Your Excellency

President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump, on 19 April 2026, said, “The USA will take Iran’s uranium dust one way or other.”

If it is American interest, nobody can talk anything. However, if it is in the interest of the world, he must remove the same from Israel before proceeding against Iran.

Tehran said, “Iran’s enriched uranium can’t be transferred. If the USA makes the slightest mistake, we will respond with full force.”

President Mr. Trump said, “Israel has proven to be USA’s great alley.  It is prohibited from bombing Lebanon.”

Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said, “We have closed the Strait of Hormuz after the USA blockaded the Iranian ports.”

President of Iran Mr. Pezeshkian said, “We are seeking to end war with dignity. The USA has no justification to deprive Iran of its nuclear rights.”

President Mr. Trump said, “Best yet to come.”

Iran responded, “We are fully prepared.”

President Mr. Trump said, “The USA will attack unless Tehran accepts USA’s terms for a ceasefire deal. We will destroy all power plants if Iran rejects deal. Iran has committed serious violation of ceasefire.”

Iran attacked two Indian vessels. India lodged a protest over the incident. Iran immediately said that Indian vessels were not specifically targeted.

Many world leaders, on 20 April 2026, turned against Israel. They compared the Jews to Nazis. They said that Mr. Netanyahu and his network must be stopped by the alliance of humanity.

The US Navy seized an Iranian ship in the Gulf of Oman. Iran described the seizure as piracy and breach of ceasefire. It said that it would not take part in talks because the USA seized its cargo ship. It added that the USA deceived it.

Iran, on 21 April 2026, refused talks with the USA under shadow of threat.

The USA described blockade as a strategy to deprive Iran of its funds. Apparently, Iran can win battles but not wars against the USA. Already, it is running out of supplies. However, Iran alone knows its condition.

Europe banned US fighter jets.

Prime Minister of Spain Mr. Petro Sanchez, on 22 April 2026, wanted European countries to cut all ties with Israel.

President Mr. Trump extended truce to enable Iran to submit proposal for a peace deal. Iran described it as an empty ploy to buy time. The USA seized two ships hours after the announcement of the truce.

President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump, on 23 April 2026, said, “A baby, here, becomes an instant citizen, and then they bring in their entire family from China, or India or some other hell-hole on the planet. Birth-right citizenship should be subjected to national vote.

They have done more damage to this nation than all the mafia families put together. In my humble opinion they are gangsters with laptops.  They have robbed us blind, treated us like second-class citizens, stepped on our flag, etcetera.”

The spokesperson of the External Affairs Ministry of India, Mr.Randhir Jaiwal, said, “The remarks are obviously uninformed, inappropriate and in poor taste. They do not reflect the reality of India-US relationship which has long been based on mutual respect and shared interests.”

Next day, President Mr. Trump said, “India is a great country with a very good friend of mine at the top.”

The European Union, on 24 April 2026, sanctioned 108 billion Pound to Ukraine.

President Mr. Trump said that he would not use nuclear weapons against Iran. He added that Iranians were divided on peace deal.

Israel said, “Ready to attack Iran. Waiting for green signal from the USA.” Palestinians killed Israelis. Therefore, Israel can kill anyone in the world. It is its reasoning.  It kills the people like a professional killer, and asks the USA to accept responsibility.

President Mr. Trump said, “Clock ticking for Tehran for peace deal.” Thus, he wanted Iran to surrender unconditionally.

Iran said, “Ready to talk, won’t surrender. No face-to-face talk with US will be held.”

According to some reports, the Emir of Qatar discussed efforts to end Iran conflict with President Mr. Trump.

Israel bombed Lebanon despite the US sponsored ceasefire. President Mr. Trump extended the Israel-Lebanon ceasefire by three weeks.

Iranian military, on 25 April 2026, said, “If the invading US military continues blockading, banditry and piracy in the region, they should be certain that they will face response from Iran’s powerful armed forces.”

Russian Atomic Energy Head said, “Nobody should attack nuclear reactors anywhere.”

A gunman, on 26 April 2026, fired three shots at the annual dinner gala of the White House Correspondents Association in Washington DC. President Mr. Donald Trump and senior officials escaped unharmed.

Everyone in the USA must be divested of his guns.

At the UN, Iran, on 28 April 2026, described US blockade of Iran as a legalized piracy.

President Mr. Trump, on 27 April 2026, said, “Iran can call us but they must agree to no nukes, else no point in meeting.”

Foreign Minister of Iran Mr. Abbas Araghchi said, “Nuclear talks only after the USA ends blockade. Iran will be able to withstand US aggression.”

This is a virtual surrender. The USA can lift all sanctions, place Iran on par with Israel, and resume talks if it does not want to convert Iran into another Iraq.

