          An unidentified gunman, on 25 December 2025, shot dead a 20-year Indian student near the University of Toronto in Canada.

 

          President of Ukraine Mr. Volodymyr Zelenskyy, on 26 December 2025, said, “If Russia withdraws from the captured areas, Ukraine also will withdraw from the captured areas.”

          Ukraine launched a drone attack on President of Russia Mr. Vladimir Putin’s residence. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Mr. Sergey Lavrow said, “It is barbaric atrocity. Ukraine undermined Trump’s peace efforts. Russia’s negotiating position would be reconsidered in the light of the attack”.

          The war may not go in the expected lines. Anything can happen.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi said, “I am deeply concerned on reported drone attack targeting Putin’s residence.”

Russia said, “Ignoring Ukraine’s attack means complicity.”

President of USA Mr. Donald Trump said, “Angry about attack on Putin’s residence.”

 

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 26 December 2025, said, “I am proud of abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution of India.”

Abrogation of any Article in the Constitution of India is felony. However, he does not distinguish between the law (Constitution of India) enacted by the Constituent Assembly and the Acts passed by the Parliament. He simply changes the body of the Constitution of India in the pretexts of its amendments. It is worse than drug trafficking. It makes him an ill-legitimate Prime Minister of India.

When he assumed charge as the Prime Minister of India, the present writer requested him to connect all cities by bullet trains. This might have created a lot of employment. India might have grown like China. However, even now, he is not ready for it. Instead, he gives food and water to the people and converts a golden period into a dark age. He betrays India for 30 silver coins.

The Prime Minister of India must act legally and do something good for the people. If he wants to misuse his power, irreparable damage has already been done and the people have nothing to talk. He can be proud of committing any crime.

 

          India, on 26 December 2025, flagged its concerns to the USA over significant disruptions leaving many H-1B visa-holders stranded in India. However, External Affair Ministry spokesperson of India Mr. Randhir Jaiswal said, “Visa related issues pertain to the sovereign domain of any country.”

          Mr. Nalin Haley, son of former ambassador to the UN, said, “We need complete ban on H-1B visa programme. The Indian government raised the issue with Washington primarily because of the remittance money.”

 

A former judge of the Supreme Court of India, Justice Abhay S. Oka, on 30 December 2025, said, “Judges have taken oath under the Constitution to decide issues in accordance with the Constitution and the law. When judges have to decide, that is our only guide. The issues are so complex that we have to do a lot of thinking, a lot of research. Sometimes, the formulation of judgments takes time. There are cases where we prepare 15-16 or more drafts before we finalize. The Constitution, the concept of law and the experience as judges and members of the legal fraternity are the only guidance and source for writing judgments. I don’t think there can be any other source.”

The illegal judges appoint illegal judges. They claim that they do it in accordance with the Constitution of India and the law. More than 25 years of research work of the judges goes in vain.

They change the Constitution of India continuously in the pretext of its amendments and, thus, deny a stable, known and settled Constitution to Indians.  They say that they do it in the pretext of the oath taken by them. They continue to think over it!

They abduct Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) one after another without firing a single shot and spread the profits all over the world. They proclaim that they do it based on their experience as judges!

They occasionally decide civil cases not based on titles but based on extraneous reasons. They justify it in the pretext of doing complete justice

They deny liberty to the people to know all these and, further, assert that they do it under the guidance of the legal fraternity.

Their only source for the judgments is the illegal convention.

Thus, they –along with the President of India- fulfill the most servile, the most sordid, and the most ignoble offices; and take the name of wrongdoers. They betray India for 30 silver coins.

They should think that they should not misuse their power. If, however, they want to misuse their power, irreparable damage has already been done. Nobody can do anything.

 

The USA, on 3 January 2026, captured Venezuelan President Mr. Nicolas Maduro and his wife, Mrs. Cilia, from their house in Caracas in Venezuela through a daring military operation lasting 30 minutes and took them to a detention centre in the USA. The USA called it “Operation Absolute Resolve.”

