Israel, on 6 April 2026, hit South Par Natural gas field again. This gas field produced around half of Iran’s petrochemicals.

US-Israeli strike killed Iran’s Guards Intelligence Chief Major General Majid Khadeni.

President of Russia Mr. Vladimir Putin could have eliminated hundreds of leaders and commanders in Ukraine. However, he chose not to do so. This is the difference between cannibals and human beings.

Defense Minister of Israel Mr. Israel Katz said, “We will continue to hunt them down one by one.”

The ministers in the Israeli Cabinet behave similarly to Prime Minister of Israel Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu. They are also cannibals. They kill others to save their own life!

President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump said, “The entire country (Iran) can be taken out in one night, and that night might be tomorrow night.” In the Truth Social, he said, “A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again. I don’t want that to happen, but it probably will. However, now that we have Complete and Total Regime Change, where different, smarter less radicalized minds prevail, may be something revolutionarily wonderful can happen. WHO KNOWS? We will find out tonight one of the most important moments in the long and complex history of the world. Forty-seven years of extortion, corruption and death will finally end. God Bless The Great People of Iran.”

Immediately, Iran made human chains to save power grids and bridges.

Pope Leo XIV said, “It is truly unacceptable. I would invite citizens of all the countries involved to contact the authorities, political leaders, Congressman, to ask them to work for peace and to reject war always.”

Prime Minister of Israel Mr. Netanyahu said, “We are crushing Iran in the War. Gulf will plunge into darkness.”

 He induces Mr. Trump to use nuclear devices or equivalent force so that any bad name would go to him. He instills others to think that destruction of Iran and Palestine is essential for Israel to exist happily forever.

US struck military targets at Kharg. President Mr. Trump said, “Bombing of Iran is good for nation’s future.”

Mr. Netanyahu said, “We attacked tracks and bridges used by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

US-Israeli strike destroyed a Synagogue in Iran.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra pulled down a stone church erected by the present citizen’s father in a public place in1960. He did it to satisfy his ego. Nobody can reconstruct it. It is lost forever.

Israel robs human race of its historical and cultural touchstones in the pretext of removing enriched uranium. It destroys even its own cultural touchstones in Iran. Nobody can reconstruct them. They are lost forever.

Iran, on 7 April 2026, halted Harmuz traffic over Israeli strikes in Lebanon.

Russia and China vetoed draft resolution in the UN that condemned Iran.

Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Shehbaz Sharif urged Mr. Trump to extend his cease-fire by two weeks to allow diplomacy to advance and asked Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz by two weeks as a goodwill gesture. Both agreed.

For the first time, Pakistan proved its existence. A ruler must make an impact in situations such as the present one. Mr.Sharif was alert enough to do his duty. His services to humanity may not go un-noticed.  Mr. Trump was to use nuclear devices or something equivalent to them. That possibility no longer exists. To escape from the present predicament, he would become as pragmatic as in the Gaza issue. He might strive to be legal in his actions.

The last letter shows that the present citizen of India also contributed his share to prevent a calamity. Whether his letters reach the hand of the world leaders or not is a different matter.

According to some reports Mr. Trump frantically contacted the President of China to persuade Iran for a ceasefire. China helped get Iran to the negotiating table. China does not aggravate the problem.

According to some other reports, President Mr. Trump turned to Pakistan to bail himself out of the self-made Iran war.

Whatever happened, Iran and the USA, on 8 April 2026, agreed to a two-week ceasefire, with talks to bridge the gulf between them. This happened just 90 minutes before Mr. Donald Trump’s deadline to obliterate Iran was set to expire. Iran agreed to temporarily reopen the Strait of Hormuz.

Mr. Trump said, “Ceasefire double sided. Iran’s 10-point proposal workable basis for negotiations. Truce marks complete victory for the USA.” White House claimed victory.

Mr. Netanyahu said, “Support President Trump’s decision. Iran can no longer possess nukes, missiles.”

Israel also cannot possess the same.

Just before the cease-fire declaration, Israel launched the largest strikes against Hezbollah in Lebanon. It bombed more than 100 targets in Lebanon.

Mr. Netanyahu said, “No cease-fire in Lebanon.”

Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Sharif said, “Cease-fire covers Lebanon.

President Mr. Trump, on 9 April 2026, said, “Don’t want whole civilization to die. US military to stay deployed near Iran until real agreement is reached.”

US War Secretary Mr. Pete Hegseth said, “The USA used less than 10% of military combat power to defeat Iran in war. Iran no longer has any comprehensive air defense system.”

Iran said, “Enemy suffered crushing defeat in its criminal war.”

Prime Minister of Spain said, “We will not applaud those who set fire to the world.”

Pope Leo XIV hailed cease-fire between USA and Iran. He said, “Join me in this moment of delicate diplomacy with prayer.”