Mr. Araghchi met the President of Russia Mr. Vladimir Putin for consultation on Middle- East conflict. He said, “We have relayed to the rest of the world that Iran and Russia have good relations.” However, Russian involvement in this conflict would be an indirect one only.

Further, Iran said, “We will deepen ties with Oman over Hormuz co-operation.”

Ukraine, on 28 April 2026, hit a Russian oil refinery with a drone. It is breaking the backbone of Russia by hitting it intermittently.

President Mr. Trump, on 29 April 2026, said, “Iran can’t get their act together. They get better soon, and accept nuclear deal.” He had a phone call with Mr. Putin.

President Mr. Putin, on 30 April 2026, said “The potential ground operation in Iran is dangerous. Russia would continue contact with Iran, Israel and Gulf States”

He proposed ceasefire with Ukraine for Victory Day -9 May.  Ukraine accepted three-day ceasefire.

Iranian Military, on 2 May 2026, said, “We are fully prepared for any new adventures or foolishness from the Americans. Comfort, welfare and progress of the region dependent on the US leaving the Gulf. American bases are not capable of protecting anyone.”’

The world, on 3 May 2026, celebrated World Press Freedom Day.

The world media is not ready to bring these letters under the public domain. It controls public mind like this.

Iran submitted 14-point peace proposal to the USA.

President Mr. Trump said, “Not happy with the new peace proposal of Iran. I will soon be reviewing the plan that Iran has just sent to us, but can’t imagine that it would be acceptable in that they have not yet paid a big enough price for what they have done to Humanity, and the world, over the last 47 years.”

The IRGC said, “The United States faced a choice between “an impossible military operation or a bad deal with Thran.”

President Mr. Trump said, “Suggested new sanctions on Cuba and suggested take over.”

US Military, on 4 May 2026, opened a passage through the Strait of Hormuz. Iran fired some warning shots.

Saudi Arabia, on 7 May 2026, refused US access to its air space for the proposed mission against Iran. The media said that the subsequent phone call between President Mr. Trump and Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman failed to bridge the differences between them. However, the USA has access to Saudi bases for other activities. Kuwait also denied access to its bases and airspaces for any military action against Iran. Thus, the USA virtually lost the Gulf countries due to the Iran war. Therefore, the USA demands the total surrender of Iran.

However, President Mr. Trump said, “Very good talks held on Iran and the war will end soon.”

Qatar said, “Very good chance that the USA and Iran will find a solution.”

President Mr. Trump said, “The war will go a step further if Iran rejects US proposals”

Within minutes, Iran attacked three US warships as a retaliation for attacking an Iranian oil tanker. Simultaneously, it hit some targets in the UAE. Thus, the “Project Freedom” that aimed to protect commercial vessels through the strategically crucial waterway failed.

However, President Mr. Trump said, “The ceasefire will continue. Iranian attack is a “love tap”. Great damage was done to Iranian attackers.”

Iran, on 10 May 2026, said, “Attack on Iranian vessels will be met with heavy assault on all US bases in the Gulf region.”

Qatar condemned Iranian drone attack on its vessels.

Iran’s counter proposal wanted the USA to end wars on all fronts – including Lebanon.

The USA said, “Iran’s proposal to end war is not acceptable. The war with Iran is not over.” The conventional approaches may not solve this problem. Therefore, an out of the box solution could be expected.

 

The Central Board of Secondary Education (of India), on 25 April 2026, made a third language mandatory from Class V to ensure each student studies at least two Indian languages.

Many English medium students find it difficult to study their mother tongue, say, Tamil. Some Tamil medium students have problem in studying English. A third language would make everything worse. Children returning from the USA are the worst hit. They suffer like fish out of water. Thus, some students doing well in mathematics fail to clear the SSLC examination!

Therefore, it is enough for them to clear any one language in the SSLC examination. There shall be an optional language.

However, it would touch the ego of the political leaders.

There must be a humane approach to this problem. The political leaders must ask the educationalists to solve it.

 

New Zealand and India, on 27 April 2026, signed once in a generation Free Trade Agreement (FTA).

 

Madras High Court, on 29 April 2026, ordered a probe by the CBI into the alleged Re.397 crore tender irregularities in the procurement of 45,800 transformers.

A number of cases appear and disappear. The judges must restore the Constitution of India and punish the guilty before proceeding against other offenders. Otherwise, they cannot hear any cases.

 

According to some reports, 40% of Indian Americans are discussing the pros and cons of returning to India. The H-IB visa holders say that they are unable to visit India even for funerals due to stamping delays and other matters. Some have arrived at India.

This is the repercussion of the Howdy- Modi event at Houston.

Zoho founder Mr. Sridhar Vembu urged the Indians in the USA to return. Everyone working in the USA cannot become another Sridhar Vembu.

