Your Excellency

President of Ukraine Mr. Volodymyr Zelenskyy, on 8 September 2026, said, “I think that the idea to put tariffs on the country (India) continuing to make deals with Russia is the right idea.”

Russia said, “Ukraine is trying to drag NATO states into war.”

An independent UN Commission of Enquiry said, “Israel is committing genocide in Gaza knowingly.”

Russia said, “Ready to extend the START Treaty beyond 2026”

White House trade adviser Mr. Peter Navarro said, “When the BRICS countries sell the US their exports they are like vampires sucking our blood dry with their unfair trade practices. All countries part of the BRICS union hate each other and kill each other. India and China have been at war for decades. And then they go into this mode of profiteering with Russian refiners coming on to Indian soil and profiteering; and the American tax payers end up having to send more money for the conflict.”

Poland, on 10 September 2025, shot down 19 suspected Russian drones that entered its airspace. However, Prime Minister of Poland Mr. Donald Tusk denied Russian involvement.

President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump, on 10 September 2025, said, “I am pleased to announce that India and the United States are continuing their negotiations to address the trade barriers between our two nations. I look forward to speaking with my good friend, Prime Minister Mr. Modi in the upcoming weeks. I feel certain that there will be no difficulty in coming to a successful deal for both our great countries.”

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi replied, “India and the USA are close friends & natural partners. I am confident our trade negotiations will pave the way for unlocking the limitless potential of the partnership. We will work together to secure a bright future.”

Israel, on 10 September 2025, carried out precision bombing at Doha in Qatar targeting Hamas leaders. It said, “Criminals have no immunity.” The USA said that Qatar had been notified well before the attack. The Hamas leaders had gone there for peace talks.

Emir of Qatar said, “Attack in Doha is a clear violation of International law. It is an act of state terrorism. It is a reckless criminal attack.”

Russia said, “Israel seeks to destroy Hamas negotiators.”

Saudi Arabia, India, Britain, Germany, France and many other countries condemned the attack.

A software engineer working for a Fortune 500 company, on 12 September 2025, said that he would return to India due to constant visa related stress. He said, “Living under fear is not worth it.”

India, on 12 September 2025, asked Indian citizens not to accept offers to join Russian army. It requested Russia to release Indian citizens, if any, in the Russian army. It is a good decision.

A South Korean charter plane, on 12 September 2025, arrived at Atlanta in the USA to take home 316 Korean workers detained in an immigration raid at a battery factory under construction in Hyundai auto plant. The workers were seen shackled with chains.

India failed to send its own plane to take home the detained Indian workers because the public sector Air India (AI) was not in its hand.

Chief Justice of India B.R. Gavai, on 12 September 2025, said, “We are proud of our Constitution…. Look at what is happening in our neighboring country (Nepal).”

India has “no known” and “settled” Constitution. It goes on changing it in the pretext of amendment. However, as there is no rule of law, the law enforcing agencies do not send him to jail.

“Business Today”, on 12 September 2025, came out with the headline news, “Turmoil at Tata Trusts?”

As per the report, four trustees- Mr. Mehli Mistry, Mr. Prasit Jhaveri. Mr. Jehangir and Mr.Darius Khambata- opposed the reappointment of a Mr. Vijay Singh,77. Chairman of the Tata Trust Mr. Noel Tata, and a Mr. Venu Srinivasan were the other directors. Dismissing one nominee director and appointing another is a move to seize power in the Tata Trust and, thereby, Tata Sons.

The Tata Trust is a charitable trust. It is not an inheritable one. Now, it functions like an inheritable trust and alienates its assets to foreign countries. Therefore, the Supreme Court of India must liquidate the Tata Trust board and appoint trustees consistent with the Charitable Trust Act. It is the demand of law. However, as the court is replete with illegal judges, nothing is happening.

President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump, on 12 September 2025, said, “I put 50% tariff on India because they are buying Russian oil. That’s not an easy thing to do. That’s a big deal, and it causes rift with India.”

A terrorist shot dead Mr. Charlie Kirk, a notable supporter of President Mr. Donald Trump, on 12 September 2025, during a speech at Utah Valley University. It is strange that the USA refuses to make gun-laws as tight as in India.

President Mr. Donald Trump said, “Tariff to stay until Ukraine war ends. There must be a 50 -100% tariff on China. The NATO countries must stop buying oil from Russia. As you know, NATO commitment to win has been far less than 100%, and the purchase of Russian oil, by some, has been shocking. It greatly weakens your negotiation position and bargaining power over Russia. Anyway, I am ready to go when you are. Just say when.

