Your Excellency

The USA and Iran reopened nuclear talks at Muscat in Oman on 6 February 2026.  Both sides agreed to continue negotiations.

India and the USA, on 7 February 2026, reached a framework for “an interim trade agreement”. Accordingly, the 25% US tariff on New Delhi for buying Russian oil would be lifted. The reciprocal tariff against India would be reduced to18% from the existing 25%. India, in turn, would eliminate or reduce tariff on all US industrial goods and wide range of American food and agricultural products.

The USA said that India should tilt enough towards the USA in its foreign policy and refrain from buying Russian oil. Apparently, these are not written conditions. It is not clear whether India would abide by these or not. However, the USA can revoke the agreement if there is any violation.

There was no discussion on the convertibility of the US dollar to gold.

India said that the $120 million committed to Chabahar port in Iran had been completely paid.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi has no money to connect all cities by bullet trains as in China. Now, India remains like a third world country in comparison to China. In this matter, he simply wasted 12 years. He has not enough money to invest in, roads, ports and airports in India also. At the same time, he has enough money to invest in other countries!

The Speaker of Lower House, Mr. Om Birla, on 5 February 2026, asked Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi not to enter the Parliament because – in his assessment - some women MPs wanted to assault him. Therefore, he went to the Upper House for his reply to the Motion of Thanks.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 5 February 2026, replied to the Motion of Thanks on the President’s address in the Upper House of Parliament. He said that the Congress Party had pocketed public money through commissions in arms deals and others. He added that the Congress could not dig his grave.

Further, he said, “For whom is the provision? Is it for your leaders? In the last five years I have brought them to the doors of jail and if you give me next five years, they will be inside.”

His statements require an objective analysis.

1.The Constitution of India is an irrevocable one. The Constitution of India and the law do not permit the Parliament to change, remove, abolish or abrogate any provision in the Constitution.

There is a provision to amend it. Such amendments must be mentioned at the bottom of the Constitution of India without touching its body. This is how the USA amends its Constitution. Changing the body of the Constitution of India in the pretext of amendment is felony.

Any provision in the Constitution can be amended in the above manner provided it is legal.

Take for instance the Article 370. It can be amended in the above manner. The courts can declare it legal because all states are equal before the law. Another Government, in its own wisdom, can restore the Article. Again, the court can declare the restoration a constitutional one because it had been a constitutional provision.

The Government of India and the Supreme Court of India exceed their authority in this matter and change the body of the Constitution in the pretext of amendments. Exceeding authority is abuse of language. It is class 1 felony.

2.The judges must be selected from 1400 million people in an impersonal way. The reason is that law is impersonal. It is a characteristic of the law just as all are equal before the law.

The Government, judges and the President of India conspiring to appoint the worst butchers of law as judges is felony.

          3. The Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) belong to the people. Alienating them vitiates Article 39. Perverted by private interest, former Prime Minister of India Mr. A.B. Vajpayee plundered 34 big PSUs. His successor Dr. Manmohan Singh thieved a few more. The successor of the successor robs more and more. It is felony.

4.Further, Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi invests public money in the stock market. The beneficiaries spread the money all over the world. It is a felony.

Had the public assets been with the Government, India might have developed like China.

5.Above all, the Prime Minister of India, judges, President of India and the political leaders deny liberty to Indians in collusion with the media mafia.  It is a class 1 felony.

Now, trillions of dollar worth public assets and the liberty of Indians are in the hand of Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi.

He will go on advancing his own private and personal interest at the expense of the public interest until the opposition parties prevent him from doing it. In fact, the opposition parties would look more powerful than him the moment they expose his felonies. Now, they hijack India by conniving at his felonies.

This is letter No. 1288 dated 8-2-2026. It is addressed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).  It is the two hundred and eleventh appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the two hundred and eighty-fourth appeal to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). It is the four hundred and fifth appeal to HEAVEN.

The ICC must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of changing their Constitutions in the pretext of their amendments. To achieve it, it must ensure liberty to the people to see these letters. It must adjudicate this letter in the light of the earlier letters.

A copy each is submitted to the President of India, President of the USA, Vice President of the USA, Chancellor of Germany, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan, former Prime Minister of England Mrs. Liz Truss, former Prime Minister of England Mr. Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of England Mr. Rishi Sunak, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Supreme Court of the UK, Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Justin Trudeau, Leader of the Labour Party UK Sir Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of Israel, Foreign Minister of Poland, Foreign Minister of Russia, Wall Street Journal, some newspapers all over the world, Foreign Minister of Norway, Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Press Trust of India (PTI), Editor’s Guild of India and the Chennai Press Club.
