averted the strike. For a moment, Her Excellency the President of India might have experienced the manifestation of the mode of goodness.
This shows that if the Congress president wanted to take the natural assets today based on the Chapter 144, they would be taken tomorrow. The 7 May 2010 judgment of the Supreme Court would stand her in good stead. In this way, if wanted, she could rise to the mode of goodness.
Protesting over the red-carpet welcome given to the President of Sri Lanka on 9 June 2010, the militant people blasted a railway track on 12 June 2010 in Tamil Nadu State. Alertness of a guard saved the lives of 2000 passengers.
In another incident, police killed 10 militant people. The militant people kill the innocent people. At the same time, anyone going through this work would tell that the person possessing the mandate is killing the militant people without giving any FREEDOM to them to air their views or to hear the views of others.
If the Government had opened this work for public discussion, such incidents would not have happened. The militant people would have chosen a constitutional way to release their pent-up anger. Therefore, anyone going through this work would beseech the Congress president to give FREEDOM to Indians without waiting for another tragedy. In this matter, Congress president must consider the passengers as her own children.
The Chief Justice of India must also open his eyes. It might have come to his notice that if there were any right to FREE speech, at least some small political parties - staying in the opposition - would have demanded the Government to take over the public assets. Now no political party is demanding this. This shows that the Supreme Court is not protecting the rights and interests of the political parties by enforcing FREEDOM of expression.
The Chief Justice of India fears that that the entire system would fall apart if he opened his eyes. He, perhaps, believes that the traditional virtues make for a sound sleep. Therefore, the Chief Justice of India must open his eyes to enforce FREEDOM of expression. This is for the illumination of the people by knowledge.
It is said that the manifestation of the mode of goodness can be experienced when all the gates of the body are illuminated by knowledge.
The facts from 9 June 2010 to 14 June 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 15 June 2010.

