Prime Minister of Israel Mr.Benjamin Netanyahu, on 13 March 2026, said, “I will not give life insurance to leaders in Iran.” Thus, he legalizes an illegal and terrorist action with impunity.

US-Israel bombing in a residential area in Iran killed 40 Iranians. Their strikes damaged more than 100 historical sites- 4 UNESCO listed sites included.

Cultures built over generations should not be reduced to ashes and rubble. No human being shall judge the art works of other human beings less worthy than his own. Even during World War II, there was a conscious effort to protect historical sites.

The USA and Israel attacked all military facilities in Kharg Island.

President of USA Mr. Donald Trump, on 14 March 2026, said, “We won but we are still fighting. The USA has defeated Iran but Tehran can have a little bit of fight back.”

Iran said, “We will use missiles of greater destructive power. We will convert oil firms working with the USA into pile of ashes. The US hideouts in the UAE are legitimate targets.”

It targeted the US bases in UAE, Bahrain and Abu Dhabi.

President Mr. Trump, on 14 March 2026, appealed to allies to help defend the Strait of Hormuz from Iranian attacks. He demanded them to send their warships to help protect tankers passing through the strait.

President Mr. Trump, on 15 March 2026, said, “Iran wants to make a deal, and I don’t want to make it because the terms are not good enough yet.”

However, Iran struck Israel’s Shimon Peres Neger Nuclear Research Centre at Dimona. Thus, it penetrated the most robust air defenses of Israel. Apparently, there was no radioactive leakage. However, this nuclear site is not subject to international inspection. Israel is not a signatory to the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty (NPT). The IAEA has no onsite verification. In contrast, Iran is a signatory to the NPT!

The Gulf countries requested the USA not to use the airbases in their countries for operations against Iran. However, the USA continued to use them.

Iran, on 16 March 2026, denied that it reached out to the USA for a deal to end the war. It rejected the claim that it attacked civilian or residential areas. It said that it would defend its territory as long as it takes. It asked all countries to refrain from the war.

Pope Leo XIV appealed for peace. He said, “Hopefully, he (President Mr.Trump) is looking for a way to decrease the amount of violence. Hopefully, he’s is looking for an off-ramp (exit strategy) to end the war.”

President Mr. Trump requested 7 countries to send their warships to police Strait of Hormuz.

The UK resisted his demands. It said that the war began without any consultation.

President Mr. Trump said, “I am very upset with the UK.  Starmer undermined the special relations. The US will remember which countries help and which countries don’t help.”

President Mr. Trump’s top security official, Mr. Joe Kent, on 17 March 2026, resigned. He said, “Iran did not pose an imminent threat to our nation. I cannot, in good conscience, support the ongoing war. The USA started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful lobby.”

President Mr. Trump said, “Keir Starmer will be out in a few weeks.”

Prime Minister of England Mr. Keir Starmer said, “I think, it is terrible. I am standing up for British people. We will not join the war. We will not be drawn into a wider war. Apparently, there is no treaty obligation to join the war.”

President Mr. Trump moaned, “We protected you for 40 years.”

Other allies of the USA also rejected his appeal to send warships.

European Union also said, “Iran war is not our war.”

 Finance Minister of Finland Elina Valtonen said “NATO is not obliged to help Trump in Iran. NATO’s raison detre is the Defence of Europe and the North Atlantic. It is a defensive organization and will not be drawn into a war of its choosing”

President Mr. Trump said, “NATO faces very bad future, if allies do not help secure the Strait of Hormuz.”

President Mr. Trump said, “Shocked that Iran attacked Arab countries. Nobody thought that Iran was going to hit the Gulf countries. The scale of Iran’s retaliation against neighbours is a surprise.”

However, Iran talked about a regional war long before February 28, 2026.

Israel assassinated Iran’s National Security Secretary Mr. Ali Larijari. It has killed over 40 top commanders and ministers in Iran.

Iran retaliated by attacking Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Iraq. It brought out one of its dangerous missiles from an underground tunnel.

Iran said, “UN’s silence will normalize assassinations. US strikes will have everlasting consequences. It is wrong of the UAE to let US use its territories. It must give compensation.”

