CHAPTER 149. The Most Abominable Type of Existence

149

ABOMINABLE TYPE OF EXISTENCE

The last mail was submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 6 July 2010. A meeting of the Union Cabinet ensued.
Sri Lankan Navy on 8 July 2010 caught hold of some Indian fishermen straying in the Sri Lankan waters and killed one of them. There were reports that Sri Lanka had earlier killed more than 500 Indian fishermen.
The ruler of India and the Prime Minister of India did not react to the above incident. However - as usual – some political parties condemned it. The Government arrested a political leader of Tamil Nadu State allegedly because he incited violence in this matter.
The present writer had requested the Union Government to recover the weapons and gun boats given to Sri Lanka. India responded by donating a frigate. Now, they use the same gun boats to capture and kill Indian fishermen.
As the Chinese forces occupy one part of Sri Lanka, India could have taken charge of the Tamil areas based on Indo-Sri Lankan Peace Keeping Accord for rehabilitation. But India gave money to Sri Lanka only to help it to maintain a big army.
Evidently, the fishermen die mainly because India is in the hands of a blood seeking ruler.
China on 9 July 2010 said that India engaged in “under the table” and “unfair” competition against the Chinese industry. China added that India should not try to contain the growth of its neighbour.
The growth of China need not be at the expense of India. China has broken the backbone of Indian industry through the back door. It must allow the Indian industry to survive. It must wait till the trade imbalance is addressed to the satisfaction of India. Besides, it must retreat to the pre-1988 strategic position. Then, India would buy finished products equivalent to finished products and raw materials for raw materials.
Now China signed a $525 million deal to build two highways in the Pak occupied Kashmir (PoK).
India owes more than $25 billion to China. China, in turn, disburses a fraction of this amount to the neighbouring countries of India to secure their loyalty.
The Foreign Secretary of India called on the Tibetan leaders on 12 July 2010.
Just as the neighbouring countries of India should not allow any third party to use their territory to threaten the sovereignty of India, India should not allow anyone to use its territory to threaten the sovereignty of China.
It is true that China invaded Tibet. But no country is isolating China. In fact, no country is recognizing Tibet as an independent nation. Strategically a buffer state between India and China is desirable. But, India is not keeping an eye beyond the Himalayas. Therefore, as a responsible neighbouring country of China, India cannot afford to promote Tibetan freedom struggle in the present way. Other interested countries must take up this matter and take a final decision in one way or other.
It may be recalled that in 1959, India welcomed the Tibetan leaders. They were allowed to stay in a famous House where the so-called Father of the Nation had been staying. India then foolishly allowed the Tibetan leaders to hold international press conferences. These developments - apart from some other factors - prompted China to invade India.
India had been - quite unnecessarily - touching the nose of China by allowing the Tibetan leaders to hold press conferences till May 2010. The Chapter 143 of this work alone curtailed this.
It may not be correct on the part of India to allow any refugees to use Indian passport or the passport of any unrecognized countries. For instance, India could allow a Tamil refugee to use the passport of his homeland, only after officially recognizing him as a citizen of an independent nation. Until then, he must have a Sri Lankan passport.
Some Union Ministers reiterated that India was heading towards 9 per cent growth rate. The cement industry is showing negative growth rate. The paint industry is getting heavy blows. The Union Ministers are not reporting anything that is negative. The Prime Minister had no other thing to talk for a long time. Now the other Union Ministers repeat this only to transmit public asset to private parties.
Unable to compete with the private players, the public sector telephone company, the BSNL, wanted to surrender the 2G spectrum. Further, it wanted the Government to refund the money given for the 3G spectrum. In this connection, it must be noted that there was a time when the employees of the BSNL were somewhat indifferent towards consumers. Now the newly recruited employees have become polite to the extent of speechless. They - in their poor attire - are downcast and sad. Are they not getting decent salary? Is there no security of service? The plight of the employees in the private telephone companies and some other Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) must be more abominable than this. Her Excellency the President of India alone could banish the sorrow from their heart.
The Orissa High Court on 14 July 2010 cancelled the license granted by the Orissa State Government to the Posco to explore the iron ore because the Government had “arbitrarily” and “illogically” ignored an application submitted by another Indian Company in 1991. The court directed the Government to dispose of all pending applications of the petitioner within four months.
What will happen after four months cannot be predicted. If the Union Government had taken over all natural assets, such cases could have been avoided. As the Government ignored this demand, a court has boldly stepped in to establish justice.
