Your Excellency

          An Iranian attack on Kuwait International Airport, on 3 June 2026, caused serious damage to a terminal and forced the suspension of all flights. An Indian was killed.

          Iran, on 8 June 2026, shot down a US helicopter over Hormuz. The pilots escaped unhurt. The USA retaliated by bombing Iran.

Iran responded by attacking the US airbases in Bahrain, Kuwait and Jordan. It urged the US forces to leave the Gulf to reduce risks. It added that Iran would not leave any threat or attack unanswered. It said, “We destroyed 18 US targets. If the USA continues hostilities, heavier strikes are on the way.”

The USA surrounded Iran with nuclear bombers but announced cessation of hostilities. However, Iran said, belatedly, that it was not behind the helicopter attack.

President Mr. Trump said, “Iran will pay for taking too long to reach a deal.”

US Army Chief, on 11 June 2026, said, “If we need to negotiate with bombs, we will do.”

The US strike on a ship in the Strait of Hormuz killed 3 Indian members of the crew. India condemned the USA for hitting Indian crewed ship.

US Secretary of State Mr. Rubio said, “Commercial vessels must obey US orders. We won’t tolerate illicit oil trade with Iran.”

President Mr. Trump said, “We will be hitting Iran very hard tonight. We will assume control over Iranian oil and gas market.”

However, the attack did not happen.

Iran, on 14 June 2026, said, “Memorandum of Understanding with the USA almost reached. Israel wants to destroy it.”

Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Shehbaz Sharif, on 15 June 2026, said, “The USA and Iran agreed to a peace deal. Formal signing of the deal would be in Switzerland”

Hezbollah welcomed the peace deal.

However, Israel said, “US-Iran deal amounts to nothing less than a political and security catastrophe for the State of Israel. We are not bound by it.”

Iran said, “Mistrust of US runs deep despite the war-end framework.” At the same time, the USA has doubts on Iran.

Israel attacked Lebanon with missiles. Three died and fifteen wounded in Biuret.

President Mr. Trump said, “Biuret attack should not have happened.  Israel’s war with Hezbollah has gone too far and too many people are being killed. Israel must thank the USA for reaching a deal with Iran. Without me there would be no Israel. No other president was willing to do what I did. Israel would have been blown up a long time ago, had I not gotten involved. I am not satisfied by Israel.” To a reporter, he said, “My relationship with Netanyahu is good, but we have to keep him a little bit sane.”

The displaced people in Lebanon started returning to their rubble-homes as if they won the war. They don’t consider Israel a problem.

Oil prices retreated to $80per barrel after the news about ceasefire.

The USA, on 17 June 2026, surrounded Iran with thousands of troops and bombers presumably to convey the impression that it is going to sign the peace-deal under captivity.

Next day, Iran surrendered. President of Iran Mr. Masound Pezeshkian signed a 14-point 60-day ceasefire deal with President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump. It is extendable under mutual consent. Iran agreed to dilute its enriched uranium in return for an end to war on all fronts – Lebanon included.

President Mr. Trump put his signature to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during a candlelit dinner at the Palace of Versailles in France following a G7 Summit. President of Iran Mr.Masoud Pezeshkian signed it at Tehran.

The deal implies that President Mr. Trump is the defacto ruler of Iran. However, the deal would go down as an equitable one, if Israel agrees to comply with all provisions just as Iran does. This means that if Iran dilutes its enriched uranium, Israel also must follow suit.

Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Shehbaz Sharif mediated the peace deal. If it fructifies, it will go down as a great achievement for him. A Nobel Peace Prize cannot be ruled out to him and to President Mr.Masoud Pezeshkian. If this issue could be isolated from all others, President Mr. Trump also richly deserves it. The only condition is that he must make Israel to dilute its enriched Uranium as and when Iran does it.

All countries- India included - will benefit a lot.

It is one of the best ever peace-deal because it demands an end to war on all fronts. It has the effect of chaining Israel and Iran. There is a ray of hope.

Israel had eliminated the political leadership of Iran. It is something even President Truman did not use against Japan to end the World War II.

The root cause for the present war is the 10,000 and odd Palestinian prisoners languishing in Israeli jails. The deal, apparently, does not address this.

No sooner the deal was signed than Hezbollah killed four Israeli soldiers in Lebanon. However, an agreement was quickly reached thanks to the intervention of Qatar.