According to some reports, Iran, on 17 March 2026, carried out an underground nuclear detonation. According to another report, Iran hacked Israeli telecommunication network.

Foreign Minister of Russia Mr. Lavrov said, “Russia will do everything to create an atmosphere that will make US and Israel operations against Iran impossible. Striking Dubai (UAE) is very costly for Trump to keep the war going. The reason is that they push Trump to end the war quickly,”

The media said that the Operation Epic Fury boomeranged on Mr. Trump.

On 18 March 2026, the USA and Israel struck gas facilities in Iran.

Iran said, “The USA made a grave mistake by attacking our energy infrastructure.”

Next day (19-3-2026), it confirmed the assassination of Intelligence Minister Esmail Khatib by Israel.

Further, it attacked the world’s biggest LNG export site in Qatar. Furthermore, it hit Saudi Arabia’s main oil refinery.

Qatar said, “It would take five years to repair the oil fields”

Russia became the first country to send humanitarian aids to Iran.

Next day (20-3-2026), India followed suit. It sent a large quantity of medicine to Iran through the Red Crescent of Iran.

The USA and Israel destroyed 11 submarines and several ships of Iran after February 28, 2026. They hit about 10,000 targets.

President Mr. Trump said, “Iran’s nuclear threat neutralized.”

Prime Minister of Qatar said, “Israel’s attack need to stop.”

Twelve countries together demanded Iran to stop its attacks.

US War Secretary Mr. Pete Hegseth said, “The USA holds the cards. If Iran targets Qatar gas facilities again, the USA will blow up all Iranian gas fields.”

President Mr. Trump said, “We will blow up all Iranian gas fields.”

Prime Minister of Israel Mr. Netanyahu said, “We are winning. Iran is being decimated. Iran can no longer enrich uranium or make ballistic missiles.”

To a question, he said, “US President always makes his decision on what he thinks is good for America. In this case, those interests are absolutely clear. And so is the clarity of our achievements. Together in close coordination with President Mr. Trump, our intelligence services, we’re achieving goals in lightening speed.”

The President of the USA makes his decision in the interest of the world and not just for America. Israel should have handed over its nuclear devices and the fissionable materials to the IAEA before asking him to attack Iran. Then, everyone might have treated the war as a reasonable one.

Iran said, “We will ensure complete destruction of Gulf energy infrastructure if our gas fields are attacked.”

Israel attacked Iran’s South Pars gas field.

Iran targeted energy facilities across Gulf.

President Mr. Trump said, “I know nothing about Israeli strikes on South Pars gas field.”

Prime Minister Mr. Netanyahu said, “I will respect the request of US President Trump not to attack the gas fields in Iran. Iran has no capacity to enrich uranium or make ballistic missiles.”

However, according to Israeli intelligence data, Iran managed to retain uranium enrichment equipment and the entire stock of raw materials for creating nuclear bombs as well as scientific potential.

Prime Minister of Spain, on 21 March 2026, said, “No reason for war in Iran. We are against it.”

The USA destroyed Iran’s Natanz nuclear complex by bunker busters. According to some reports, Iran is in possession of some nuclear devices.

Iran launched missile attack against nine countries.

Former President of the USA Mr. Bill Clinton said, “The USA lost control over the Iran war”

The USA lifted some oil sanctions on Iran to calm the market.

The UK allowed American bombers to use its airbase in Diego Garcia. Therefore, Iran sent two missiles to hit Diego Garcia. It is about 4000 km away from Iran. England condemned Iran for attacking its airbase.

Further, Iran attacked 21 airbases of the USA.

Iran, on 22 March 2026, said, “The Strait of Hormuz is open for all but the USA and Israel.” It wanted permanent end to wars, right to self-defense and compensation to damages inflicted on it.

President Mr. Trump said, “The USA will obliterate Iranian power plants if the Strait of Hormuz is not open before a 48-hour deadline.”

Iran retorted, “If our energy infrastructure is hit, we will hit USA’s energy infrastructure in the Gulf region.”