The above judgement is a small step for the Orissa High Court. But it is a giant step for the mankind as this court now fearlessly stands for law. This might help establish peace in the Orissa State.
All right thinking people would say that the Orissa High Court – just like the armed forces - lighted fire.
Why did the court take many years for the above? It is not known. The present writer cannot claim any credit for the present judgement. However, many latter Chapters of this work had been emailed to the High Courts in India including the Orissa High Court. The court might have - among other things - reckoned the new stand of the armed forces as mentioned in Chapter 135.
No sooner the above judgement came out, than the public sector Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) agreed to start a joint venture with the Posco in Bokaro, Jharkhand. Therefore, whether the judgement is due to an arrangement or not is not known.
Since the last mail, the media did not report the whereabouts of the Prime Minister of India. This gave the impression that he was in a self imposed house arrest.
At last, the Prime Minister of India attended a meeting of the Chief Ministers on 14 July 2010. He welcomed the Chief Ministers with folded hands. This must have an ominous meaning because it is not customary for the Prime Minister to telecast such scenes.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister informed the decision of the Government to strengthen the paramilitary forces and to set up a Unified Command to eliminate militancy.
The Union Government did not concede the demands of the militant people before taking the above decision. This shows that the ruler of India is even now seeking blood.
India on 15 July 2010 lifted the ban on the import of power related equipment from China. India, further, agreed to come out with detailed guidelines for importing telecom equipment. Whether the guidelines would include transfer of technology or not is not known. Whether, China agreed to cancel the nuclear deal with Pakistan or not also is not known.
The decision to import power equipments would break the backbone of the Indian generator manufacturers. In fact, the above decisions show the might of China over the Union Government. Obviously, China is forcing India to remain as its vassal in one way or other. Now Her Excellency the President of India alone could protect the Indian industry from the Chinese onslaught.
The Chief of Army Staff on 16 July 2010 asked the Army officers to be mentally prepared to fight against militancy, if the situation on the ground did not improve.
The nation had been sinking down to a demonic rule till the armed forces lighted fire. Since then the death rate has been falling down drastically.
It is pertinent to recall that Bal Gangadhar Tilak in 1917 described the British rule as demonic although even 100 people did not die due to police action in the preceding 5 years. In contrast, 10, 000 people have died in the last five years.
Tilak then said that the British rule ended in slavery. Though the British jailed some leaders, they ensured 100 per cent FREEDOM of expression. In contrast, the people have not tasted FREEDOM since independence.
The ruler of India is not seen anywhere since 6 July 2010. She might have realized that no more deaths would be attributed to her ignorance. She might have come to the conclusion that only Demons would kill people without giving FREEDOM. Therefore, she might have asked the Government to grant FREEDOM of speech. The Prime Minister might have explained his constraints. Therefore, she might have decided to part with politics.
In a democracy, a man must fight his way to the throne in an atmosphere of FREEDOM with lion like valour. Then the armed forces would respect him and even obey him in good faith wherever he sits. A woman should not seek any concession in this matter.
The present ruler posed for TV cameras in the first five years of her political career. The manipulators, in turn, persuaded foreign dignitaries, including the then President of China, to call on her. The media gave great publicity to such visits. She did not utter even a word during this time. However, the people were forced to think that there was no alternative. Even after entering Parliament, she did not utter a word. All that the people saw was her hand signs and various facial expressions.
Now all right thinking people going through this work would tell that the present ruler got the mandate through deception. This must be the reason why she is always seeking blood.
As soon as the Chief of the Army Staff said that the army was getting ready to fight the militant people, the ruler allowed some political leaders to meet her. Therefore, she might again appear before the people to lead a most abominable type of existence with the help of the media mafia and the armed forces.
The Chief Justice of India must note that the Supreme Court must be free from favouritism. Then only it could enforce FREEDOM of speech without fear. As it failed to establish justice in this matter, it failed to establish peace. As a result, more than 10,000 people have died in the last five years.
Apart from the modes of darkness, ignorance, passion and goodness, a man might be situated in a mode of Demons. It is said that a man situated in a mode of demons gradually sinks down to the most abominable type of existence.
The facts from 6 July 2010 to 18 July 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 19 July 2010.