CHAPTER 145. DEVELOPED MINDS

145

REBIRTH

Some newspapers now said that the Indian telecom companies would buy Chinese equipment after obtaining security clearance from an international certification agency. This shows that India has no free existence in this sector. Therefore, unless otherwise prevented, the success achieved by Her Excellency the President of India during her visit to China would go down as a short lived one.
The Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) on 5 June 2010 said that some private manufacturers were behind the propaganda that the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) were vulnerable to manipulations.
It must be noted that the EVMs failed on two very crucial occasions in the Parliament. The entire world watched it. Some say that the votes recorded by the EVMs did not tally in several constituencies and this fact was covered up by telling one reason or other. Therefore, all right thinking people all over India want the ballot paper for voting. The Election Commission of India must tell the real reason for its long fascination with the EVMs. The CEC does not ensure FREEDOM is a different matter.
A retired Wing Commander said that the army could be asked to use lethal weapons against the domestic enemies. According to him, army could be authorized to raid premises and seize documents. THE HINDU published his views on 6 June 2010 in its OPEN PAGE.
The above paper believes that the armed forces exist not to confiscate $1 trillion given to less than ten people but to help the transmission of $1 trillion to them in the next four years. With this objective, the paper might have met several retired officers of the armed forces to obtain an article.
The above article proceeds with the assumption that the enemies of the nation are militant people in the jungles and not the people possessing the power to transmit the natural resources. This shows that the manipulation mafia wants to trap the leaders possessing the mandate to rule India.
This article is the consequence of the denial of FREEDOM in India.
One could put the blame on the entire system –from the President of India to the Supreme Court (SC), the leader of Congress party to the leaders of the political parties, the Prime Minister of India to the Union Ministers and the manipulators to the media mafia –for the denial of FREEDOM. However, all right thinking people would say that the leader possessing the mandate must be specifically responsible for this.
Therefore, the above leader could show any one of the three following ways to the Union Government:
1. A way to give FREEDOM.
2. A way to deny FREEDOM.
3. A way to ignore the matter.
The USA on 6 June 2010 said that India was destined to be a nation of global influence.
The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhopal awarded a maximum of two years to the eight accused in the Bhopal gas tragedy case. The judgment came after 26 years. This was the headline news for all newspapers on 7 June 2010.
In this connection, it must be pointed out that the Union Carbide Company, USA, came forward to give some compensation to the victims immediately after the tragedy. Besides, it clearly predicted that the court cases would not give real remedy to the victims. But some lawyers and the media in India foolishly advised the then Union Government to go to the court. As a result, thousands of victims died without getting any compensation.
The New Indian Express on 7 May 2010 in a centre page article said that India lost about $ 42 billion in the 2G spectrum allocation. This shows that the Government lost $ 1 trillion in the last six years and the entire money must be recovered. But the Government has no courage to recover the money.
The predecessor of the present Chief Justice of India took charge as the sixth Chairperson of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on 7 June 2010.
It must be noted that a three judge SC Bench headed by the Chief Justice of India heard the gas dispute case. In its judgment on 7 May 2010 the judges clearly said that the natural resources must remain under the Government. But they have not come under the Government. Instead, the remaining natural resources like the 3G spectrum went in the hands of some people within days of the judgment.
The Supreme Court should have taken a firm stand in the above matter. If it considered the natural resources as public money, they should have come under the Government. If it considered them as private money, the SC need not have expressed a contrary opinion without any teeth.
Evidently, the Chief Justice of India- like a brave warrior- could have finished his duty satisfactorily and gone to the stars. Then the judgment would have uplifted 1000 million people instantaneously. But he would not have got the present post.
Will anyone in the SC come for the emancipation of 1000 million people in the near future? It is doubtful.
The media reported the above case only sparingly. Yet some people might have followed it. They might have noticed that after hearing the case, there was an inordinate delay in pronouncing the judgment. This writer had duly pointed out this. The judgment came out only on the penultimate day of the date of retirement of the Chief Justice. During this time, the Chief Justice murmured that he saw nothing wrong in judges accepting certain positions after their retirement.
The Chief Justice would not have bargained for a post retirement position. However, the Government might have brought to his notice the vacancy in the NHRC at one time or other. The desire for this position might have diluted the severity of the judgment. Naturally, the Chief Justice did not rise to a higher form.
It is said that a man takes one kind of body and again quits it to take another. The Chief Justice is taking the body situated in the mode of passion to the NHRC. His rebirth is in this world only. If he could rise to the mode of goodness, he would - even in the present post- give meaning to his judgment.
Otherwise, he would do more harm than good to the nation. This is because the people perceive him as a brave warrior. Because of his presence, they think that nothing wrong is going on in India. But he knew that he converted 1000 million people into untouchables.
However, it is said that only developed minds could see what is taking place in front of them.
The important point is that the judges are flexible to political threats. The political leaders would achieve their economic and political objectives by appointing suitable judges or by offering suitable positions. If one or two judges – in rare cases - were incorruptible, they would not get good cases. Or the Government would wait for their retirement. Therefore, the Supreme Court must take necessary steps to save the judiciary from political threats- a threat that emanates from the manipulators. Then only it would hear the cry of the people to protect their fundamental rights.
The facts from 4 June 2010 to 8 June 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 9 June 2010.

