Iran, on 7 July 2026, attacked three ships in Strait
of Hormuz.
Next day, President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump said,
“Cease-fire deal with Iran is over. Iran
is behaving badly and we hit them very hard and I am warning we will hit them
tonight. Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon and has been a bully in the region
for a long time. It lies and cheats. It is just a waste of time dealing with
it.”
Foreign Minister of Iran Mr. Seyed Abbas Araghchi
said, “Addressing the civilized and
courageous nation of Iran with derogatory language does not diminish its
greatness. Iranians are known for their civility and strong moral values. We do
not answer vulgarity with vulgarity, but with action: fearlessly and with great
valour.”
The USA attacked more than 170 targets in Iran. It
said that it hit Iranian targets 20 times harder than what Tehran did. Iran
attacked Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Jordan. Iranian attacks appeared bigger
all-around.
Both sides refrained from attacking oil facilities.
They chose not to set the Thames on fire.
President Mr. Trump said, “Anything that happens is going to be over very quickly.”
Apparently, Iran, like Ukraine and Israel, possesses
some nuclear devices. Otherwise, it might have surrendered long ago.
Mr. Dushyant Dave, former senior counsel of the
Supreme Court of India, on 7 July 2026, said, “The judges have become anti-citizen and lost touch with the
Constitution as it was enacted. Undoubtedly, it is to do with the method of
appointment of judges. My own take is “Second Judges Case- that really has
changed the very complexion of judiciary. Undoubtedly, the collegiums system of
appointment of judges has turned out to be a disaster.”
Senior Supreme Court of India advocate Mr.Kapil Sibal
said, “I regret my appearance in the
matter which led to collegium system since the result has been a worse
situation. Judges after judges capitulated and they have really become
subservient to the Executive on administrative side. I know of instances where
the Chief Justices have been hobnobbing with the Executive behind closed door.”
It is not a question of appointing good or bad judges.
If a judge has a master, he is a slave. Therefore, the real question is whether
the appointments are legal or illegal.
The law is impersonal. This means that those making
the rules for selection should not carry them out. Further, as per law, the
appointing authority and the appellate authority shall not be the same.
Therefore, the present appointments are illegal.
People pay a heavy price for this illegality. The
Constitution of India is an irrevocable document. The Parliament can amend it.
Such amendments must be mentioned at the bottom without touching its body as is
done in the USA. However, the illegal judges allow the Government to change the
body of the Constitution of India in the pretext of its amendment with
disastrous consequences. Ukraine war resulted when Ukraine and Russia
disregarded the Constitution of the USSR. India denies liberty to the people to
see these letters and alienates the public assets because the illegal judges destroyed
the Constitution of India.
Iran, on 7 July 2026, thanked India for sending an
official delegation to Amid Khamenei’s funeral. About 100 people from the
Karnataka State attended the funeral.
Chief Minister of Keralam Mr. V.D. Satheesan, on 6
July 2026, sought legal advice from the Advocate General on the proposed
transfer of shares of Adani – Vizhinjam Port Private Limited.
Article 39 of the Constitution of India prohibits the
Government to alienate the public assets, public money and the natural
resources. No policy decision can override it.
As the people are fast asleep, the Union Government might change this
Article at any time.
Former Tamil Nadu Minister Mr. Udaya Kumar, on 8 July
2026, wanted the Government of Tamil Nadu to disclose the truth behind the
allegation that the TVK Government collected Re.600 crore from liquor barons.
The Government of India induces all political leaders
to receive commissions so that they would not mention the felonies of Prime
Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi. The TVK Government should not become a
victim to this trap.
If the Government gets a profit of Re. 45,000 crore,
the liquor barons would get an equal amount. This is the meaning of what a
former minister said. Either the State Government must recover it, or it must
nationalize liquor manufacturing.
Tamil Nadu State Minister for Industries Miss.
Keerthana visited a Tamil medium school on 6 July 2026. During the visit, she
observed that students were unable to answer simple questions in English and
expressed concern over their limited proficiency in the language. The visit itself was commendable, as it
highlighted the importance of addressing educational challenges directly.
The present writer conducted English grammar classes
to Tamil medium students and uploaded over 40 instructional videos in the
YouTube under the title “Sabarimuthu English Classes”.
