341; INDIA: A NEW LAW FOR FREEDOM

341

A NEW LAW FOR FREEDOM

The Union Government, on 14 February 2015, commenced the coal auction. Reliance Cement got the first block. Thus the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, started the large scale alienation of natural resources in the pretext of a judgement.
The major portion of the proceeds would go into the hand of the private parties.
The private parties include some top political leaders also. These leaders undertake mining work through third parties. The third parties hand over the profit to them. This explains their political clout and the crime money against their names.
There is virtually no difference between licence and auction.
Thus many political leaders are part and parcel of the ruling class mentioned in Chapter 337.
Everyone must know that the auction takes place because of the denial of Freedom. Even the Supreme Court of India cannot deny it.
Therefore, the auction is patently unconstitutional.

Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, on 14 February 2015, said that the global investors trust Indian Judiciary. He added that about 1700 obsolete laws would be repealed.
He must make a strong law to enforce freedom of expression.
Now, the Chief Minister of Delhi, Mr. Kejriwall, gets more all India exposure than the prime minister, union ministers and the chief ministers put together.
If the publicity is based on the official power, the prime minister must top the list. He must be followed by the union ministers, President of India, judges of the Supreme Court, chiefs of armed forces, Chairman, Human Rights Commission, Chief Vigilance Commissioner and the chief ministers of big states. The chief ministers of small states would join the above at the bottom.
If the newsworthiness is the basis, the present man might top the list.
If the contribution to nation building is the basis, the present man would again top the list.
If the power of a citizen is the basis, then also the present man must top the list.
But the people have no Freedom to see their own men.
Therefore, while repealing 1700 laws, he must make a new law for Freedom.

This is letter No.341.
This letter is being submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Supreme Court of India, Chief Vigilance Commissioner, Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, and posted in the blog: www.howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com  on 16 February 2015.