CHAPTER 144. SLEEP

144

SLEEP

The last mail was submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 31 May 2010. A meeting of the Union Cabinet ensued on 1 June 2010.
An army officer and his team were indicted for the death of three people in an alleged fake encounter in the Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) State. The Defense Minister gave a promise to take necessary action. The newspapers reported this on 31 May 2010.
There will be always some public discontent in a nation. However, the Union Government, consistent with the letter No.1 dated 1-6-200, could:
1. Split the public sector financial institutions like the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), banks and give them to the State Governments.
2. Allow all State Governments to exploit their natural resources like the spectrum.
3. Allow the State Governments to maintain separate foreign exchange account.
Some private individuals are enjoying all the above. The only difference is that the State Governments would use this for public welfare.
If the Government were ready to implement the above three points today, the armed forces could be withdrawn from many parts of India tomorrow. Then the armed forces would concentrate on the security of India. Naturally, such accusations would cease to exist.
There are reports that the Queen of England would not come to India to declare open the Commonwealth Games in December 2010. This is presumably because India does not give FREEDOM to Indians.
The Director of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) said that he had no power to investigate any case against an officer of a rank of a Joint Secretary and above. Thus, he says that the Union Ministers are corrupt.
However, if the Supreme Court (SC) had asked him to dilute the $400 million plus 1500 kg gold case to $4 million case, the SC is an institution that must be destroyed. On the other hand, if the CBI had failed to take the case to the SC for suitable orders, the CBI is a threat to the stability of India.
The Union Government received about $15 billion for the 3G spectrum. Some companies, including two public sector companies, apportioned it among themselves through the so-called auction. This is against the spirit of the 7 May 2010 judgment of the SC. Evidently; the Government committed contempt of court.
India decided not to send the Indian cricket team to China for the coming Asian Games. The real reason has not been disclosed.
On 1 May 2010, the leader of the Congress party, the Prime Minister of India and some Union Ministers appeared in the public sector TV channel to present the report card of the present UPA Government.
On the above occasion, the Prime Minister said that that he would fight terror, root and branch. It is customary for him to sow the seeds of ambition on his leader. Now he is giving a new hope to her.
The Defense Minister on 1 May 2010 met the Service Chiefs. He discussed the pros and cons of committing the armed forces in the operation against the militant people.
Israel said that the world failed to notice the killings taking place in India and some other countries. Perhaps, the world thinks that the Indians are animals.
A report said that about 1680 civilians, 990 security personnel and 1440 militant people were killed in India in past five years.
It is not easy to narrate the reasons for the killings. However, it must be recalled that an Indian company wanted to buy some assets in S. Korea. The people in S. Korea opposed it. The Indian company agreed to arrange some assets in India for the Korean companies as reciprocation. Accordingly, the Indian company directed the Union Government to permit the POSCO to explore the iron ores in India.
As one or two leaders were situated in a mode of ignorance, they became a prey to the schemes of the Indian company and agreed to follow the path shown by it. Accordingly, the POSCO was granted permission to take the ores of iron from the Orissa State. Thus the opposition in S. Korea subsided. It was mentioned in Chapter 54.
However, the people in India have been apposing the Korean companies. This is destabilizing the Indian companies in Korea and other countries.
The present Government could have –based on this work- changed the policy long ago. But one or two leaders either directed the Government to crush the agitations of the people or ignored the operations of the paramilitary forces against them. As a result, thousands of people are being killed. The Government blacked out the intensity of their agitations and the rest of the Indians came to know about their struggle only when mass killings occurred.
Evidently, the people die because the Indian companies succeeded in trapping one or two leaders.
Who is responsible for the killings? Until today, the present writer did not fix the responsibility on any one person. Instead, the present writer has been putting the blame on the President to the Supreme Court, Congress leaders to the Union Cabinet and manipulators to the media. As such the present writer could have done a little more to minimize the killings.
As in the case Sri Lankan Tamils, it must be clearly stated that the bullet that kills the people originates specifically from the mind of the leader possessing the mandate of the people. This is because that leader alone could put an end to the killings in India single handedly.
As in the case of the Air India, the leader is free to follow any one of the following three paths.
1. Going on killing people for money using police or armed forces.
2. Taking over all natural assets for public welfare and settle the residual problems through talks.
3. Ignoring the matter.
In order to follow the second path, it may be necessary to change the Prime Minister. Alternatively, the leader could openly ask the Prime Minister to take over all natural resources.
If the leader decided to opt for the second path, the credit for the action might come to this writer. This is because political parties and other individuals are not demanding the Government to take over all natural resources. However, so long as this work remains as a secret matter, the entire credit for this good decision would go to that leader only.
In order to choose the correct path, it is essential that the leader must be free from darkness born of ignorance.
A leader of a Left party demanded the recovery of revenue lost in the 2G spectrum allocation. He put the loss at $42 billion. The Hindu reported this on 2 May 2010. The profit from 2G spectrum alone is sufficient to maintain the armed forces and the paramilitary forces in India. Actually, the Government gave $1 trillion to a few individuals. This would have to be recovered. Therefore, the media would not press for this in a sustained way.
The Home Minister on 2 May 2010 deplored that in some places there were no police stations. He directed the State Governments to immediately double the strength of their police. It must be noted that he helps transmit $220 billion per year to less than ten people. With which money the State Governments will meet the salaries? He alone knows the answer.
The boy leader of the Congress party secretly came to Chennai on 2 May 2010.The public sector Tamil TV channel reported this.
The contribution of the above leader to nation building - for all practical purposes - is a negative one till today. What he would do tomorrow is not known. The Government must tell how he became dearer to it than the people like the present writer. It must be noted that the media is not reporting the whereabouts of even the Prime Minister of India.
The people said that the public sector National TV channel asked the cricket commentators to while away 40 minutes from 7.20 P.M. after a match yesterday. At the same time, it is not getting any time to inform to the people the names of the people like the present writer. The Government must tell the reason for this.
These things happen because the SC is not weighing the good and the bad with the same balance. For this the Chief Justice of India should not be vulnerable to changing fortunes and to political threats. He must open his eyes to enforce FREEDOM of expression.
It is said that a man situated in the mode of darkness, born of ignorance, relapses into sleep.
The facts from 31 May 2010 to 3 June 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 4 June 2010.

