            The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), on 23 October 2025, filed an FIR for the Karur stampede. However, the Supreme Court of India has not revealed the nature of the charge-sheet.

The learned judges of Supreme Court of India have not revealed the salient points of these letters because they club politics with law. They cannot be expected to enforce rule of law in India because their appointments are also illegal. Now, they club politics with law in the Karur stampede issue also. Justice delayed is justice denied.

 

            The East Asia Summit (EAS) was held at Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia on 26 October 2025 in conjunction with ASEAN Summit. President of USA Mr. Donald Trump and heads of 20 countries attended the Summit.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi attended the Summit virtually. Apparently, he avoided a meeting with Mr. Donald Trump.  The US denial of visa to Indian students for job and education might have been the main reason.

President of USA Mr. Donald Trump and President of China Mr. Xi Jinping discussed the rare-earth problem and settled it. Mr. Trump agreed to cut the tariff against China.

Next day, President Mr. Trump paid a visit to South Korea. Protestors shouted slogans against him for handcuffing South Korean workers.

 

            King Charles visited a Hindu temple in England with his wife.

            Indian kings donated land to Christian missionaries to erect churches. There are churches believed to be built by St.Thomas in India. King Charles is taking a leaf out of their book.

            However, Prime Minister of India Mr.Narendra Modi pulled down a stone church erected by the present writer’s father.

 

            Mr. Mehli Mistry, on 31 October 2025, filed a caveat against his removal from the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust before the Maharastra Charity Commissioner. Then, he stepped down from the same Trust.

            Charitable Trusts are public trusts. The Supreme Court of India or the Government of India alone can appoint the trustees. However, the trustees appoint trustees as if it is a private trust. The learned judges of the Supreme Court of India remain as silent spectators because they appoint judges illegally. If the judges can appoint judges illegally, the trustees also can appoint trustees illegally!

           

            The US Senate, on 29 October 2025, passed a Bill to terminate the US tariff against Brazil.  

 

            The media reported that India bound tanker carrying Russian crude oil, on 29 October 2025, reversed course amid sanction pressure.          

India said, “We are studying the implication of recent US sanctions on Russian oil companies.”

 

The USA, on 30 October 2025, granted six months exemption from sanctions on Chabahar port in Iran. The port serves as a key trade and connectivity route to Afghanistan and central Asia, bypassing Pakistan.

India illegally hands over the ports and airports in India to private parties. At the same time, it builds a port in Iran! The moment the judges of Supreme Court of India agree, it will go into the hands of private parties.

           

            The USA, on 30 October 2025, decided to resume nuclear weapon tests on President Trump’s orders.

            President of Russia Mr. Vladimir Putin responded, “US decision to test nuclear tests is a serious issue. We adhere to test ban, but only if others do too. If other states conduct nuclear tests, we will take our own action. The USA is building up strategic nuclear weapons.”

            China urged the USA to respect moratorium on nuclear tests.

            Apparently, the world is stumbling closer to a nuclear conflagration.

 

            The USA, on 30 October 2025, decided to discontinue automatic renewal of works permits from October 30, 2025. 

            President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump alone can reverse it.

 

            Mr. JD. Vance, Vice President of the USA, said, “My Hindu wife would convert to catholic faith some day.”

            If he knows anything regarding his faith in religious matters, he can share his valuable knowledge with all people all over the world - his wife included. However, he should not disclose anything regarding his belief on religious matters to anyone –his wife included. There will be temptations. However, “The love is not to love but to be loved.”

            Next day, he said, “Two many immigrants here. The legal immigration should be far less than what is accepted. I am talking about the people coming into the USA in violation of laws. My job is not look about the people of the whole world but look about the interests of the people of the USA. The USA pursues the interest of Americans first. ”

            The blood must mix for the survival of humanity. The USA must bring even the Native Americans to the mainstream for their survival. This is the crucial benefit of migration. Mr. JD. Vance is lucky because he got a different breed. He must contribute his share to make others also enjoy the same benefit.

            There is acute labour shortage in the USA. Americans needs millions of people to lead a comfortable life.

 

            US Congress approved the Historic Immigration Bill, on 3 November 2025.

            Though it is beneficial to many, it authorizes the police officers to handcuff and deport any legal migrant even for minor violations of law like forgetting to pay the bill, traffic violations. The logical extension of this is purging even legal immigrants like Indians. President of USA Mr. Donald Trump alone can reverse it.

