ENGLAND: THE BETRAYAL OF DOUBLE TRUST

          THE NEW INDIAN EXPRESS, on 29 May 2016, praised Supreme Court Judge and Parsi priest Justice Rohinton Fali Nariman for his “mercurial temper”. It added that he delivered 253 cases since January 2015 outdistancing Justice Kurian Joseph by 21.

          He was inducted into the Supreme Court of India due to the connections of his father. The paper did not disclose this.

After his induction, the court cheats 1000 million people of their rightful privileges in the judiciary, medicine, engineering, civil services and legislature on a new scale. 

Further, he has not given a reply to 502 letters.

A thief of public mind alone would hesitate to send a reply.

He could have, at least, ironically talked about the climate.

A brief account of an imaginary conversation between the present Chief Justice of India and the manipulators is given below.

Hello! Good morning.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi said that he wanted Congress bench marking. He disclosed that the nation had been looted by his predecessors. He vowed to root out corruption.

The UPA government handed over the spectrum to hundreds of companies. The court sent its minister to jail just for opening four counters for receiving applications. The present prime minister used it as a pretext to apportion them among his promoters comprising Panama account holders.

His predecessor distributed other natural assets  creating thousands of rich people. He divested them of their assets and transmitted them to his promoters.

His predecessor handed over the money in the Provident Found and the Pension Fund for doing gold business. But Mr. Modi is not interested in disclosing the truth in this matter. 

He cheats 1000 million people of their wealth and seats to strengthen his position.

He had promised a digital India before assuming office. This would have brought a sea change in the economic condition.

He could have introduced cashless transactions within one year. This might have enabled everyone down to the level of beggars to receive financial assistance if the transactions are below a certain level.

At the same time, he could have prevented the people from carrying currency notes in trucks like hay.

Now, he wants the courts to connive at the disproportionate assets of ministers.

The manipulators asked him to demand one or two terms more for this. He has- in bad faith- retracted his own commitment. Now they would not allow him to do anything in the near future because the people would tend to give the credit for the same to the present man.

This is nothing but the betrayal of double trust.

Prime Minister of England Mr. David Camaron must note that he rules England and the other countries like India.

The moment he gives freedom to his people, the Indians also would get the same. 
But he does not care.

          The Government of India, on 25 May 2016, started auctioning 65 oil and gas discoveries worth Re. 70,000 thousand crore.

          Thus the Supreme Court of India cheats 1000 million people of their wealth.

This is out and out an unconstitutional action. The reasons were given earlier.

The media said that Mr. Modi did much for them within two years. It added that he could have given a little more.

Actually, it is the Supreme Court of India that catalyses everything.

As there is no public opinion, the court can do anything.

Within 24 hours, Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi proclaimed that his government is a pro-poor, accountable and clean one.

The people are free to notice his words.

Mr.S. Ramadoss, the leader of a political party in India, on 26 May 2016, said that the recent elections to the state assemblies were rigged using the Electronic Voting Machines (EVM).

This is partly consistent with the opinion expressed by the present writer.

In this connection, it must be noted that he has a TV channel that does not hesitate to strange the words of others.

Defence Minister Mr. Manohar Parrikar, on 26 May 2016, said that kickbacks doubled the VVIP chopper prices and the absence of the same brought down the Rafale prices.

If there is no commission, no country would fill its armed forces with any obsolete weapon systems.

As there is no public opinion, the court can cheat the people in this matter also is a different matter.

Prime Minister of England Mr. David Cameron bought a 1500 pound used car for his wife. The media reported this on 26 May 2016.

          This is how the media builds images in India.

          England must note that this work is an agonized cry of a man to save the people from the clutches of the manipulators.

ENGLAND: CAUSING INJURY TO FREEDOM?

          The police, on 13 May 2016, removed Re. 570 crore from three containers in the State of Tamil Nadu. For the third time the police stumbled upon Re. 500 crore or more.

          Some people had sighted eight containers. The Supreme Court of India knows this.         

          Immediately, the Election Commission of India (ECI) said that the containers were going to a branch of the State Bank of India (SBI). But the bank rebutted it.

          The money belongs to the Supreme Court of India because there was not even an FIR (First Information Report).

          Just as the shares of Mr. Harshad Metha disappeared from a sealed building, the money might vanish in a few days.

