Talks between Russia, Ukraine and the USA started at Abu-Dhabi in United Arab Emirate (UAE) on 4 February 2026.

 

President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump on 4 February said that Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi had accepted to stop buying Russian oil.

Foreign Ministry of Russia said, “India is free to buy oil from anywhere. There is no reason to believe that our Indian friends have reconsidered their approach. We are convinced that the India’s purchase of Russian hydrocarbons is beneficial to both the countries and contributes to maintaining stability in the international market. We are ready to continue close co-operation in this area with our partners in India”.

 

 Kerala Assembly, on 4 February 2026, passed a resolution against centre’s neglect towards the State in union budget.

If the Chief Minister of Kerala exposes the illegalities of Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi , Kerala would get its due share. However, he has a sinister interest in keeping him in power. Other chief ministers and the leaders of smaller political parties are similarly related.

 

Leader of the opposition in the Indian Parliament Mr. Rahul Gandhi, on 4 February 2026, said, “Prime Minister Mr. Modi won’t come to Parliament because he is scared and does not want to face the truth.”

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narenda Modi changes the Constitution  of India in the pretext of amendments, appoints illegal judges, plunders public assets and denies freedom and liberty  to the people after giving food and water. These are multiple felonies. However, it is the truth.

TVK leader Mr. Vijay cannot easily mention the truth to sweep the election to the state or to become an all India leader. The reason is that the youth would come to the street, and Mr. Vijay has a great responsibility to prevent a short-lived revolution.

If Mr. Rahul Gandhi points out the above felonies, there would be no law and order problem. However, there will be an unsurpassable force in his statement because of the present social and economic structure of India.

Now, the people think that he has a sinister interest in keeping Mr. Narendra Modi as the Prime Minster of India and hence he does not reveal the truth to the people. Thus, he does not pay the rent that he owes to India.

 

This is letter No. 1287 dated 5-2-2026. It is addressed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).  It is the two hundred and tenth appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the two hundred and eighty-third appeal to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). It is the four hundred and fourth appeal to HEAVEN.

The ICC must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of changing their Constitutions in the pretext of their amendments. To achieve it, it must ensure liberty to the people to see these letters. It must adjudicate this letter in the light of the earlier letters.

A copy each is submitted to the President of India, President of the USA, Vice President of the USA, Chancellor of Germany, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan, former Prime Minister of England Mrs. Liz Truss, former Prime Minister of England Mr. Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of England Mr. Rishi Sunak, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Supreme Court of the UK, Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Justin Trudeau, Leader of the Labour Party UK Sir Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of Israel, Foreign Minister of Poland, Foreign Minister of Russia, Wall Street Journal, some newspapers all over the world, Foreign Minister of Norway, Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Press Trust of India (PTI), Editor’s Guild of India and the Chennai Press Club.