 

Ukraine, on 18 June 2026, attacked a refinery just 13 km away from Kremlin. It was like setting fire to Russia. Ukraine has been giving deadly blows to Russia. It is like a child’s play for Ukraine.

Next day, England decided to supply 1,50,000 drones to Ukraine.

It is illegal.

Ukraine war must be construed as an internal affair of the USSR. A nuclear power like England supplying weapons to Ukraine might infuriate another nuclear power, Russia.

 

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSC), on 4 June 2026, mandated three - language - formula for class 9 and 10 starting this year.

It is illegal because the Government conceals these letters.

Many children possessing mathematics-skill lack language skill. They struggle to study multiple languages. Therefore, any one language is enough. They will study more languages, if they want.

The political leaders must always think of lifting our children rather than remaining as an impediment for their progress.

Some children are returning from the USA. The Government is duty-bound to provide an escape route to them.

 

The Government of Keralam, on 6 June 2026, constituted a committee to weigh the high-speed rail proposed from Trivandrum to Kannur.

Keralam needs bullet trains and not high-speed trains.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi could have connected all Indian cities with a bullet-train network. He chose not to do so.

If the Chief Minister of Keralam brings these letters under the public domain, either he would approve it or quit office.

 

Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. Joseph Vijay, on 6 June 2026, directed the officials to dismantle immediately two-decades-old un-authorized cash collecting system operating across TASMAC whole-sale and retail network. According to some reports, there was a corruption of Re.102 crore per month.

A former minister in the DMK Government had talked of Re.30,000 crore. Therefore, it must be the tip of the iceberg.

All illegal transactions are taking place with the knowledge of the law enforcing agencies like the Directorate of Enforcement (ED). The principle is; “You plunder, we plunder.” Therefore, they are the first accused.

 

An assailant, on 6 June 2026, shot dead an Indian –American at Philadelphia in the USA while delivering pizza.

 

Electricity Minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. Nirmal Kumar, on 7 June 2026, said that the Government did not take any decision regarding smart meter.

He can make it under public sector.

He, further, said that 15000 appointments would be done immediately.

He must see that the selection list does not percolate to party-men as in the past.

 

A16 year-old student, on 7 June 2026, said that the IIT-JEE question papers were susceptible for hacking.

 

The Madras High Court, on 8 June 2026, asked the Government of Tamil Nadu to tell the reason why toddy tapping shall not be allowed.

Foreign liquor consumption could be controlled by: 1. Increasing the age limit to buy liquor 2. Increasing the price of liquor, 3. Reducing the number of liquor shops and 4. Permitting toddy tapping.

In this matter, the High Court, for the first time, acts in good faith and the new government, apparently, works in bad faith. It is a bad portent for Tamil Nadu.

Further, the new government must examine whether the liquor contains any adulterating substances like chloral hydrate or not.

 

The new Government of Tamil Nadu inspected 431 quarries, detected violation of rules in 155 and suspended operation in 67 until 8 June 2026.

According to a report, a man got back his quarry immediately after joining the TVK party.

The Government might get ten times more income from the quarries.

 

Mr. Narendra Modi completed 12 years as Prime Minister of India on 10 June 2026.

He said, “I will fulfill the aspirations of 1400 million people.”

The office of the Prime Minister of India is not meant for a man like him. He changes the Constitution of India with impunity in the pretext of amending it. The common man has no liberty to know it. This is how he fulfills the aspirations of 1400 million people!

 

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 14 June 2026, paid a visit to Slovakia. It was the first ever visit of any Prime Minister of India since its independence in 1992. Slovakia conferred its highest national award, the Order of the White Double Cross on Mr. Modi.

This is the awards he gets from virtually all countries for denying liberty to Indians.

 

Tamil Nadu Minister Mr. Logesh Tamil Selvan, on 11 June 2026, said, “People will have to visit Sub Registrar Office only for final authentication.”

Even now, they visit Sub Registrar Office only for final authentication. The document writers, usually, receive the bribe and send a man to sit or loiter near the office. The Sub Registrar looks at him through the window before affixing his signature. The parties cannot afford to make one more visit because they have to catch the flight. This is the real predicament!

 

Canada, on 11 June 2026, banned the social media for children under 16.