                   

          The police, on 13 May 2016, found 500 counterfeit Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) in a truck in the State of Tamil Nadu.

          This shows that the Supreme Court of India substituted ballot papers by the EVMs only for rigging the elections.

          All elections since the introduction of the EVM have been rigged in various degrees. Thus the result often tallies with the opinion polls. Deviation occurs as and when the efforts for rigging fail.

          The President of India inducted four judges to the Supreme Court of India.

          As there is no public opinion, the Supreme Court of India can abuse its power in whatever way it likes.

          Recently, the present Chief Justice of India broke down as mentioned in Chapter 494. The media attributed this to the large number of vacancies in the High Courts and the Supreme Court.

          Actually, he is very happy to fill all vacancies arbitrarily.

          Then, why did he break down? It is simple. “To show an un-felt sorrow is an office which the false man does easy”.

A Bench of the Supreme Court of India comprising Justices Dipak Misra and P.C. Pant , on 13 May 2016, said that the freedom of expression is not an absolute right and it shall not cause injury to the reputation of an individual.

Thus the court causes injury to Freedom.

The court, however, added that the media must publish facts and opinions.

The court should have directed the media to publish facts and opinions according to degree.

But the court is not ready for this.

Thus the court now cheats the people of their rightful position in the judiciary, civil services, engineering, medicine and legislature.

The court does everything to cheat the people of their wealth.

England had been reporting the armed freedom struggle in Sri Lanka for a long time.

But it is silent about the peaceful freedom struggle in India.

Thus England causes injury to freedom.

          Re. 98 crore - meant for voters- is being confiscated by the Election Commission of India (ECI) from various places in the state of Tamil Nadu.

However, there are reports that the ECI removed Re.500 crore from one place alone.

The ECI could have telecast the raids carried out in different places as was done when the Taj Hotel was on fire.

It must be noted that a new coalition called “the third front” in the state of Tamil Nadu has suggested a novel scheme to give Re. 500 per day as remuneration to every manual worker. This coalition alone has given a promise to nationalize the extraction of rare earth minerals.

But the media, as a rule, does not highlight this.

It simply blacks out the speeches of the talented leaders like Mrs. Prema Latha.

The ECI could have directed the TV channels and the newspapers to give   publicity to all political leaders according to degree. He did not do so.

He could have asked them to highlight the similarities and the differences between the manifestoes. He did not do so.

Obviously, the election is neither free nor fair. 

The third front might overcome all odds is a different matter.

Prime Minister of England Mr. David Cameron, on 9 May 2016, said, “Our national flag is worn on clothing and t-shirts the world over – not only as a fashion statement, but as a symbol of hope and a beacon for liberal values all around the world.

People from all 4 corners of the earth watch our films, dance to our music, flock to our galleries and theatres, cheer on our football teams and cherish our institutions.

These days, even our food is admired the world over”.

          Evidently, people trust England. But the latter betrays the trust reposed by the former.

          He, further, said, “Our national broadcaster is one of the most recognised brands on the planet, and our monarch is one of the most respected people in the world.

Britain today is a proud, successful, thriving nation, a nation the world admires and looks up to, and whose best days lie ahead of it.”

          The momentous decisions taken by the Queen of England for the freedom of Indians are not news for the national broadcaster of England.

          The views expressed by the present writer for the freedom of England also are not news.

          Therefore, all right thinking people going through this work would agree that England is the root cause for the denial of freedom.

The Prime Minister of England, Mr. David Cameron, on 8 May 2016, said that Britain had contributed in full measure to the freedom that Europe’s nations enjoy today.

People think that England, by tradition, is a democracy.

Naturally, they believe that the British media publishes news and views according to degree.

Alas! This does not happen.

England, actually contributes its share to slavery and not at all to Freedom.

The British media is afraid of even the present writer. Therefore, it would not publish the views of any better man. It simply uses its Freedom to deny Freedom.

This emboldens the countries like India to deny Freedom.

Therefore, England endangers the entire world.

          The Supreme Court of India, on 9 May 2016, declared that all students all over India must clear the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) to enter the Medical Colleges.

          The above judgment is out and out an unconstitutional one. The reasons were mentioned earlier in this work.

          The judgment would stand until it is repealed by another one.

          The Supreme Court of India, as in Chapter 488, cheats 1000 million people of their rightful position. It is a grave human rights problem.

          England must accept responsibility for the above judgment.
