202. Congress ticket to Mr.Pranab Mukherjee

202

A HUMAN MEANING

The last mail was submitted to Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India, on 16 June 2012. The same mail was sent to the Supreme Court of India, Election Commission of India, Indian Army and Indian Air Force.   Later, it was posted in the blog www: howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com and a link was given to www.thattan.com

The Congress party, on 18 June 2012, said that none could prevent Union Finance Minister Mr. Pranab Mukherjee from becoming the President of India. This is the reply of the recipients of the Provident Fund (PF) money to the last letter.
The recipients of the PF money have amassed over Re.5 lakh crore in black money.  The media is under their control. They now simply swallow India. In order to maintain this, they want to make him the President of India
Ignoring hundreds of letters, he gave Re. 3 lakh crore in the PF to them. The people still trust him because they are not aware of this. However, if he wants to hold office for the sake of the country, he must recover the black money associated with it. This could be accomplished in a week. If it is not feasible of compliance, he must look at the eye of the people with open eyes and say, “OK. I will show your letter to the people and contest the election”. If he is afraid of doing any one of these, he need not try to become the President of India.

Mr. Mulayam Singh Yadav, on 16 June 2012, said that he floated the names of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh,  Somnath Chatterjee and APJ Abdul Kalam because the name of Mr. Pranab Mukherjee was not coming up. Does he not take orders from the recipients of the PF money?

Mr. S. Gurumurthy, in a centre page article in “The Indian New Express”, on 18 June 2012, said that Congress president Sonia Gandhi could not oppose Pranab Mukherjee during the selection of the Presidential candidate for the Congress party.
Mr. S. Gurumurthy, after a long time, tells a truth because media repeatedly said that the final choice was made by Mrs. Sonia Gandhi.
Everyone knows that Mrs.Sonia Gandhi could not become the Prime Minister of India. Later, she could not use the PF money for public welfare. Now, she listened to various views but could not oppose Pranab Mukherjee. She knows that the recipients of the PF money take crucial decisions and attribute them to her. In fact, she knows that Fascist Italy was more democratic than India. Otherwise, this writer would have said that she committed a crime against the earth.

Consistent with the last two letters, former President of India APJ Abdul Kalam, on 18 June 2012, said that he would not contest the Presidential election to be held on July 19, 2012. He added that his conscience did not permit him to contest the election. Even now he is not giving the expected news to the people. Is he not the first person to commit a crime against the earth?

A member of the Team Anna, Mr. Aravind Kejriwal, on 18 June 2012, said that Mr. Pranab Mukherjee wanted to become the President of India only to get the benefit of Presidential immunity from prosecution in a sugar scandal.
The publicity given to Team Anna is proportional to the intensity of this work. It is clear that the media has taken the last letter seriously. If this letter works better, the Team Anna will get still more publicity.

Trinamool Congress Chief Mamata Banerjee, on 18 June 2012, said that the common people lost their faith in political entities because of their corruption and underhand dealings. She disclosed that some self seeking politicians had discarded all ethics. She chose not to pin point any political leaders for the underhand dealings.
She left the Union Cabinet only after giving the PF money to the private parties. If she had opposed it, she would not have become the Chief Minister of the West Bengal state and the people of India would not have heard her voice after that.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), on 18 June 2012, left the cash reserve ratio for banks unchanged at 8%.
In this connection, the RBI must note that public sector banks like the State Bank of India (SBI) demand four different documents besides jewels for agriculture loan of Re.25,000/-. The subsidiaries of the SBI demand 13.5% interest for agriculture loan above Re.1,00,000/-. Some scheduled private banks have increased the agriculture loan interest rates from 10% to 14% with retrospective effect without serving any notice.  If the RBI wants, it could ask all banks to refund the amount. This is only to put an end to anarchy. This happens because of the outgo of Re.3 lakh crore to private parties is a different matter.

The Economic Times, on 19 June 2012, said that Pranab Mukherjee would become President of India if there were no unforeseen political perturbations. The paper knows something is going on in the mind of India in response to this work.  Therefore, the paper considers this work as a political perturbation. But the people do not know this.

Rating agency Fitch, on 19 2012, cut its outlook for the Indian economy to negative. The Government gave Re. 3 lakh crore rotting in the PF to the private parties. The recipients did not invest even Re.3/- in India. If India survives, it is because of the toiling hands.

