476.Mr. KIM JONG- UN VERSUS Mr. NARENDRA MODI

476

Mr. KIM JONG- UN VERSUS Mr. NARENDRA MODI

The Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, on 26 February 2016, said that the termite of corruption was weakening the nation until he seized power 18 months ago.
While he was talking like this, the Union Government handed over a gold mine of unimaginable value to the Vedanta Limited- a private company- through auction.
The media did not give any publicity to the above auction. Not even one in a million noticed it.
In fact, this is out and out unconstitutional. Many reasons were given earlier.
Further, on the same day, he declared that he did not face any corruption charges.
The above act is a callous act of corruption. It comes next to the concealment of this work.
So long as something is OK with the ruling class, the system would not prosecute anyone. Otherwise, the Indian Penal Code (IPC) will come into play.
Furthermore, he said that he blocked all routes of corruption.
As this work remains as a secret document within the precincts of the Supreme Court of India, he might consider the alienation of the gold mine as a championship of patriotism.
It must be noted that the Vedanta is one of the ten members of the ruling class.
Next day, The New Indian Express said that Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi changed his hairdo: a firm back brush, slightly long at the back replaced the side parting of the earlier days.
It added that in spite of the current political confrontation there is no change in his body language and maintains an expressionless and cool appearance.
Thus they build his image in return.
The prime minister would say that many other democratic countries do like this.
If any other countries do like this without disseminating news and views according to degree, such countries also must be construed as despotic nations.
The Supreme Leader of North Korea, Kim Jong- un, says that his country is a democratic one. He is not obligated to part with such public resources to private parties. He allows his people to know the nature their system
Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi says that he had been elected by popular support. Yet he transmits the public resources to private parties without allowing the people to know the nature of the Indian system.

475; PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI: REWARD FOR NEPOTISM

475
PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI:
REWARD FOR NEPOTISM

The Union Cabinet, on 24 February 2016, approved several steps to promote cashless transaction.
It must be noted that the money is being siphoned off in different ways without the knowledge of some unsuspecting Saving Bank account holders.
Therefore, the ATM facility alone must be allowed for the debit card of the Saving Bank account holders.
For all other online transactions like online buying, every individual must be asked to use another account, similar to a current account.
This is to prevent fraud. The system must be quick to understand this.

The Union Government selected former Chief Justice of India H.L. Dattu for the post of the Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission of India (NHRC). The media reported this on 24 February 2016.
As the Chief Justice of India, H.L. Dattu did not enforce freedom of expression to provide a legitimate government.
Further, he arbitrarily appointed about 30 judges to various High Courts in one go before his retirement.  All judges are the friends and relatives of the ruling class.
The pretext was the 300 vacancies.
He could have filled up the vacancies through promotion.
He did not do so.
He could have waited for the disposal of the judge’s case.
He did not do so.
Actually, there was no provocation for the appointment.
Yet he did it for the ruling class and its confederates.
There is no other rational interpretation for the appointments.
The Chief Justice of India holds a highly significant position. His action at a crucial moment of India went down as nepotism.
All right thinking people would consider his new position as a reward for his nepotism.
Though the NHRC remains as an institution to approve the violations of human rights, nepotism also is a grave human rights violation.

474. INDIA: RIDICULING DEMOCRACY

474

INDIA:
RIDICULING DEMOCRACY

The militant people killed six soldiers, two officers included, in the Jammu and Kashmir State on 21 February 2016.
It is not clear whether the soldiers wear bullet proof jackets or not.

Chief Justice of India T.S. Thakur, on 21 February 2016, addressed the judicial officers of the nation through video conferencing. He said, “You are grossly mistaken if you think that you know everything”.
Now, he must put right the public wrongs committed by the judiciary.

After a lull, the Supreme Court of India is going ahead with the cases of the political leaders like Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Miss Jayalalithaa, former Union Minister Mr. Dayanidhi Maran.
The motive is to do injustice.
The court will not ask the reason because it was vividly given earlier.

Mr.Shreepad Kalmarkar, a professor in the IIT, Madras, on 23 February 2016, said that in the name of intellectual freedom and democracy the institutions of higher learning should not be converted into war zones.
His views are news. But 473 letters from the present man is not news!