            The US Congress is the Parliament of the world. It should not take away the civil rights of any people. It must do justice to all.

 

The USA decided to deny visa to visitors with diabetics, obese, cardiovascular diseases, cancers and mental health conditions.

Americans have started to go to other countries in large numbers for medical treatment –specifically for such ailments. The reason is that they are unable to pay the medical insurance premium. The USA ignores this while taking such decisions!

 

US Secretary of State Mr. Marco Rubio said that the USA revoked 80,000 non immigrant visas for assault, theft and driving under the influence of liquor. In 2024, there were 40, 000 denials. India was the worst hit country.

The revocation did not lead to the employment of 80,000 US citizens.

According to another report, the USA deported 2000 immigrants, and 54 Indians were among them. It is not clear whether the USA handcuffed them or not.

 

A Silicon Valley investor said that US President Mr. Donald Trump’s imposition of a $100,000 fee on fresh H-1B visa application would backfire.

However, a Congresswoman introduced a bill to eliminate the H-IB visa programme. Her bill also takes away the pathway to citizenship, forcing visa holders to return home when their visa expires.

The USA keeps the foreign exchange of all countries. It has certain obligations to other countries. At the same, it should not undermine the interests of Americans in job and education. Therefore, it must reserve 50% of seats in job and education to foreigners.

 

A car bomb blast, on 10 November 2025, killed 13 people and injured several others at a busy intersection near Gate No. 1 of Red Fort in Delhi in India. Police arrested three doctors- Akeel Ahmad Rather, Muzammil Shakeel and Umar Muhamad. Primary suspect, Dr.Umar Nabi, was killed in the blast. Police are investigating. Later, nine people died when the confiscated explosives accidently detonated at a police station in Jammu & Kashmir

It is disturbing to note that highly educated people like doctors turn to terrorism in India. Doctors are expected to save lives. They have become modern day murderers!

The people expect the learned judges of the Supreme Court of India and the Prime Minister of India to appoint judges legally. However, they appoint them illegally. Similarly, the people expect them to protect the Constitution of India, public assets and liberty.  However, they change the Constitution of India in the pretext of its amendments, plunder public assets and deny liberty with impunity. Doctors, judges and political leaders should not act like this.

 

The Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) dismissed about 30,000 employees with impunity.

The private companies with huge profits should not remove any employees like removing the grass from their campuses so long as they are selected legally. If an employee enters the campus by cheating, he can be removed during the probation. Here, all employees were selected as per the company’s recruitment norms. Further, the company is a charitable trust. Due to the combination of these reasons, the learned judges of the Supreme Court of India should have issued orders for their reinstatement. However, they remain like stony pillars. It is like the judges bombing rule of law in India.

 

The Tata Trust, on 11 November 2025, appointed Mr. Noel Tata’s son besides a Tata Group veteran as trustees of the Tata Trust.

It is illegal. Charitable Trusts are public trusts. There cannot be any vested interests. However, the illegal judges of the Supreme Court of India allow it. It is the reason why India needs legal judges to the Supreme Court of India and High Courts.

 

According to a report, on 12 November 2025, the Government of Maharashtra capped perpetual trustees in a charitable trust to one fourth of the board strength and mandated fixed terms where trust deeds are silent.

It is illegal. There shall be no perpetual trustees in a charitable trust.

The Tata Trust has assets all over the world. It enjoys tax benefits allowed to charitable trusts. It amasses wealth partly by plunder and partly by denying liberty. The Supreme Court of India must clarify whether the Government of Maharashtra has jurisdiction over all its assets in India and abroad or not. However, the illegal judges of the Supreme Court of India might not do their duty. It is also like the judges bombing the Supreme Court of India.

 

President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump described Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi as his best friend.

To get out of the state of nature, men make a contract to enter into civil society. It is a contract of all with all. “It is not a contract made with the government which is to be set up. And it is the only contract which is necessary. It is a contract to which all must consent. It is a contract which, once made, is irrevocable”

Therefore, the USA claims that its Constitution is an immortal one. It has not touched the body of its Constitution in the pretext of its amendment. Similarly, the Constitution of India is an irrevocable one.

However, Prime Minister Mr. Modi changes it in the pretext of its amendment. It is felony. Therefore, President Mr. Trump should hate Mr. Modi and grant liberty to Indians.

 

 

The ruling BJP and its allies won the election to Bihar Assembly with a thumbing majority.

