337. THE RULING CLASS OF INDIA

337
THE RULING CLASS OF INDIA.
In his Republic Day eve address to the nation, President of India Mr.Pranab Mukherjee said that the people owe their Freedom to the great warriors of nationalism.
“Educate and inform the whole mass of the people... They are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty”.
“Justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outraged as those who are.”
He quoted the above from Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin respectively.

The nation conferred Padma Awards to 104 eminent persons on 25 January 2015.
A leader of the BJP, Mr. L. K. Advani, got Padma Vibhushan for Public Affairs.
There are no reports about any crime money against his name.
However, he stood by former Prime Minister Mr. A. B. Vajpayee to illegally alienate many Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).The present prime minister considers this as a service to 125 crore people.
Former Election Commissioner of India (ECI) Mr. N. Gopalaswamy was given Padma Bhushan for Civil Service.
He had conducted elections without any guidelines for enforcing freedom of expression. Thus he cheated 1000 million people.
The present Election Commissioner would get similar awards if he is ready to cheat the people.
Mr. Swapan Dasgupta was given Padma Bhushan for Literature and Education.
He is a journalist. He belongs to the ruling class. He could have taken Bharat Ratna.
Mr. Bill Gates and a few others from other countries also were conferred these awards. This indicated that these awards have no borders.

The President of the USA, Mr. Barack Obama, arrived at New Delhi, on 25 January 2015, as the Chief Guest of the Republic Day.
Prime Minister welcomed him at the airport. A joint vision statement talked about “Shared Effect and Progress for all”. They decided to extend the Defence Co-operation Agreement.
This development is consistent with the demand of this writer that imports must be a function of the remittances. However, it is not clear whether India wanted the stealth fighter jets or not.
The prime minister introduced Congress President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and a few others to Mr. Obama.
The revelations of the Wikileaks are in the Supreme Court of India.
The court should have cleared their names before showing them to the people.

Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, on 27 January 2015, said that he had not dreamt of reaching his present position. He added that there could be no greater dream than serving 125 crore Indians.
When a person with a little or no contribution to nation building does something, the people all over India hear it continuously. When another person with great contribution to nation building does something, he is not heard at all. The mind that makes this distinction belongs to the ruling class.
The above ruling class zeroed on Mr. Modi in the firm hope that he would deny Freedom to Indians. Therefore, the people had been hearing him even before accepting the present position.
Many people would not accept this condition.

The government, on 30 January 2015, sold the 10 per cent shares of public sector Coal India Limited (CIL) for Re. 22,600 crore.
Former Prime Minister Mr. A. B. Vajpayee had alienated many PSUs wholesale without giving Freedom to the people. Thus he cheated 125 crore people as mentioned in different chapters.
The prime minister, apparently, cannot cheat the people now. Therefore, he plunders public assets without giving Freedom.
It is said that a man would plunder if he cannot cheat.
This is letter No.337.

336.THE LEARNED JUDGES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA: HARBOURING CRIMINALS?

336

THE LEARNED JUDGES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
HARBOURING THE GREATEST OFALL CRIMINALS?
The Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), on 20 January 2015, revoked the termination order served to Mrs. Rekha, mentioned in the previous chapter. It said that the fact that she is pregnant was not known to the company.
The court accordingly dismissed the case.
However, in another fresh case, a 36-year-old employee approached the same court complaining of unfair termination.
The TCS disputed the fact that its employees come under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
The court stayed the order for two weeks and asked the State Labour Conciliation Officer to start proceedings to ascertain whether the fired  employee is a ‘workman’ under the Industrial Disputes Act or not.
The government must give job security to all employees. It must give pension based on the formula given by this man.
If the government had given Freedom, the employees would not have been dismissed like this.
Therefore, government must declare Freedom to Indians.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), on 21 January 2015, interrogated former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh in connection with the coal case.
His predecessor Mr. A.B. Vajpayee had illegally alienated many Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) as mentioned in this work.
Despite hundreds of letters, he sits away from law like a child.
The Supreme Court of India is not ready even to send a reply.
Therefore, it has no moral or constitutional right to question any union ministers through the CBI or court.

A Supreme Court of India bench comprising Chief Justice H.L. Dattu and Justices Madan B. Lokur and A.K. Sikri, on 21 January 2015, observed  that the court was interested in bringing back the illegal money parked in foreign banks rather than the disclosure of their names to the public.
The Special Investigation Team says that about Re. 4000 crore only is parked abroad.
In contrast, the utterances of the Supreme Court give the impression that the amount mentioned by the Wikileaks is correct.
This leads to the conclusion that the learned judges harbour in the Supreme Court the greatest of all criminals.
As there is no Freedom, the judges do not come under the law.

335:THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA: INDULGING IN MODERATE REMOVAL OF PUBLIC ASSETS?

335
THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
INDULGING IN MODERATE REMOVAL OF PUBLIC ASSETS?

Madras High Court, on 13 January 2015, stayed the termination of a Mrs. Rekha, an employee of the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
She obtained the stay based on the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
She contended that the ‘last come, first go’ principle was not followed by the private software company and that her termination was an unwarranted one.
Pending the adjudication of the dispute by the Labour Commissioner, she prayed for a stay.
The dismissals convey the message that termination is easy and that it would affect anyone at any time.
A dismissed employee would not get employment in other companies as easily as in the USA.
Thus the companies murder the employees every day.
The ‘stay’ will have far reaching consequences.
No company would, hereafter, dare to substitute the serving employees with new hands.
However, it is the duty of the government to stand by the employees. It must give job security to all. It must ensure pension based on the formula given by this man or through other means.