The Government of India sold 5 percent shares of the public sector National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) on 23 February 2016.
This is out and out unconstitutional. The reasons were given earlier.
While the sale was in progress, Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, said, I have done something which has made life difficult for many. Corrupts could no more indulge in fraudulent activities. Those who were involved in corruption became very angry with me. When I started seeking accountability from Non-Government Organisations, they all got united and turned against me.”
Thus, while committing an act of corruption; he is accusing others of the same. He simply indulges in a fraudulent activity.
He escapes by giving a political colour to what would otherwise have been a callous crime. This makes the life of the ruling class easy.
He was not satisfied with the day’s work. He, further, said, “Some people remain occupied with only mission of criticizing my government from morning to evening. They cannot digest the simple fact that a tea vendor went on to become the Prime Minister. They are conspiring all the time to destabilize the government and defame me.
Fertilizer was being black marketed by unscrupulous traders. To prevent this neem-coated urea was introduced. This upset the apple cart of unscrupulous elements.
“But I want to make it clear that you have elected me to save the country from these vices. I won’t deviate from the aim you have sent me for.
I know why they are rattled and what is pinching these people. But we will not let the country bow down and get destroyed.”
The ruling class comprising ten men removes all the public resources. It runs the media and shows its representatives alone to the people.
Vote for this man or that man. There are no people apart from them. This is its latent message. The people are being forced to vote for any one of them. There is no escape.
In a democracy, the people must hear men and matters according to degree. If it had happened in India, Mr. Modi would not have got even ten votes.
The developments shown that even the tea sellers are being forced into the mind of the people. Therefore, the people know thousands of Indian political leaders.
But the people like the present man - with all their contribution to nation building- remain obscure.
In fact, the present man does not get as much publicity as what a last grade political leader gets in India.
Thus, the ruling class ridicules democracy.
          This is the vice.
          Freedom would prevent this.
Therefore, his detractors say that he has a chance to become the savior.
They say this not to defame him at all.
But he depicts them as unscrupulous elements.
Actually, this is his attribute.

473. THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA: NEPOTISM

473
THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA:
NEPOTISM

Former Prime Minister of Israel Mr. Ehud Olmert, on 15 February 2016, began his 19-month sentence for bribery and for the obstruction of justice.
India keeps its prime ministers above law.
Further, the Supreme Court of India obstructs justice.

The Government of India, on 16 February 2016, said that the USA did not take a decision to sell the F-16 fighter jets to Pakistan. Next day, the USA reiterated its decision. After that, the Defence Minister of India, Mr. Manohar Parrikar, said that the Government of India was hurt by the decision of the USA.
Someone brought the last letter to the notice of Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi. Immediately he should have released the letter to the press. He did not do so.
Now, he must know that the USA does not arm even South Korea with nuclear weapons.
Therefore, the prime minister must release this letter to the press and initiate a debate over this matter.

The Global Financial Integrity put the Indian illicit financial outflow for the period from 2004 -2013 at $ 505 billion. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the black money, on 15 February 2016, asked the Director of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) to ascertain the veracity of the report.
This is like asking the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to ascertain whether a citizen of India wrote 472 letters to the Supreme Court of India or not.

The Governor, Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Mr.Reghuram Rajan, on 15 February 2016, said, “There are those who argue that in countries such as China business enterprises grew via an undervalued exchange rate. Such people want the same to be tried out in India. However, the problems with sustained undervaluation are reflected in the economic condition that these countries find themselves today. I personally believe that this is not a feasible or desirable strategy”
The present man demanded devaluation. If some others had demanded it, the people have a right to know them. Instead of doing this, he uses the words such as and those.
He must put national interest over his personal belief.
He should not indulge in loose talks.
He must note that his belief is not based on any economic principle.
He can frame any out of the box export- import policy.
But he shall not beat the domestic producers using the remittances of the hard working hands.
Therefore, he must either release this work for a debate or obey this man.
It must be stated that the RBI has consumed an unlimited amount of foreign exchange in bad faith.
Now, it can utilize the remittances after surrendering the money extracted for imports.
However, it shall not depend on the remittances always.
Keeping the prime minister like a tea seller, it shall not exploit his ignorance in this matter.