Former US Counter Terrorism Chief said, “Iran was not pursuing nukes”

However, Iran’s National Security Council suspended co-operation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

According to some unverified reports, Iran has about 10,000 kg of fissionable material.

Iran struck US military facilities in Kuwait.

The people of Jammu & Kashmir, on 23 March 2026, collected donation for war-hit Iran. Iran Embassy at New Delhi responded, “We will never forget kindness.”

Prime Minister of Israel said, “Iran has targeted civilian areas and key religious sites in Jerusalem, including Western Wall, the Church of Holy Sepulchre and the Al-Aqsa Mosque. If you want proof that Iran endangers the entire world, the 48 hours have given it. They are doing that as a mass murder weapon. Luckily no one was killed. Their intension is to murder civilians.”

However, the truth is that Israel killed hundreds of times more civilians than Iran.

Turkey officially ended relations with Israel.

President Mr. Trump said, “The USA has good and productive conversation with Iran. I issued orders to the military to postpone any military strikes against any Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure for five days.”

The media said that President of Iran Mr. Mojtaba Khamenei agreed to negotiate peace with the USA.

However, Iran, on 24 March 2026, flatly denied any such negotiations with the USA. It said, “We won’t negotiate with Trump- He is a liar.”

Israel said, “Our strikes on Iran will not stop amid-US-Iran talks.”

However, the Republic TV described the cease-fire offer a hoax.

President Trump said, “I have productive talks with Iran. I postpone the strikes. Pete Hegseth (War Secretary) was the first to suggest strike on Iran.”

The media said that Mr. Hegseth had bought the shares of the weapon manufacturing companies before striking Iran. Thus, he got something from every bomb dropped on Iran. He will continue to get it till the war ends. He should not have chosen to make money like this. Now, Iran war is virtually Hegseth’s war!

The leader of the opposition in India, Mr. Rahul Gandhi, said, “India’s foreign policy is compromised.”

The Hindu, on 25 March 2026, came out with an editorial titled “Cowardly bully”. It requested President Trump to end the war and asked Israel to leave Iran alone. The other newspapers in India also take a similar stand.

The media said, “The notion that Israel is a safe haven for Jews, has, unfortunately, been destroyed”.

Chancellor of Germany said, “The conflict is a mistake. It is un-necessary.”

Prime Minister of Spain Mr. Pedro Sanchez said, “The war in West Asia presents a far worse scenario than the US invasion of Iraq in 2003.”

President of France Mr. Immanuel Macron said, “De-escalation is necessary.”

Iran targeted the US companies in Iraq.

Saudi Arabia wanted the USA to hit Iran hard.

President Mr. Trump said, “US is dealing with the right people in Iran.”

Iran said, “No hostile ship can pass through the Strait. The USA is talking to itself.”

Iran executed 10 Generals. Apparently, there is a power struggle in Iran.

Iran, on 26 March 2026, acknowledged the US ceasefire proposal. It said that it would end the war at the time of its choosing. It laid down five conditions to end the war. They are: 1. A complete halt to aggression and assassinations. 2. A concrete mechanism to end future conflicts. 3. Payment of war damages. 4. An end to fighting on all fronts. 5. Exercise of sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz (It described it as its natural and legal right.)

Iran, further, said, “Americans forces must be expelled from this region.”

President Mr. Trump said, “Iran is begging for peace behind closed door. It wants a deal but its leaders fear being killed. It is militarily obliterated. It is defeated and destroyed for sure. Iranian negotiators are very different and strange. They better get serious soon before it is too late because once that happens, there is no turning back and it won’t be pretty.”

The 15-point ceasefire proposal of President Mr.Trump includes: 1. Sanctions relief for Iran, 2. Rollback of Iran’s nuclear programme,3.Limits on missile capacities and 4 .Reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.

Israel killed Iranian Navy Commander Mr. Alioeza Tansiri. He had been responsible for overseeing the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.

The Hindu came out with an editorial titled “Cuban sorrow-The US asphyxiation of Cuba demands global condemnation”

Iran, on 27 March 2026, attacked Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia –a facility defended by cutting-edge THAAD and Patriot air defense systems. The strike by drones and missiles destroyed an AWACS. The media described it as the most serious penetration of US air defenses in the conflict.

