482. THE JUDGES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA: A MEANINGFUL LIFE

482.

THE JUDGES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
A MEANINGFUL LIFE

Chief Minister of Delhi Mr. Arvind Kejriwal stood 42nd in the “World’s 50 Greatest Leaders” list of the Fortune magazine. The media reported this, on 25 March 2016.
Ten men take the public resources of India. They spend publicity worth Re.thousands of crore on Mr. Kejriwal. The latter had rewarded them suitably immediately after assuming power.
There are many chief ministers in India. But he alone gets continuous all India publicity. It is reminiscent of the one given to Mr. Narendra Modi.
Surely, they are grooming him for the post of the prime minister.

Re. thousands of crore was kept in sacs in an agricultural land in the Tamil Nadu State. The media, on 25 March 2016, said that they were removed with the help of the police. The Collector of Namakal District ordered a probe.
The termites eat the currency notes. But the people are being denied this.
The Election Commission of India (ECI) said anyone receiving money for votes would be punished with one-year jail term.
This is out and out unconstitutional.
It must be reiterated that ten men remove all the public resources. They control the media. Thus they control the public mind.
The political leaders also keep TV channels and newspapers consistent with the ill-gotten money.
Thus, the ill-gotten wealth manifests in the form of newspapers and TV channels.
The number of votes gathered is a function of the role played by the media rather than the actual amount given to the voters.
Therefore, the ECI can ban the TV channels and the newspapers for two or three months. It can block the generation of black money also.
Alternatively, the elections could be conducted after the elimination of the news channels and black money.
But, it shall not stand on the way of circulation of money.

These letters are necessary to prove that the Indians have no Freedom to know news and views. The people must know this at least now. But the Supreme Court of India continues to keep them as animals.
If there is no Freedom, the court cannot convict or acquit anyone. It cannot simply exist. Naturally, there can be no democracy.
The people do not bother much about the past history of the learned judges of the Supreme Court of India. But they are anxious to know what they do in their high position.
It will be sufficient, if some judges strive to make their life in the Supreme Court of India a meaningful one.
          This is letter No. 482.

481 : PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI: A MAN WITH A POSITIVE INTELLECTUAL CAPABILITY?

481
PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI:
A MAN WITH A POSITIVE INTELLECTUAL CAPABILITY?

The Union Government, on 18 March 2016, reduced the interest rate for the Provident Fund (PF) from 8.7% to 8.1% percent.
There is an element of unconstitutionality in the decision.
The money in the PF had been handed over to some private parties against a fixed interest rate.
It is the duty of the Supreme Court of India to recover the money for public investments after disclosing the unfair role played by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and others.
Now, it is reluctant to disclose even the whereabouts of this money.
The banks are chasing some defaulters.  The court should not wait for the bankruptcy of the banks to recover the money.
It must be noted that the Unit Trust of India (UTI) has not returned the money received as bailout package. This should not happen to the PF.
Considering everything the court must give an answer.
If it is not feasible of compliance, the court must enforce freedom of expression.
The people are not going to see your work. Therefore, the court is not bound to give an answer. This should not be the reply of the court.

The Election Commission of India (ECI), on 19 March 2016, constituted 1400 flying squads to prevent illegal transactions in the election bound states. Any amounts over and above Re.1 lakh- without proper documents- are being confiscated.
Ten men take the public resources. They possess an unlimited amount of money.  A small portion could percolate to the masses during the election. After all, there is no democracy in India.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 19 March 2016, bowed before an old woman, one Ms. Poongothai, from Tamil Nadu at a meeting of the farmers.
Former Prime Minister Mr. A. B. Vajpayee touched the feet of an old woman, one Ms. Chinnapillai, before alienating some Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). The present prime minister does a similar act after alienating the public assets.