The US commandoes killed a large part of their security team. About 100 security men died.

The USA said that they would face “narco-terrorism” conspiracy charges under the US laws. President of USA Mr. Donald Trump said, “It is the most spectacular military operation since World War 2. We are going to run the country after judicious transition.”

The USA used about 150 fighter-jets and several helicopters. Chinese and Russian air defence in Venezuela failed.

Russia condemned the operation. France was not happy. The European Union (EU) expressed concern at the developments, demanded the USA to reconsider its position and release the legally elected president of sovereign country and his wife. It urged respect for international law although Mr. Maduro lacked legitimacy. Prime Minister of England Mr.Keir Starmer said, “Britain will shed no tears about the demise of Mr. Muduro’s regime.”

Protests erupted in many parts of Latin America. There were some protests in other countries also. Some protestors in the USA supported Venezuela.

Venezuela said, “We condemn this savage military aggression. The strategic goal is seizing our resources.”

President Mr. Trump said, “USA is in charge of Venezuela.”

President of Ukraine Mr. Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, “The USA must pluck Putin also like this.”

China demanded the USA to release Mr. Maduro and his wife. It described the strike as deeply troubling. It mentioned the abduction of Maduro as a clear violation of international law, basic norms in international relations and the purpose and principles of the UN charter.

President of USA Mr. Donald Trump said, “Venezuela has stolen our oil. We built it.”

India said, “Recent developments in Venezuela are a matter of deep concern. We are closely monitoring the evolving situation.”

The USA said, “This is our hemisphere and President Mr. Trump will not allow our security to be threatened.”

The main charges brought against Mr. Maduro were: (1). Narco-terrorism conspiracy (2) Cocaine importation conspiracy and (3) Possession of machine guns and destructive devices.

Mr. Nicolas Muduro, in the court, said, “I am innocent. I am not guilty. I am a decent man. I am the constitutional president of my country.”

US Defence Secretary Mr. Pete Hegseth said, “They are noticing American power. They are noticing American strength. They are noticing American clarity and leadership. While the USA seeks good relation with China and the rest of the world, Washington is also prepared to deal with any potential conflict. Our purpose is not to be reactive, but to be dominant. Russian air defences did not work well during the military raid in Caracas on January 3. The USA achieved air superiority within minutes.”

Venezuela’s opposition leader Ms.Maria Corina Machado said, “We are ready to serve as we have been mandated. People of Venezuela have already chosen. That is something to be proud about.  The whole society wants me to take responsibility for the future.”

Vice President of Venezuela Mrs.Delcy Rodriguez began to act as the President of Venezuela. She demanded the release of Mr. Maduro. However, the USA said, “She will pay a huge price if she does not co-operate with the USA. She must comply with the USA or face action.”

Further, the USA ordered Caracas to expel Iranian and Cuban operatives hostile to Washington.

The UN Security Council held an emergency meeting on 5 January 2025. UN Secretary –General Mr. Antonio Guterres said, “I am deeply concerned that rules of international law have not been respected with regard to the January military action. This could set a precedent for future relation between nations.”

US envoy Mr. Mike Waltz said, “It is a surgical law enforcement operation. If the United Nations in this body confers legitimacy on an illegitimate narco-terrorist with the same treatment in this charter of a democratically elected president or head of state, what kind of organization is this?

Russia’s ambassador to the UN Mr. Vasily Nebenzya said, “The US intervention in Venezuela and the capture of Mr. Maduro is a turn back to the era of lawlessness by America. We cannot allow the United States to proclaim itself as some kind of a supreme judge, which alone bears the right to invade any country, to label culprits to hand down and enforce punishments irrespective of notions of international law, sovereignty and non-intervention.”