President Mr. Trump said, “We cannot allow Iran to have nuclear weapons. Iran wanted to take over entire Middle-East. We have destroyed Iran’s navy completely. Tehran’s Air Force is gone. We have crushed Iran’s drones and missile stockpile. We have knocked down nearly 90% of Iran’s launchers. Iranians are lousy fighters but great negotiators. Iran’s regime is sinister and sick. We had to attack it”

Iran moaned, “Hell awaits Americans.”

President Mr. Trump, on 28 March 2026, delayed strikes against Iran because discussions were going on very well.

Israel bombed a key nuclear facility of Iran again.

Russia, on 29 March 2026, said, “Israel is the biggest threat to both Russia and Iran.”

President Mr. Trump said, “Very disappointed by NATO’s response.”

The USA hit an India bound humanitarian aid flight at Mashhad airport. Iran described it as a war crime and violation of global aviation laws.

President Mr. Trump said, “My favorite thing is to take oil in Iran. The US forces could seize key Iranian transport hub. We will blow up Kharg, if no deal is reached.”

Iran retorted, “Waiting for US troops…Will set them on fire.”

Prime Minister of Israel Mr. Netanyahu, on 30 April 2026, said, “Israel will not send its soldiers in support of the USA to capture Kharg.”

President Mr.Trump said, “I am willing to end the military campaign against Iran even if Strait of Hormuz remains largely closed- and leave a complex operation to reopen it for a later date.”

There were massive demonstrations –called “No Kings”- all over the USA against the Iran war. According to some reports, about 9 million people rallied against President Mr. Trump and protested against the war.

Qatar, on 31 March 2026, said that the Gulf States are unified in calling for war de-escalation.  According to some other reports they privately requested Mr. Trump to keep fighting until Iran is decisively defeated.

Iran denied reports of direct negotiations. It acknowledged that that it got an unacceptable proposal from Washington.

President Mr. Trump said, “Buy oil from the USA or take it from Strait of Hormuz.”

Italy denied permission for US military aircraft to land at the Sicily base before flying to West Asia.

Israel hit a desalination plant in Kuwait and put the blame on Iran.

The USA destroyed a nuclear facility in Iran using bunker busters.

Iran said, “We will target US tech firms if more leaders are killed. It named 18 companies.” It attributed the killings if its leaders to these tech firms.

US War Secretary Pete Hegseth said, “If Iran is wise, it will cut a deal with us. If it does not, the war will continue with greater intensity.”

An Iranian missile attack sparked blaze in a chemical plant in Israel. There were fears of hazardous leakage.

President Mr. Trump, on 1 April 2026, said, “We will be leaving very soon. The withdrawal could happen within two weeks.

Iran doesn’t have to make a deal. The objective is to ensure Iran is left without the ability to quickly develop a nuclear weapon.

The USA will not take responsibility for securing the Strait of Hormuz. That is not for us. That will be for France. That’ll be for whoever’s using the Strait. No reason for us to do this.”

President Mr. Trump, on 2 April 2026, said, “We are going to hit them extremely hard over the next two or three weeks. We will bring them back to the Stone Age.

We are the number one producer of oil and gas on the planet. We produce more than Saudi Arabia and Russia combined.

Regime change has not occurred because of the death of all their leaders. Yet, if there is no deal, we are going to hit each of their electric generating plants.

We are unstoppable as a military force. We have all cards. They have none.”

Iranian Embassy at New Delhi replied, “Iran will not be driven back to Stone Age by bombing from the US and Israel. We are a nation with 7000 years of civilization. History knows as well. What is clear is this: It is you who have carried the killing of children and crimes against humanity from the Stone Age into the modern world.”

Further, Iran responded by launching another salvo of missiles at Israel.

President of France Mr. Immanuel Macron said, “If there is no framework for diplomatic and technical negotiations, the situation can deteriorate again in a few months or a few years. The proposed military operation to open the Strait of Hormuz is unrealistic.”