The TCS, on 13 January 2015, revealed that it had been retrenching about 1 per cent of its non-performing employees every year. It has over 3 lakh employees.
The ‘stay’ obtained by Mrs. Rekha might have forced the TCS to disclose the above.
The media had not reported any dismissal as and when it happened.
This shows that the people have no Freedom to know any important events in India.

The Hindu, on 15 January 2015, reported that the government would sell 10 per cent shares of the public sector Indian Oil Corporation (IOC).
The development shows that the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Naredrea Modi, was brought up in the principles of his master, Mr. A.B. Vajpayee.
Mr. Vajpayee had a slavish passion to hand over the public sector VSNL to the corrupting people as mentioned in Chapter 8.
Now, they draw Mr. Modi in the same direction. But, this work draws him in the opposite direction. Therefore, he stands on the midway. He simply indulges in moderate removal of public assets.
          However, it is unconstitutional.
The teachings of Swami Vivekananda have little influence upon him.

334. THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA: UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF SWAMI VIVEKANANDA?

334

THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF SWAMY VIVEKANANDA?

Congress leader Mr. Digvijaya Singh, on 11 January 2014, requested Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi to look after the interests of the Utter Pradesh State. A few days ago, he wanted equity and equal opportunity to all.
In this connection, it must be pointed out that many political leaders possess money in foreign countries.
The present man had sought their detention till the recovery of the money.
          The government did not act.
But, due to a sense of shame, many leaders disappeared from the national scene.
Thus, the most important leader of the opposition, Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, does not talk. Even her son does not want to appear before the people.
`        The media does not want to expose them because it belongs to them. It has been diverting the attention of the people to other matters.
Therefore, there is a political vacuum in India.
The media has now started to publish the words of Mr. Digvijaya Singh.
Is it because of any understanding with the Supreme Court of India?
The people might get an answer in the near future.

The Chief Election Commissioner, CEC, on 11 January 2015, said that he expected a heated political campaign in Delhi.
All leaders known to the people –the prime minister included- have crime money or received money and other favours from the holders of crime money. Therefore, they have forfeited their right to campaign.
The CEC, on the same day, said that all measures were being taken to check the abundance of money power.
The money power manifests through the media. If he cannot enforce freedom of speech, he need not conduct any election.
If there is Freedom, the money will have no effect upon the elections.
If there is no Freedom, all elections are useless.
Therefore, the CEC cheats the people.

Speaking at the Vibrant Gujarat Summit, the prime minister, on 11 January 2015, said that his government was committed to provide a transparent and fair policy environment.
The words of this man are the most important voice of the people. But the people do not hear them. Yet, the prime minister talks of transparency.
On the same day, he said that the thoughts and ideals of Swami Vivekananda influenced him deeply. He added that he was his personal inspiration.
If his statement is true, he would have granted Freedom to Indians immediately after assuming power.

333.THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA: IMITATING THE STYLE OF THE VIRTUOUS?

333

THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
IMITATING THE STYLE OF THE VIRTUOUS?

The Prime Minister of India, Mr.Narendra Modi, on 10 January 2015, said that his aim was to see a corruption-free India.
While he was talking like this, the government announced that the 2G and the 3G spectrum would be auctioned on 25 February 2015.
The prime minister was conspicuously silent about the constitutionality or otherwise of the above announcement.
At the same time, as a protector of the evil, the Chief Justice of India described him as a good man.
The act of auctioning the natural resources before enforcing freedom of expression is unconstitutional.
It is the biggest act of corruption.
The Chief Justice of India shall not encourage acts of corruption.
He must note that if there is Freedom, the law will not allow him to do this. It will not allow him to exist as prime minister at all.
As the media conceals this work, an act of grave corruption would not be a crime if the prime minister commits it.
It is pertinent to recall that everyone described former Prime Minister Mr. A.B. Vajpayee as a good man. He, in very bad faith, converted the public sector VSNL into a private entity as mentioned in Chapter 8. Now the present prime minister describes this as a quintessence for good governance.
It follows that in order to convert public assets into private assets the prime minister must be described as a virtuous person.
No wonder, the Chief Justice of India falls down and worships him as a good man.
Due to this, the prime minister imitates the style of the virtuous without the slightest compunction.

This letter is being submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Supreme Court of India, Chief Vigilance Commissioner, Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, and posted in the blog: www.howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com on 11 January 2015.

332. THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:MAKING A MISTAKE?

332

THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
MAKING A MISTAKE?

The software companies at Chennai have been dismissing thousands of employees.
They actually want to dismiss a few employees with an ulterior motive. The people should not notice it. Therefore, they resort to dismissing thousands of employees- the noted fellows included.
When the Infosys – a big software company- decided to fire about 4500 employees, the present man opposed the decision as given in this work. The company had, then, retreated from the decision.
Now, it is the duty of the government to ensure job security to the employees.
It must grant them pension following the formula given by the present writer.
But the prime minister has neither the time nor the desire to act in public interest.
This happens because this work remains away from the eye of the people.

The Union Cabinet, on 5 January 2015, approved the auction of spectrum, iron ore and all other natural resources.
This is not due to dearth of money because the government does not want to use the Provident Fund and Pension Fund for public welfare.
If a man is allowed to rotate Re. 5 lakh belonging to a public institution, he would become a rich man within a few years. What would happen if he is allowed to rotate Re. 5 lakh crore in the Provident Fund?
He would simply use the money to buy the natural resources.
The leaders, in turn, would get a part of the profit as black money.
The beneficiaries together would control the mind of the people.
In fact, the people hear the views of the holders of black money alone.
Thus the auction takes place after taking away the Freedom of the people.
The above style is not only unsuitable to the nation but also unconstitutional.
Therefore, the prime minister makes a mistake in this matter.

This letter is being submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Supreme Court of India, Chief Vigilance Commissioner, Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, and posted in the blog: www.howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com on 8 January 2015.