 

The Election Commission of India (ECI), on 24 April 2026, saluted the people for the huge turnout during the election to five states. The Supreme Court of India also appreciated the people of Tamil Nadu and West Bengal for the same. Chief Justice of India Surya Kant said, “Individually, as a citizen of India, I was very happy to see the percentage of voting. In this country, the people need to participate…. The people realize their power in a democracy, the power to vote. They know that their strength lies in the democratic act of voting. They will not indulge in violence.”

The people of North-Korea know the nature of their system. However, the Indians are oblivious of their own system because some back-room players control their mind. Their power to elect a leader of their choice is zero. They are like birds without wings.

 However, they think that they shape their own destiny by voting. They do not indulge in violence because they get food and water. This enables the Government to plunder public assets with the help of illegal judges.

The Constitution of India is a contract. “It is a contract which, once made, is irrevocable. He who has signed it, can never again be in the liberty of the state of nature.” Further, ‘it is a contract to which each generation must consent.”

The Indian Parliament can amend it. Such amendments must be numbered and appended with it without touching its body as in the USA. This is what the law tells.  The act of touching the body of the Constitution is nothing but changing the Constitution. However, the people have no freedom or liberty to know this truth because the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, would go to jail the moment they come to know this.  

As it does not happen, a child is born subject to his capricious will and not to the Constitution of India. It is felony. Therefore, the people simply live like animals. The political leaders, judges, advocate associations and the media know this but they refuse to tell it to the people due to their private interests and practical wisdom.

To perpetrate this condition and to shield the Prime Minister of India from the long arm of law, the ECI and Chief Justice of India tell the people that they determine their destiny by voting. What they do is a crime against humanity.

 

The ECI conducted the elections differently in different states. It allowed posters in the Kerala State but not in the Tamil Nadu State.  It counted the votes on 4 May 2026

Apparently, the ECI did not rig the elections in any State. However, the role played by the Electronic Voting Machines (ECI) is known to the ECI only.

 

Outgoing Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. M.K. Stalin said, “I acted as per my conscience.”

He could have demanded the restoration of the Constitution of India. In this way, he could have remained as the beacon light of India.

Alternatively, he could have brought these letters under the public domain. However, he omitted to tell the material facts to the people. This went down as adjustment of interests. Thus, he misused his official powers and betrayed the trust of the people. What conscience is this?

 

 The TVK Party In Tamil Nadu fought the elections alone and got 108 seats in the 234- member House. TVK leader Mr. C. Joseph Vijay said, “This is just a start.”

The Governor demanded absolute majority.  Mr. Vijay met him three times in three days in vain. He chose not to go to the court. He decimated the coalition of the main opposition party – DMK- and secured the support of the like-minded parties by his incredible political skill. He took oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu on 10 May 2026.

After taking oath, he said that the state was under the debt of Re. ten lakh crore.

The Union Government diverts public money into the stock market. Further, it allows the private parties to remove the income from the privatized public assets. These are illegal decisions. Tamil Nadu would get a huge amount of money as its share from these sources.

Next day, he shut down 717 liquor shops. This is a momentous decision for Tamil Nadu. This shows that he acts in good faith.

Further, according to the media, he appointed someone as a public servant.

It is illegal. He cannot make any appointments unless some specific rules vetted by the courts permit it. He shall not arbitrarily recommend anyone for any job including judges. However, if some rules exist, he must make public such rules. Otherwise, he must hold the Chief Secretary responsible for all his official duties.

 

The Supreme Court of India, on 12 May 2026, recommended nine advocates as the judges of the High Court, Calcutta.

Law is impersonal. This means that those making the rules should not carry them out. Here, the Supreme Court of India makes the rules for selection and carries them out. It enables it to appoint criminals as judges. Thus, Indians lost the Supreme Court of India. Legal judges would be appointed the moment this work comes under the public domain. Then, the people would regain their court.

 

 Chief Minister Mr. C. Joseph Vijay of the TVK, on 13 May 2026, won the confidence vote in the Tamil Nadu Assembly. He got 144 votes in favour, 22 against, 5 remained neutral and 58 abstained.

The Speaker said that Mr. C. Joseph Vijay would remain as the beacon light of India and create history.

Mr. Joseph Vijay said that he would work as per his conscience. He must work as per law and Constitution of India and not as per his conscience. He shall not do anything illegal knowingly, or omit to do anything legal in public interest.

He has to restore the Constitution of India, Supreme Court of India and the privatized public assets. Above all, he must enlarge the freedom of Indians by granting them liberty to see the letters of this kind.

Thus, he must remain as the beacon light for the emancipation of all Indians.

 

This is letter No. 1293 dated 13-54-2026. It is addressed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).  It is the two hundred and sixteenth appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the two hundred and eighty-nineth appeal to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). It is the four hundred and tenth appeal to HEAVEN.

The ICC must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of changing their Constitutions in the pretext of their amendments. To achieve it, it must ensure liberty to the people to see these letters. It must adjudicate this letter in the light of the earlier letters.