Saudi Prince Mohamed bin Salman said, “We don’t waste 30 years of our lives fighting radical ideas. We will destroy them today; immediately.”

Defense Minister of Russia said, “Iran possess offensive missiles systems that the United States does not have. They are highly advanced missiles that have not yet been used. Iran has a stockpile capable of destroying the entire Middle-East, not just Israel.

We call on the United States and Israel to immediately stop the war and declare the failure of the military operation against Iran. That is all.

They have already forced the evacuation of American bases throughout the region and have closed the vital Strait of Hormuz. They have demonstrated the ability to match American and Israel escalation. The Americans should heed Russian warning.”

The USA breaks the backbone of Russia by supporting Ukraine. Now, Russia does the same to the USA by breaking the backbone of Gulf countries.

President Mr. Trump, on 3 April 2026, announced the destruction of Karaj Suspension Bridge in the northern city of Karaj. The bombing killed 8 people and injured 95. It was Iran’s tallest bridge.

The second strike hit while the emergency crews were responding.

The USA defended the attack stating that the bridge was used to transport missiles and drones.

Hinting at a tit-for-tat retaliation, Iran disclosed a hit list of 8 bridges in the Gulf countries.

It attacked Kuwait Mina al Ahmed Oil Refinery and a desalination plant.

Further, it hit the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln with drones and four ballistic missiles, rendering it non-operational and forcing it to retreat from the Gulf waters. Earlier, it hit USS Jerald Ford although the USA said that the fire in it was not combat-related.

Furthermore, it shot down a US F-15E Strike Eagle aircraft and another aircraft. The USA rescued a pilot immediately. It rescued the second pilot two days later in a daring operation. In the process it lost four aircraft. However, the attempt of Iran to capture the second pilot failed.

China condemned the destruction of Karaj Bridge. It described the attack as a violation of International Law. It urged all sides to return to dialogue.

Pope Leo XIV called the President of Israel through phone. He asked him to end the war and open the path of dialogue.

President Mr. Trump said, “With a little more time, we can easily open the Strait of Hormuz, take the oil and make a fortune.”

At the instance of War Secretary Mr. Pete Hegseth, President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump ousted Army Chief and Attorney General.

Republic TV said, “Trump is in panic.”

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, on 4 April 2026, delegated his full power to the Supreme House of Revolutionary Guard. Thus, Iran became a fully spiritual military state. This condition would continue until the war is over.

President Mr. Trump, on 5 April 2026, gave Iran 48 hours to make a deal or face Hell.

Iran rejected the proposal. It retorted, “The ultimatum is a helpless, nervous and unbalanced action”

Further, it said, “Your recent moves are dragging the United States into a living HELL for every single family, and our whole region is going to burn because you insist on following Netanyahu’s commands. Make no mistake: You won’t gain anything through war games. The only real solution is respecting the rights of the Iranian people and ending this dangerous game.”

Mr. Trump chastened, “Tuesday will be Power Pant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the Strait; you crazy bastards, or you will be living in Hell. Just watch! Praise be to Allah.”

However, Iran linked Strait of Hormuz to compensation for war damages. It added, “We have lost the key (to Strait of Hormuz).”

Further, it said, “Any Arab or European country that expels the US and Israeli ambassadors will have its oil tankers freely pass through our route without any hindrance”

Pope Leo XIV, in his first Easter blessing said, “We are growing accustomed to violence, resigning ourselves to it, becoming indifferent to the deaths of thousands of people. Those who have the power to unleash wars must choose peace.”

Saudi Arabia said, “The USA abandoned us and redirected its air defense to Israel.”

The 48-hour deadline set by President Mr. Trump ends tomorrow the 7th April 2026. Egypt, Turkey and Pakistan are, apparently, doing some mediation work.

Even the Greeks believed that anything pushed beyond a point would produce the opposite effect. President Mr. Trump is a pragmatic person, and he might contribute his share to dignify human life. Therefore, he may not push the war beyond the present point.

 

Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, on 20 March 2026, recused himself from hearing a case that questioned the constitutional validity of judges sitting in the selection panel for appointing Election Commissioners.

