          Mr. C.J. Roy, Bangaluru realty tycoon, shot himself dead on 31 February 2026, while income tax raids were going on in his firms. He had a real estate empire worth 8400 crore.

          The citizen of India has been requesting the Government to substitute raids by supervision. The government does not listen. It must-at least now – substitute raids by effective supervision.

 

 Finance Minister of India Mrs. Nirmala Sitharaman presented the Union Budget for 2026-2027 in the Indian Parliament on Sunday the 1st February 2026.

The budget –as usual- did not give the details of total income from various sources and the total expenditure. It was-apparently, prepared not by the bureaucrats but by the lateral entrants to the bureaucracy.

The highlight of the budget was seven high-speed rail corridors –Mumbai- Pune,  Pune-Hyderabad, Hyderabad –Bangalore, Hyderabad –Chennai, Chennai-Bangalore, Delhi-Varanasi and Varanasi- Siliguri. Accordingly, the detailed project report (DPR) would be prepared soon.

People in the USA waste their precious time and energy on driving long distances. The reason is that many cannot afford air travel. The old people seldom travel in the USA. This should not happen in India. India should connect all cities by high –speed trains one day or other. Therefore, India should have prepared the DPR for a high-speed train network long ago.

 

President of USA Mr. Donald Trump, on 2 February 2026, called Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi and informed him his decision to reduce tariff against India from 50% to 18%. This might contribute to the strengthening of the US dollar against gold.

         

          There are reports that the present Chief Justice of India, Surya Kant, is taking steps to appoint illegal judges.

          If the opposition parties rake up this matter, all judges of the Supreme Court of India would go to jail for appointing illegal judges..

 

According to a report, on 2 February 2026, sex offender Jeffery Epstein was involved in preparing the ground for Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi’s visit to the USA in June 2017.

          The report said that the person he met had complained that “no one in [Washington] speaks to him”, referring to Mr. Modi.

The report –among many other names- named Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, French President Francois Hollande and Indian businessman Mr. Anil Ambani.

Congress general secretary Mr. K.C. Venugopal said, “The reports of the new batch of Epstein files are a huge wake-up call about the kind of monsters who have access to PM Modi.”

          The Congress Party moved adjournment motion over alleged mentions of PM Modi in Eptein files.

          The leaders of the opposition parties are the best judges to judge the functioning of the Government. They alone can bring the Government under the control of the Constitution of India. However, they talk about trivial matters after concealing felonies.

          Now, the Government of India changes the Constitution of India in the pretext of its amendment, appoints illegal judges, plunders public assets and denies freedom and liberty to Indians. If the main opposition party – Congress Party- had moved adjournment motion against the Government for any of these felonies, a peaceful transition to constitutionalism might have occurred either during elections or afterwards and the leader of the opposition might have seized power. This does not happen because the opposition parties hold the Constitution of India, judiciary, public assets and liberty as ransom.

 

This is letter No. 1286 dated 4-2-2026. It is addressed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).  It is the two hundred and ninth appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the two hundred and eighty-second appeal to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). It is the four hundred and third appeal to HEAVEN.

The ICC must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of changing their Constitutions in the pretext of their amendments. To achieve it, it must ensure liberty to the people to see these letters. It must adjudicate this letter in the light of the earlier letters.

A copy each is submitted to the President of India, President of the USA, Vice President of the USA, Chancellor of Germany, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan, former Prime Minister of England Mrs. Liz Truss, former Prime Minister of England Mr. Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of England Mr. Rishi Sunak, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Supreme Court of the UK, Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Justin Trudeau, Leader of the Labour Party UK Sir Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of Israel, Foreign Minister of Poland, Foreign Minister of Russia, Wall Street Journal, some newspapers all over the world, Foreign Minister of Norway, Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Press Trust of India (PTI), Editor’s Guild of India and the Chennai Press Club.
