Your Excellency

Iran, on 12 July 2026, shut Hormuz Strait.

Next day, the USA unleased fresh strikes on Iran.

Tehran attacked the Gulf countries as retaliation. It included Oman this time. Iran sunk some US ships also.

The USA revoked Iran’s permit for oil production

The USA, on 17 July 2026, hit civilian infrastructure facilities in Iran like bridges, airports, railway stations, energy sites.

Iran damaged power and water desalination plants in Kuwait. It expanded attacks to the US air bases in Syria and Qatar.

Next day, the USA bombed an Iranian nuclear plant being built at Darkhovin.

Iran destroyed Amazon data centre in Bahrain with cruise missiles.  According to Tasnim, Iran threatened to hit the data centres of Microsoft, Apple, Google, Open AI’s Stargate and to control undersea internet cables in the Hormuz Strait to generate revenue.

Iran said, “If the USA continues war, no border will be safe”

Iran, on 20 July 2026, suspended Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). President of Iran Mr. Masound Pezeshkian said, “The reality is that today the Islamic Republic of Iran is engaged in a full-scale war. We must be realistic and accept the natural consequences of this resistance.”

President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump, on 21 July 2026, said, “Iran cannot have nuclear weapons.”

Next day, Foreign Minister of Iran said, “If Israel possesses nuclear devices, Iran also might be in possession of nuclear weapons.”

The above statement confirms that Iran – like Israel- is a nuclear power.

The USA, on 22 July 2026, said, “We would attack the nuclear facilities of Iran -Pickaxe Mountain included.”

Foreign Minister of Iran said, “We would expand our attack against the US bases in the Gulf. Iran’s defense policy is eye for an eye.”

Saudi Arabia, on 23 July 2026, signed a civilian nuclear co-operation agreement with the USA. It might lead to the proliferation of nuclear weapons.

The USA paused bombing Iran after 13th consecutive night of bombing. Iran responded by halting its offensive against the Gulf countries. The backroom players are spending sleepless nights for a solution. The bone of contention now is control over the Hormuz Strait.

Iran claimed that it destroyed three F-35 fighter-jets in Jordan. However, the USA denied it.

The US and Saudi forces, on 29 July 2026, carried out joint air strikes against an Iran-aligned militant group in Iraq. Iran attacked US targets in Jordan.

President of Russia Mr. Vladimir Putin, on 2 August 2026, disclosed that Russia’s naval nuclear forces were on combat alert.

Ukraine’s new military chief, on 23 July 2026, pledged escalation in retaliation against Russia. In fact, Ukraine is intensifying its attack on Russian refineries.

Mr. Vijay Singh, a trustee of the Tata Trust (India), on 21 July 2026, alleged that the assets of the Tata Trust – a charitable trust- were transmitted to private parties on January 18,1989. Maharashtra Charity Commissioner sought a reply from Chairman of Tata Trust Mr. Noel Tata regarding the transfer 883 Tata Son’ share to late Naval H. Tata, father of Noel Tata.

Education Minister of India Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan, on 25 July 2026, resigned because protestors had demanded his resignation over NEET question paper leak.

Aristotle said, “Strong minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events weak minds discuss individuals.”

Supreme Court of India judge Justice Ujjal Bhuyan, on 1 August 2026, criticized the Supreme Court of India for not giving reasons for recommending judges.

Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. Joseph Vijay, on 16 July 2026, said, “People trust me. People are important for me. I want to serve them.”

People should have got liberty as a natural consequence of his accession to power. As it did not happen, they continue to remain as slaves.

He could have liberated them by enlarging their liberty - without expending any money. It might have promoted his sense of dignity. Instead, he betrays their trust by denying them liberty. In fact, it appears that he is afraid of light. The Greek said, “We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light.”

The Government of Tamil Nadu presented its maiden budget on August 5, 2026. It appeared as a bad-faith one mainly because it allowed brandy but not toddy.

The Government of Tamil Nadu, on 9 August 2026, decided to give deworming tablets to 2.06 crore children in the state.

For deworming another dose is necessary after 10 or 15 days. However, it is better to leave this matter to parents.

According to some reports, the Government of Tamil Nadu placed orders for buying 2000 buses.

Bulk buying involves big commission. Even if the Government shuns commission, someone in some place might get it. The law enforcement agencies can register an FIR for it. Therefore, it is better to revive the body-building units of the transport corporations.

The Government of India, on 10 August 2026, tabled “Mines and Mineral Development Regulation (NMDR) Act” that sought to control the mines and minerals in the states.

There was an impression that the Union Government indirectly dissuaded some big companies from investing in Tamil Nadu. Now, this is a direct assault on the Government of Tamil Nadu because it plans to augment its income from minerals.

Tamil Nadu Assembly, on 12 August 2026, resolved to freeze the number of seats in the Parliament at 543.

The motive behind the delimitation proposal of the Union Government is diverting the attention of the people from the plunder going on in India. This decision might compel it to abandon its delimitation exercise.

There are reports that Supreme Court of India appointed 15 judges to the Madras High Court in this week.

It is illegal.

All are equal before law. It is a characteristic of law. Similarly, another important characteristic of law is: Law is impersonal. This means that those making laws should not carry them out. Here, the Supreme Court of India makes the rules for selection of judges and carry them out.

The Supreme Court of India commits this illegality for the purpose of denying liberty to Indians. Individuals cut out for denying liberty alone are selected as judges.

There are 1298 letters. Many come across these letters because of their position in society. People also must have liberty to know these letters. Then, individuals devoted to liberty alone would become judges.

The political leaders need not obey me in this matter. However, it is their duty to prevent this illegality. Then, the present judges might forfeit their right to adjudicate cases and all plundered assets and even the Constitution of India would be restored.

When the political leaders pursue some moral end, they derive happiness. In fact, happiness is a state of mind that ensues when one pursues some moral end.

This is letter No. 1298 dated 15-8-2026. It is addressed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).  It is the two hundred and twenty-first appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the two hundred and twenty-third appeal to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). It is the four hundred and fifteenth appeal to HEAVEN.

The ICC must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of changing their Constitutions in the pretext of their amendments. To achieve it, it must ensure liberty to the people to see these letters. It must adjudicate this letter in the light of the earlier letters.

A copy each is submitted to the President of India, President of the USA, Vice President of the USA, Chancellor of Germany, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan, former Prime Minister of England Mrs. Liz Truss, former Prime Minister of England Mr. Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of England Mr. Rishi Sunak, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Supreme Court of the UK, Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Justin Trudeau, Leader of the Labour Party UK Sir Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of Israel, Foreign Minister of Poland, Foreign Minister of Russia, Wall Street Journal, some newspapers all over the world, Foreign Minister of Norway, Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Press Trust of India (PTI), Editor’s Guild of India and the Chennai Press Club.