According to a report, India lost Re.500 crore in the last 45 days of the Air India strike. Anyone enjoying the benefit of Re. 3 lakh crore will not understand the plight of the employees.

Union Minister Kabil Sibal, on 20 June 2012, said that the marks in the plus-two board results might not be taken for preparing the merit list for the Indian Institute of Technologies (IITs). This is the work of the pressure group that comprises the recipients of the PF money.

Rediff. Com, on 20 June 2012, said that unless the equivalent of a meteor strike occurred in the Indian polity, Pranab Mukherjee would become the President of India.
In this connection, it must be stated that the recipients of the PF money want a corruption-free political leader to remove the public money. Congress President Sonia Gandhi fits well with their requirements and, therefore, they project her as the most powerful leader in the world.
Now, it is imperative that if Mrs. Sonia Gandhi did not nominate him based on her free will, he should not be given the Congress ticket. No back room players shall be allowed to impose a person upon the people and attribute the same to her. She must be faithful to the earth and not to the manipulators. This is the human meaning of this work is a different matter.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, on 21 June 2012, requested his counterpart in China, Mr. Wen Jiabao, to make large scale investments in India. After giving Re.3 lakh crore to private parties, India begs China     for investments in India.

In a momentous decision, the BJP – the principal opposition party-, on 21 June 2012, decided to back the candidature of Mr. P.A. Sangma in the Presidential election. This is the first positive political decision taken by the BJP since 2001. This will enable the leaders of the BJP to breathe fresh air and look at the face of the people.
The CPI-M on the same day decided to back Mr. Pranab Mukherjee. The CPI decided to abstain. This shows that these parties are with the recipients of the PF money.

It is not clear whether Mr. P.A. Sangma is aware of this work or not. However, he must give an assurance to: 1. Give freedom of expression to Indians and 2. Recover the PF money and the black money associated with it.

Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India, must also give a human meaning to this work and give the expected news to the people before the Presidential election.

The facts from 16 June 2012 to 21 June 2012 are being submitted to Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India, on 22 June 2012.
The same letter is being sent to the Chief Justice of India, Chief Election Commissioner of India, the Chiefs of the Indian Army and Indian Air Force and CBI for necessary action.

201.Nomination of Mr.Pranab Mukherjee for the post of President of India

201

A CRIME AGAINST THE EARTH

The last mail was submitted to Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India, on 9 June 2012. The same mail was sent to the Supreme Court of India, Election Commission of India, Indian Army and Indian Air Force.   Later, it was posted in the blog www: howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com and a link was given to www.thattan.com

With reference to the Letter No.200, it must be stated that the Congress party, on 9 June 2012 morning, said that the name for the Presidential nominee had been finalized and that Congress president Sonia Gandhi would officially announce it on 15 June 2012.
The present writer emailed his letter No.200 on the same day at noon.  In the evening, the spokesperson said that the name had not been finalized.

The manipulators now said that the overseas entities, investing in the Indian market through participatory notes (PN), pulled out over Re.1 lakh crore after the Union Budget for 2012- 2013.  According to them, the total value of the PNs in the Indian market stood at Re.1, 83, 151 crore at the end of February 2012, and Re.1,65,832 crore as on March 31, 2012. The Budget had proposed some taxes with retrospective effect presumably to send out one or two competitors.
The manipulators did not disclose this as and when they pulled out their PN. In view of the last letter, the manipulators – indirectly – attribute the depletion of foreign exchange to the PN.

Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee, on 10 June 2012, said that all the money kept by Indians abroad was not black money. He added that businessmen might have deposited the money. This is his explanation for the Provident Fund (PF) money. Apparently, he refuses to part with the black money – more than Re. five lakh crore –associated with the PF money.

Former Army Chief V.K. Singh, on 11 June 2012, said that he had not hidden anything from the people during his 42 years of service in the Indian Army. He added that he would like to fight against corruption. There exists a feeling that he hid the letters sent to him. Did he ever show the letters from this writer to the public? Did the manipulators black out this?

The Economist, on 11 June 2012, warned that a sharp shock to the Indian economy would be given but a full blown crisis would not be given because of the harm that it would give to the poor.  It is clear that if the manipulators were not allowed to remove public money through the denial of freedom of expression, they would trigger a full blown crisis to the nation. According to them, the denial of freedom is good for the poor.

