Your Excellency

Israeli strike on Gaza hospital left 21 dead on 25 August 2025.

Prime Minister of Hungary Mr.Viktor Orban, on 26 August 2025, said, “Pipeline attack may be joint attempt by the European Union (EU) and Ukraine to destabilize Hungary.”

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 26 August 2025, said, “India would withstand the economic pressure. No pressure can break India. It continues to strengthen resilience. Today, in this world, there is politics of economic interest. Everyone looks out for themselves. We are witnessing it. India will buy oil from wherever it gets the best deal.”

President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump said, “They (China) have to give us magnets. If they don’t give us magnets, then we have to charge them 200% tariff or something. Two hundred of their planes were unable to fly because we were not giving them…Boeing parts purposely because they were not giving us magnets.”

President of Brazil Mr. Lula da Silva said, “You are not the Emperor of the world. You don’t rule the world.”

A German newspaper, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, said, “Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi did not take four phone calls of President of the USA.”

It must be false news although India has not denied it.

US treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, on 28August 2025, said, “At the end, India and the USA will come together.”

President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump’s trade counselor Mr. Peter Navarro said, “If India stops buying Russian oil, it can get 25% off tomorrow. What is troubling me is that Modi is a great leader, India is a mature democracy, and they yet took us bad faced in the eye and say they don’t have the highest tariff in the world, when, in fact, they do. Then they say we’re not going to stop.

Everybody in America loses because of what India is doing. The consumers and businesses and everything lose because India’s high tariffs cost us jobs, and factories, and income and higher wages. And then the taxpayer’s lose because we got to fund Modi’s war. I mean Modi’s war, because the road to peace runs in part through New Delhi.

What is troubling me is that the Indians are so arrogant about this. They say, “Oh we don’t have higher tariffs. Oh, it is our sovereignty. We can buy oil from anyone we want.

India, you’re the biggest democracy in the world. OK, act like one.

In India, 25% tariffs were put in place because they cheat us on trade. Then, 25%  is because of the Russian oil. They have higher tariffs, Maharaja Tariffs.

India’s purchase of Russian oil is deeply corrosive of global efforts to isolate Putin’s war economy.”

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi used the opportunity bestowed on him by nature to create a new world.

However, India makes the USA rich. In fact, the USA extracted more than $34 billion from India in 2024 as overall trade surplus. Therefore, there is no genuine ground to discriminate against India. The USA made Mr. Modi a hero quite unnecessarily.

The democrats on the United States House Foreign Affairs Committee said, “Instead of imposing sanctions on China or others purchasing larger amounts of Russian oil, Trump is singling out India with tariffs, hurting Americans and sabotaging the US-India relationship in the process.”

India said, “We reiterate that these actions are unfair and unreasonable. India will take all necessary steps to safeguard its national interest.”

New York Times said, “It’s almost like it is not about Ukraine at all.”

US National Economic Council director Kevin Hassett said, “If the Indians don’t budge, I don’t think President Trump will.”

Part of it has been tied to the pressure we’ve been trying to put on Russia in order to secure a peace deal and save millions of lives. And then there’s the Indian intransigence about opening their markets to our products. There are always going to be ebbs and flows.”

India said, “We believe issues will be resolved in negotiations but there will be no going back on our red lines.”

US President Mr. Donald Trump said, “We are going to allow the Chinese students to come in. It is very important, 600,000 students. It is very important. But we are going to get along with China.”

India said, “Not closed to trade talks but deal would not be practical with 50% tariff in place.”

The tariffs have disrupted the livelihood of over 10 million people in India.

US Appeals Court in a ruling, on 29 August 2025, declared that most of Mr. Donald Trump’s tariffs were illegal. The court said that tariffs required approval of the US Congress.

President Mr. Donald Trump said, “If these tariffs ever went away, it would be a total disaster for the country. I expect the tariffs to benefit the country with the help of the Supreme Court.”

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi paid a visit to Japan on 28 August 2025. During a joint briefing with Japanese counterpart Mr. Shegeru Ishiba in Tokyo, he said, “Today, we have laid the foundation of a new and golden chapter in our special strategic and global partnership. We have chartered a roadmap for the next decade. Our mission is investment, innovation, economic security, environment technology, health, and mobility and people-to-people exchanges. We have set a target of10 trillion yen investment from Japan into India over the next 10 years. The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and Japan’s JAXA would collaborate for Chandrayaan -5 mission. Special emphasis will be placed on connecting Small and Medium Enterprises and start-up of India and Japan. The two countries are moving forward with Digital Partnership 2.0, an AI co-operation initiative and cooperation in high technology focusing on semiconductors and rare earth minerals.”

Further, he said, “Strong democracies are natural partners in shaping a better world.”

Indians believe that Prime Minister Mr. Modi rigged the elections using the Electronic Voting Machines (EVM). Even now, he is not ready to grant liberty to Indians and conduct the elections using ballot box. Yet, he proclaims that India is a democracy!

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi paid a visit to China, on 30 August 2025, to attend the Shanghai Co-operation Organization (SCO) Summit at Tianjin in China.

China rolled out red carpet welcome to him. The grandeur of the welcome surpassed the one given to President of Russia Mr.Vladimir Putin. Welcoming him, President of China Mr. Xi Jinping said, “It is vital to be friends and Dragon and elephant to come together. The two countries are partners, and not rivals.”

Prime Minister of India Mr.Narendra Modi said, “India is committed to strong ties with China in the interest of 2.8 billion people. Mutual trust is the basis of India –China relations.”

