PRIME
MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI:
ACTING
IN BAD FAITH?
The media yesterday said that the
second round of coal auction garnered Re. 1.5 lakh crore. The government would
get it in 30 years.
There
were 15 blocks in this round. Thus each block might yield Re. 300 crore per
year.
The media also said that the
government was looking at Re.1,00,000 crore bonanza from the sale of 2G and 3G
spectrum.
If the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, thinks that the
people must know the views of his antagonists, all people all over India would
know the views of this man in this matter.
Then they would not allow him to go
ahead with the auction process. They would force him to restore all public
resources.
Therefore, he conceals this work from
the eye of the people.
Thus, he acts in bad faith.
Any action, taken in bad faith is
illegal.
The government cannot do anything
illegal.
This idea is a notch superior to the
concept of ‘basic structure of the constitution’ invented by the Supreme Court
of India.
How do men know that their government
is acting in bad faith?
Anything done in bad faith will not
survive in the competition of ideas.
Thus the recent law unanimously
enacted for appointing judges and the Coal Bill passed by the Parliament would
collapse in front of this work.
The concealment of this work confirms
that the prime minister acts in bad faith to the detriment of the posterity.
Therefore, he has forfeited his
constitutional right to continue in office.
This is letter No.351.

India, Chief Vigilance Commissioner, Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, and