The outgoing Chief Election Commissioner, S.Y. Quraishi, on 10 June 2012, lamented that he failed to control money power on elections. He said that paid news had emerged as a major threat to free and fair elections. He added that it must be treated as a cognizable offence. Thus, he agreed that all elections he conducted were neither free not fair.

The new Chief Election Commissioner, Mr.V.S Sampath, also said that undue influence on elections would be curbed. Thus, the present Election Commission of India (ECI) also says that everyone hears paid news only. But the people do not know the meaning of his words.
The Constitution of India demands that the people must be given the expected news before conducting elections. As nothing would match the power of the black money associated with the PF money, it is essential that at least this letter must be released to the National Informatics Centre and the media.  Then, all the present Presidential candidates would disappear and the real representatives of the people would appear, heralding a great change.
The crucial point is that it is not merely a question of guaranteeing any freedom to any individual. But, the President of India, ECI, Supreme Court, chiefs of the armed forces and the political leaders must see that above all India does not suffer.

The CBI, on 1 June 2012, sought the permission of the court to submit YSR Congress chief Jaganmohan Reddy for a lie detection test in a disproportionate assets case.
The Union Government could have attached his disproportionate assets, if any. What is going on is persecution. The recipients of the PF money do this to him. As mentioned in the earlier letters, it is a human rights problem.

Mr. N.R. Narayna Murthy of Infosys, on 13 June 2012, said that India was suffering from self inflicted challenges.

A strike by the employees of the Air India entered 39th day on 12 June 2012. According to some reports, 101 pilots have been dismissed from service. The demands of the pilots are not known. However, is it consistent with the offence committed by them? Does the Government care the people? Is it not the work of the recipients of the PF money? If the PF money had not gone into the hand of the manipulators, the strike would not have occurred at all.

Consistent with the last letter, Union Minister Farooq Abdullah, on 13 June 2012, said that he was not in the Presidential race. He added that he wanted to be a free man. He could express his desire when he was young. Now, he does not want to build his home among the people in Delhi. This is a repercussion of the last letter.

Ms. Mamata Banerjee of Trinamool Congress Party and Mr. Mulayam Yadav of Samajwadi Party, on 13 June 2012, proposed the names of former President of India Abdul Kalam, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and former Speaker of Parliament Mr. Somnath Chattergee as the potential nominees. Earlier, Chief Minister Ms. Jayalathitha and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had proposed the names of former Speaker of Parliament P.A. Sangama.

Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, on 15 June 2012, declared Union Finance Minister Mr. Pranab Mukherjee as the candidate of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) for the post of the President of India. The latter accepted it with humility. Thus, the ultimatum issued by the manipulators through The Economist, on 11 June 2012, culminated in this way. The manipulators had described Mrs. Sonia Gandhi as a consummate politician before the announcement.
Mr. Pranab Mukherjee had given Re. 3 lakh crore to private parties. He has not recovered the principal amount or the black money associated with it. If the people get the expected news, they may not accept his explanation given above. Hence, he should have withdrawn from the race.
The political leaders need not remain in politics to give their blood to the nation. It will be sufficient, if they do not suck the life blood of the people. The act of giving Re. 3 lakh crore is like sucking the life blood of the Indians.
Now the donor of money has been nominated for the highest post by the acceptors, that too, without allowing the people to get the expected news. The people responsible for it lie in all innocence and bite the 1000 million people in all innocence. This is a crime against the earth, a crime hitherto not committed by any human beings.

The facts from 9 June 2012 to 15 June 2012 are being submitted to Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India, on 16 June 2012.
The same letter is being sent to the Chief Justice of India, Chief Election Commissioner of India, the Chiefs of the Indian Army and Indian Air Force, CBI, Chief Information Commissioner for necessary action.

200.The Presidential Election - Null and Void

200

AN UNBELIEVABLE AMOUNT

The last mail was submitted to Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India, on 29 May 2012. The same mail was sent to the Supreme Court of India, Election Commission of India, Indian Army and Indian Air Force.   Later, it was posted in the blog www: howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com and a link was given to www.thattan.com

The State Bank of India (SBI) posted a record profit of Re. 11,707 crore during 2011-2012.
The SBI had been one of the recipients of the Provident Fund (PF) money. The profit – even if it is a record one - indicates that it handed over the PF money to the private parties for interest. Needless to point out that the Government used the SBI and two other banks as a conduit to pass the PF money into the hand of the private parties.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, on 29 May 2012, rebutted the charges leveled against him by the so-called Team Anna. He added that he would quit public life if the charges were proved.
The manipulators project the Team Anna as an alternative to the present Government. They are daily spending space equivalent to about Re.50 crore in the media to popularize them. At times, they spend space equivalent to Re. hundreds of crore in the form of breaking news. Tomorrow, they might attribute the PF money issue also to them. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh now gives his reply to the Team Anna because the manipulators expect him to do this.

The Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), on 1 June 2012, said that the depreciation of the Indian currency could not be prevented if the fundamentals were weak. Apparently, he says that the fundamentals are weak because of the generation of black money.
The recipients of the PF money siphon off the black money associated with it to the foreign countries. If the Government does not prevent it, the RBI could partially control it through devaluation. It will have a marginal effect only. The devaluation incidentally benefits the exporters and the Non Resident Indians (NRI) is a different matter.

The New Army Chief, Gen. Bikram Singh, on 2 June 2012, said that the Army would maintain its apolitical outlook and do its job the way it should be done.  However, he added that nothing would be swept under the carpet.
The statement that the Army would maintain its apolitical outlook is a political one. The armed forces - in the past - lighted fire as mentioned in Chapter 135. In this way, they saved thousands of lives.
It is true that the armed forces are not expected to play any dominant role in the matters pertaining to the economy of the country. But the decision to sweep the letters emailed to it by this writer under the carpet catalyzed the decision of the Government to give the PF money to the private parties. Had they shown the letters to the people, the invasion of the PF money could have been averted.

Andra Pradesh High Court suspended a CBI judge, Pattabhirama Rao, for granting bail - for a bribe of Re.2.87 crore - to the mining baron, Gali Janardhan Reddy, in the Obulapuram Mining Company Scandal.
Every judge of the Supreme Court of India - if he/she wants –would get Re.10,000 crore  for ignoring the black money associated with the PF money.

Mr. L.K. Advani, the leader of the opposition, on 3 June 2012, said that a body comprising the Prime Minister of India, Chief Justice of India and the leader of the opposition must select the election commissioners and the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) instead of the President of India appointing them solely on the advice of the Prime Minister of India.
Mr. Advani has not uttered even word in favour of the freedom of Indians. The reason for his present demand is not known. Does the Election Commission of India want to give freedom to the people to make the election to the office of the President of India a constitutional one? Mr. Advani alone could give a reply.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh addressed the Congress Working Committee that met on 4 June 2012. On that occasion, he said:  “1. Poverty has declined faster during my rule.  All leaders must educate this to the people”.
2. The Government would bring about transparency.
3. India is facing tough times. But the testing period would be overcome and India would emerge stronger.
3. The Team Anna is spreading canards about me.
4. The allegation that the government swindled unbelievable amount is farther from the truth.
In this connection, it must be stated that thanks to the remittances by the people working in other countries, the foreign exchange reserves of India had been increasing every day. This reflected in the growth rate also. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh used this growth rate to hand over Re. 3 lakh crore in the PF to the private parties.     Now, he –presumably as a reply to this work- says that his government did not swindle "an unbelievable amount".
There is a three -fold increase in the gold price since 2007- 2008. If the recipients of the PF money had invested in gold, they might have converted the Re.3 lakh crore into Re.9 lakh crore in the last four years. They might have given Re.1 lakh crore as interest. So the black money associated with the Re.3 crore within the last four years is Re.5 lakh crore.
If the recipients had bought gold at lower prices and sold it at higher prices periodically, they might have got a profit of about Re.10 lakh crore in the last four years.
Assume that the recipients had invested the money in landed properties. There is a four-fold to ten-fold increase in the property prices in the last four years. Then the black money associated with the PF money is about Re 8 lakh crore to Re.26 lakh crore!
The recipients might have used one part of the money to buy gold, another part to trade in gold and the third part to buy land.
If the mean value is taken, the black money associated with the PF money would come to not less than Re.12 lakh crore.
So, none would hesitate to put the black money at the minimum level of Re. 5 lakh crore.
If everyone – The Supreme Court of India, Union Government and the Armed Forces included- wants, Re. 5 lakh crore in black money could be recovered within one month from the recipients of the PF money alone. Is it not an unbelievable amount?
It must be noted that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh gave the PF money without the consent or knowledge of the people.

