201.Nomination of Mr.Pranab Mukherjee for the post of President of India

201

A CRIME AGAINST THE EARTH

The last mail was submitted to Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India, on 9 June 2012. The same mail was sent to the Supreme Court of India, Election Commission of India, Indian Army and Indian Air Force.   Later, it was posted in the blog www: howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com and a link was given to www.thattan.com

With reference to the Letter No.200, it must be stated that the Congress party, on 9 June 2012 morning, said that the name for the Presidential nominee had been finalized and that Congress president Sonia Gandhi would officially announce it on 15 June 2012.
The present writer emailed his letter No.200 on the same day at noon.  In the evening, the spokesperson said that the name had not been finalized.

The manipulators now said that the overseas entities, investing in the Indian market through participatory notes (PN), pulled out over Re.1 lakh crore after the Union Budget for 2012- 2013.  According to them, the total value of the PNs in the Indian market stood at Re.1, 83, 151 crore at the end of February 2012, and Re.1,65,832 crore as on March 31, 2012. The Budget had proposed some taxes with retrospective effect presumably to send out one or two competitors.
The manipulators did not disclose this as and when they pulled out their PN. In view of the last letter, the manipulators – indirectly – attribute the depletion of foreign exchange to the PN.

Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee, on 10 June 2012, said that all the money kept by Indians abroad was not black money. He added that businessmen might have deposited the money. This is his explanation for the Provident Fund (PF) money. Apparently, he refuses to part with the black money – more than Re. five lakh crore –associated with the PF money.

Former Army Chief V.K. Singh, on 11 June 2012, said that he had not hidden anything from the people during his 42 years of service in the Indian Army. He added that he would like to fight against corruption. There exists a feeling that he hid the letters sent to him. Did he ever show the letters from this writer to the public? Did the manipulators black out this?

The Economist, on 11 June 2012, warned that a sharp shock to the Indian economy would be given but a full blown crisis would not be given because of the harm that it would give to the poor.  It is clear that if the manipulators were not allowed to remove public money through the denial of freedom of expression, they would trigger a full blown crisis to the nation. According to them, the denial of freedom is good for the poor.

The outgoing Chief Election Commissioner, S.Y. Quraishi, on 10 June 2012, lamented that he failed to control money power on elections. He said that paid news had emerged as a major threat to free and fair elections. He added that it must be treated as a cognizable offence. Thus, he agreed that all elections he conducted were neither free not fair.

The new Chief Election Commissioner, Mr.V.S Sampath, also said that undue influence on elections would be curbed. Thus, the present Election Commission of India (ECI) also says that everyone hears paid news only. But the people do not know the meaning of his words.
The Constitution of India demands that the people must be given the expected news before conducting elections. As nothing would match the power of the black money associated with the PF money, it is essential that at least this letter must be released to the National Informatics Centre and the media.  Then, all the present Presidential candidates would disappear and the real representatives of the people would appear, heralding a great change.
The crucial point is that it is not merely a question of guaranteeing any freedom to any individual. But, the President of India, ECI, Supreme Court, chiefs of the armed forces and the political leaders must see that above all India does not suffer.

The CBI, on 1 June 2012, sought the permission of the court to submit YSR Congress chief Jaganmohan Reddy for a lie detection test in a disproportionate assets case.
The Union Government could have attached his disproportionate assets, if any. What is going on is persecution. The recipients of the PF money do this to him. As mentioned in the earlier letters, it is a human rights problem.

Mr. N.R. Narayna Murthy of Infosys, on 13 June 2012, said that India was suffering from self inflicted challenges.

A strike by the employees of the Air India entered 39th day on 12 June 2012. According to some reports, 101 pilots have been dismissed from service. The demands of the pilots are not known. However, is it consistent with the offence committed by them? Does the Government care the people? Is it not the work of the recipients of the PF money? If the PF money had not gone into the hand of the manipulators, the strike would not have occurred at all.

Consistent with the last letter, Union Minister Farooq Abdullah, on 13 June 2012, said that he was not in the Presidential race. He added that he wanted to be a free man. He could express his desire when he was young. Now, he does not want to build his home among the people in Delhi. This is a repercussion of the last letter.

Ms. Mamata Banerjee of Trinamool Congress Party and Mr. Mulayam Yadav of Samajwadi Party, on 13 June 2012, proposed the names of former President of India Abdul Kalam, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and former Speaker of Parliament Mr. Somnath Chattergee as the potential nominees. Earlier, Chief Minister Ms. Jayalathitha and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had proposed the names of former Speaker of Parliament P.A. Sangama.

Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, on 15 June 2012, declared Union Finance Minister Mr. Pranab Mukherjee as the candidate of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) for the post of the President of India. The latter accepted it with humility. Thus, the ultimatum issued by the manipulators through The Economist, on 11 June 2012, culminated in this way. The manipulators had described Mrs. Sonia Gandhi as a consummate politician before the announcement.
Mr. Pranab Mukherjee had given Re. 3 lakh crore to private parties. He has not recovered the principal amount or the black money associated with it. If the people get the expected news, they may not accept his explanation given above. Hence, he should have withdrawn from the race.
The political leaders need not remain in politics to give their blood to the nation. It will be sufficient, if they do not suck the life blood of the people. The act of giving Re. 3 lakh crore is like sucking the life blood of the Indians.
Now the donor of money has been nominated for the highest post by the acceptors, that too, without allowing the people to get the expected news. The people responsible for it lie in all innocence and bite the 1000 million people in all innocence. This is a crime against the earth, a crime hitherto not committed by any human beings.

The facts from 9 June 2012 to 15 June 2012 are being submitted to Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India, on 16 June 2012.
The same letter is being sent to the Chief Justice of India, Chief Election Commissioner of India, the Chiefs of the Indian Army and Indian Air Force, CBI, Chief Information Commissioner for necessary action.