Iran gave a 10-point proposal. Mr. Trump described this as a workable basis for negotiation. The 10-point proposal included:

1.Lifting all primary and secondary sanctions on Iran.

2.Continued Iranian control over the Strait of Hormuz.

3.US military withdrawal from the Middle-East.

4. An end to attack on Iran and its allies.

5.Release of about $100 billion frozen Iranian assets – assets in Qatar included.

6. Acceptance of enrichment for its nuclear programme. (However, this point was absent in the English version.)

7. A UN Security Council resolution making any deal binding.

Iran, on 10 April 2026, said, “As long as United States does not fulfill its commitment to the ceasefire in Lebanon and the Zionist regime continues to attack, the negotiations are on hold. They must know that their crimes will not go unpunished. History will hold the US responsible.”

The USA retorted, “Strikes on Lebanon are not part of cease-fire plan.”

Seventy nations, on 10 April 2026, condemned Israel for its unacceptable aggressive behavior, and expressed their deep concern for the attacks against peacekeeping personnels in Lebanon.

Mr. Trump said, “We will extend an open hand to Iran, if they act in good faith. If a deal does not happen, I’m blaming J.D. Vance. If it does happen, I am taking full credit. I wish him luck. He’s got a big thing.”

The US-Iran direct talks at Islamabad in Pakistan, on 11 April 2026, failed. Iran did not give the required commitment to abandon the pursuit of nuclear weapons.

It is only a surmountable problem. If Israel gives the required commitment to abandon the pursuit of nuclear weapons, Iran also would oblige. The media does not exert enough pressure upon Israel. It is the root cause of this problem. The Greek believed that “No greater calamity could come upon a people than the privation of free speech.”

Before leaving Washington for talks, Mr. Vance said, “If the Iranians are willing to negotiate in good faith, we are certainly willing to extend an open hand. Iran should not play us.”

The leader of the opposition in Israel, Mr. Yair Lapid, said, “There has never been such political disaster in all our history. Israel was not even at the table when decisions were made concerning the core of our national security. Damage caused by arrogance, negligence and lack of strategic planning would take years to fix.”

President of Iran said, “Iranian Government stands firmly with its people. Peaceful nuclear technology is our right.  Our service to Iranian people would not pause”

The media said that Iran, in desperation, might target undersea internet fibre cables across key regions including Red Sea. It added that the ceasefire is a cover for military preparation. 

Israel, on 12 April 2026, wanted direct talk with Lebanon.”

It is dangerous. Israel kills anyone talking to it. The USA should not allow Israel to kill the Iranian leaders that talked to it at Islamabad.

Vice President of USA Mr. J.D. Vance said, “Constantly talked to Mr. Trump. Iran chose not to accept our terms. Returning to US without an agreement. Iran reached an understanding on few issues. No agreement, bad news for Iran.”

Iran said, “No one expected deal in one round. Ball now in Washington’s court.

Mr. Natanyahu said, “Iran is blackmailing the world. It refuses to abandon nuclear programme. Campaign against Iran not over. Iran threatened to annihilate us. It is now fighting to survive”

He is blackmailing the world. He refuses to abandon his own nuclear programme. He does not want Iran to survive.

President of Turkey Mr. Erdogan said, “Netanyahu is blinded by blood-hate. He is the Hitler of our time”

Prime Minister of England Mr. Keir Starmer, on 13 April 2026, said, “UK will not support US blockade of Strait of Hormuz.”

Further, he said, “Israeli Strikes are wrong. Bombing must stop now.”

His stand does not give to Mr. Trump the critical energy badly needed to use nuclear force or anything equivalent to it against Iran.

President Mr. Trump said, “US will block ships in Hormuz.’

Iran moaned, “We will trap enemies in deadly Hormuz whirlpools.”

President Mr. Trump said, “Any Iranian who fires at us will be blown to Hell.”

China-bound tanker turned back at Hormuz amid blockade on 13 April 2026. China said, “Don’t touch Hormuz. Do not interfere in our affairs.”

President Mr. Trump said, “Big problem to China if it ships weapons to Israel.”

Sanctioned Chinese tanker, on 14 April 2026, sailed through Strait of Hormuz despite US Blockade.

France said that it would co-chair Summit with the UK in the Hormuz issue.

Pope Leo XIV said, “Many innocent people are getting killed. There must be better way to deal with it.”

President Mr.Trump said, “God guides Iran war.”

Pope Leo said, “Gospel teaches peace not war. Blessed are the peace makers.”

President Mr. Trump said, “I am not a fan of Pope Leo. I don’ want a Pope who thinks it is OK for Iran to have nuclear weapon.’

Pope Leo said, “Break the demonic cycle of evil.”

President of China Mr. Xi Jinping said, “Respect the sovereignty of all countries.