Further, the present writer defined English grammar to
grasp the logic of language, earning peer recognition for
conceptual
consistency, clarity of objectives, and pedagogical strength. It has been submitted to the
competent authorities for consideration. The Government can adopt this approach
within the curriculum.
If the Government sincerely wants to liberate our
children and teachers by imparting knowledge, it can direct the schools to play
these videos in smart classrooms. Then, the children in Tamil medium schools
will compete with their counterparts in English medium schools.
A former Minister for Education criticized Miss.
Keerthana for using the term “last benchers” during her visit to a school, and
for asking questions in English.
The students can be asked to sit in rotation so that
the question of last benchers would disappear.
Further, many schools lack standard toilets, class
rooms, black boards, dusters, play grounds, kitchen, auditorium and many
others. Some schools are overcrowded. MALs and ministers are law makers. It is
their duty to visit the schools - with the permission of the headmasters- to
know their real condition.
However, the Government of Tamil Nadu, on 9 July 2026,
prohibited political party cadres and private individuals from entering class
rooms (of the schools) and conducting events there. The order said, “Schools
are places for learning and not for heaping praises on anyone.”
Some merits and defects attend everything. However,
something that did not happen in 2000 years happened between 2010 and 2020 when
at least three headmasters of Tamil medium schools invited the present writer –
a retired lecturer in chemistry- to conduct English grammar classes. This
enabled this writer to define English grammar. It is one of the greatest
achievements of headmasters anywhere in the world.
Therefore, the headmasters may be –by rules –
permitted to invite retired teachers and eminent personalities of their
locality to conduct special classes or to address the students on selected
topics to elevate their standard.
Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi paid a visit
to Indonesia on 7 July 2026. Indonesian fighter jets escorted him. President of
Indonesia Mr. Prabowo Subianto warmly welcomed him and the two leaders shared a
hug. President Mr. Subianto conferred the country’s highest honour - the
Bintang Adipurna of the Republic of Indonesia- upon Prime Minister Mr. Modi,
recognizing his extra-ordinary service.
Prime Minister Mr. Modi has received over 35
prestigious international honours, making him the most internationally
decorated Indian leader in history.
After receiving the award Prime Minister Mr. Modi
said, “This morning, I have been
conferred with Indonesia’s highest honour with immense affection. This honour
belongs to the crores of Indians.”
Prime Minister Mr. Modi diverts the attention of the
people to his awards and attire. The motive is to cover up his four fatal
felonies. It is a breach of trust.
Next day, he visited Australia. Prime Minister of
India Mr. Modi and his Australian counterpart Mr. Anthony Albanese sealed pacts
on civil nuclear energy and critical mineral sectors. Australia agreed to
supply uranium to India.
According to a report on 8 July 2026, the Government
of India raised Re. 18,561 crore during 2026-2027 by selling the shares of
Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). Last year, it collected Re. 16, 885 crore.
It sold the shares of PSUs including Cochin Shipyard Limited, Coal India
Limited (CIL), NHPC Ltd, Indian Railways
Finance Corporation, NLC India Ltd, CPSE, IDBI Bank, NMDC Steel, BEML, Shipping
Corporation of India (SCI) and many others.
It invested the proceeds into the stock market. These
are preparatory steps to total alienation.
These decisions violate Article 39 of the Constitution
of India.
If the opposition parties demand, all alienated public
assets would return to the Government. One would say that foreign investments
in India would fall and India would collapse.
It is far from the truth. China has 92 Public Sector
Enterprises under fortune 500 companies. It does not alienate its public
assets.
Chief Minister of Keralam Mr. V.D. Satheesan, on 9
July 2026, disclosed that the proposed Adani-Mediterranean Shipping Company
(MSC) deal would not be wrapped up without the State Government’s approval.
Unless otherwise prevented, the Union Government would
accomplish its job.
Chief Minister
of Keralam Mr.V.D. Satheesan must mention the four felonies of Prime Minister
of India Mr. Narendra Modi to recover all privatized assets.
The people do not suspect that he conceals the four
felonies from them. He is coming across these felonies by virtue of his
political life. Therefore, it is a breach of trust to conceal them. He should
not deny liberty to his people to know it because the dignity of man is the final end of life.