They resolved to settle the day-to-day disputes in the border at the Commander level. However, they chose not to settle the boundary disputes before normalizing the bilateral relationship.

Thousands of small scale industries in India perished due to the onslaught of China. Future alone would tell what is in store for India.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi and President of Russia Mr. Vladimir Putin shared ride in Russian President’s Aurus Limousine as they left from the SCO Summit. Mr. Putin offered the ride. On reaching the hotel they did not de-board the Limousine but continued their conversation for 50 minutes. They might have discussed the ways to solve the Ukraine war.

President of the USA Mr.Donald Trump’s trade adviser Mr. Peter Navarro said, “It is troublesome. It is troublesome. Look, Modi is a great leader. I don’t understand why he is getting into bed with Putin and Xi Jinping when he’s the biggest democracy in the world. I am not sure what he is thinking. We hope he comes around to seeing that he needs to be with us and Europe and Ukraine and not with Russia on this and he needs to stop buying the oil. New Delhi’s ties with Moscow and Beijing are undermining global stability. He has become a laundromat for the Kremlin. So, I would just simply say to the Indian people, please understand what is going on here. You’ve got Bramins profiteering at the expense of Indian people. Yeah, we will be watching that closely.”

It is true that Prime Minister Mr. Modi is hostile towards his own 1400 million people.

However, India said, “We have seen some inaccurate and misleading statement made by Mr. Navarro and obviously reject them.”

President Mr. Trump said, “They sell us massive amount of goods, their biggest client but we sell them very little – until now a totally one sided relationship and it has been for many decades. The reason is that India has charged us, until now such high tariffs, but our business is unable to sell into India. It has been a totally one sided disaster. They have now offered to cut their tariffs to nothing but it is getting late. They should have done so years ago. Just some simple facts for people to ponder!!!”

Commerce Minister of India Mr.Piyush Goyal, on 30August 2025, said, “If somebody wants to have a good free trade agreement, we will always be ready. But, if somebody discriminates – we will never bow down, nor will we ever be weak. Together we will keep moving forward. In the global trade market, India’s share is low and, hence, there is no need to fear. We are talking to the US for a bilateral Trade Agreement (BTA). Five rounds of talks have been completed. After 50% duty was imposed, the US team deferred its visit to India for the next round of talks, which was scheduled for August 25.”

The Hindustan Times said, “It is no more about trade; peoples ties are at risk too. Trump’s administration is targeting the bedrock of India-US ties- people to people relations.

Anti-immigrant protests erupted in many parts of Australia. They carried out “March for Australia” rallies against Indian migration. Australian leaders acknowledged the role of Indian –Australians in the country’s growth.

India decided to buy 97 Tejas jet engines from the General Electric of the USA for $1 billion.

President Mr. Trump said, “Looks like we have lost India and Russia to deepest and darkest China. May they have a long and prosperous future together.”

External affairs spokesperson of India Mr.Randhir Jaiswal said, “I have no comment to offer on this post at this moment.”

Next day, President Mr. Trump said, “Well I don’t think we have lost them. I’m disappointed that India is buying Russian oil and I’ve let them know with the 50% tariff. But I get along very well with Modi. I always will, I will always be friends with Modi. He is a great prime minister, he is great…I just don’t like what he is doing at this particular moment but India and United States have a special relationship. There is nothing to worry about.”

Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi replied, “Deeply appreciate and fully reciprocate President Trump’s sentiments and positive assessment of our ties. India and the USA have a very positive and forward looking Comprehensive and Global Strategic partnership.”

India reels under the tyranny of Prime Minister of India Mr. Modi.

The USA amended its Constitution 27 times. However, it has not touched the body of its Constitution even once in the last 236 years. It appended all amendments with it. The reason is that its Constitution is an irrevocable one.

In contrast, Prime Minister Mr. Modi changes the Constitution of India secretly in the pretext of its amendments. He made 23 changes without the knowledge of the people! It is felony. It is an unpardonable crime against humanity. A prime minister, even if he has absolute power, should not do it.

Many newspapers claim that their work is a mission. However, from Guardian to Indian Express refuse to expose the felony.

Further, he unlawfully appoints criminals as judges, plunders public money and denies freedom and liberty to Indians. He is going to use his new popularity to plunder more Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

The world has not seen anyone using his power so cruelly and unlawfully as Mr. Modi.

However, President of USA Mr. Donald Trump addresses him as a great leader and describes India as the biggest democracy. It is the greatest disservice to humanity. He does this at a time when the Indian media describes him as a tyrant and Modi as a statesman!

The Supreme Court of India appointed two judges to the Supreme Court of India illegally on 30 August 2025.

Thus, the judges of the Supreme Court of India cheat 1400 million Indians in cold blood. They do this for fringe benefits.

Therefore, the Chief Justice of India must give the reasons for:

Why do the judges appoint judges illegally?

Why do they refuse to restore the Constitution of India?

Why do they plunder the public money and the assets of charitable trusts?

Why do they refuse to restore the public assets like airports?

Why do they deny freedom and liberty to Indians?

The authority of legal judges is a limited one and not absolute.  Therefore, if they are true judges and not cheats, they must give answers to the above.

This is letter No. 1278 dated 7-9-2025. It is addressed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).  It is the two hundredth and first appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC). The ICC must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of subverting the sovereignty of their Constitutions by modifying their body in the pretext of amendments.