A judge of the Madras high Court, Justice C.S. Kannan, on 15 February 2015, suo-motu stayed the order of Chief Justice of India Thakur to transfer him to the Calcutta High Court. He asked him to file -through his subordinates- “a written statement” by April 29 explaining the reason for the transfer.
He asked him not to interfere in his jurisdiction.
Immediately, a bench of the Supreme Court of India comprising Justices J.S.Khehar and R. Banumathi took away the judicial powers of Justice Kannan.
The chief justice should have made the people aware of this work.
He did not do so. Therefore, he would do anything illegal.
My father was a judge. I became a judge because of his connections. My connections are such that I can take away the honour of any judge. The people will not know anything. The chief justice talks like this.
This is nothing but nepotism.

472.PRINCE SHEIKH MOHAMMED BIN ZAYED Al NAHYAN:

472

PRINCE SHEIKH MOHAMMED BIN ZAYED Al NAHYAN:
SUPPORTING INDIAN DESPOTISM?

Mr. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, (United Arab Emirates, UAE) arrived at New Delhi on 10 February 2016. The Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, received him at the airport.
After France, the UAE imparts legitimacy to the Indian despotism.
The developments show that the Indian media houses control the world media.
It must be noted that only the other nations are in a position to bring Freedom to Indians.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 13 February 2016, requested the foreign companies to invest in India. He described India as the most open country for the Foreign Direct Investments (FDI).
Considering India as a good destination for investments, some foreign companies obtained the 2G spectrum.
But the prime minister divested them of it and handed over it to his promoters. Now, mostly the Indian money would reappear as the FDI.

Prime Minister Mr. Modi, on the same day, said that the institutions that suppress the voice of the people are anti national in nature.
This is an indirect attack against the Supreme Court of India, for no other institutions can enforce freedom of expression.

India, on 12 February 2016, expressed its disappointment over the decision of the USA to sell 8 F-16 fighter jets to Pakistan.
One would say that the USA sells it for money.
This cannot be true because it did not ask India to buy it.
The truth is that Pakistan makes the nuclear devices and the USA supplies the delivery system.
It is akin to the USA directing its nuclear warheads towards India.
This would not have happened if Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi had brought Freedom to Indians.
Even now, he is not likely to grant Freedom to the people to know the factors that contributed to this predicament.
Therefore, unless otherwise denied, this is the response of the USA to the Indian despotism.
This indicates that the visit of Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi to the USA was a disaster.
Now, he must give Freedom to the people to know more about the Indo- US relations.
Until then, the people would pay a heavy price to his continuation in office.

There are reports that that some rules would be framed to sell the public assets.
Such rules cannot be enacted in an atmosphere of Freedom.
But a despot would deny Freedom, interpret everything as a service to the downtrodden and do anything.
The reports, incidentally, prove that the public assets were alienated arbitrarily.

471: THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA: AN UNJUST AND AWFUL CONDITION

471

THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA:
AN UNJUST AND AWFUL CONDITION

A bench of the Supreme Court of India comprising Justices A.R. Dave and Adarsh Kumar Goel, on 9 February 2016, said that the Governors must exercise their powers in a fair manner to ensure the survival of democracy.
Indians have no Freedom to know men and matters.
As a result, the eligible people do not seize power.
Therefore, India is not at all a democracy.
The main duty of the judges is the maintenance of justice by enforcing freedom of expression.
They do not recognize it.
Thus they suppress the dominant among the oppressed intentionally.
Naturally, they have forfeited their right to talk like this.

Now, there are reports that the Election Commission of India (ECI) is poised to announce elections to some State Assemblies.
The elections are null and void because the ECI does not enforce freedom of expression.
The leaders rejected by the people alone would come to power again.
All countries must look at this.

The President of India, Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, on 9 February 2016, said that the Constitution of India is an enduring document that reflects the aspirations of the people and the avenues to achieve them. He, further, said, “It is incumbent on us all who hold constitutional positions to maintain the sanctity of this sacred text”.
On hearing his words, one would think that he protects the avenues of the people to achieve their aspirations.
The present man sent 470 letters to the President of India.
          They achieved many things.
The people must know them.
But they have no way to know them.
Therefore, they do not achieve their aspirations.
The ruthless suppression gives the impression that thousands of people all over India are being oppressed like this.
Therefore, the duty incumbent upon the President of India today is to get even with the evil minded system that, without cause or provocation, casts 1000 million people to an unjust and awful condition.

470. THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA: A MUTE SPECTATOR?

470

THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
A MUTE SPECTATOR?