China has a strong control, and even grip over Russia, and these powerful tariffs will break that grip. This is not Trump war. I am only here to help stop it, and save thousands of Russian and Ukrainian lives (7118 lives lost last week alone). Crazy!”

The demand to support NATO’s war against Russia is illegal.

The UN General Assembly, on 12 September 2025, passed a resolution titled “Endorsement of New York Declaration on the Peaceful Settlement of the question of Palestine and the implementation of the Two State Solution.” An overwhelming 142 –India included- voted in favour. The USA, Israel and eight other countries opposed it.

The US Ambassador designate to India, Mr. Sergio Gor, said, “US-India relationship remains warm and strategically important. We will make it a top priority that India is pulled into our side and away from them.”

Mr. C.P. Radhakrishnan -hailing from the Tamil Nadu State- on 13 September 2025, took oath as the 15th Vice President of India.

The NATO nations, on 13 September 2025, halted oil purchases from Russia.

China said, “Sanctions only complicate conflicts instead of solving them.”

Massive anti-immigration protests rocked England on 16 September 2025. About 1.5 lakh people turned up for the protest. The protestors demanded the Government to halt illegal immigration. There are similar demands in France, Netherland, Australia and many other countries. The illegal immigrants must be distinguished from the legal immigrants.

The USA, on 16 September 2025, said, “India is America’s threat in economy.” The USA is ahead of India by at least 50 years. India might catch up with the USA in the IT sector in the near future. China also is far ahead of India.

The Government of India, on 16 September 2025, unveiled the sixth tranche of auction for critical and strategic minerals.

It is illegal. Article 39 of the Constitution of India demands the Government to carry out the extraction of strategic minerals. However, India hands over them to private parties in violation of specific directive principles. This happens because of the illegal judges. They, in very bad faith, allow the Government to plunder public assets.

The leader of the opposition, Mr.Rahul Gandhi, on 19 September 2025, said, “I love Constitution.”

India has no “known & settled” Constitution. Those possessing power go on changing it in the pretext of its amendment.  He connives at it. This is how he loves the Constitution! It does not suit a man to prove false to the salt he has been eating for so long. He must tell the truth to the people, at least, now and restore the Constitution of India.

The police in the USA shot dead an Indian Techie at home. They said that he stabbed his roommate.

According to a report, the US companies replaced over 40,000 American tech workers with foreigners.

Due to widespread H-1B visa misuse, President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump, on 19 September 2025, imposed sponsorship fee of $100,000 on US companies for every H-1B visa. However, the US Secretary of Homeland Security can waive the fee, if it is vital to national interest.

The private companies in the USA, in a hurry, demanded the H-1B visa holders to return to their offices. Therefore, an H-1Bvisa holder, during his visit to India, was constrained to return to the USA. He said, “We are extremely stressed and are now upset. It is unfair. There are human lives behind the visas. We are people. We don’t deserve it.” Next day, the USA announced that the new fee would not apply to the existing H-1B visa holders. All H-1B visa holders heaved a sigh of relief.

Yale scholar Gautam Mukundda said, “Every country in the world would kill to get the best IIT graduates. However, America is throwing this asset away for no reason”

IIT Madras Director Mr. Kamalakodi said, “It is a blessing in disguise.”

Commerce Minister Mr. Piyush Goyal urged the Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to innovate in India. He said, “Afraid of our talent. We are winners.”

However, he said that the movement of skilled professionals would be added to the trade talks as the visa rules hurt India’s services exports. The USA rejected it.

Many feel that India cannot give opportunities that the USA gives. In fact, the US visa policy shattered the dream of students. However, Germany, England, Canada, China, Australia and many other countries began to woo Indian students. Thus, German envoy to India Mr. Phillipp Ackermann said, “The average Indian working in Germany earns more than the average German working in Germany. A high salary means that Indians are contributing big time to our society and our welfare. We believe in hard work and giving the best jobs to the best people.”

Billionaire Silicon Valley investor Michael Moritz said, “H-1B visa fee will backfire.”

Congress President Mr. Mallikarjun Kharge said, “Bear hugs and hollow slogans are not foreign policy. Foreign policy is about safeguarding our national interest, keeping India first, and steering friendship with wisdom and balance.”

Hindu American Foundation chief Ms. Suhag A. Shukla said, “The Government of India does not ask our approval for its oil policy or impose duties and so the Government of India shouldn’t be expecting us to champion their sovereign policy decision with US Government. They can hire lobbyists for it.” Thus, Indian Americans, despite the Howdy-Modi Summit at Houston, stand by their host country. It is a welcome development.

