THE
SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
DOUBLE
CROSSING 1000 MILLION PEOPLE?
The
Union Government, on 28 April 2016, sold about 10% shares of a Public Sector Undertaking
(PSU).
This
is out and out an unconstitutional action. The reasons were mentioned earlier.
The
Supreme Court of India and the government do not allow the people to know the
reasons. Therefore, the alienation of the shares is nothing but cheating.
The
Supreme Court of India, on 28 April 2016, ordered that the admission to all
Medial Colleges all over India must be based on a common entrance examination.
The
court did not reveal the details.
It
could be to prevent capitation fee and to give a fair chance to all sections of
people. Then, every state government might be asked to fill up the vacancies in
their areas taking into account various reservation rules.
Alternatively,
it could be for exploitation as mentioned in the last chapter.
Then
one would come to the conclusion that the Supreme Court of India wants to
double-cross 1000 million people.
The
tragedy is that some judges tend to pass such orders just keeping in mind one
or two candidates in the family of the judges.
