Norwegian Nobel Committee awarded Nobel Peace Prize 2025 to Venezuela’s main opposition leader, Maria Corina Machado, for showing courage and integrity in her tireless work promoting democratic rights for the people of her country. It said, “She is a key unifying figure in a political opposition that was once deeply divided –an opposition that found common ground in the demand for free election and representative government.”

 

Prime Minister of Israel Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu said, “Israel will remain in Gaza until Hamas disarm.”

The war erupted because Israel was illegally holding about 10,000 Palestinian prisoners. Therefore, he must release all Palestinian prisoners (about 9100) left behind in Israeli prisons. It is a human rights problem.

Israel, on 10 October 2025, started to withdraw from Gaza as per the deal. It agreed to release the remaining Palestinian prisoners in exchange for the hostages in the hand of Hamas based on the ceasefire deal.

UN Chief said, “Need more than ceasefire to solve the Gaza crisis.”

Hamas accused Israel of ceasefire agreement sabotage. However, they said, “We want to end war in Gaza.”

President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump said, “Hostages must come first in the Gaza peace process.”

President of Russia Mr. Vladimir Putin said, “Trump is doing a lot to solve long standing issues.”

Ceasefire went into effect at 12 P.M. on Friday, October10, 2025 (local time 9.A.M. IST. The displaced Palestinians started returning to their destroyed home sites.

Mr. Natanyahu said, “Hamas now isolated. There will never be a Palestinian State.”

Now, whether there will be a Palestinian State or not is in the hand of the USA and not in the hand of Israel.

 

President Mr. Trump, on 11 October 2025, imposed 100% tariff over and above the existing 30% on China in retaliation for Beijing’s extraordinarily aggressive export curbs on rare earth minerals. He said, “The aggressive stance by China affected all countries worldwide without exception making a highly unusual and controversial approach in international trade relations. It is becoming very hostile by sending letters to countries around the world announcing plans to impose export controls on critical materials used in global manufacturing. Such a move would clog the market, and make life difficult for virtually every country in the world especially for China.”

China retorted, “It is double standard. Not afraid to fight.”

President Trump responded, “I have great relationship with President Xi; I am not saying he is wrong, but we met him with something much tougher than what he did to us, again because of the tariff, it is much tougher.

Don’t worry about China. It will be fine!  Highly respected President Xi just had a bad moment. He does n’t want depression to his country, and neither do I. The USA wants to help China, not hurt it.”

Vice President JD Vance said, “We will negotiate if China is willing to be reasonable. The USA has far more cards if Beijing does not come to the table. China has so much control over critical supply in the USA. That is the definition of a national emergency and it justifies the President’s move to impose tough tariffs.

If, however, they ‘re willing to be reasonable then Donald Trump is always willing to be a reasonable negotiator. We ‘re going to find out  a lot in the weeks to come about whether China wants to start a trade war with us or whether they actually want to be reasonable.”

China said, “If the USA wants trade war, it will get it.”

It is the sovereign right of the countries to impose tariff for economic reasons. However, USA cannot do it if it cannot keep it’s currency a stable one. As its currency depreciates as a result of the tariffs, it must withdraw the tariff imposed on all countries. Now, the countries are not likely to get back even one third of what they paid to the USA. It is the truth. No country –India included- says this is a different matter.

 

US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), on 11 October 2025, said, “Indian authorities have not yet acted on the requests to serve summons and complaints to Adani Group executives over alleged securities fraud and a $265 million bribery scheme. The SEC will continue communicating with the Indian Ministry of Law and Justice.”

Thus, India –for obvious reasons- refuses to take orders from the SEC.

 

Supreme Court of India, on 13 October 2025, ordered CBI investigation under the supervision of a three member committee headed by retired Supreme Court judge, Justice Ajay Rastogi, into the stampede that occurred on September 27, 2025 at Karur, Tamil Nadu. Two Tamil Nadu cadre IPS officers hailing from other states are the other members of the committee.

