200.The Presidential Election - Null and Void

200

AN UNBELIEVABLE AMOUNT

The last mail was submitted to Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India, on 29 May 2012. The same mail was sent to the Supreme Court of India, Election Commission of India, Indian Army and Indian Air Force.   Later, it was posted in the blog www: howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com and a link was given to www.thattan.com

The State Bank of India (SBI) posted a record profit of Re. 11,707 crore during 2011-2012.
The SBI had been one of the recipients of the Provident Fund (PF) money. The profit – even if it is a record one - indicates that it handed over the PF money to the private parties for interest. Needless to point out that the Government used the SBI and two other banks as a conduit to pass the PF money into the hand of the private parties.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, on 29 May 2012, rebutted the charges leveled against him by the so-called Team Anna. He added that he would quit public life if the charges were proved.
The manipulators project the Team Anna as an alternative to the present Government. They are daily spending space equivalent to about Re.50 crore in the media to popularize them. At times, they spend space equivalent to Re. hundreds of crore in the form of breaking news. Tomorrow, they might attribute the PF money issue also to them. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh now gives his reply to the Team Anna because the manipulators expect him to do this.

The Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), on 1 June 2012, said that the depreciation of the Indian currency could not be prevented if the fundamentals were weak. Apparently, he says that the fundamentals are weak because of the generation of black money.
The recipients of the PF money siphon off the black money associated with it to the foreign countries. If the Government does not prevent it, the RBI could partially control it through devaluation. It will have a marginal effect only. The devaluation incidentally benefits the exporters and the Non Resident Indians (NRI) is a different matter.

The New Army Chief, Gen. Bikram Singh, on 2 June 2012, said that the Army would maintain its apolitical outlook and do its job the way it should be done.  However, he added that nothing would be swept under the carpet.
The statement that the Army would maintain its apolitical outlook is a political one. The armed forces - in the past - lighted fire as mentioned in Chapter 135. In this way, they saved thousands of lives.
It is true that the armed forces are not expected to play any dominant role in the matters pertaining to the economy of the country. But the decision to sweep the letters emailed to it by this writer under the carpet catalyzed the decision of the Government to give the PF money to the private parties. Had they shown the letters to the people, the invasion of the PF money could have been averted.

Andra Pradesh High Court suspended a CBI judge, Pattabhirama Rao, for granting bail - for a bribe of Re.2.87 crore - to the mining baron, Gali Janardhan Reddy, in the Obulapuram Mining Company Scandal.
Every judge of the Supreme Court of India - if he/she wants –would get Re.10,000 crore  for ignoring the black money associated with the PF money.

Mr. L.K. Advani, the leader of the opposition, on 3 June 2012, said that a body comprising the Prime Minister of India, Chief Justice of India and the leader of the opposition must select the election commissioners and the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) instead of the President of India appointing them solely on the advice of the Prime Minister of India.
Mr. Advani has not uttered even word in favour of the freedom of Indians. The reason for his present demand is not known. Does the Election Commission of India want to give freedom to the people to make the election to the office of the President of India a constitutional one? Mr. Advani alone could give a reply.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh addressed the Congress Working Committee that met on 4 June 2012. On that occasion, he said:  “1. Poverty has declined faster during my rule.  All leaders must educate this to the people”.
2. The Government would bring about transparency.
3. India is facing tough times. But the testing period would be overcome and India would emerge stronger.
3. The Team Anna is spreading canards about me.
4. The allegation that the government swindled unbelievable amount is farther from the truth.
In this connection, it must be stated that thanks to the remittances by the people working in other countries, the foreign exchange reserves of India had been increasing every day. This reflected in the growth rate also. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh used this growth rate to hand over Re. 3 lakh crore in the PF to the private parties.     Now, he –presumably as a reply to this work- says that his government did not swindle "an unbelievable amount".
There is a three -fold increase in the gold price since 2007- 2008. If the recipients of the PF money had invested in gold, they might have converted the Re.3 lakh crore into Re.9 lakh crore in the last four years. They might have given Re.1 lakh crore as interest. So the black money associated with the Re.3 crore within the last four years is Re.5 lakh crore.
If the recipients had bought gold at lower prices and sold it at higher prices periodically, they might have got a profit of about Re.10 lakh crore in the last four years.
Assume that the recipients had invested the money in landed properties. There is a four-fold to ten-fold increase in the property prices in the last four years. Then the black money associated with the PF money is about Re 8 lakh crore to Re.26 lakh crore!
The recipients might have used one part of the money to buy gold, another part to trade in gold and the third part to buy land.
If the mean value is taken, the black money associated with the PF money would come to not less than Re.12 lakh crore.
So, none would hesitate to put the black money at the minimum level of Re. 5 lakh crore.
If everyone – The Supreme Court of India, Union Government and the Armed Forces included- wants, Re. 5 lakh crore in black money could be recovered within one month from the recipients of the PF money alone. Is it not an unbelievable amount?
It must be noted that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh gave the PF money without the consent or knowledge of the people.

