Former President of the USA Mr. Barrack Obama, on 14 May 2026, said that he removed 97% of Iran’s enriched uranium without firing single shot.

It is true that some leaders achieve the goal through peaceful means what many others do it by war. In fact, Akbar the Great maintained a big army not for aggression but to keep his enemies away.

However, Mr. Obama could not withdraw from Afghanistan but President Mr. Trump could. This pragmatism alone ensured Mr. Trump a second term. In between President Mr. Joe Biden killed numerous people in Ukraine and Gaza without caring for a solution.

Though President Mr. Trump also killed many in Gaza, he could find a somewhat reasonable but out- of-the box solution to the problem.  Apparently, the Iran war is against his nature in the first term. These are the facts.

 

An Iranian drone strike, on 17 May 26, hit UAE’s Barakah Nuclear Power Plant at Abu Dhabi.

 

The USA, on 20 May 2026, demanded the foreigners - called “aliens”- to apply for Green Cards from their home country.

It is the repercussion of the Howdy- Modi event at Houston, USA. If Prime Minister Mr. Modi had not gone to the USA, it might not have happened. He has done as much harm as a Prime Minister of India could do to Indians.

However, the USA does not benefit from it. Now, the life in the USA is stressful to the immigrants. At the same time, the economic activity in the USA is decreasing, and the people are finding it difficult to make both ends meet.

 

The USA, on 20 May 2026, released 22 members of crew of seized Iranian ship as a confidence building measure. It bombed some missile sites in Iran on 25 May 2026.

Iran’s supreme leader said that the regional powers will no longer be shields for the US bases.

 

Israeli forces, on 26 May 2026, started ground operation past “Yellow Line” – a notional boundary-in Lebanon.

If a country has power, it can do anything. No country possessing power acts legally.

Iran, on 30 May 2026, placed five demands before the USA for any talks on nuclear issues. They are:1. Total end to war on all fronts. 2. Total lifting of all sanctions. 3. Release of all frozen assets.4. Total sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz and 5. War reparations.

 

Iran, on 31 June 2026, fired some missiles against the US airbases in Kuwait as retaliation. Saudi Arabia condemned the attack.

 

Iran, on 1 June 2026, suspended talks with the USA because Israel expanded its military operation in Lebanon. The European Union (EU) condemned Israel for its aggression against Lebanon.

 

The USA decimated Iran by bombing presumably because Iran suspended the talks. Iran might retaliate.

 

In India, the CBI, on 13 May 2026, arrested five persons - a BJP leader included- in connection with the NEET question paper leak.

Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Mr. C. Joseph Vijay, on 14 May 2026, demanded Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi to abolish the NEET and allow admissions based on the 12th marks.

 

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 14 May 2024, embarked on a six-day visit to the UAE, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway and Italy to further deepen India’s bilateral ties amid ongoing geopolitical upheavals.

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi arrived at the Netherlands on May 16 after a brief stopover in the UAE.

The authorities of the Leiden University, the Netherland, returned the 11th century Chola dynasty copper plates to him.

“Chola Copper Plates” are a set of twenty-one large plates and three small plates. Leiden University had been keeping them since mid-19th century. They relate to the great Rajendra  Chola- I

They weigh 30 kilogram. They are bound together by a bronze ring bearing the royal seal of the Chola dynasty. They are divided into two sections; one has text in Sanskrit, the other in Tamil.

They are the most significant surviving records of the Chola dynasty and are among the important artifacts of Tamil heritage held anywhere outside India.

They were brought to the Netherlands in the 1700 by Christian missionary Florentius Camper. At that time, Nagapattinam- the Indian city mentioned in the plates -was under Dutch control.

The 24th session of the Inter-governmental Committee on Return and Restitution found that India’s claim as the nation of origin for the plates as valid.

The committee encouraged the Netherlands to engage in constructive bilateral dialogue with India regarding return of the plates during the Prime Minister’s visit.

It may be noted that Anbil copper plates that documented the genealogy of the Chola kings, have not been traced even though their contents had been copied.

 

The Government of Tamil Nadu, on 15 May 2025, asked the liquor outlets not to sell liquor to those below 21 years. It had been in paper. The Government enforces it only now. It is the duty of the Government to contain liquor sales in different ways. Therefore, it is an intelligent decision. As the students complete their education by 23 years, the age limit could be 23 years. The Government must issue receipt with Aadahar Number while selling liquor to discourage the drunkards.

Further, the Government is silent about the commission while procuring liquor in bulk. The people are anxious to know it.

 

The Supreme Court of India, on 19 May 2026, selected 19 advocates as Madras High Court judges.

It is illegal.

The Supreme Court of India shall do nothing illegal.

The Madras High Court had asked the Government of Tamil Nadu to register an FIR against a minister for appointing 2300 engineers after accepting about Re. 35 lakh from every candidate. Appointing judges illegally is crueler than this. It must proceed against the Supreme Court of India before proceeding against the small offenders.

 

Tamil Nadu Minister for School Education Mr. Rajmohan, on 19 May 2026, said, “My Government would take steps to bring Chola era Animangalam copper plates to Tamil Nadu. The artifacts will be taken to various prominent places across the state for public display and educational purposes.”

As soon as Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi assumed power, India airlifted the Muhal-era jewels to Italy for an exhibition. Some brigands plundered it at Italy. No FIR has been registered till date. This should not happen to Chola Copper Plates.

Mr. Rajmohan, further, said, “Two-language policy is one of our proclaimed policies.”