CHAPTER 143. SUCCESS

143

SUCCESS

The last mail was submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 24 May 2010. A meeting of the Union Cabinet ensued on the next day.
The Prime Minister of India, before receipt of the above mail, informed that the Union Cabinet had been meeting every week. The media had been suppressing this fact.
He answered many questions detailed to the press persons.
To one question he said that he welcomed freedom of expression!
To another question he said that the son of the Congress president would be an appropriate addition to the Union Cabinet.
To yet another question he said that the task given to him had been remaining unfinished.
If this work forced the Prime Minister to take over the natural assets, he would say that he achieved his goal. In contrast, if he succeeded in transmitting $1 trillion more to his supporters in the next four years, he would attribute it to his New Economic Policy.
The Union Minister for Communication said that he was being targeted because he succeeded in breaking the telecom cartel. He added that any probe must go into the root cause. But the militant people in Delhi would be hesitant about opening this matter.
The Defense Minister said that he was not against the act of debating various issues. This is his reply to the last mail.
The Home Minister invited the militant people for talks.
In this connection, it must be noted that there are many former Chief Ministers in the Union Cabinet. They should have at least- consistent with the letter No.1 dated 1-6-2001- split the telephone services and given it to the States. This would have put an end to militancy in many parts of India. Now, anyone going through this work would tell that they silently kill their own people for money.
According to some reports, preparations are going on to merge the private sector Bank of Rajastan with the ICICI bank.
The Government says that the ICICI bank is a foreign bank. Therefore, the Government must merge it with a Public Sector Bank.
The Prime Minister of India on 26 May 2010 met the representatives of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He might have discussed the 7 May 2010 Supreme Court judgment and his political constraints.
The Prime Minister of India on 27 May 2010 exhorted the big industrialists to help the Small and Medium Scale Enterprises.
The present writer - in the last mail – requested the Government to save the cottage industries. The Prime Minister is saying the same thing.
In this connection, it must be noted that when a small industry perishes, the entrepreneur becomes a pauper. He becomes speechless with despair. The people now hear the low moan of the tyre industries because the Government has started rescuing India from China. Now, the Government must cancel the marketing rights, if any, granted to the friends and relatives of the Union Minister for Finance to sell Chinese products. Simultaneously, financial assistance must be given to revive the sick industries.
Her Excellency the President of India paid a visit to China on 26 May 2010. The President discussed all vital issues with the top leaders of China. The discussion lasted for two days.
India mentioned the decision of China to build two nuclear reactors in Pakistan. Apparently, China said that the reactors were subjected to international safeguards.
Chinese leaders mentioned the ban on Chinese products. The Indian delegation politely pointed out the huge trade imbalance - $16 billion during 2009 – of India with China. It cited the policy of China to flood Indian markets with Chinese products and the act of buying raw materials like iron ore only from India. The President requested China to give market access to Indian Information Technology, engineering and pharmaceutical companies to address this problem.
India further wanted the help of China to secure United Nation’s Security Council (UNSC) seat.
The President of India impressed upon the leaders that understanding the sensitivities of two countries was the key to deeper and sturdier friendship.
China said that negative reporting by the media could damage Indo-China ties.
The discussions were fully consistent with the last few letters of this writer. The influence of the back room players was conspicuously absent. The Government had not placed any constraint over the President and for this act the Union Cabinet must be commended. Apparently, the Congress president is also striving to rise to a higher level.
China would supply even uranium to India. But, an India that does not depend upon China for anything other than mutually beneficial activities is very important for world peace.
China, as usual, pointed out the activities of Tibetan leaders in India. India must appreciate this.
India is not disclosing the name of the present writer to the people. But, India never fails to report the activities of the Tibetan leaders. India must tell in which way the Tibetan leaders are dearer to it than the present writer.