On the above occasion, Congress President Sonia Gandhi said that the anti-Congress elements were leveling false allegations against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
The present writer alone is leveling concrete corruption charges against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Even Anna Hazare – the leader of the Team Anna –considers him as an honest man.
The rulers, as a rule, consider their opponents as pigmies. No wonder that Congress President Sonia Gandhi considers this writer as “an element”. However, she could have used the letters to grant freedom to the people. It is strange that she considers the existence of this writer as one of her major inconveniences in life.

Mr. Sachin Tendulker was sworn in as a member of the Upper House on 4 June 2012. On that occasion, he sought the co-operation of the media and countrymen to make a lot of changes. He added that he was nominated to the Upper House because of his cricketing career.

The CBI, on 4 June 2012, arrested three officials of the Income Tax Department in the Uttar Pradesh state. It alleged that they overlooked tax evasion after receiving bribes. Does not the CBI overlook the black money associated with the PF money? Is it not a human rights problem?

Former Army Chief V.K. Singh, on 5 June 2012, said that the armed forces must accept civilian supremacy over the military provided the latter is “rooted in justice and fairness” and added that any violation of this must be resisted.

Union Minister Sharad Pawar met Mr. Ramdev – a yoga master projected by the media as a crusader against corruption- and declared his support to his campaign against corruption. Mr. Pawar was one of the strong men behind the PF money. Now, he wants to go ahead of the anti-corruption crusaders.

The CBI, on 6 June 2012, decided to investigate the coal block allocation scandal. This also is fast becoming a human rights problem.

The Hindu –in a centre page article, on 6 June 2012, said that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was bloody minded in pursuit of national interests. Besides, the paper said that the act of describing him as a corrupt person by the Team Anna was like making murder respectable. This is what the Re. 3 lakh crore in the PF does.

Trinamool Congress Party, on 7 June 2012, stalled the FDI in Pension Fund. This party also had been behind the PF money.

Mr. Mukesh Ambani, on 8 June 2012, said that his companies would invest Re.one lakh crore in India in the next five years.

Anna Hazare, the leader of the Team Anna, on 8 June 2012, described Prime Minister Manmohan Singh as an honest man. He added that there was no proof of his direct involvement in corruption.

The Union Government, on 8 June 2012, offered a five bed room house to Mr. Sachin Tendulkar. The government would make him the President of India if he uses his liberty to deny liberty to the 1000 million people.

The foreign exchanges reserves of India plunged by $2.4 billion to $285.85 billion for the week ended June 1, 2012. This confirms the fact that the recipients of the PF money siphon off about $1 billion every week to foreign countries.

According to a report, on 8 June 2012,  the police recovered about Re.70 lakh  from the  Pudukkottai constituency in the Tamil Nadu state and about Re.80 crore from the election bound constituencies of the Andra Pradesh state.  At the same time, the Election Commissioners of India abscond.  They are not ready to show even one letter of this writer to the people. This shows that the PF money controls them.

This is letter No.200. The people have the freedom to watch every run  Mr. Sachin Tendulkar scores. But, they have no freedom to watch this double century!
In this connection, it must be noted that the present President of India and her predecessor; the learned judges of the Supreme Court of India since 2001, Election Commissioners and the Union Ministers are accused persons because they swept these letters under the carpet through their action or inaction. As a result Re.3 lakh crore in the PF went out of the system, thereby crippling the economy. They continue to use the liberty given to them by the manipulators to deny liberty to the 1000 million people. An ordinary man would choose to steal rather than receiving such a political power.
Naturally, the tendency of the system would be to elect an accused person or any other person capable of throwing dust on the eye of the people as the next President of India. Such an election –in the eye of the Constitution of India - would be null and void.
Further, the next President of India should not be a person afraid of these letters because the armed forces would be most reluctant to stand in attention before him. Therefore, the Election Commission of India, President of India, Supreme Court of India and the armed forces must, at least, publish these letters or this letter before conducting the election to the next President of India.
An unbelievable amount should not determine the next President of India.

The facts from 29 May 2012 to 8 June 2012 are being submitted to Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India, on 9 June 2012.
The same letter is being sent to the Chief Justice of India, Chief Election Commissioner of India, the Chiefs of the Indian Army and Indian Air Force, CBI, Chief Information Commissioner for necessary action.

9 June 2012.