CHAPTER 148. NECTAR

148

NECTAR

The Union Government now sanctioned about $300 million to the victims of the Bhopal Gas Tragedy. Stung by the observation of this writer in Chapter 145, the ruler of India directed the Government to make amends for the foolishness committed by her husband 26 years ago.
Union Minister on 20 June 2010 said that the army would not be used against the militant people.
The Army and the Air Force lighted fire. This was mentioned in Chapter 135. The media mafia was used to pressurize them. A few retired army commanders were contacted to get articles. A few TV channels initiated discussions on the role of armed forces in eliminating militancy. But it did not cut any ice.
If the armed forces had not lighted fire, thousands of boys, girls and soldiers might have died every day.
It is pertinent to point out that the latter chapters of this work had been sent to the Army and the Air Force.
In this connection, it must be acknowledged that many - as a rule - do not open the mails from unknown people. Further, the commanders of the armed forces cogitate over many matters and as such they will not get time to read unsolicited mails. In fact, the probability of these letters hitting their hands is very less. Therefore, the thinking that they might have gone through this work is like living in a fool’s paradise.
Nevertheless, the copies of these letters were not sent to the paramilitary forces. They are going on killing the militant people.
Thus, the present writer contributed his share to save the lives of many people.
Surely, the Army and the Air Force are now in the higher planets.
The positive nature of the 7 May 2010 judgment of the Supreme Court is largely due to the new stand of the armed forces.
What would happen tomorrow is not known. However, even if the work had saved one human life, the present writer will consider it as nectar of the human beings.
A political leader from the Tamil Nadu State on 18 June 2010 said that there were spies among the 25,000 Chinese labourers in North Sri Lanka and that some of them were gathering intelligence on India. Sri Lanka immediately said that there were more Chinese in India than in Sri Lanka.
In this connection, it must be noted that that this is the first time that the Government is disseminating the views of the political leaders on the question of Chinese occupation of Sri Lanka. The present writer had pointed out this. At least now, the Union Government must send back the refugees to replenish the vacuum.
China on 22 June 2010 reiterated its decision to build two nuclear reactors in Pakistan.
THE HINDU newspaper on 24 June 2010 virtually requested India to enjoy the Pakistan-China nuclear deal. The reason was that the deal was inevitable.
In this connection, it must be stated that India is recklessly selling iron ore to China. China is, in fact, creating mountains using Indian soil. The above newspaper belongs to this export lobby.
India must be alert to recognize the environmental changes. The security of the country shall not be compromised for trade.
The above nuclear deal is more dangerous than the question of infiltration from Pakistan. Therefore, India must talk against the deal rather than talking about the infiltrators endlessly. Pakistan will have to respond to the concern of India.
The newspapers now revealed that the public sector telephone company –the BSNL- did not pay the money for the 3G spectrum.
In this connection, it must be stated that BSNL is spending 80 per cent of its revenue on salaries. Thus its money comes back to the people. At the same time, the private operators siphon off 80 per cent of their revenue to other countries. This is causing economic deprivation of the highest order. This leads to the depletion of the foreign exchange also. But no one is ready to change the status quo.
The militant people killed 3 police men on 23 June 2010 in the Chhattisgarh State.
Her Excellency the President of India on 23 June 2010 described the Tamils as the “pride” of the nation. She said that the Tamils respected the culture of others. She mentioned the fundamental rights and equality present in the Constitution of India. She embedded these in the central part of her speech on Tamil language. This speech is present in the presidentofindia website. Anyone following this work would agree that the President was indirectly referring to the people like this writer. If the President could confirm this, it would go down as nectar.
A Union Minister on 24 June 2010 said that the shares of the public sector aluminium company –Nalco- would not be sold. Anyone would agree that this is the repercussion of the last mail submitted to Her Excellency the President of India. It is also nothing but nectar.
The Government now disclosed that more than 10,000 people, including police personnel, were killed in a span of five years from May 2005 to May 2010. In 2009, 2372 people were killed. 439 people were killed from January 2010 to May 2010. But the ruler of India considers this as her crown and waits for another tragedy.
