481 : PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI: A MAN WITH A POSITIVE INTELLECTUAL CAPABILITY?

481
PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI:
A MAN WITH A POSITIVE INTELLECTUAL CAPABILITY?

The Union Government, on 18 March 2016, reduced the interest rate for the Provident Fund (PF) from 8.7% to 8.1% percent.
There is an element of unconstitutionality in the decision.
The money in the PF had been handed over to some private parties against a fixed interest rate.
It is the duty of the Supreme Court of India to recover the money for public investments after disclosing the unfair role played by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and others.
Now, it is reluctant to disclose even the whereabouts of this money.
The banks are chasing some defaulters.  The court should not wait for the bankruptcy of the banks to recover the money.
It must be noted that the Unit Trust of India (UTI) has not returned the money received as bailout package. This should not happen to the PF.
Considering everything the court must give an answer.
If it is not feasible of compliance, the court must enforce freedom of expression.
The people are not going to see your work. Therefore, the court is not bound to give an answer. This should not be the reply of the court.

The Election Commission of India (ECI), on 19 March 2016, constituted 1400 flying squads to prevent illegal transactions in the election bound states. Any amounts over and above Re.1 lakh- without proper documents- are being confiscated.
Ten men take the public resources. They possess an unlimited amount of money.  A small portion could percolate to the masses during the election. After all, there is no democracy in India.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 19 March 2016, bowed before an old woman, one Ms. Poongothai, from Tamil Nadu at a meeting of the farmers.
Former Prime Minister Mr. A. B. Vajpayee touched the feet of an old woman, one Ms. Chinnapillai, before alienating some Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). The present prime minister does a similar act after alienating the public assets.

Mr.Amit Shaw, President of the BJP, on 19 March 2016, said that his party welcomes criticism of a person, party or government. He added that patent anti-national activity cannot be justified on grounds of  freedom of expression.
He says that the demand for freedom is an anti-national activity.
The act of concealing this work from the eye of the people is the anti national activity.
It must be noted that he does not give money to the media to report his words.
The media automatically report him because they get unlimited public resources through the leaders like him.
Next day, the National Executive of the BJP, in a resolution said that freedom of expression would not be granted at the cost of the destruction of the nation.
The ruling class would destroy the nation, if freedom of expression is granted. This is the message of the BJP to the Supreme Court of India.
The ruling class now wants to silence the Supreme Court. In fact, the media does not report many important court cases.
Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi wanted his party men to focus their attention on development.
Thus he tells the court that freedom must be denied for the sake of development.
He, further, said that intellectual capability is needed to fight negativity.
If a thief is not intelligent, he would be caught.
As the court denies freedom of expression, one would say that any blackguard can run the nation.
But the court, at times, punishes even a conductor for Re.100/-
If a political leader could plunder unlimited money right in front of the eye of this court, he must be an intelligent person.
It is true that there was a judgement. The present prime minister used it as a pretext to invade public assets. Thus he gave up the helpless people to stabilize his position. Yet the union ministers - like Mr. Venkaiah Naidu tell- the people that he is a blessing to the people!
Beneath a facade of democracy, there is an utter denial of freedom in India. Only the people of unfathomable intelligence could maintain this.
Finally, the prime minister said that he could change the people with negative thinking into those with positive thinking.
It is a possible one. He can give Freedom at any time. He can use his intelligence for a good cause. It requires a positive intellectual capability.
