Your Excellency
President
of the USA Mr. Donald Trump, on 16 August 2019, said, “Iran must put up the
white flag of surrender.”
On
19 August 2025 he declared Hormuz as a new territory of the USA.
President
of Iran Mr. Masound Pezeshkian, on 21 August 2026, said, “Iran seeks to end
its conflict with the United States now, from a position of strength, when the
world acknowledges its victory. It is better to end the war today while Iran is
in position of strength and dignity.”
In
his first Independence Day speech, Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. Joseph
Vijay said, “When the people thought that they were slaves, they broke the
caste, religion, and money and muscle power.”
When a man seizes political power, he must enlarge the
freedom and liberty of the people. Otherwise, he is a Taliban. Mr. Vijay treats
the present citizen of India as a slave. This means that he treats 80 million
people of Tamil Nadu and 1400 million people of India as slaves. He does not even
bring into the public domain the English grammar defined by the present citizen
to rescue the children from the traumas of standard grammar. Yet, he talks like this!
He, further, said, “Now, my mission is providing
corruption free government. Don’t think that your duty is over. You must stand
with us so that we can implement all welfare measures. People are the rulers;
we are all servants. Let us do our duty together and fight against forces and
conspirators, who are working against our government. I have no fear because
you are all with me.”
He denies liberty to Indians thinking that the
people would not know it. Whether the people know it or not, denial of liberty
is the biggest act of corruption.
Chief
Minister of Keralam Mr.V.D. Sathesan said, “People must become guardians and
fighters of strong democracy founded on open-mindedness tolerance and debate.
This
is the time when we must stand together, without compromise, for Constitutional
principles and the unity, integrity and secularism of India.”
The Government of India changes the Constitution of
India in the pretext of its amendment. He could have disclosed it, before
talking like this.
Former
West Bengal Minister Mr. Asish Banerjee, on 16 August 2026, committed suicide.
In his suicide note, he said, “I was not involved in any wrong doing. I had
nothing to do with corruption and yet all these completely false allegations to
malign me.”
Though
what the people talk in an atmosphere of freedom and liberty is the hell and
heaven, a political leader need not commit suicide for some true or false
allegations. However, India induces the political leaders to amass wealth so
that they would not question grave illegalities.
Prime
Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi transmitted six airports in one go to
private parties. He, even now, invests public money in the stock market in the
pretext of policy decision. There are no FIRs for such illegalities.
His
predecessor Dr. Manmohan Singh gave public sector airports. There are no FIRs
for them.
His
predecessor, Mr. A.B. Vajpayee, removed 34 big Public Sector Undertakings
(PSUs). They were worth Re.several lakh crore. There are no FIRs for them also.
Instead, India awarded Bharat Retna to him. Some political leaders supported
him. They are being adulated.
However,
political leader Mr. Laloo Prasad Yadav went to jail for Re.42 lakh!
The
Government of Tamil Nadu, on 19 August 2026, announced its decision to establish
a Construction Corporation to compete with L&T and Tata.
It
is a 46-year-old demand. The present citizen of India functioned as the
Programme Officer of Adult Education in the Lekshmipuram College, Neyyoor. In
1980, the adult learners passed a 7-point resolution. The first point was the
demand to establish construction corporations.
Prof.
L.R. Shah, the then adviser to the Government of India distributed the report
containing the resolutions to 80 universities and 700 and odd colleges as a
model.
The
present citizen occasionally pointed out it in these letters. If the Government
had adopted it in 1980, India might have developed like China. However, there
is no use in crying over the spilt milk.
Now,
the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Mr. C. Joseph Vijay, has endorsed it. It
would undermine the privatization policy. As a result, he will have to face the
wrath of the Union Government and the backroom players. If he can navigate it, he
might become the Prime Minister of India.
The
Supreme Court of India, on 20 August 2026, asked the Central Board of Secondary
Education (CBSE) to defer three-language policy from class 6 by a year.
Children
struggle to come up in life. The system must lift them and not suppress them. Let
them study in any language they want without doubting their cognitive power. If
a student cannot study English, let him study Tamil. Let him decide the
question of second or third language after Plus II.
Many
students return from foreign countries. They cannot study any Indian language.
Those possessing power must have a reasonable solution to this problem.
In
the Tamil Nadu Assembly, Chief Minister Mr. Vijay, on 19 August 2026, said, “I have evidence of corruption in the
previous DMK Government. You should not make me to reveal them.”
The
Union Government changes the Constitution of India in the pretext of its
amendment, appoints illegal judges, alienates public assets and denies liberty.
After revealing this truth to the people, he can reveal the evidence of
corruption in the previous DMK Government.
The
state must ultimately aim at the
promotion of virtue at the top.
This is
letter No. 1299 dated 22-8-2026. It is addressed to the International Court of
Justice (ICJ). It is the two hundred and twenty-second appeal to the
International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the two hundred and twenty-fourth
appeal to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). It is the four hundred and sixteenth
appeal to HEAVEN.
The ICC
must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of
changing their Constitutions in the pretext of their amendments. To achieve it,
it must ensure liberty to the people to see these letters. It must adjudicate
this letter in the light of the earlier letters.
A copy
each is submitted to the President of India, President of the USA, Vice
President of the USA, Chancellor of Germany, Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
Afghanistan, former Prime Minister of England Mrs. Liz Truss, former Prime
Minister of England Mr. Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of England Mr. Rishi
Sunak, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Supreme Court of the
UK, Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Justin Trudeau, Leader of the Labour Party UK

(PTI), Editor’s Guild of India and the Chennai Press Club.
