PROTECTING
ADHARMA (INJUSTICE)
The last mail was submitted to His
Excellency the President of India on 11 November 2013. The same mail was sent to the Supreme Court of India, Indian Army and
Indian Air Force. Later, it was sent through post to the President of
India, Chief Justice of India, High Courts; and posted in the blog www.
howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com
Former
Supreme Court judge Swatanter Kumar,
on 11 January 2014, described the sexual harassment allegation against him by
an intern as a deep rooted conspiracy.
It may be recalled that the media had
levelled some money related allegations against the son in law of former Chief
Justice of India K.G. Balakrishnan immediately
after a crucial judgement- mentioned in this work.
Right or wrong, former judge Ganguly had written one or two judgements
of public importance. Later, an intern had accused him of sexual harassment.
Another intern has dragged one more former
judge for similar offence.
The media has reserved the allegations
against four sitting judges for future use.
Such allegations keep every judge on
knife-edge. Therefore he renounces his liberty and even duty as a judge.
This condition affects the ability of a
judge to write judgements.
He cannot write anything that offends the
so-called elite group.
This, in turn, affects the destiny of the
people.
Therefore, Justice Swatanter Kumar, in the best interest of the nation, must tell
the reason why he talks about a conspiracy.
The
Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), on 11 January 2014, told the Supreme
Court of India that there was no illegality in 60 allocations.
The Government told the court that
allocations had been done illegally. This conveyed the message that no law had
been enacted for it.
Besides, Prime
Minister Manmohan Singh openly said that he committed some mistakes in good
faith. Had the Union Cabinet approved any guideline, he would not have talked
like that.
Therefore, the Supreme Court must publish
the law or the guidelines followed to apportion public assets.
If it is not feasible of compliance, it need
not reveal anything regarding any case before it. After all, it is covering up all
important cases – from the so-called Wadia case to the Radia case.
At the
closing ceremony of the 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Swami Vivekanada in New Delhi, on 12
January 2014, Prime Minister Manmohan
Singh said that there was no meaning in honouring his memory without
imbibing the values he passionately advocated. He added that his message was
relevant to him and to the country.
Prime
Minister Manmohan Singh might have considered the following points relevant
to him and to the country.
1.
Anyone will be great in a great
position. Even the coward will grow brave in the glare of the footlights.
Drinking the cup of desire, the world becomes mad.
2.
Misery is caused by ignorance and
nothing else.
3.
Give up the idea that by ruling over
others you can do any good to them.
4.
The history of the world is the
history of the few men who had faith in themselves.
5.
The earths bravest and best will
have to sacrifice themselves for the welfare of all.
6.
Wisdom is the goal of all life.
7.
Everyone who has only one or two
elements of character, I consider “one sided”; and this world is almost full of
such “one sided” men with the knowledge of that one road only in which they
move; and anything else is dangerous and horrible to them.
8.
We must have life-building,
character making, assimilation of ideas.
9.
Bring all light into the world. Let
light come to everyone; the task will not be finished till everyone is
enlightened. Bring light to the poor; and bring more light to the rich, for
they require it more than the poor! Bring light into the ignorant, and more
light into the educated for the vanities of the education of our time are
tremendous! Thus bring light to all and leave the rest unto the Lord.
10.
Inspire men everywhere.
11.
Fill the mind with the highest
thoughts, hear them day after day and think them month after month.
12.
One word of truth can never be
lost, for ages it may be hidden under rubbish, but it will show itself sooner
or later.
13.
Truth has to be made practical, to
be made simple so that it may penetrate every pore of human society, and become
the property of the highest intellects and the commonest minds of the woman and
child at the same time.
14.
A man should arise to demonstrate
to the sceptics of the world that there yet breathes a man who does not care a
straw for all the gold or all the fame that is in the universe.
15.
The ideal of all religions, all sects, is the
same- the attaining of liberty, the cessation of misery.
16.
One must work as the dictate comes
from within, and then if it is right and good, society is bound to veer round,
perhaps centuries after one is dead and gone.
17.
They alone live who live for others,
the rest are more dead than alive.
18.
Let everybody work out his own
vision of this universe according to his own ideas. Injure none, deny the
position of none, take man where he stands, and, if you can, lend him a helping
hand and put him on a higher platform, but do not injure and do not destroy.