Mr.Amit Shaw, President of the BJP, on 19 March 2016, said that his party welcomes criticism of a person, party or government. He added that patent anti-national activity cannot be justified on grounds of  freedom of expression.
He says that the demand for freedom is an anti-national activity.
The act of concealing this work from the eye of the people is the anti national activity.
It must be noted that he does not give money to the media to report his words.
The media automatically report him because they get unlimited public resources through the leaders like him.
Next day, the National Executive of the BJP, in a resolution said that freedom of expression would not be granted at the cost of the destruction of the nation.
The ruling class would destroy the nation, if freedom of expression is granted. This is the message of the BJP to the Supreme Court of India.
The ruling class now wants to silence the Supreme Court. In fact, the media does not report many important court cases.
Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi wanted his party men to focus their attention on development.
Thus he tells the court that freedom must be denied for the sake of development.
He, further, said that intellectual capability is needed to fight negativity.
If a thief is not intelligent, he would be caught.
As the court denies freedom of expression, one would say that any blackguard can run the nation.
But the court, at times, punishes even a conductor for Re.100/-
If a political leader could plunder unlimited money right in front of the eye of this court, he must be an intelligent person.
It is true that there was a judgement. The present prime minister used it as a pretext to invade public assets. Thus he gave up the helpless people to stabilize his position. Yet the union ministers - like Mr. Venkaiah Naidu tell- the people that he is a blessing to the people!
Beneath a facade of democracy, there is an utter denial of freedom in India. Only the people of unfathomable intelligence could maintain this.
Finally, the prime minister said that he could change the people with negative thinking into those with positive thinking.
It is a possible one. He can give Freedom at any time. He can use his intelligence for a good cause. It requires a positive intellectual capability.

480: INDIA: A DEMOCRACY?

480

INDIA:
A DEMOCRACY?

In a centre page article, The New Indian Express, on 17 March 2016, said that “the Indians rule themselves by electing their representatives.... There is no bar on anyone in India to change the public discourse by presenting their ideology before people and coming to power and changing the course of governance and policy, all within the larger ambit of our Constitution”.
This is the reply of the media brigands to this work.
Everyone must note that the Union Government represents just ten men in India and not at all 1000 million people.
All public assets are in the hand of these ten men.
They hire a few political leaders, impart an all India image and run the country through them.
The duty of these hired men is to depict India as a democracy, deny freedom, pretend to serve the people and transmit the public resources to the ten men.
All the rest must pay money to their newspapers and TV channels to air their views. This is not possible.
The public sector TV channels also take orders from the ten men.
As the Union Government represents these ten men, it is out and out an illegitimate one.
Evidently, the Indians have not tasted freedom.
They have seen Indian despotism and not at all their government.
The armed forces should not do obeisance to any illegitimate government. But they do because of the atmosphere created by the articles such as the above one.

479. CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA:T.S. THAKUR: "GOOD EXISTS"

479

CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA T.S. THAKUR:
“GOOD EXISTS”

Union Minister Mr. Rajnath Singh, on 10 March 2016, said that there exists a plot to defame Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi.
He said this because the present man gave a comparative account of Kim Jong-Un and  Mr. Modi in the last letter.
Mr. Modi is a saint. He captured the vanquished public properties and offered them to former Prime Minister Mr. A. B. Vajpayee. Mr. Rajnath Singh wants the people to write like this.

The Union Government, on 12 March 2016, granted permission to the miners to sell their mining leases.
This is out and out unconstitutional. The reasons were given earlier.

The Election Commission of India (ECI), on 12 March 2016, started conducting road shows to motivate the people to take part in the voting to the five state assemblies.
This is a farce. When the nation is not ‘free’ the elections cannot be ‘free and fair’.

In the meantime, Union Minister Mr. Arun Jaitely said something with the meaning that the ‘will of a citizen’ cannot be the ‘will of the people’.
When the nation is not ‘free’, the ‘will of one citizen’ becomes the ‘will of the nation’.

Mr. Vijay Mallya, a big businessman, on 13 March 2016, said that the time is not ripe for him to return to India.
The Supreme Court of India alone could reveal the truth in this matter.