No judge of the Supreme Court of India shall sit in the selection panel for appointing Election Commissioners because the selection authority and the appellate authority cannot be the same. For the same reason, the judges cannot select the judges.

 

Reopening a 2020 case, the Madurai bench of the Madras High Court, on 21 March 2026, directed the Government of Tamil Nadu to tell the reason why toddy tapping should not be allowed.

At the centre, there is a conspiracy to use the judges to murder the Constitution of India and liberty.

In the state level, there is a conspiracy to kill the people by giving liquor. Some political leaders simply use the judges as mass murder weapons. Therefore, about 10 percent of the people die of liquor related ailments.

Toddy can be adulterated. However, the mass murder could be mitigated by allowing toddy taping (or selling) with stringent anti adulteration measures.

 

The Government of India auctioned 19 critical mineral blocks on 23 March 2026.

It is illegal. It violates Article 39. However, the Government, the opposition parties and the judges murder the Constitution of India for its wealth.

The beneficiaries appoint illegal judges for this purpose. They rule by leasing out India to a person like Mr. Narendra Modi. The post of the Prime Minister of India exists to secure largest possible private good. Thus, there is a conspiracy involving judges, political leaders and media to alienate public assets.

When he privatized 6 airports in one go, they connived at it. Now he corporatizes public sector institutions like Aavadi Tank Factory with the intention of alienating them to his friends.

The opposition parties and the advocate associations connive at it due to practical wisdom.

 

The political parties in the Tamil Nadu State are coming out with their election manifestoes. They do not demand restoration of the Constitution of India or the alienated public assets. There is no demand for the appointment of legal judges or to ensure freedom and liberty. Thus, all these letters go in vain.

Except one major party, all others promised Re. 2000 or Re.2500 per month to women. It is a laudable scheme. The women are proud of it.  However, 20% of the women give it to drunkards due to cruelty. It has the effect of mass murder. Now, the women get Re.1000 per month.  Any additional amount must be in the form of coupons to buy things or through any other comprehensive scheme.

 

TVK party cancelled two scheduled public meetings of its leader, Mr. Vijay, in Chennai on 30 March 2026 due to inadequate police to protect its leader and the people.

It is illegal.

The Election Commission of India (ECI) does not ensure freedom to Indians before conducting elections. Therefore, the people do not know the illegality behind changing the Constitution of India in the pretext of its amendment, judges appointing judges, alienation of public assets or denial of liberty. In fact, no Indian has any liberty to hear the present citizen of India. Thus, it denied to the present citizen the opportunity to become the Prime Minister of India. These conditions make Indian elections worse than the election in North Korea.

Despite these conditions, there were reports that the ECI rigged the last elections to the Parliament during counting. After that, the ECI did not convey the impression that it acts in bad faith.

The denial of liberty manifests in the elections to the states also. The newspapers and the TV channels report news and views selectively. Even the YouTube limits the number of views of a video to less than 10, 100, 1000 or 100,000 depending upon its sensitivity.

The leaders usually draw crowds in direct proportion to their popularity under the existing conditions. If the Prime Minister of India is free to conduct roads shows, there is no reason why others should be denied this chance. In fact, road shows would prevent stampede.

Now, Mr. Vijay enjoys the support of more than 50% of the people but he largely remains in his house due to want of police permission. The ECI should not bring disgrace to its office by denying him equal opportunity to canvass or by doing anything illegal during elections or during the counting.

Mr. Vijay should have no cause to regret that the ECI denied equal opportunity to him to canvass.

The President of India also must ensure that the Constitution of India that governs the people must be comprehended by man; and that India is ruled by law.

 

This is letter No. 1291 dated 6-4-2026. It is addressed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).  It is the two hundred and fourteenth appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the two hundred and eighty-seventh appeal to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). It is the four hundred and eighth appeal to HEAVEN.

The ICC must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of changing their Constitutions in the pretext of their amendments. To achieve it, it must ensure liberty to the people to see these letters. It must adjudicate this letter in the light of the earlier letters.