The Government of India does not allow the social media to show the postings and uploads of the present citizen of India in the social media. It has placed similar curbs on print media also. As a result, no Indian has seen these letters as a natural consequence of freedom of expression. This is the most nefarious activity of Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi to rule India. Even a barbarian will not do it to 1400 million people. The illegal judges, advocates, political leaders and the leaders of other countries stand by him. In this way, they send to oblivion all their potential enemies.

Instead of doing this crime against humanity, they must ban the social media for children under 16.

 

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi addressed the G7Summit at Evian-les Bainsin in France on 17 June 2026. He said, “All countries must ensure security to maritime routes and protect seafarers. Disruptions to maritime trade in the Strait of Hormuz have harmed the global economy and stressed the need to protect seafarers. We welcome the progress made in peace efforts in West Asia. The most important strategic asset today is not minerals, technology or markets but mutual trust.”

To justify his talks, the media mentioned three points. 1.The USA had dropped “Indo” from the name of its largest military command- the US-Indo-Pacific Command. It was during President Mr.Trump’s first term, the command was renamed as Indo-Pacific Command, 2.The map used by the USA to make the announcement showed POK as part of Pakistan and 3. The immigration policies of President Mr. Trump have unfairly affected Indian students and workers in the USA.

Talking to reporters President Mr. Trump said, “He (Mr. Modi) is a very tough negotiator; one of the toughest. He is the most beautiful looking man, he looks so nice, he is like an angel but actually he is just tough, he is a killer… He looks so good, he gets you by surprise.”

Prime Minister Mr. Modi kills 1400 million people mercilessly because he changes the Constitution of India in the pretext of its amendment by denying liberty.

 

A girl, Miss. Anu Keerthana, from Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu, on 17 June 2026, committed suicide due to anxiety triggered by the NEET re-examination. One more girl from Salem in Tamil Nadu–Miss. Gopika- committed suicide on19 June 2026. Some more girls did the same in other parts of India.

Even the Plus II examination creates trauma among some girls. Some sense their pain when something like this happens in their own house. The Government must show mercy to them. It must abolish the NEET. However, the root cause of this condition is the illegal judges. They behave as if they have no heart.

 

There are reports that the Election Commission of India (ECI) rigged the elections to the West Bengal State Assembly.

 

There are reports that the public sector Shipping Corporation of India- Mazagon Dock- shifted a ship building project from Tamil Nadu to Andra Pradesh after Mr. Joseph Vijay siezed power in Tamil Nadu. Some Indian private companies also moved out of Tamil Nadu. At the same time, the Union Government cleared Re.1000 crore as if it is very kind to Tamil Nadu.

Mr. Joseph Vijay conceals these letters just to prevent such things happening to Tamil Nadu. However, the Union Government, apparently, has started to cheat Tamil Nadu.

 

The Government of India, on 19 June 2026, decided to alienate the shares of some public sector banks in bad faith.

It is illegal.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi allows some manipulators to exploit the natural resources only to spread their surplus money in foreign countries. As if these are not enough, he diverts public money into the stock market. Further, he alienates public assets every day in one way or other.

If the political leaders, judges, advocates or the media grant liberty to the people to see these letters, all alienated assets will come back to the Government.

However, they function as a group to usurp the public assets. There is no difference between the ruling parties and the opposition parties in the matter of liberty. Even the new chief ministers join this group. They do this for their selfish interests, and not, as they should, for the good of the State.

 

This is letter No. 1295 dated 20-6-2026. It is addressed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).  It is the two hundred and eighteenth appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the two hundred and twentieth appeal to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). It is the four hundred and twelfth appeal to HEAVEN.

The ICC must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of changing their Constitutions in the pretext of their amendments. To achieve it, it must ensure liberty to the people to see these letters. It must adjudicate this letter in the light of the earlier letters.

A copy each is submitted to the President of India, President of the USA, Vice President of the USA, Chancellor of Germany, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan, former Prime Minister of England Mrs. Liz Truss, former Prime Minister of England Mr. Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of England Mr. Rishi Sunak, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Supreme Court of the UK, Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Justin Trudeau, Leader of the Labour Party UK Sir Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of Israel, Foreign Minister of Poland, Foreign Minister of Russia, Wall Street Journal, some newspapers all over the world, Foreign Minister of Norway, Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Press Trust of India (PTI), Editor’s Guild of India and the Chennai Press Club.