Chief Justice of India T.S. Thakur, on 13 March 2016, asked the judges to be conscientious of their duties.
It is his paramount duty to bring freedom to Indians.  He does not do this. Instead, he simply asks others to do their duty.
He, further, said that the judiciary is facing a crisis of credibility. He considered this as a challenge from within.
He said the above in the light of this work. The media does not want the people to know this. It, therefore, linked his confession to the pending cases.
However, the media insinuated that “Something is rotten in the city of Denmark”. It alleged that the judges (of the apex court) lack proper education. It put the blame on their professors.
In this connection, it must be recalled that the court did not take the JMM case, Medical Council of India case, Niira Radia Case and many other cases to their logical conclusion.
It knows that the natural resources belong to all people. Yet it directs the government to transmit them to ten men. The lucky men apportion a portion of the money among some political leaders, control the media and run the nation.
It sent former Union Minister Mr. A. Raja to jail before recovering Re. 1/- as disproportionate asset. But it spares the disproportionate assets of even the ministers.
It directed the government to appoint judges arbitrarily while a crucial case in this matter was before it.
Above all, it induces the government to keep the people under utter darkness. The judges prone to do injustice alone would do this.
Naturally, there exists a credibility crisis.
When there is a crisis of credibility, the Supreme Court of India shall not deliver any key judgements.
What is the root cause for this predicament?
The people of India are true in speech and eminent in justice. They carefully maintain the privileges of every man according to degree.
This unnerves the judges and hence they do not want to make the people ‘free’ to know men and matters according to degree.
The human beings tend to commit mistakes under the darkness of night. The judges cannot be an exception.
Now, this work provides the Chief Justice of India a clean slate to find a permanent solution to the credibility crisis.
He must bring Freedom. This is to protect Justice - also called Dharma.
When the people are ‘free’ they would believe the judges and the judgements.
Evidently, good exists and there is a way to escape from this predicament.

478.MORE ABOUT Mr. NARENDRA MODI AND Mr. KIM JONG-UN

478

MORE ABOUT Mr. NARENDRA MODI AND Mr. KIM JONG-UN

Former Solicitor General of India Fali Nariman, on 7 March 2016, said that if the judges cave in to pressure, everything is lost. His son is a sitting judge of the Supreme Court of India.
Apparently, the ruling class is not in direct contact with the judges. It, therefore, indirectly beseeches them not to give Freedom.
My son, you became a judge because of my connections. Let this not inhibit your ability to do justice. You will do justice only if you are free. Bring freedom. Let anything happens. Mr. Nariman should have advised his son like this.
A body of a soldier reached Trivandrum on 7 March 2016. There were reports that he died in an encounter with the militant people in a forest in the Chhattisgarh State. Three militant people also died in the incident.
The matter was not reported as and when the incident occurred.
When the North Korean leader Mr. KIM JONG-UN executed a man, the entire world noticed it. But even the Indians are oblivious of many such killings in India.
Such killings are worse than the killings of Mr. Kim.
It must be noted that the previous UPA government had sought the help of the Indian Air Force (IAF) to eliminate the militant people. If the IAF had obliged, former Finance Minister like people would have made all countries his colonies.
Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 7 March 2016, said. “You will have to make yourself effective. You will have to present issues with facts and figures. Merely changes in the system will not suffice. Some or the other change keep happening in the structure. In order to establish your leadership, you should have the knowledge of subjects.
Try to develop your independent image as a public representative. Make an attempt that you have your own image in your region. Once the image of your working style and your views is established among people, it will last for long. You will see people accepting your ideas once you are thus established.
Politics is a game of competition but when the feeling of jealousy dominates in competition, and then you cannot grow. If you start feeling that what will happen to you if more talented women come in your field or if your attempt is that I am there and will not allow anybody else to progress.
Rather if you allow others to come up, you will go high. A kind of pyramid-like structure comes up then”.
This is the reply of the Prime Minister to the last letter.
There are thousands of political leaders in India. The ruling class confines them to their region. They do report them on one or two occasions all over India. But there would be no continuity.
A few leaders maintain some TV channels and newspapers to air their views. But they would  cut no ice. They are under a constant threat as in the case of the SUN TV.
No TV channel or newspapers ever dare to report the truth.
It may be recalled that the ruling class, on 12 December 1917, threatened to strange the then No.1 leader in India as mentioned in the last letter. Ultimately he had to desert India.
Therefore, the decision to strange others is a real one.
If the ruling class could keep this work away from the people, they would do anything.
The people like the present prime minister is a winner of this unequal competition. Such leaders would not allow their subjects to know men and matters according to degree.
A prime minister seeking satisfaction in the service of the ruling class would brutalize not fulfill himself. But “the very means whereby he sought to become the better man would ensure that he became the worse”.