Finally, the Chinese leaders told the President that they were ready for a new starting point. China started penetrating into India from 1988, exploiting the visit of the then Prime Minister of India. Therefore, the starting point shall be the year 1988. China must retreat from the sphere of influence of India and take up the pre-1988 position. This is for true friendship.
Evidently, the last few letters saved India from an impending disaster. Naturally, India would no longer remain as a vassal of China. The only condition is that the future rulers should not become the slaves of the manipulators again.
The Indian delegation pursued the talks with great diligence. However, it must be stated that the President has some very specific natural gifts to handle very delicate diplomacies. The President has a thirst for the good. She utilized all her talents to achieve a significant success for Indian diplomacy. In fact, the officials would not have seen more successful diplomatic engagements in a trying situation. The President might have experienced glimpses of transcendental happiness in this matter. She could talk about this throughout her life. There is no FREEDOM to the people to know even this is a different matter.
On 27 May 2010 some reports said that that the USA had elevated the level of dialogue with India, recognizing India as a great and emerging global power.
Air India (AI) on 27 May 2010 dismissed 58 employees. The employees immediately gave a notice to go on strike from 12 June 2010. The Union Government decided not to interfere with the decision of the management of the AI.
Now, there are three following options before the president of the Congress Party.
1. The AI could be asked to dismiss any number of employees for their offences.
2. The AI could be asked to reinstate all employees and settle the matter through talks.
3. Ignoring the matter.
The management could be correct. Or the employees could be correct. The people are not interested in knowing this. They expect the Government to run the AI successfully. They would welcome any one of the above options provided the strike is averted. This is the cardinal rule of business management.
In order to consider the second option, the Congress leader would have to change the Prime Minister. One or two leaders would oppose it.
However, the Prime Minister is not implementing the 7 May 2010 judgment of the Supreme Court. As a result, India is incurring a loss of over $220 billion per year. He is not taking over the privatized Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) including the airports. He is not giving FREEDOM. Considering everything, he could be substituted by another suitable person.
148 people died in a train accident. This might have been due to the sabotage of the militant people.
The Congress president shall not wait for another accident like this. She must concede the demands that are consistent with the Supreme Court order.
The Director of the Central Bureau of Investigation ( CBI) said that the cases involving the political leaders were being monitored by the High Courts and the Supreme Court. The Tamil TV channels alone telecast it. He had been concealing this matter. His present statement shows that the Supreme Court directed him to dilute the recent $400 million plus 1500kg gold case to $ 4.4 million case. He must narrate the circumstances that led to the dilution of the case.
The Supreme Court on 29 May 2010 permitted the Utter Pradesh (UP) State to take necessary steps to privatize 11 sugar mills subject to the final verdict of the court. This order is against the spirit of its 7 May 2010 judgment.
The Supreme Court should have directed the Union Government to take over all natural assets. This would have yielded $ 220 billion per year. Then no State Government would have thought of selling any PSUs.
However, the learned judges of the Supreme Court must fight - in fact wage a war - to implement its orders, suggestions and even thoughts. For this they must be like warriors, brave and without consideration for the feelings of others. Then, the probability of achieving success will be great.
The Chief Justice of India is not opening his eyes to enforce the fundamental rights of the people. He must note that the coverage given to an individual by the media – particularly public sector TV channels– must be proportional to his contribution to nation building. No one, including cricket commentators, with lesser contribution to the nation shall get greater coverage than this writer. Therefore, the Chief Justice of India must - even in his sleep - strive to weigh an individual and a minister without any partiality. Then only he could think of achieving success in the act of enforcing FREEDOM of expression.
It is said that a man striving by appropriate means is assured of success.
The facts from 24 May 2010 to 30 May 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 31 May 2010.
