Party of India (CPI) Tamil Nadi State Secretary Mr. M. Veerapandian, on 8
October 2026, said, “The Government of Tamil Nadu must pay heed to the
common people’s concerns, and not depend solely on bureaucrats to take policy
decisions.”
The Government cannot do anything illegal in the pretext of
any policy decisions.
The
prohibition of toddy - while allowing brandy in the pretext of policy decision-
is illegal.
Similarly,
the act of teaching wrong English grammar in the pretext of a policy decision
while a correct one - belonging to a common man from Tamil Nadu- exists is

Now,
no one can expect any public duty from the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu so long
as he acts in private interest.
Judgements
of the Supreme Court of India should not manifest disregard of the Constitution
of India. However, rejecting the Constitution of India, the Supreme Court of
India introduced the concept of policy decision in the BALCO judgment. It was
an illegal judgment because courts cannot approve an illegality in the pretext
of policy decision.
Mrs.
Navi Pillai, a South African born jurist of Indian origin and former human
rights chief, on 9 October 2026, won the Nobel Peace Prize for her efforts to
promote peace and international law.
She had said, “Their (Israelis) words have been matched
by deeds, and a seize, we concluded, was designed to starve the population to
death.”
She had not ignored the Hamas atrocities of October 7. She had
said, “But no crime, however grave, justifies genocide.”
Norwegian

Mrs.
Navi Pillai’s grandfather was brought from Vathalagundu in Dindigul district in

Police, on 10 October 2026, arrested former Chief Minister

A group of 124 former Indian
Administrative Service (IAS) and India Foreign Service (IFS) officers, on 10
October 2026, defended the Election Commission of India (ECI) and its Special
Intensive Revision (SIR).
One half of the IAS officers are
honest and they act in good faith. The other half act in bad faith.

The ECI does not grant freedom and liberty
to the people to know news, views, men and matters. This is worse than
disenfranchising all voters. Thus, he rigs the elections. The EVMs also
contribute their share to rig the elections.
President
of USA Mr. Donald Trump, on 10 October 2026, struck a deal to obtain diesel
from Russia. He demanded Ukraine to get a new President to sign a deal with
Russia. It must be noted that he had threatened to impose 100% tariff on India
for buying Russian oil.
The
decision to buy diesel from Russia is the repercussion of the letter No. 1301 dated
29 Sept 2026 of the present citizen of India. It is an earthquake in world
politics as it is a deadly blow to the illegal and unconstitutional world-order
so assiduously built by the world media. No wonder, the media described him as “traitor
to the free-world” in harshest terms possible.
The
Constitution of the USSR is an irrevocable one. It binds Ukraine and Russia.
Therefore, it is illegal on the part of the NATO to support Ukraine in its war
with Russia. The present world citizen is the sole voice in the world to say
this repeatedly. If President of Russia Mr. Vladimir Putin had articulated this
point, the war might have ended long ago.
The
Presidential Office in the USA (White House) might have processed the letter No.1301
and submitted a reasoned opinion to the President of the USA. Consequently, the
President might have obeyed reason and reversed the policy towards Ukraine.
What
the present citizen knows in this matter is his letter No. 1301 dated 29 Sept
2026 and the reversal of the policy of the USA. What happened in between is an
imagination only.
President
of Ukraine Mr. Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, “It is a weak decision,
unfortunately a weak decision by strong partners. It is betrayal”
According
to some reports, “Starlink” occasionally disconnected itself from Ukraine after
the announcement of President Mr. Trump.
Saudi
Arabia, on 10 October 2026, attacked virtually all Houthis positions in Yemen- Houthis
controlled airport at Sanna included- on 11 October 2026. Next day, Houthis
attacked Saudi Arabia’s airport at Riyadh with missiles killing 12 - a foreign
national included- and wounding 300 people.
Saudi
Arabia considered it as a serious violation of sovereignty. It described the
attack on airport as a war crime. However, Houthis attacked it again.
Pakistan
said, “We take the conflict with Hauthis as seriously as our own
confrontation.”
Turkey
said, “Mecca pact is defensive. We will not send our troops to other
countries.”
The
USA said that it would take a decision quickly.
Iran
offered to mediate.
President of the Congress Party Mr. Mallikarjun Kharge,
leader of the opposition in the Parliament Mr. Rahul Gandhi and many other
Congress leaders marched to the Supreme Court of India, on 12 October 2026,
demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Mr. Gyanesh Kumar.
The
youth are now disenchanted with the BJP and they want a change in India as in
Tamil Nadu. If the Congress leaders had demanded freedom and liberty to Indians,
Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi might have resigned.
The
Government of Tamil Nadu, on 12 October 2026, signed a deal to buy 4500 MW
gas-based power at a record rate of Re.37 per unit.
The
consumers will supply solar power, if the Government is ready to buy it. The
Electricity Board refuses to provide net-meter to connect the solar power of some
types of consumers with the grid at present. A government acting in good faith
would do it.
Pending
this, the respective divisions could the empowered to buy power to prevent big
commissions.
The
Government of Tamil Nadu, on 12 October 2026, decided to give packaged cake
slices to school-children on Children’s Day (November 14).
It
is a good scheme provided the children are watched for some days for possible
throat infection.
However,
the Government of Tamil Nadu forfeits the moral right to give cakes to children
because it continues to teach wrong
English grammar to them even when a correct one exists.
India,
on 14 October 2026, ordered actor Mr. Imran Khan, an NRI and Green Card holder
in the USA to leave the country for his participation in the protests by the
Cockroach Janata Party (CJP).
It
is illegal. Apparently, he is an Indian by birth.
The
Government of India, on 14 October 2026, sold the public sector IDBI bank to
Fairfax Financial Holding Company of Canada-for Re.52878 crore.
It
is illegal. It violates Article 39. It is modern-day robbery. President Dr.
A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and his successors had stopped privatization although there
were some exceptions. Perhaps, the present President allows it with an eye on
second term. However, it is betrayal.
This
means that the Government of India can plunder Public Sector Undertakings
(PSUs) such as State Bank of India, ONGC, SAIL, BSNL, SCI, by denying freedom
and liberty and by focusing the attention of the people into other matters like
the protests by Cockroach Janta Party (CJP). Mr. A.B. Vajpayee did it in the
past. Anyone can tell the future of India.
Policy
decisions or even provision in good faith cannot be unitized to overcome
specific constitutional language. However, the judges and the President of
India continue to give very little weight to the Constitution of India.
The
above decision shows that public duties and responsibilities cannot be
logically derived from private rights and interests.

twenty-sixth appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the two
hundred and twenty-eighth appeal to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
It is the four hundred and twentieth appeal to HEAVEN.
The ICC
must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of
changing their Constitutions in the pretext of their amendments. To achieve it,
it must ensure liberty to the people to see these letters. It must adjudicate
this letter in the light of the earlier letters.