477. Mr. NARENDRA MODI AND Mr. KIM JONG - UN

477

Mr. NARENDRA MODI AND Mr. KIM JONG-UN
A COMPARISION

Finance Minister Mr. Arun Jaitely presented the Union Budget for 2016-2017 to the Parliament on 29 February 2016.
He did not reveal the actual receipts and expenditure. Perhaps, they must be obscure to the common man.
As usual, the budget was silent about the money in the Provident Fund (PF), Pension Fund (PF) and the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
Further, what happened to the remittances was not revealed.
Curiously, there was no word about the sale of the PSUs or their shares. But one must wait to know whether there is any deception or not.
The reason for this conclusion is that within a span of 18 months, the prime minister handed over ten times more public resources to his promoters than what his predecessor did in ten years. This strengthened his position.
Therefore, he might alienate the public assets when this work weakens.

Quoting the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) and the Income Tax (IT) Department, THE PIONEER, an English daily with a very small circulation, on 29 February 2016, said that Mr. Karthi Chithambaram, son of former Finance Minister of India, Mr. P. Chithambaram purchased an unimaginable amount of properties in the UK, USA,, UAE, Japan, Switzerland, Thailand, S. Africa, Spain, Philippines, France, British Virgin Islands, Singapore, Malaysia and Sri Lanka. He bought 88 acre in one locality in England.

One must go with a Xerox copy of his Permanent Account Number (PAN) to remit Re. fifty thousand or more in his Saving Bank account in a public sector bank.
But a Union Finance Minister is free to transact Re. in billion without any document!
The above revelation is complementary to the revelation of the Wikileaks although some might keep the money beneath the sea!
          Whose money is this?
It is the money of the 1000 million people.
The ruling class utilized him to the hilt. He, in turn, obtained position and wealth
The Pioneer broke one of the sealed covers because it is affected by one of the pending cases.
If a Union Finance Minister could give Re.10 lakh crore rotting in the Provident Fund to a fund manager,  it is natural that the latter would give not less than Re.1 lakh crore to the former as commission.
There will be similar commissions before, during or after the alienation of other public assets.
          What would a minister do?
He would simply buy the world.
As the inducer, the court alone is affected by the revelation. Otherwise it would not have conserved his assets covertly.

The Congress Party, on 2 March 2017, used the word nepotism against the prime minister. The present man had used this word against the Chief Justice of India.
Further, Mr. Raghul Gandhi, a leader of the same party, requested the prime minister to listen to the people.
The prime minister retorted that Stalin had imposed censorship in Russia. Further, he said, “There are people to whom all types of questions are asked, But, there are others to whom nobody dares ask questions”.
The media described this as a Raghul versus Modi issue.
Actually, it is his reply to the last letter.
One day, Dirac presented his atomic theory. A student said that he could not understand what he said.   Dirac retorted, “It is a statement. I cannot help it. Do you have any doubt?”
It may be true that the people cannot question the North Korean Leader, Mr. KIM JONG- UN. In fact, there are reports of illegal execution.
In India, a citizen can ask any question to the prime minister. But the people as a body cannot know the questions asked.
They cannot doubt that there exists a work like one.
What would the people do? Is it not like the execution of 1000 million people in one go?
As early as on 12 December 1917, an important leader of India said, “If you write anything, we will, they say, strange you”.
The policy to strange others is not something introduced by the present prime minister. It is intrinsic property of the present the system.
Is this the method by which the prime minister can continue governing the people?