A study by Pew Research Centre found that 79% of Americans agree that international students benefit US higher education. Now, there are advertisements soliciting Indian students in US Universities.

However, Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi said, “India is moving today with the spirit of global friendship. We have no true enemies in the world. Our real adversary is reliance on other nations.”

The true enemy of India is the Prime Minister of India because he plunders India for the benefit of his friends.

US Congress passed an immigration law. According to the new law, the Green Card holders and the H-1B visa holders would forfeit their civil rights in the USA.

It is illegal.

India had been the home to many Jews for over 2000 years. They left India only after the creation of modern Israel. India lost the clean legacy only when it –without any touch of humanity- asked the Pakistanis to leave India due to the recent Indo-Pak war. If the USA and the other countries follow suit, the world will not bear it.

Therefore, if the USA thinks that something is due to the H-1B visa holders in return for what slight service they are privileged to render, it is enough if that consideration is shown in the form of restoring their civil rights.

Addressing the 80th UN General Assembly, President of USA Mr. Donald Trump, among other things, said, “My administration is using tariff to protect Washington’s sovereignty. My Government has returned to a golden age. My administration has managed to end seven wars around the world. United Nations is empty words and empty words do not solve wars. China and India are the primary sponsors of Ukraine war. Ukraine can take all land back. I will not allow annexation of Gaza. Recognition of Palestine state is a great reward for the Palestinians.”

President of Indonesia Mr. Prabowo Subianto said, “My country is ready to send 20,000 soldiers to Gaza. We must reject the doctrine- “The strong do what they can and the weak suffer what they must”. No country can bully the whole human family.”

External Affairs Minister of India Mr.Jaishankar said, “As the most populous nation, as a civilized state, as a rapidly growing major economy, we are confident about who we are, and what we will be.  Bharat will always maintain its freedom of choice. And always be a voice of the Global south.”

Many countries advocated two-state solution to the Gaza war. France recognized Palestine State. Belgium, Luxemburg, Monaco and Malta also followed suit.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 25 September 2025, said, “India is not ready to be dependent on any one. Disruption does not distract the country, but it helps the country to find new direction and new opportunities. Every product than can be made in India should be made in India.”

Apparently, there is widespread support to his tariff policy. However, he made India a vassal state of China when he assumed power. As a result, thousands of small-scale industries in India perished.

A stampede at political leader Vijay’s public meeting at Karur in Tamil Nadu, on 27 September 2025, resulted in the death of 41 people including 10 children and 16 women. It was an unfortunate incident that could have been prevented.

US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, on 28 September 2025, said, “Need to fix India stop actions harming US interests.”

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi said, “India must become self-reliant. Russia is our time tested partner.”

The White House, on 29 September 2025, unveiled a 20-point peace proposal to end the Gaza war. It aims at de-radicalizing Gaza and preventing its annexation by Israel. A “Board of Peace” headed by President Mr. Donald J. Trump and comprising some other members including former Prime Minister of England Mr. Tony Blair will oversee the reconstruction of Gaza. Several countries supported it.

The root of the problem is about 10,000 Palestinian prisoners in Israel. The proposal ignores this. However, if the Hamas agrees to surrender, the people of Gaza will see light at the end of the tunnel.

The layoff in the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) continues secretly.

It is illegal. It is worse than murder. The TCS has enough surplus money to retain its employees. The Supreme Court of India should have directed it to reinstate all dismissed employees. However, it keeps them like orphans. It is a crime against humanity. This happens because of the illegal nature of appointment of judges. They have no strength to do anything legal. They have no touch of humanity.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi gave 6300 acre of land belonging to the Indian army in the Indo-Pak border in Gujarat to an Adani Company. He exceeded his authority. However, he claims that he loves children!

It is illegal.

The Supreme Court of India must restore all illegally privatized assets including this one without further delay.

“The Hindu” reported that nearly 60% of India’s outward Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) went to Tax Havens. About Re. nine lakh crore goes to Tax Havens every year.

It is illegal. It happens with the knowledge of Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi. He does not do it for the people’s good. The savage lust for money is his ruling passion.

Further, he appoints illegal judges, changes the Constitution of India in the pretext of amendments and denies freedom and liberty to Indians. Many suspect that he rigged the elections.

As he is not constitutional in his ways and exceeds his authority, the Supreme Court of India can legitimately overthrow him.