One language policy is enough. There can be an optional language. Children in the USA study only one language.

Japan recruits many through campus interviews in India. It asks the selected candidates to learn Japanese language and they do it. Therefore, the students will study more languages as and when necessary.

Further, many returning from the USA are being forced to study one or two more languages. It is worse than cruelty to animals.

Therefore, the educationalists all over India must cogitate over it to find a solution.

 

The Directorate of Enforcement (ED), on 20 May 2026, requested the Government of Tamil Nadu to grant permission to prosecute two former ministers in the Tamil Nadu Cabinet.

It is illegal.

 The ED makes the law enforcement a child’s play. It does not register an FIR to retrieve the alienated public assets or to the illegal appointment of judges. The law enforcing agencies do not register an FIR for changing the Constitution of India in the pretext of its amendment, or for the denial of liberty. Therefore, it has no legal, constitutional or moral right to seek permission from a state government to prosecute the small offenders.

 

Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. C. Joseph Vijay, on 21 May 2026, expanded his Cabinet. Eight ministers were from the scheduled caste. If the Chief Minister acts in good faith, every minister is like a chief minister. “If everybody controlled everybody else, nobody would predominate; everyone’s self-interest would be suppressed except when it coincided with the interest of all; and whatever was done would be that which all approved.”

 Mr. Vijay created a Ministry of Overseas Tamils. It is a laudable decision. He can reserve about 1% seats in all educational institutions for overseas Tamils. He can extend financial assistance to the diligent in countries like Myanmar, African countries, Malaysia, Sri Lanka as and when the financial position of the state improves.

 

Three AIADMK MLAs, on 25 May 2026, resigned their MLA seat and joined the TVK. An AIADMK leader Mr. K.C. Palaniswami said that they would destroy the TVK. There is no necessity for such politics. Many from the opposition parties are infiltrating the TVK.

 

Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. C. Joseph Vijay, on 26 May 2026, met the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi at New Delhi.

Prime Minister Mr. Modi enslaves 1400 million people to rule India. The crucial question before him is whether Mr. Vijay stands for their emancipation, or for their slavery.

 

The media reported that a granite exporter accompanied Mr. Vijay during his Delhi visit.

The natural resources of India are enough for the physical and mental well-being of Indians. However, Mr. Modi transmits them to his promoters with consummate easy and rules India.

The granite in Tamil Nadu is enough to run the state. If Mr. Vijay is to transmit it to his promoters, if any, Tamil Nadu will not bear it.

 

The Government of India, on 27 May 2026, decided to take hard stand against illegal immigrants.

It must show mercy to illegal immigrants. Every country can evict legal or illegal Indian emigrants under one pretext or other. India cannot ask them to show mercy, if it is harsh to the illegal immigrants in India.

 

The Directorate of Enforcement (ED), on 27 May 2026, raided 10 premises of former Chief Minister of Keralam Mr. Pinarayi Vijayan in connection with Re.3 crore involving his daughter.

He had been receiving all these letters. He did not bring under the public domain even one letter.

Alternatively, he could have demanded the restoration of the Constitution of India and the public assets. Besides, he could have demanded legal judges. Above all, he could have solicited the judges to enlarge the freedom and liberty of the people to see these letters. Thus, he could have become the Prime Minister of India, or perished. Both are more honourable than the present position. However, he omitted to do everything. There is no use in occupying any big position. What is important is what one does after occupying a big position.

The present citizen submitted his last letter to his successor, Mr. V.D.Satheesan. He is a lawyer. He apprehends the depth of the last letter. Above all, he professes everyone to bear witness to the truth. Yet, he too, is not ready the bear witness to the truth!

 

Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. Vijay, on 1 June 2026, said, “A corruption-free administration cannot be created overnight. It is not magic. But one day we will achieve it.”

He did not bring the last letter under the public domain. Apparently, he did not discuss it in his Cabinet. It is an act of corruption. He, too, is a criminal just like judges, advocates and other political leaders. It will inhibit his ability to fight for the rights of Tamil Nadu.

 

The Supreme Court of India, on 1 June 2026, selected four High Court judges and an advocate as judges of the Supreme Court of India.

It is illegal.

Law is impersonal. This means that those making the law shall not carry them out. Here, the judges make the rules for selection and carry them out. Even if the judges add 10,000 judges illegally, all appointments will continue to remain illegal and immoral. It is the truth. If the judges cannot bear witness to the truth, they need not come into the world.

 

This is letter No. 1294 dated 2-6-2026. It is addressed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).  It is the two hundred and seventeenth appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the two hundred and ninetieth appeal to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). It is the four hundred and eleventh appeal to HEAVEN.

The ICC must send blanket arrest warrants to all judges and Parliamentarians guilty of changing their Constitutions in the pretext of their amendments. To achieve it, it must ensure liberty to the people to see these letters. It must adjudicate this letter in the light of the earlier letters.

A copy each is submitted to the President of India, President of the USA, Vice President of the USA, Chancellor of Germany, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan, former Prime Minister of England Mrs. Liz Truss, former Prime Minister of England Mr. Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of England Mr. Rishi Sunak, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Supreme Court of the UK, Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Justin Trudeau, Leader of the Labour Party UK Sir Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of Israel, Foreign Minister of Poland, Foreign Minister of Russia, Wall Street Journal, some newspapers all over the world, Foreign Minister of Norway, Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Press Trust of India (PTI), Editor’s Guild of India and the Chennai Press Club.
