470. THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA: A MUTE SPECTATOR?

470

THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
A MUTE SPECTATOR?

The Central Bureau of Investigation, CBI), on 1 February 2016, told the Special 2G court, that former Union Minister A. Raja misguided the then Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh.
A prime minister or a leader can mislead the ministers or his followers. But a minister cannot mislead a prime minister or his leader.
The CBI, further, said that several companies are facing trial.
The court inquired whether something done in open could be construed as a conspiracy.
The counsel for Mr. Raja chose to give the reply during the final argument.
Evidently, the judge is coming closer to the nucleus.
The first-come-first served policy is out and out unconstitutional.
It is an absurdity in law.
The media propagated this as law just to plunder the public resources.
It directed the Supreme Court of India to treat this as a piece of law.
The court obliged.
Apparently, the court did not want to quash it because it was not an Act.
Therefore, the UPA government apportioned the spectrum using the same policy.
As the ill-conceived policy was followed in letter and spirit, some new players, including foreign companies, entered.
The existing players could not stomach it.
They cancelled all the allocations done by the UPA government and later usurped them.
Unless otherwise denied, this is an open conspiracy hatched by the Supreme Court of India.
But the court is not ready to give an inch from its position.

The Directorate of Enforcement (ED), on 1 February 2016, submitted before a court that the former Telecom Minister, Mr. Dayanidhi Maran, had generated funds worth Re. 742.58 crore; and parked the money- indirectly - in the SUN TV of his brother.

The Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, was in possession of Re.4700/- in cash in December 2016. The media reported this on 2 February 2016.
The then Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh, had no money to pay to the pen at a hotel in Thailand.

The French Ambassador to India, Mr. Francois Richier, on 2 February 2016, promised cheaper Rafale jets for the Indian Air force (IAF).
India needs the latest jets. The present man says this in the interest of the security of the nation.
If the government buys the Rafale before giving a reply to this work, one would think that India pays tribute to France for supporting the Indian despotism.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 2 February 2016, said, “When we dedicate ourselves and work for the Dalits and the backward communities, some get worried. So they now want to stop them from going to Modi. In the name of Dalits, lies are being spread”.
He did not disclose the identity of “some people”.
He transmitted an unimaginable amount of public resources to his promoters. The Dalits and the backward communities did not get anything. The people do not notice this because he does everything in the name of Dalits.
On the same day, Prime Minister Mr. Modi said that some people are unable to digest the fact that a tea seller now controls the administration.
The tea sellers, ordinarily, would not help convert public assets into private assets.  In fact, no man other than Mr. Modi would have dared to sell the shares of the public sector Engineers India Limited after mocking at the stay order issued by the Supreme Court of India in a similar issue.
Surely, he did not sell the shares for the benefit of the Dalits and the backward communities.
If he is responsible for the above sale, he has total control not only over his government but also over the judiciary.
Alternatively, if he is not responsible, the ruling class treats him as a pure tea seller only and not at all as a prime minister.
Prime Minister of India Mr. Modi, further, said, “Now they are propagating that Modi will kill reservation. I assure you that as long as the name of Ambedkar exists no one can destroy reservation for Dalits”.
As soon as assuming power, he enacted a law for selecting judges. The law did not provide for any reservation.
Though that law was annulled, he does not allow the Dalits to go anywhere near to the Supreme Court of India. Yet, he talks like this!

Furthermore, Prime Minister Mr. Modi said, “Look back at how the country was two years ago. Scams and scandals surfaced almost on a daily basis during the previous UPA regime and hurt the confidence of the nation and the youth. After we took over, enthusiasm has been restored and the youth are upbeat. There has not been a single incidence of corruption”.
The UPA government spread the public resources among a broad spectrum of people.
But Mr. Modi, divests the resources of many and transmits them to a narrow spectrum of people.
He has not touched Provident Fund, Pension Fund and others.
He uses the foreign exchange earned by the working hands to beat the rubber farmers and others.
He has pension. The employees have no pension. But he remains unmoved.
Surely, he is immune to the plight of the people. There is a tenfold increase in the degree of manipulation. The people never expected anything of this kind.
So long as there is no Freedom, he can pretend as a saint, do anything and talk anything.

A Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court of India led by chief justice J.S. Khehar, on 4 February 2016, said that the court cannot remain as a mute spectator when democracy is slaughtered.
On hearing this, the people think that the court protects democracy.
Actually, some people take the public resources, run the media and strange the works of the people for nation building.
Some among them get political leadership alone and the rest get money and leadership.
The Supreme Court of India remains as a mute spectator.
It forces the people to seek the help of others to bring democracy.