Danish Ambassador to the UN Mr.Christina Markus Lassen said, “No states could seek to influence political outcomes in Venezuela through the use of threat of force or through other means inconsistent with international law.” He talked like this because the USA targets Greenland also.

The President of the USA has a dual function. He functions as the President of the USA and the President of the World at the same time.

 

President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump, on 5 January 2026, said, “Prime Minister Mr. Modi knew I was unhappy and it was important to make me happy. They do trade and we can raise tariffs on them very quickly and it would be bad for them.”

 

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), on 6 January 2026, summoned TVK leader Mr.Vijay for questioning on January 12 in connection with “Karur stampede case”. It put the number of questions at 56 and the duration of questioning at 12 hours.

The CBI questioned over 600 witnesses secretly. Therefore, it could have done the questioning of Mr.Vijay and his top leaders also secretly. Alternatively, it could have done everything transparently. The selective leakage shows that the law enforcement agencies must question the learned judges of the Supreme Court of India to unravel the truth in the case. The law does not take its own course even in stampede cases!

 

The USA, on 7 January 2026, seized two oil tankers of Venezuela including a Russian flagged vessel.

 

According to a report on 7 January 2026, eleven Hindus have been killed in Bangladesh by mob attacks.

 

The USA, on 8 January 2026, proposed 500% tariff on major buyers of crude from Moscow.

The spokesperson of India Mr. Randhir Jaiswal said, “We are aware of the proposed bill. We are carefully monitoring all related issues and developments connected with it. At the same time, I would like to say that as for as energy sources are concerned, you are well aware of our approach.”

If the threatened tariff comes into effect, India would lose $1 billion to the USA every day due to the depreciation of US dollar against gold. At the same time, the value of Indian currency against dollar would fall. It is worse than impounding the foreign exchange of India.

The benefit of cheap Russian oil does not percolate to Indians. It goes into the pocket of a few companies. India must confiscate the assets of these companies.

 

In an emergency session, on 8 January 2026, the US Senate voted 67-33 to bar further US hostilities against Venezuela. Five Republicans voted with the democrats.

          Senator Rand Paul, the Kentucky Republican said, “But make no mistake. Bombing another nation’s capital and removing their leader is an act of war, plain and simple. No provision in the Constitution provides such power to the presidency.”

Apparently, President Mr. Trump does not enjoy the support of his own lawmakers and the public to execute President Mr. Maduro and his wife.

 

Huge protests against the Government rock Iran. About 500 protests have been killed in firing. President of USA Mr. Donald Trump, on 11 January 2026, said, “US military considering very strong actions.”

 

There are reports that Chief Justice of India Surya Kant,  appointed two judges arbitrarily in collaboration with the President of India and the Government of India.

It is worse than drug trafficking. This makes him an illegitimate chief justice. Thus, he has started to do the most servile, the most sordid, and the most ignoble offices. He takes the name of a wrongdoer. He betrays India for 30 silver coins.

If the Chief Justice of India wishes to misuse his power, irreparable damage has already been done and, hence, there is no use in talking about anything.

This is letter No. 1284 dated 12-1-2026. It is addressed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).  It is the two hundredth and seventh appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the two hundredth and eighth appeal to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). It is the four hundred and first  appeal to HEAVEN.

The ICC must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of changing their Constitutions in the pretext of their amendments. To achieve it, it must ensure liberty to the people to see these letters. It must adjudicate this letter in the light of the earlier letters.

A copy each is submitted to the President of India, President of the USA, Vice President of the USA, Chancellor of Germany, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan, former Prime Minister of England Mrs. Liz Truss, former Prime Minister of England Mr. Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of England Mr. Rishi Sunak, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Supreme Court of the UK, Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Justin Trudeau, Leader of the Labour Party UK Sir Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of Israel, Foreign Minister of Poland, Foreign Minister of Russia, Wall Street Journal, some newspapers all over the world, Foreign Minister of Norway, Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Press Trust of India (PTI), Editor’s Guild of India and the Chennai Press Club.
