Your Excellency

The USA, on 25 August 2026, announced more sanctions against Iran called “Economic out cast.” Accordingly, it sanctioned four Indian companies for doing business with Iran.

Chief Justice of India Suryia Kant, on 22 August 2026, said, “The court must speak the language of both the rule of law and economics.”

During 1980s, the per capita income of India and China was equal. Now, the per capita income of China is six times greater than that of India.

The reason is simple. China strengthens its Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). Now, there are 92 PSUs in the fortune 500 companies in China. In contrast, India weakens its PSUs and alienates them covertly and overtly.

To accomplish the above, the Supreme Court of India divests the people of their fundamental rights.

They have a fundamental right to a constitution. The court changes it in the guise of its amendment.

Further, they have a fundamental right to legal judges. The court appoints illegal judges in the pretext of appointing legal judges.

Furthermore, they have a fundamental right to own their property – the PSUs. The court alienates them in the pretext of policy decision.

Above all, they have a fundamental right to freedom and liberty. The court deprives them of their most precious right and treats them as slaves.

Former Chief Minister of Keralam Mr. Mr. Pinarayi Vijayan, on 22 August 2026, said, “My hands and those of my daughter T. Veena and other members of my family are clean. None engaged in any hawala dealings. These hands are clean and will remain clean. The ED normally put out information in its website rather than releasing press release. In this case, a press release was issued. Do they think anything can be done, if it is against Pinarayi Vijayan?”

When a clean man becomes the Chief Minister of a state, he must enlarge the freedom of the people. He should not sit as if there are no people apart from him.

Freedom of speech comprises freedom to speak and liberty to listen. In India, people have a liberty to hear what he talks but they have no liberty to hear what the present citizen of India talks.

Freedom of speech is a fundamental right. The people have a right to hear what the present citizen says because he has written 1299 letters for the liberty of Indians in the last 26 years. As they could not see the letters, they lost their fundamental right to a constitution, legal judges, public property and a leader of their choice. In other words, Mr. Narendra Modi might not have become the Prime Minister of India, had there been liberty.

Mr. Pinarayi Vijayan received about 800 letters from the present citizen during his stint in office. His office might have conveyed the key points of the letters to him. These letters might not have dented his popularity among the masses at all. Using them, he could have restored the Constitution of India, appointed legal judges, protected public assets and ensured liberty. Instead, he omitted to do his duty, hid all letters from the eye of the people and connived at the felonies of the Prime Minister of India. No clean chief minister will conceal about 800 letters from the people. All the waters in seven seas will fail to clean his hand.

The Trivandrum airport belongs to the people if not to the King of Travancore. He fraudulently alienated it to a private party. He chose not to point out Article 39 to the Supreme Court of India. Instead, he kept all Indians as slaves and ruled Keralam like the master of Keralam.

Everyone knows that the ED would show its might once a chief minister demits office. Mr. Laloo Prasad Yadav was haunted for just Re. 42 lakh while sparing leaders like Mr. A. B. Vajpayee.

The Government of Tamil Nadu, on 24 August 2026, cancelled the proposed greenfield airport project at Parandur in Kancheepuram District.

It is a bold decision. It rescued Tamil Nadu from a quack-mire. The previous DMK government should not have acquired land for the airport before securing environmental clearance.

Further, Tamil Nadu is not north of Chennai but south of Chennai. Experts say that Vizhuppuram district would be an ideal place for an airport.

The Government of India, on 25 August 2026, decided to allow transfer of technology for all conventional missile systems developed by the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) to Indian private sector.

It is illegal because the beneficiaries deny liberty to Indians to secure these policy decisions.

Former Prime Minister of India Mr. A.B. Vajpayee fraudulently alienated 34 big Public Sector Undertakings. Before and after that, the Union Government covertly and overtly transmitted the technology of the PSUs to private parties. Thus, the public sector hmt generated a private watch factory, public sector BSNL produced some private companies, public sector Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) gave birth to some private ports and public sector Airport Authority of India transformed into some private companies. Now the ISRO and DRDO are doing the same job and suffer self-annihilation.

If liberty is denied, all PSUs would be alienated like this.

The India Today and C-Voter Mood of the Nation survey- conducted in August 2026- placed Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Mr. C.Joseph Vijay at the third position with 9.2% support. Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi got 47.8 % and Mr. Ragul Gandhi received 27.1%.

Prime Minister Mr. Modi might not have received more than 20% support and Mr. C. Joseph Vijay might have crossed 35% support. Otherwise, the survey might not have been conducted.

No political leader shall refuse to take up great responsibility, if the people want.

Mr. Joseph Vijay – just like other political leaders- denies liberty although there are glimpses of virtue. The people are searching for an alternative to the BJP and the Congress. If they had seen these letters as a natural consequence of democracy, they might have voted for the present citizen. If they see Mr. Vijay, they will vote for him as happened in Tamil Nadu. The only condition is that the Election Commission of India (ECI) should not rig the elections using the Electronic Voting Machines (EVM).

The Government of Tamil Nadu, on 28 August 2026, floated a tender for buying over five lakh bicycles for the Plus I students.

It is illegal because bulk buying involves big commission. It is the principal rule in auditing. There is a ground for an FIR.

Earlier, the present Government bought 2000 buses in bulk.

There was a time when the Chief Ministers bought bulbs for all municipalities in one go!

The duty of the Government is not buying and selling. It can take policy decisions and authorize lower-level officers to buy and sell. In the present matter, the headmasters or Chief Educational Officers (CEOs) could do the work, and the Secretariat could supervise the transaction.

The IAS officers in the Secretariat should not buy or sell anything but supervise buying and selling. Now, they are leading Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. C. Joseph Vijay astray. Many IAS officers amass wealth.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi paid a visit to Uzbekistan on 30 August 2026. Uzbekistan conferred its highest state honours to Mr. Modi. Mr. Modi described the recognition as a moment of great pride and dedicated it to 140 crore people of India.

He deprives 1400 million people of their fundamental rights. He takes away their right to a constitution. He simply changes it in the pretext of its amendment.

People have a fundamental right to legal judges. However, he silently appoints illegal judges.

They have a fundamental right to own the PSUs. However, he alienates them.

The present citizen of India defined English grammar – as in www.englishgrammarredefined.blogspot.com- to rescue children from the traumas of wrong grammar. His peers described it as a rare achievement. Thus, he is the celebrity of the English world. All people have a fundamental right to see him and hear him. However, he denies them this right but roams different countries receiving highest state honours.

He has a moral obligation to tell the achievements of the people to the world, but he tells the world that there are no men in India apart from him.

This is letter No. 1300 dated 2-9-2026. It is addressed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).  It is the two hundred and twenty-third appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the two hundred and twenty-fifth appeal to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). It is the four hundred and seventeenth appeal to HEAVEN.

The ICC must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of changing their Constitutions in the pretext of their amendments. To achieve it, it must ensure liberty to the people to see these letters. It must adjudicate this letter in the light of the earlier letters.

A copy each is submitted to the President of India, President of the USA, Vice President of the USA, Chancellor of Germany, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan, former Prime Minister of England Mrs. Liz Truss, former Prime Minister of England Mr. Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of England Mr. Rishi Sunak, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Supreme Court of the UK, Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Justin Trudeau, Leader of the Labour Party UK Sir Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of Israel, Foreign Minister of Poland, Foreign Minister of Russia, Wall Street Journal, some newspapers all over the world, Foreign Minister of Norway, Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Press Trust of India (PTI), Editor’s Guild of India and the Chennai Press Club.