The court said, “Fair investigation citizen’s right.”

The court should have separated law from politics. Instead, it converted Karur stampede into another “Wadia Murder Case”. It has not produced any result since September 27.

The illegal judges continue to appoint illegal judges, change the Constitution of India in the pretext of amendments, plunder the public assets and deny liberty. People cannot expect justice from them in crucial cases.

 

In a message to Prime Minister of Israel M. Netanyahu, President of the USA Mr. Donald Trump said, “Be nice, Bibi, You’re Not At War Anymore.”

The message was that he should not fight anymore with the Hamas. However, he ignores his advice.

Addressing the Israeli Knesset, President Trump said, “Long and painful nightmare is over.”

Israel must release all Palestinian prisoners (about 9100) not covered by the ceasefire deal. It is the root cause of the problem.

President Mr. Trump said, “The USA would supply Ukraine with long range Tomahawak  missiles.”

 

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), on 13 October 2025, charge sheeted former Railway Minister Mr. Lalu Prasad Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi and son Tejashwi Yadav in the IRCTC hotel for land case. The CBI said, “There is a prima facie case and grave suspicion regarding the land transfers involved in the matter. The tender was manipulated”

He failed to give airports, ports, oil contracts, coal contracts, public money and other Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) to about ten people ruling India. Therefore, he cannot remain above the law.

One day, the Supreme Court of India cancelled 500 petrol outlets granted by the Members of Parliament (MPs) under MPs discretionary quota describing it as an act of corruption. Next day, it asked a private company to start 5000 petrol outlets all over India. They are even now functioning under the present judges.

One day, it threatened with Article 39 to prevent privatization. Next day, it alienated several Public Sector Undertakings under economic principle. It now siphons off public money through the stock market.

It changes the Constitution of India in the pretext of amendment.

Above all, it denies freedom and liberty to Indians to know the salient features of these letters.

Yet, the CBI has no prima facie case or grave suspicion in all these cases. One day, it even returned a complaint letter submitted by the present citizen of India to it!

 

The Tata Trust, on 13 October 2025, acquired Chinese iPhone supplier Justech’s India unit for about $100 million.

It is illegal.

It is a charitable trust. Yet, it deprived the livelihood of more than 38000 employees for want of money. It should reinstate them before buying any assets.

However, all illegal judges remain as stony pillars without the touch of humanity.

 

The leaders of 20 countries - President of USA Mr. Donald Trump, Prime Minister of England Mr. Keir Starmer, President of France Mr. Immanuel Macron and Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Shehbaz Sharif  included- on 13 October 2025, signed the Gaza ceasefire deal at Cairo. Israel exchanged some Palestinian prisoners for the captives before signing the deal. The mediators were Qatar, Egypt and Turkey.

In a joint statement, the leaders said, “We seek tolerance, dignity and equal opportunity for every person, ensuring this region, where all can pursue their aspirations in peace, security and economic prosperity, regardless of race faith and ethnicity.”

Israel said, “Israel will not allow creation of Palestinian State”.

The Hamas said, “No foreign guardianship of Gaza’s governance.”

However, President Mr. Trump envisioned a great future for Gaza as a hub of development and investment. He profusely praised the regional leaders for brokering the peace deal. He said, “A new and beautiful day is rising and now the re-building begins. We know how to build better than anybody in the world.”

Though he has a share in the blood guilt, he makes amends for the inaction of his predecessor, President Mr. Joe Biden.

President Mr. Trump invited Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Shehbaz Sharif onstage and the latter said, “Today is one of the greatest days in contemporary history because peace has been achieved after untiring efforts, led by President Trump, who is genuinely a man of peace, who has relentlessly worked throughout this month to make this world a place to live with peace and prosperity. I would say that Pakistan had nominated President Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize for his extraordinary efforts to first stop the war between India and Pakistan and then achieve a ceasefire, along with his very wonderful team. Today, again I would like to nominate this great President for the Nobel Peace Prize because I genuinely feel that he is the most genuine and the most wonderful candidate.”

