483.THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA: A BURDEN?

THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
A BURDEN?

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 26 March 2016, described Assam as one of the five poorest states in the country.
Former Prime Minister of India Mr. A.B. Vajpayee alienated some valuable public assets of the people of Assam. He attributed the reason to fiscal deficit. The media said that he sold the family jewels of the people of Assam for want of money.
The present writer gave some suggestions to overcome the fiscal deficit. But he persisted with the policy.
The present writer then  pin pointed some of his unpatriotic manipulations.
Consequently, he abdicated power.
The present prime minister alienated some valuable public assets before going to Assam. No man in Assam got anything from him.
Evidently he does not bear the burden of the people of Assam at all.

On the same day, he said that he wanted development.
He should have clubbed the alienation of public resources with development.
 He did not do so.
Therefore, he indirectly says that any action by the court would affect development.

The New Indian Express, in a centre page article, on 26 March 2016, said anyone could criticize the judges. If the salt has lost its savour, wherewith it can be salted? This is how it described the state of the judiciary in India.
There is black money behind the media. This money alone speaks in India.
The holders of black money have the Freedom to do anything. They are free to ridicule the Supreme Court of India. They can make appointments. They can influence voting.
Above all, they are free to strange anyone.

The Chief Justice of India, T.S. Thakur, on 31 March 2016, cleared six names for appointment as judges of Madras High Court.
They are to be sworn in on 7 April 2016.
This is out and out unconstitutional.
The present writer submitted that he became a judge due to the connections of his father. He did not repudiate it.
The judge’s appointment case is pending before him. Yet he chose to make some appointments. This is nepotism at its worst form. This is the meaning of his life in the Supreme Court of India.
One could anticipate a series of immoral actions during his time.
As the prime minister is a Mr.Vajpayee like person, he would recommend the names. If the President of India is a Chithambaram like person, he would reconcile with the selection.

THE HINDU, on 1 April 2016, disclosed that Tata Steel Company suffered a loss of over $5 billion since 2010 in its European operations. The company threatened to stop production.
If the reports are true, the company paid over $13 billion to acquire the Corus in 2007.
In fine, Tata Steel ate up England. Now the latter wants to eat up the former.
India gave the public sector VSNL and many other public assets to Tata just to make Europe a colony of India.
This happened because Tata could manipulate the Supreme Court of India to his advantage. The present man repeatedly said this.
The court felt that this work would create insecurity to Tata and concealed everything.
It shall not conceal this work now because the views of the present writer in this matter are a very important one.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi attended the Nuclear Security Summit at Washington on 1 April 2016. It was convened by the President of the USA, Mr. Barack Obama.
The heads of 50 nations attended the Summit. Protesting against the privileged position of the USA, Russia refrained from attending the Summit.
Prime Minister Mr. Modi sat beside President Mr. Obama. The latter openly asked India and Pakistan to reduce their nuclear arsenal.
Though Mr. Obama clubbed India with Pakistan, the target was India.
Unless otherwise denied, many other top leaders distanced themselves from Mr. Modi. This must be due to the realization that he does not enjoy the popular support of a free nation.
On the way, he visited Belgium and Saudi Arabia. Apparently, these two countries support Indian despotism. Thus, four countries now support Indian despotism.
The Union Government, on 1 April 2016, renamed the Department of Disinvestments into Department of Investments and Public Assets Management (DIPAM).
If the prime minister wants to bear the burden of the people of Assam, he would use the public resources for large scale investments. If he wants to take away their money, he would be a burden to them.