Wearing a cap, the ruler of India on 28 June 2010 laughed at 1000 million people.
In this connection, it must be noted that the ruler of India did not appear in any public meetings from 18 June 2010 to 27 June 2010. This gave the impression that she – like the former Prime Minister of India – decided to quit politics for good. Her reappearance shows that she believes in the power of the media to conceal this work.
The Union Government now said that lack of independent directors in the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) was a hurdle to sell their shares.
In this connection, it must be stated that some private players are keeping unlimited money as profit from the natural resources. Whenever they fail to buy assets abroad, they force the Government to sell the shares of the PSUs. Therefore, on 15 June 2010, the Union Cabinet –after taking all precautions - decided to sell the shares of the PSUs. But the Chapter 147 sent on 18 June 2010 vetoed it. The Government might have, among other things, reckoned the new stand of the armed forces. It was nectar to this writer. The ruler considered this as poison. Therefore, the media concocted the above story. The ruler enjoys this through her silence.
An Indian private company now bought the shares of a company in the US for over $ 3billion. India released the foreign exchange without uttering a word.
27 paramilitary personnel and 15 militant people were killed in a battle on 29 June 2010 in the Chhattisgarh State.
The militant people must have understood the meaning of the stand taken by the armed forces to their struggle and halted their retaliatory actions against the innocent people and the soldiers. The Government also should have accepted all their demands that were constitutional and invited them for talks. But nothing, except killings, happens.
The coffins of the soldiers were covered with the national flags. There were gun salutes also. Ironically, when the gun salutes were going on, the ruler of India named a vanquished airport after a former Prime Minister of India. After all, the soldiers- consistent with the theory of Plato-need not have any family.
Who is responsible for this tragedy?
The first Prime Minister of India gave some natural assets to a few private parties. His daughter silently handed over oil and gas reserves to them. His grandson-while directing the attention of the people to Sri Lanka- allowed them to consolidate their position. The wife of his grandson even decided to hand over $66 billion rotting in the Provident Fund (PF) account to them.
The above leaders - apart from the Father of the Nation- are responsible for the above tragedy. But, the roads, buildings, ports, airports and various schemes are being named after them daily.
The people say that the ruler of India loves the people. None knows that she gave $ 1 trillion to a few individuals in the last six years and is poised to give an equal amount to them in the next four years.
A soldier receives about $500 per month. He sacrifices his life to enable about ten people to remove $1 billion every day!
Is it possible for the present ruler to solve this problem today?
Even today, she could solve this problem and go to the stars. For this, it may be necessary for her to hate some of her friends. Nietzsche says that a man must not only love his enemies, he must also be able to hate his friends.
The Chief Justice of India on 1 July 2010 opened his eyes and said that the people must implement the principles found in the epics like the Ramayana to bring out an egalitarian society. He solicited everyone to work for equality. This shows that he is following this work carefully. Perhaps, he discerns a physical repetition of an epic in this work.
In this connection, it must be stated that this work was started only to solve some national problems. The Supreme Court (SC) was requested only to establish justice in India and not to curb private initiatives.
The natural assets belong to all people. The SC must take over it only to establish justice in India. For this, the SC could use the Preamble, Fundamental Rights, Equality, Unity, Article 16 or any other things present in the Constitution of India. Or the Chief Justice could give a physical meaning to the 7 May 2010 judgment of the SC. This alone would ensure FREEDOM.
Further, SC must note that FREEDOM is essential not only to protect the fundamental rights of the people but also to maintain law and order. It must note that the FREEDOM of 1000 million people now depends on the thinking of one ruler. However, this is not autocracy or dictatorship. Some people encourage a person to play a particular role; and they in turn plunder the nation. In such a situation, the SC must be very alert to check it.
It is said that one could enjoy nectar even in this life.
The facts from 18 June 2010 to 5 July 2010 are being submitted Her Excellency the President of India on 6 July 2010.