The usurpers of public assets have fielded thousands of journalists and reporters. They constantly appear in TV Channels to brainwash the people. They give a communal twist to every political issue. Above all, they use Electronic Voting Machine (EVM). Prime Minister Mr. Modi simply enjoys this.  The people are not aware of his rank betrayals like changing the Constitution of India in the pretext of its amendments. Conducting elections after denying liberty to the people to see even one out of 1281 letters of the present citizen of India is a very bad thing for any ruler.

 

According to a report, on 15 November 2025, the Government of Andra Pradesh gave licence to explore and mine a tungsten block to the Vedanta Group.

It is illegal.

Article 39 of the Constitution of India directs the Government of India to use the natural assets for public welfare. It is the essence of the Constitution of India. However, the Government of India and the state governments hand over all natural assets to private parties. The condition is that any political party that hands over the natural assets to private parties can rule India or remain as the dominant opposition party. The people cannot hear about any political parties or individuals that oppose this condition.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi could have acted selflessly and restored all natural assets. However, he alienates them! He even considers this as a virtue. Thus, he bombs 1400 million people like a suicide bomber.

The learned judges of the Supreme Court of India could have restored all natural assets through a single order. However, they want the people to eat what falls under the table of the usurpers of public assets. In fact, they are proud of perpetrating this condition. This is worse than the doctors bombing Indians.

 

According to some reports, President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump said, “US has to bring in talent from around the world as it does not have certain talents. I agree but you also have to bring in talent.”

If it is true, all the talks against Indian students and H-1B visa seekers are the handiwork of the backroom players. They talk mainly to weaken US dollar. President Mr. Trump alone can reverse this condition. An Indian American, in fact, claimed credit for changing the policy of President Mr. Trump.

 

            There are reports that Canada is to cancel non-genuine visa of people from India and Bangladesh under Bill-12 citing country specific challenges.

            According to the reports, Canada rejected 74% of Indian student visas amid tough fraud crackdown in August 2025.   

            Indians study English. So, the USA, Canada, England and Australia are the top destination of Indians for job and education.  It is in the gene of every Indian student to go to these countries. However, these countries have started to purge Indians!

Canada has no obligation to lift Indians. However, it had been encouraging Indians to study and even to stay in Canada. It needs immigrants.

Apparently, India did not co-operate with Canada in the Hardeep Singh Nijjar murder case.

However, Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi changes the Constitution of India in the pretext of its amendment and plunders public assets with impunity. He wins elections using Electronic Voting Machine (EVMs) and not ballot box. He clings to power by denying liberty. He hates Indians. Therefore, the students are innocent and Canada should not deny visa to Indian students just because Mr. Modi is the Prime Minister of India. It must show mercy.

Prime Minister of India Mr.Narendra Modi must tell the reason why Canada suddenly hates Indian students and treats them like hostages. If he is responsible for it, he must tender his resignation.

 

There are reports that the US dollar is falling rapidly against gold.

The value of US dollar decreases when the dollar in the hand of the Government of USA increases. India had lost about $300 billion in five years. The salary of all Indian Americans in five years is a fraction of this amount. The tariffs made it worse.  Consequently, dollar falls rapidly.

Prime Minister of India Mr.Narendra Modi could have connected all cities with bullet trains and made huge public investments. India might have grown just like China and curbed the tendency of Indians to seek employment abroad. However, he concentrates his attention to plunder public assets and deny liberty with the help of the illegal judges. He simply proves that all but the Prime Minister of India should be under the restraints of law.

Thus, he simply acts contrary to the trust the people repose in him.

This is letter No. 1281 dated 19-11-2025. It is addressed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).  It is the two hundredth and fourth appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the two hundredth and seventy seventh  appeal to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). It is the three-hundred and ninety eighth  appeal to HEAVEN.

The ICC must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of changing their Constitutions in the pretext of their amendments. To achieve it, it must ensure liberty to the people to see these letters. It must adjudicate this letter in the light of the earlier letters.

A copy each is submitted to the President of India, President of the USA, Vice President of the USA, Chancellor of Germany, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan, former Prime Minister of England Mrs. Liz Truss, former Prime Minister of England Mr. Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of England Mr. Rishi Sunak, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Supreme Court of the UK, Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Justin Trudeau, Leader of the Labour Party UK Sir Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of Israel, Foreign Minister of Poland, Foreign Minister of Russia, Wall Street Journal, some newspapers all over the world, Foreign Minister of Norway, Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Press Trust of India (PTI), Editor’s Guild of India and the Chennai Press Club.