President Mr. Trump listened to his speech with raft attention.

Israeli attacks killed 67800 people mostly children and women in Gaza since October 7, 2023. Several died trying to get food. Besides, it killed 1043 people in the West Bank. It destroyed 92% of the residential buildings. About 460 Palestinians –mostly children died of mal- nutrition. It has killed 80 people after the ceasefire.

 

President Mr. Trump, on 14 October 2025, said, “BRICS was an attack on the dollar. I told anybody who wants to be in BRICS, that’s fine, but we are going to put tariffs on your nation. Everybody dropped out. They are all dropping out of BRICS. All nations are quitting BRICS due to tariff threat.”

India said, “De-dollarization is not on the agenda for the BRICS.”

However, it is the paramount duty of the USA to link the value of dollar to gold. If it is not feasible of compliance, it must allow all countries to survive in their own way.

Next day, President Mr. Trump said, “Bit of a process but India will give up Russian oil. Modi assured me ‘India will not buy oil from Russia’. I have watched India for years. It is an incredible country, and every single year you would have a new leader, some would be there for a few months, and this was year after year after year, and my friend has been there now for a long time, and has assured me, there will be no oil purchase from Russia. He loves Trump. I don’t want you to take the word love any differently. I don’t want to destroy his (Mr. Modi’s) political career”

Prime Minister Mr.Modi secretly changes the Constitution of India in the pretext of amendment with immunity. In contrast, the USA has not touched the body of its Constitution even once. If he tells this fact to the world today, Mr. Modi will not get the support of even ten right thinking voters.  In fact, he will go to jail.

The spokesperson of India said, “As per my information, there was no telephonic conversation between Prime Minister Mr. Modi and the US President yesterday.”

 

President Mr. Trump, on 20 October 2025, said, “Hamas will behave or we will eradicate them.”

He, further, said, “Never think Ukraine will win the war. Never said it”

 

Millions of Americans, on 18 October 2025, marched and rallied in 2700 cities in the USA, UK, Canada and some other countries for “No Kings” demonstrations decrying what participants see as the government’s swift drift into authoritarianism under President Mr. Donald Trump. These were record setting peaceful protests in the history of the USA.

The USA must establish at least 10,000 public hospitals in the USA to cater to the needs of the poor and to face the pandemics like the Covid-19. It must look into the problems of its neglected sections of people, specifically the high health insurance premium.

 

Some thieves, on 19 October 2025, robbed historic royal jewels worth $102 from the Louvre museum at Paris.

Some thieves looted the Mughal era national treasures when they were taken to Italy for an exhibition during Mr. Narendra Modi’s first stint as the Prime Minister of India. The Supreme Court of India does not take any step to recover the stolen loot. It is not even ready to bring the matter under the public domain.

 

The USA, on 20 October 2025, clarified that its new HI-B visa rules would not apply to the existing H-IB visa holders. Some heaved a sigh of relief.

 

The Tata Trust, on 21 October 2025, institutionalized lifetime trusteeship. It removed the tenure limit for all trustees.

It is illegal.

It is a charitable trust. It has no right to act against the trust deed or the charitable trust act.

This happens because the illegal judges of the Supreme Court of India function like the Supreme Criminals of India (SCI) and refuse liberty to the people to see even the Tata Trust deed.

They should have avoided impropriety or its appearance in all activities as for as possible. However, they function like the professional killers of liberty.

 

This is letter No. 1280 dated 22-10-2025. It is addressed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).  It is the two hundredth and third appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the two hundredth and seventy sixth appeal to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). It is the three-hundred and ninety seventh  appeal to HEAVEN.

The ICC must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of changing their Constitutions in the pretext of their amendments. To achieve it, it must ensure liberty to the people to see these letters. It must adjudicate this letter in the light of the earlier letters.