Kremlin’s spokesman Mr. Dmitry Peskov said, “Russia is ready to take in Iran’s enriched uranium as part of a future peace-deal with the United States.”

Russia acts in good faith. Similarly, the USA must deny nuclear weapons to Israel. It must take in Israel’s enriched uranium for an equitable peace deal. Further, the NATO countries must respect the Constitution of USSR and refrain from arming Ukraine.

Italy, on 15 April 2026, suspended its defense pacts with Israel. It does not want to be a friend of a country like Israel. There is a saying: “Tell me your friend. I will say who you are.”

President Mr. Trump said, “War is close to being over. Iran wants a deal. New round of talks is likely within two days” The US Central Command said, “The American forces have completely halted economic trade going into and out of Iran by sea.”

However, Iran’s military command said, “A US failure to lift the blockade would constitute a prelude to violating the two-week cease-fire. Unless US forces relent, Iran’s armed forces will not allow any exports or imports continue in Persian Gulf, the Sea of Oman and the Red Sea.”

Pakistani officials, on 16 April 2026, went to Iran to discuss second round of Indo-Iran talks.

Iran said, “If US impedes Iran’s ships, we will stop all exports. We won’t be forced into any deal on US terms.”

Mr. Trump said, “I am opening the Strait of Hormuz for China and world.”

The IRGC said, “Blockade of Strait is violation of ceasefire terms.”

Israel, on 17 April 2026, said, “We want complete disarmament of Hezbollah.”

Disarmament of Israel is equally important.

Iran and Lebanon reached 10-day ceasefire agreement. Within minutes, Lebanon accused Israel of cease-fire violations.

The USA said, “Blocking the Strait of Hormuz is not the primary objective.”

Pope Leo XIV said, “The world is being ravaged by a handful of tyrants.”

President Mr. Trump said, “Will someone please tell Pope Leo that Iran has killed at least 42,000 innocent, completely unarmed protesters in the last two months, that for Iran to have nuclear bomb is absolutely unacceptable. Thank you for your attention to this matter. AMERICA IS BACK!!! President Donald J. Trump””

President Mr. Trump invited Israeli Prime Minister and Lebanese President to the White House for talks. He might urge Mr. Netanyahu to hand over his enriched uranium to the IAEA or USA.

Mr. Netanyahu kills people with impunity because the world countries fail to stop him. Now, President Mr. Trump stops him.

 

Immediately after the last letter the Election Commission of India (ECI) granted permission to TVK leader Mr. Vijay to conduct road shows. He conducted some road shows. However, he says that the officials place several impediments before him.

Everything shows that someone in India is taking some actions over these letters. It could be President of India or Chief Justice of India.

 

The Supreme Court of India, on 6 April 2026, stayed the sale of debt ridden Jaiprakash Associates (JAL) to Adani Enterprises.

Vedanta contended that its bid of Re.16,726 was much higher than Adani Group’s offer of Re.14, 500.

The court directed the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) to hear Vedanta’s appeal.

The companies like Vedanta, Adani leased out India to a man like Mr. Narendra Modi, remove all natural resources, give food and water to people and spread the money all over the world. To conserve this condition, they appoint illegal judges. They now fight among themselves.

 

The Supreme Court of India, on 6 April 2026, ordered CBI inquiry into allegations that Arunachal Pradesh PWD contracts were awarded to firms linked to the Chief Minister.

The Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh belongs to the ruling BJP at the centre. Therefore, it is like asking the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, to fire at himself.

Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi changes the Constitution of India in the pretext of its amendment. He does this with the support of illegal judges and laughs at all people. It is felony. The CBI cannot act against him because it works under his order and direction. He cannot fire at himself.

Recently, Madras High Court directed the police to register an F.I.R. against the ministers for appointing about 2300 engineers after accepting Re. 35 lakh each. The Government did not act because it is like firing at itself.

The judges also cannot allow such prosecutions because it is like firing at themselves. They can punish only the weak like Mr. Lalu Prasad Yadav, Miss. Jayalalithaa.

Therefore, all key decisions of the Supreme Court of India in the last 25 years are based on corruption, bad faith and incompetence to protect the Constitution of India. Otherwise, India might have developed like China.

If the judges want, they can respond to these perennial attacks with courage, fortitude and grace and escape from this predicament. This will happen only if true and genuine breed of philosophers occupy the office of judges.

 

This is letter No. 1292 dated 18-4-2026. It is addressed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).  It is the two hundred and fifteenth appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the two hundred and eighty-eighth appeal to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). It is the four hundred and nineth appeal to HEAVEN.

The ICC must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of changing their Constitutions in the pretext of their amendments. To achieve it, it must ensure liberty to the people to see these letters. It must adjudicate this letter in the light of the earlier letters.