19.
Take the position of the giver.
Give everything and look for no return. Give love, give help, give service,
give any little thing you can, but keep out barter. Make no conditions and none
will be imposed. Let us give out of our own bounty, just as God gives to us.
20.
If you can help anyone, blessed you
are. Blessed you are that that privilege was given to you when others had it
not.
21.
Let there be but a dozen lion souls
in each country, lions who have broken their
own bonds, who have touched the Infinite, whose whole soul is gone to
Brahman, who care neither for wealth, nor power, nor fame, and these will be
enough to shake the world.
22.
Feel the wonderful atmosphere of
Freedom. You are free, free, free! Oh blessed am I! Freedom am I?
23.
Thou brave one, behold, take courage, be proud
thou art an Indian, and proudly proclaim-‘ I am an Indian, every Indian is my
brother’. Say-‘The ignorant Indian, the poor and destitute Indian, is my
brother.’ Thou too, clad with but rag round thy loins proudly proclaim at the
top of thy voice –‘The Indian is my brother; the Indian is my life; India’s
gods and goddess are my God; India’s society is the cradle of my infancy, the
pleasure –garden of my youth, the sacred heaven- the Varaasi – of old age.’ Say
brother-‘ the soil of India is my highest heaven, the good of India is my
good’. And repeat and pray day and night- O thou Mother of Strength, take away
my weakness, take away my unmanliness and make me a Man.
24.
I hold every man a traitor who
having been educated at their expense pays not the least heed to them.
25.
When we cease to see evil, the
world must end for us since to rid us of that mistake is its only object.
In
the light of the above, Prime Minister
Manmohan Singh could have treated this writer as his rival and shown this
work to the people. In this way he could have protected democracy.
It may be noted that he has been secretly
going to the Presidential Palace to receive the letters.
He had forwarded many of them to the
Supreme Court of India. The latter did not give answers to the unanswered
questions. Thus, it refused to protect
Dharma (Justice).
He could have told the above fact to the
people to honour the memory of Swamy
Vivekananda.
In the above meeting, Congress President Sonia Gandhi said
that the aspirations of the youth must be met urgently.
A word from her mouth might have “brought
light to all”. But she did not want to take “the position of the giver”.
Army
Chief General Bikram Singh, on 13 January 2014, said that India would
respond in equal measure to Pakistan. He revealed that 10 Pakistani soldiers
had been killed in a recent military action.
The Army must reveal the killings as and
when they happen. Belated reporting must be avoided.
It must be noted that the media gave great
publicity to his words.
It is not a war time.
The Army chief must protect Dharma during
peace time.
The present writer sent hundreds of
letters to the Indian Air Force and the India Army. The former chose to send
answers to one or two small matters. But the latter did not send any reply.
Even a specific question regarding a
discriminatory service condition of a section of the soldiers went unanswered.
The Indian Army did not want to give a
reply presumably because it wanted to protect Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
This very action actually destroyed him.
What will the children talk about him as
and when they see this work?
He is not going to restore his
reputation.
Even now the Army chief could protect Dharma (Justice). For this, he must
publish the action taken by him over the letters he received from the public.
Incidentally,
his reply would arrest the growth of this work. If there is no evil, this
writer would cease to send letters.
The Delhi High Court, 16 January 2014,
restrained the media from publishing and telecasting the contents of the sexual
harassment allegations against former judge Swatanter
Kumar.
The court barred the use of his photograph
also.
The present writer had asked the Supreme
Court to show the faces of the judges as and when they deliver judgements. But
it ignored it.
Evidently, the judges do not want to show
their faces while they do vital public duties.
Now they do not want to show their faces in
connection with their private life.
This is letter No.240.
The Supreme Court of India remains unmoved.
This shows that it hijacks 1000 million people.
It must note that this work is the property
of “the woman and child”. But, it takes away their property.
Thus it protects Adharma (Injustice).
The
facts from 11 January 2014 to 17 January 2014 are being submitted to His
Excellency the President of India on 18 January 2014.
The same letter is being sent to the Chief Justice of India, High Courts
and the Chiefs of the Indian Army and Indian Air Force for necessary action.
