Mr. NARENDRA MODI AND Mr. KIM JONG-UN
A COMPARISION
Finance
Minister Mr. Arun Jaitely presented
the Union Budget for 2016-2017 to the Parliament on 29 February 2016.
He
did not reveal the actual receipts and expenditure. Perhaps, they must be obscure
to the common man.
As
usual, the budget was silent about the money in the Provident Fund (PF), Pension Fund (PF) and the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
Further,
what happened to the remittances was not revealed.
Curiously, there was no word about the sale of
the PSUs or their shares. But one must wait to know whether there is any
deception or not.
The reason for this
conclusion is that within a span of 18 months, the prime minister handed over ten
times more public resources to his promoters than what his predecessor did in
ten years. This strengthened his position.
Therefore,
he might alienate the public assets when this work weakens.
Quoting
the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) and
the Income Tax (IT) Department, THE PIONEER,
an English daily with a very small circulation, on 29 February 2016, said that Mr. Karthi Chithambaram, son of former
Finance Minister of India, Mr. P.
Chithambaram purchased an unimaginable amount of properties in the UK, USA,, UAE, Japan, Switzerland, Thailand, S. Africa, Spain, Philippines,
France, British Virgin Islands, Singapore, Malaysia and Sri Lanka. He bought 88 acre in one locality in England.
One
must go with a Xerox copy of his Permanent
Account Number (PAN) to remit Re. fifty thousand or more in his Saving Bank
account in a public sector bank.
But
a Union Finance Minister is free to transact Re. in billion without any
document!
The
above revelation is complementary to the revelation of the Wikileaks although some might keep the money beneath the sea!
Whose
money is this?
It is the money of the 1000 million people.
The
ruling class utilized him to the hilt. He, in turn, obtained position and
wealth
The Pioneer broke one of the sealed
covers because it is affected by one of the pending cases.
If
a Union Finance Minister could give Re.10 lakh crore rotting in the Provident Fund to a fund manager, it is natural that the latter would give not
less than Re.1 lakh crore to the former as commission.
There
will be similar commissions before, during or after the alienation of other
public assets.
What
would a minister do?
He would simply buy
the world.
As the inducer, the
court alone is affected by the revelation. Otherwise it would not have conserved
his assets covertly.
The
Congress Party, on 2 March 2017, used the word nepotism against the prime
minister. The present man had used this word against the Chief Justice of
India.
Further, Mr. Raghul Gandhi, a leader of the same
party, requested the prime minister to listen to the people.
The
prime minister retorted that Stalin
had imposed censorship in Russia. Further, he said, “There are people to whom all types of questions are asked, But, there
are others to whom nobody dares ask questions”.
The
media described this as a Raghul
versus Modi issue.
Actually,
it is his reply to the last letter.
One
day, Dirac presented his atomic
theory. A student said that he could not understand what he said. Dirac retorted, “It is a statement. I cannot help it. Do you have any doubt?”
It
may be true that the people cannot question the North Korean Leader, Mr. KIM JONG- UN. In fact, there are
reports of illegal execution.
In
India, a citizen can ask any question to the prime minister. But the people as
a body cannot know the questions asked.
They
cannot doubt that there exists a work like one.
What would the people
do? Is it not like the execution of 1000 million people in one go?
As
early as on 12 December 1917, an important leader of India said, “If you write anything, we will, they say,
strange you”.
The
policy to strange others is not something introduced by the present prime
minister. It is intrinsic property of the present the system.
Is
this the method by which the prime minister can continue governing the people?
