Your Excellency

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi paid a visit to Malaysia on 8 February 2026.  India and Malaysia vowed to expand their ties in the high priority sectors of trade and investment, defence, energy, advanced manufacturing and semi-conductors. The two sides inked 11 agreements.

Prime Minister of Malaysia Mr. Anwar Ibrahim appreciated efforts to promote the usage of local currencies-the Indian rupee and Malaysian ringgit- for trade settlement.

The Communist Party of India (CPI-M), on 9 February 2026, said, “Indo-US trade deal is an attack on the sovereignty of India.”

Mr. Anand Sharma, a leader of the Congress Party, said, “The Indo-US trade deal has sovereignty concerns.”

Mr.Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the opposition, said, “Indo-US trade deal is a wholesale surrender of India to the USA. If INDIA alliance (the opposition alliance in India) had been negotiating with US President, it would have requested President Mr. Donald Trump to treat India as an equal and not a servant.”

The Government of India uses the law enforcement agencies, courts and the media to gain stranglehold over citizens and the opposition parties. Now, Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, apparently, thinks, that one or two Indian corporate houses could escape from the criminal cases in the USA if he changes his policies. If it is the reason, the USA would cow him down. India has no other way but to remain as the servant of the USA.

The cheap Russian oil does not percolate to the masses is a different matter.

According to some reports, the Government of India is to clear Re.3.25 lakh crore deal for buying 114 Rafale jets from France.

The Congress –led Opposition, on 10 February 2026, submitted a notice for moving a resolution to remove Mr. Om Birla, from the office of the Speaker of Parliament (Lower House) under Article 96 for disallowing Leader of Opposition Mr. Rahul Gandhi to complete his speech in the House on the Motion of Thanks to the President’s address and for arbitrarily suspending 8 MPs. One hundred and twenty MPs signed the notice.

Just as the USA abducted President of Venezuela Mr. Nicolas Maduro, the Government abducted Mr. Rahul Gandhi from the Parliament while speaking.  It knows that he –notwithstanding these actions- would not cross the red line. This is what power does.

It is impossible to change the Constitution of India in the pretext of its amendment, appoint illegal judges, plunder the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and deny liberty. The Government would surrender if 120 MPs demand these.

However, Mr. Rahul Gandhi and the other opposition leaders never demand any of these. They simply refuse to cross the red line set by the backroom players. They always forward their own selfish interests and focus the attention of the people to trivial matters. They must forward the interest of all in the Parliament and outside and create a new India.

This is letter No. 1289 dated 13-2-2026. It is addressed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).  It is the two hundred and twelfth appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the two hundred and eighty-fifth appeal to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). It is the four hundred and sixth appeal to HEAVEN.

The ICC must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of changing their Constitutions in the pretext of their amendments. To achieve it, it must ensure liberty to the people to see these letters. It must adjudicate this letter in the light of the earlier letters.

A copy each is submitted to the President of India, President of the USA, Vice President of the USA, Chancellor of Germany, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan, former Prime Minister of England Mrs. Liz Truss, former Prime Minister of England Mr. Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of England Mr. Rishi Sunak, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Supreme Court of the UK, Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Justin Trudeau, Leader of the Labour Party UK Sir Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of Israel, Foreign Minister of Poland, Foreign Minister of Russia, Wall Street Journal, some newspapers all over the world, Foreign Minister of Norway, Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Press Trust of India (PTI), Editor’s Guild of India and the Chennai Press Club.