On the above occasion, Congress President Sonia Gandhi said that the anti-Congress elements were leveling false allegations against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
The present writer alone is leveling concrete corruption charges against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Even Anna Hazare – the leader of the Team Anna –considers him as an honest man.
The rulers, as a rule, consider their opponents as pigmies. No wonder that Congress President Sonia Gandhi considers this writer as “an element”. However, she could have used the letters to grant freedom to the people. It is strange that she considers the existence of this writer as one of her major inconveniences in life.

Mr. Sachin Tendulker was sworn in as a member of the Upper House on 4 June 2012. On that occasion, he sought the co-operation of the media and countrymen to make a lot of changes. He added that he was nominated to the Upper House because of his cricketing career.

The CBI, on 4 June 2012, arrested three officials of the Income Tax Department in the Uttar Pradesh state. It alleged that they overlooked tax evasion after receiving bribes. Does not the CBI overlook the black money associated with the PF money? Is it not a human rights problem?

Former Army Chief V.K. Singh, on 5 June 2012, said that the armed forces must accept civilian supremacy over the military provided the latter is “rooted in justice and fairness” and added that any violation of this must be resisted.

Union Minister Sharad Pawar met Mr. Ramdev – a yoga master projected by the media as a crusader against corruption- and declared his support to his campaign against corruption. Mr. Pawar was one of the strong men behind the PF money. Now, he wants to go ahead of the anti-corruption crusaders.

The CBI, on 6 June 2012, decided to investigate the coal block allocation scandal. This also is fast becoming a human rights problem.

The Hindu –in a centre page article, on 6 June 2012, said that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was bloody minded in pursuit of national interests. Besides, the paper said that the act of describing him as a corrupt person by the Team Anna was like making murder respectable. This is what the Re. 3 lakh crore in the PF does.

Trinamool Congress Party, on 7 June 2012, stalled the FDI in Pension Fund. This party also had been behind the PF money.

Mr. Mukesh Ambani, on 8 June 2012, said that his companies would invest Re.one lakh crore in India in the next five years.

Anna Hazare, the leader of the Team Anna, on 8 June 2012, described Prime Minister Manmohan Singh as an honest man. He added that there was no proof of his direct involvement in corruption.

The Union Government, on 8 June 2012, offered a five bed room house to Mr. Sachin Tendulkar. The government would make him the President of India if he uses his liberty to deny liberty to the 1000 million people.

The foreign exchanges reserves of India plunged by $2.4 billion to $285.85 billion for the week ended June 1, 2012. This confirms the fact that the recipients of the PF money siphon off about $1 billion every week to foreign countries.

According to a report, on 8 June 2012,  the police recovered about Re.70 lakh  from the  Pudukkottai constituency in the Tamil Nadu state and about Re.80 crore from the election bound constituencies of the Andra Pradesh state.  At the same time, the Election Commissioners of India abscond.  They are not ready to show even one letter of this writer to the people. This shows that the PF money controls them.

This is letter No.200. The people have the freedom to watch every run  Mr. Sachin Tendulkar scores. But, they have no freedom to watch this double century!
In this connection, it must be noted that the present President of India and her predecessor; the learned judges of the Supreme Court of India since 2001, Election Commissioners and the Union Ministers are accused persons because they swept these letters under the carpet through their action or inaction. As a result Re.3 lakh crore in the PF went out of the system, thereby crippling the economy. They continue to use the liberty given to them by the manipulators to deny liberty to the 1000 million people. An ordinary man would choose to steal rather than receiving such a political power.
Naturally, the tendency of the system would be to elect an accused person or any other person capable of throwing dust on the eye of the people as the next President of India. Such an election –in the eye of the Constitution of India - would be null and void.
Further, the next President of India should not be a person afraid of these letters because the armed forces would be most reluctant to stand in attention before him. Therefore, the Election Commission of India, President of India, Supreme Court of India and the armed forces must, at least, publish these letters or this letter before conducting the election to the next President of India.
An unbelievable amount should not determine the next President of India.

The facts from 29 May 2012 to 8 June 2012 are being submitted to Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India, on 9 June 2012.
The same letter is being sent to the Chief Justice of India, Chief Election Commissioner of India, the Chiefs of the Indian Army and Indian Air Force, CBI, Chief Information Commissioner for necessary action.

9 June 2012.