The Central Bureau of Investigation, CBI), on 1 February 2016, told the Special 2G court, that former Union Minister A. Raja misguided the then Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh.
A prime minister or a leader can mislead the ministers or his followers. But a minister cannot mislead a prime minister or his leader.
The CBI, further, said that several companies are facing trial.
The court inquired whether something done in open could be construed as a conspiracy.
The counsel for Mr. Raja chose to give the reply during the final argument.
Evidently, the judge is coming closer to the nucleus.
The first-come-first served policy is out and out unconstitutional.
It is an absurdity in law.
The media propagated this as law just to plunder the public resources.
It directed the Supreme Court of India to treat this as a piece of law.
The court obliged.
Apparently, the court did not want to quash it because it was not an Act.
Therefore, the UPA government apportioned the spectrum using the same policy.
As the ill-conceived policy was followed in letter and spirit, some new players, including foreign companies, entered.
The existing players could not stomach it.
They cancelled all the allocations done by the UPA government and later usurped them.
Unless otherwise denied, this is an open conspiracy hatched by the Supreme Court of India.
But the court is not ready to give an inch from its position.

The Directorate of Enforcement (ED), on 1 February 2016, submitted before a court that the former Telecom Minister, Mr. Dayanidhi Maran, had generated funds worth Re. 742.58 crore; and parked the money- indirectly - in the SUN TV of his brother.

The Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, was in possession of Re.4700/- in cash in December 2016. The media reported this on 2 February 2016.
The then Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh, had no money to pay to the pen at a hotel in Thailand.

The French Ambassador to India, Mr. Francois Richier, on 2 February 2016, promised cheaper Rafale jets for the Indian Air force (IAF).
India needs the latest jets. The present man says this in the interest of the security of the nation.
If the government buys the Rafale before giving a reply to this work, one would think that India pays tribute to France for supporting the Indian despotism.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 2 February 2016, said, “When we dedicate ourselves and work for the Dalits and the backward communities, some get worried. So they now want to stop them from going to Modi. In the name of Dalits, lies are being spread”.
He did not disclose the identity of “some people”.
He transmitted an unimaginable amount of public resources to his promoters. The Dalits and the backward communities did not get anything. The people do not notice this because he does everything in the name of Dalits.
On the same day, Prime Minister Mr. Modi said that some people are unable to digest the fact that a tea seller now controls the administration.
The tea sellers, ordinarily, would not help convert public assets into private assets.  In fact, no man other than Mr. Modi would have dared to sell the shares of the public sector Engineers India Limited after mocking at the stay order issued by the Supreme Court of India in a similar issue.
Surely, he did not sell the shares for the benefit of the Dalits and the backward communities.
If he is responsible for the above sale, he has total control not only over his government but also over the judiciary.
Alternatively, if he is not responsible, the ruling class treats him as a pure tea seller only and not at all as a prime minister.
Prime Minister of India Mr. Modi, further, said, “Now they are propagating that Modi will kill reservation. I assure you that as long as the name of Ambedkar exists no one can destroy reservation for Dalits”.
As soon as assuming power, he enacted a law for selecting judges. The law did not provide for any reservation.
Though that law was annulled, he does not allow the Dalits to go anywhere near to the Supreme Court of India. Yet, he talks like this!

Furthermore, Prime Minister Mr. Modi said, “Look back at how the country was two years ago. Scams and scandals surfaced almost on a daily basis during the previous UPA regime and hurt the confidence of the nation and the youth. After we took over, enthusiasm has been restored and the youth are upbeat. There has not been a single incidence of corruption”.
The UPA government spread the public resources among a broad spectrum of people.
But Mr. Modi, divests the resources of many and transmits them to a narrow spectrum of people.
He has not touched Provident Fund, Pension Fund and others.
He uses the foreign exchange earned by the working hands to beat the rubber farmers and others.
He has pension. The employees have no pension. But he remains unmoved.
Surely, he is immune to the plight of the people. There is a tenfold increase in the degree of manipulation. The people never expected anything of this kind.
So long as there is no Freedom, he can pretend as a saint, do anything and talk anything.

A Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court of India led by chief justice J.S. Khehar, on 4 February 2016, said that the court cannot remain as a mute spectator when democracy is slaughtered.
On hearing this, the people think that the court protects democracy.
Actually, some people take the public resources, run the media and strange the works of the people for nation building.
Some among them get political leadership alone and the rest get money and leadership.
The Supreme Court of India remains as a mute spectator.
It forces the people to seek the help of others to bring democracy.
