THE
JUDGES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
A
MEANINGFUL LIFE
Chief Minister of Delhi Mr. Arvind Kejriwal stood 42nd in the “World’s
50 Greatest Leaders” list of the Fortune magazine.
The media reported this, on 25 March 2016.
Ten men take the public resources of
India. They spend publicity worth Re.thousands of crore on Mr. Kejriwal. The latter had rewarded them
suitably immediately after assuming power.
There are many chief ministers in
India. But he alone gets continuous all India publicity. It is reminiscent of
the one given to Mr. Narendra Modi.
Surely, they are grooming him for the
post of the prime minister.
Re. thousands of crore was kept in sacs in an
agricultural land in the Tamil Nadu State. The media, on 25 March 2016, said that they were
removed with the help of the police. The Collector of Namakal District ordered
a probe.
The termites eat the currency notes.
But the people are being denied this.
The
Election Commission of India (ECI) said anyone receiving money for votes
would be punished with one-year jail term.
This is out and out unconstitutional.
It must be reiterated that ten men
remove all the public resources. They control the media. Thus they control the
public mind.
The political leaders also keep TV
channels and newspapers consistent with the ill-gotten money.
Thus, the ill-gotten wealth manifests
in the form of newspapers and TV channels.
The number of votes gathered is a
function of the role played by the media rather than the actual amount given
to the voters.
Therefore, the ECI can ban the TV
channels and the newspapers for two or three months. It can block the
generation of black money also.
Alternatively, the elections could
be conducted after the elimination of the news channels and black money.
But, it shall not stand on the way
of circulation of money.
These letters are necessary to prove
that the Indians have no Freedom to know news and views. The people must know
this at least now. But the Supreme Court of India continues to keep them as
animals.
If there is no Freedom, the court
cannot convict or acquit anyone. It cannot simply exist. Naturally, there can
be no democracy.
The people do not bother much about
the past history of the learned judges of the Supreme Court of India. But they
are anxious to know what they do in their high position.
It will be sufficient, if some judges
strive to make their life in the Supreme Court of India a meaningful one.
This is letter No. 482.
